Great to see Frankie Kazarian and Matt Hardy each back in action. I wonder if Matt will have a part to play in Christian Cage VS Jungle Boy at All Out. An interesting move having Rush team with The Butcher & The Blade, but if any part of the Andrade Family Office sticks by Andrade’s side, it should be those guys. And I will most certainly have to see Shida VS Sakura in that title match, that should be a good one.

Pro Wrestling WAVE Regina di Wave Championship: Hikaru Shida VS Emi Sakura w/ Baliyan Akki!

The Full Metal Samurai won this title a couple weeks ago in Japan, and now brings it to AEW and the States! And with All Out on the horizon, will we see the birth of #TwoBeltsShida? Or will the Queen of Joshi Pro take this title while Shida’s focus is split?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who rides the wave of momentum!

Sakura rushes Shida before the bell! She CLOBBERS Shida with her crown! The fans boo but Shida kicks back! Shida fires up but Sakura grabs Shida’s hair! The bell rings in time for Sakura to bop Shida off the buckles again and again! Fans boo but Sakura gets the stomp stomp clap rhythm going. Then she sings “We~ Will~, We~ Will~ CHOP YOU!” as she gives Shida some CHOPS! Sakura gest fans joining in, but Shida KNEES her down! Fans fire up, Shida does her own stomp stomp clap, and sings “We~ Will~, We~ Will~ ROCK YOU!” But Sakura kicks Shida back! Sakura reels Shida in for a suplex, but Shida fights that to suplex Sakura back!

Fans fire up with Shida and she has Sakura in a corner., Shida climbs up to rain down fists! Fans count all the way to 10, then DROPKICKS as she lets off! Shida goes out to the apron, climbs up the ropes, but Sakura ROCKS her first! Shida swings back, misses, and Sakura CHOPS! Sakura runs to CROSSBODY Shida off the apron! Shida stands up while Sakura laughs. Sakura aims from the apron but Shida sweeps the legs! Sakura crashes down and Shida gets a chair! Akki points that out, the ref reprimands, but Shida stands that chair up. Shida runs and leaps off the chair, but Sakura dodges! Sakura then reels Shida in, SAIDO onto the chair!

Fans fire up while both women are down on the outside! Akki cheers Lady Sakura on and she drags Shida up. Sakura puts Shida in the ring, fans rally up, and Sakura drags Shida to center. Shida is dead weight but Sakura doesn’t care! She hauls Shida up, underhooks, TIGER DRIVER! High stack, TWO!! Shida survives but Sakura says she’s getting that title! Sakura goes to the corner and climbs up to the very top! MOONSAULT!! Cover, TWO!! Shida survives again and Sakura can’t believe it! Fans fire up and Sakura drags Shida up again. Sakura underhooks Shida, holds her up, but Shida fights through it! Shida shoves Sakura, goes to the corner, but Sakura CLUBS her!

Sakura gets Shida off the corner, RUNNING- RANA!! Shida turns things around on Sakura and fans fire up! Shida runs in, JUMP KNEE! Down goes Sakura! Cleveland is all fired up for Shida while the standing count climbs. Shida takes off her vest, and she dares Sakura to hit her?! Sakura CHOPS Sakura, but Shida ROCKS Sakura! Sakura CHOPS Shida again, but Shida ROCKS Sakura again! Sakura CHOPS and Shida staggers from that one. But then she comes back with a flurry of forearms! Sakura drops to her knees but Shida keeps hammering away! Fans fire up as she brings Sakura to all fours, then runs for a SLIDING ELBOW!

Shida goes up top fast, aims at Sakura, and METEORAS!! Cover, TWO!!! Sakura survives and fans are thunderous! Shida runs, but Sakura uses the ref as a shield! Then she rakes Shida’s eyes! Sakura hooks Shida up but Shida wrenches free! For the FALCON ARROW!! Cover, VICTORY ROLL, TWO!! Sakura almost had Shida, so she La Magistrols! TWO!?!? Shida narrowly escapes and no one can believe it! But Sakura underhooks again, only for Shida to back drop free! Shida goes up for the VENUS SHOT! Then the suplex, only for Sakura to fight it! Shida blocks the punch to RIGHT HAND SMASH! And TAMASHI!! Cover, TWO!?!?!

Sakura survives again and fans are loving this! But the KATANA KICK hits!! Cover, Shida wins!!
