QUICK NOTES

It’s been a while since Dark’s had this many matches, but this is a solid line-up to get through their 2022 leftovers. It’s good to see Christopher Daniels back. He was wrestling in Defy and NJPW Strong near the end of 2022 so it makes sense he’d cap that off with his AEW return. He’ll definitely get a good match out of Brian Pillman Jr. in what will count as his first win of 2023, and who knows if Daniels will get into anything major. Honestly, AEW dropped the ball with the “Elite Hunter” story for Frankie Kazarian, so I doubt Daniels will try to avenge himself at this point.

EDIT: Apparently, after losing to Christopher Daniels, Brian Pillman Jr. encounters Arn & Brock Anderson. They are now a new group, though not sure if they’ll get a name. Brock Anderson & Lee Johnson never had a team name, but maybe this new duo can come up with something clever.
