Freshly Squeezed is standing up for his Best Friends after what The Firm did to them! But is Cassidy biting off way more than he can chew? Or will Big Bill from the Big Apple be just, whatever?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and there’s gold in the Golden State!

The bell rings and Bill stares Cassidy down. Fans rally for Cassidy, he puts his sunglasses aside, and he “fires” himself up. Cassidy steps to Bill, but then steps back as Bill storms up. Cassidy bails out and fans cheer more. The ring count starts and Cassidy dares Bill to come out after him. Bill storms out, but then Cassidy slides back in. Now the count is on Bill! Bill steps up and in, but Cassidy bails back out. Bill and Stokely are both annoyed by these cat ‘n’ mouse games, but Cassidy dares him to come out. “This is Awesome!” but Bill tricks Cassidy! But even then, Cassidy slips away! Fans fire up as Cassidy and Stokely stare down.

Stokely talks trash, but then Cassidy takes Stokely’s shades! Bill sneaks up behind Cassidy, Stokely takes the glasses back, but Cassidy avoids the haymaker! Bill stops short of hitting Stokely, that would’ve knocked him out! Bill hurries in, Cassidy ducks ‘n’ dodges and sunset flips! Bill stays up, drags him up with both hands, then throws him to the corner! But Cassidy dodges, goes to the other corner, dodges again, and keeps moving, tilt-o-whirl- NOPE! Bill blocks the rest, for the SIDEWALK SLAM! Fans boo but Bill drags Cassidy up. Bill puts Cassidy in a corner to SPLASH! Bill taunts Cassidy, “You wanna play games?”

Bill whips Cassidy corner to corner hard and Cassidy bounces off buckles! The fans boo but Bill mocks Cassidy putting his hands in his pockets. Bill whips Cassidy corner to corner again, Cassidy goes up and out, but Bill BOOTS Cassidy down! Cassidy falls to the floor, crawls around the way, but Bill goes out to fetch him. Fans rally and spells it out, “S A W F T, Sawwwwft!” But Bill CLUBS Cassidy, fires off fists, then CLUBS Cassidy again! Cassidy staggers away and falls, but then Bill STANDS on Cassidy! The ref counts, but Stokely commandeers the timekeeper’s table! He and Bill bring it over, and then Bill drags Cassidy up.

The ref tells Bill no, but Bill choke grips! Cassidy fires off fists to fight the slam! But then Bill UPPERCUTS Cassidy! Cassidy staggers away, but then comes back! Cassidy leaps, but into the grip! CHOKE SLAM through the table!! Bill grins as he stands over Cassidy and fans lose their minds as Dynamite goes picture in picture.

The ref finally gets Bill to go back to the ring, and Cassidy stirs in the wreckage. Bill again mocks Cassidy putting hands in his pockets. Stokely wants a ring count and the medic checks Cassidy. Cassidy is somehow okay to continue, so Bill goes out to fetch him. Bill puts Cassidy in the ring, storms up and mocks the fans clapping. Bill drags Cassidy back up, and TOSSES him back out! The ref argues with Bill but that allows Stokely to stomp away! Bill goes out after Stokely again, puts him back in the ring, and he drags Cassidy up again. To TOSS him out again! The ref reprimands, but here comes DANHAUSEN!

Danhausen warns Stokely, Stokely backs off, but then Bill stands in Danhausen’s way. Danhausen stands down to coach Cassidy up. Dynamite returns to single picture as Bill puts Cassidy back in the ring. Bill drags Cassidy up, suplexes, and he holds Cassidy up! Danhausen tries to wave things over, but Bill SLAMS Cassidy down! Cassidy writhes and Bill mocks the pockets again. Fans rally, Cassidy sits up, but Bill stands him up. Cassidy throws body blows but they don’t do anything. Hard to say if that’s because Cassidy is tired or just playing around. Cassidy dodges Bill’s haymaker, ORANGE- NO, Bill blocks the punch to have a FULL NELSON!

Bill thrashes Cassidy around, Cassidy is all but a rag doll! But Cassidy gets a second wind! Cassidy powers up, but Bill runs, only for Cassidy to drop! The boot is denied, and Bill is annoyed. Bill stands Cassidy up, runs again, but again Cassidy drops! And bails out! Fans cheer, Danhausen coaches him up, but Stokely steps up. Danhausen gets mad now. Bill stands in the way, but Danhausen still powers up! Bill choke grips Danhausen! But Stokely says he has a better idea. CAST BACKHAND!! But Cassidy DIVES into Stokely and Bill! Cassidy goes again, another DIVE, but into a choke grip! CHJOKE- ORANGE PUNCH!!

Cassidy has Bill wobbling, and he ORANGE PUNCHES a leg! And then SHOTGUNS Bill into steel steps! Fans fire up as Cassidy gets back in the ring! Cassidy fires up in the corner while Bill drags himself in. Off comes the armband! ORANGE- NO, Bill catches Cassidy to suplex! STUN-DOG MILLIONAIRE!! Cassidy tilt-o-whirls to DDT! Fans are thunderous, Orange reloads, ORANGE PUNCH!! Bill stays standing, so Cassidy runs in again, ORANGE PUNCH!! Bill leans on ropes but fans are thunderous! Cassidy goes up top, Bill staggers over, FLYING ORANGE PUNCH!!! Cover, Cassidy wins!!

Winner: Orange Cassidy, by pinfall (still AEW All-Atlantic Champion)

Now that was a HUGE win for Cassidy! If not even Big Bill can dethrone the Freshly Squeezed fighting champion, who can?

After a bloody battle with Evil Uno, The Dark Order and Hangman Page, Jon Moxley stormed backstage with Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli, and he was furious! It isn’t something to aspire to, but he lives for this sh*t! And he’s not the kind of guy you wanna go down a dark alley with. Who do you think is gonna come out of this? WHO DO YOU THINK IS GONNA COME OUT OF THIS!? But just remember, Hangman, you wanted this.

Moxley tried to leave it alone. He beat Hangman once, sent him to the hospital, barely broke a sweat, and got no credit for it. Many said it was an accident. Then Hangman beats Moxley and Moxley comes back from the worst injury in years, and then does the same to Hangman! Hangman got praised, he got flowers, but Moxley got nothing! They said it was a fluke, it wasn’t real, it didn’t count! But that’s what Moxley would say to, if he got beat by a wrestling move he learned in the seventh grade. But this time, Moxley will leave no doubt. “Hangman, you are a great wrestler. You are even a great man. But you are NOT the same animal as me!!”

The Spanish God already beat Action on Rampage, but that was with some help from Daniel Garcia. Now that it’s an eight man scramble to the top, will Sammy still stand tall? Or will a pro-wrestler become The Face of the Revolution?

Dynamite returns as Sammy makes his entrance, with Fox, Hobbs, Action, Konosuke, Komander and Ortiz already in the ring. The Mad King is giving Ortiz space by being on the outside, but the bell rings and Ortiz goes right out after him! They brawl, Fox bails out to get a ladder, as does Sammy. Komander and Action each dropkick the ladders into them! Hobbs fires off on Konosuke while Action DIVES onto Sammy, and then Komander DIVES onto Fox! There’s no one in the ring, Eddie drops a ladder on Ortiz! Konosuke ROCKS Hobbs, throws hands, and Komander whips Fox. Fox reverses, Komander tilt-o-whirls, but into an ANARCHY!

Ortiz and Eddie fight to the stage! Sammy RAMS Fox with a ladder, then RAMS him again! Fans boo as Sammy leans the ladder in a corner, then fetches a second ladder. Action SHOTGUNS that ladder into Sammy! Sammy bails out, Komander is up top, and he tightrope walks to MISSILE DROPKICK a ladder into Action! Hobbs runs in to CLOBBER Action! Fans fire up for California’s own as Hobbs sets that second ladder in a corner. Hobbs then whips Komander into the ladder! Fox runs in but Hobbs CLOBBERS him! Hobbs TOSSES Fox onto the other ladder! Action returns, but Hobbs CLOBBERS him, too!

Hobbs scoops Action, takes aim, and he RAMS Action into a ladder! Action slumps down, Sammy slides in, but Hobbs is ready. Sammy shakes his head and bails back out. Hobbs says that’s right, but Konosuke gets in the ring. Fans fire up as the forearms start flying! Konosuke runs in, DOUBLE LARIATS collide! Konosuke staggers, but he comes back! DOUBLE LARIATS collide again! Both men DOUBLE LARIAT again! Konosuke leans on a ladder, Hobbs runs in, but he’s sent into the ladder! Konosuke waistlocks to GERMAN SUPLEX Hobbs! Don Callis is watching backstage, he is still interested in the Future of Wrestling.

Konosuke throws Hobbs out of the ring, but turns around into a KNEE from Sammy! Sammy soaks up the heat, he builds speed, but runs into a SUPERKICK from Action! Action builds speed, and he FLIES to take out Sammy! Fans fire up as Action brings Sammy up, but Fox springboards, IMPLODING SENTON! Fox takes out Sammy and Action, but Komander is up top! Komander tightrope walks again, to SWANTON the pile!! Fans are thunderous while Dynamite goes picture in picture!

The refs check and all eight men are okay to continue, so it’s about who gets to their feet first. Sammy staggers up and hurries into the ring. Fox stands, the others stir, and Sammy is working on a ladder. Sammy stands it up while Konosuke sends Komander into barriers. Fox has his own ladder on the outside that he stands up. Sammy climbs, Komander sends Konosuke into barriers, and Action CLUBS Sammy! Then he RAMS Sammy with the other ladder. Sammy ROCKS Action, but Fox continues to put ladders up together on the outside. Sammy whips Action into the other ladder! Then he puts that ladder against the other like a bridge.

Sammy climbs up, but Komander drags him down. Komander then fires up to climb, but Konosuke CLUBS him down! Konosuke ROCKS Kmander, has him on the ropes, and TOSSES him out! Konosuke then PLANCHAS to take Komander down! Both men scramble back into the ring, Dynhamite returns to single picture, and Komander stomps Konosuke. But Konsouke keeps Komander from climbing, and DECKS him! Hobbs DECKS Konosuke! Fans fire up as Hobbs brings Komander up and aims for the ladders Fox has set up. But Fox SMACKS Hobbs with a chair! Fox done messed up, though, as Hobbs fireman’s carries! DEATH VALLEY DRIVER on the ladder bridge!!

Konosuke runs in, he and Hobbs DOUBLE LARIAT and they both fall! And Sammy’s back in the ring to climb! Fans boo, but who is up to stop him?! Action goes up a ladder, to the bridge, and then after Sammy! Action and Sammy brawl, Action gets the edge, then climbs up, to SUPER FALCON ARROW on the ladder bridge! Sammy falls off, Action’s leg gets caught! Fans lose their minds, but Komander is up top again! He aims at Fox on the other bridge, to SHOOTING STAR PRESS!! Fox sputters and falls to the floor while fans lose their minds all over again! Komander then climbs up into the ring with ladders!

Komander has a clear path, he gets to the central ladder, but Konosuke follows right behind! Konosuke waistlocks, to SUPER BLUE THUNDER BOMB off the ladder!!! Komander flops out of the ring, fans are giving a standing ovation! Konosuke moves the bridge out of the way, he climbs up again, and he reaches out. But Action springboards right up to join him! They brawl with forearms, only for DANIEL GARCIA to shove the ladder over! Konosuke and Action HOTSHOT, and then Garcia hits Action with an UREANGE! Sammy gets the tallest ladder of the bunch closer to the ring, and then he and Garcia get chairs.

Garcia and Sammy set up a ladder bridge with those chairs, then drag Action over. They put Action on the ladder, CHOP him, then Sammy climbs the tallest ladder! Sammy says he’s loco, for this SWANTON BOMB through the ladder!! Both Sammy and Action writhe, but Garcia helps Sammy up! Garcia puts Sammy in the ring, sets a ladder up for him, and fans boo as Garcia drags Sammy to the rungs. Sammy reaches the top, grabs at the ring, but Konosuke tips the ladder over! Now Garcia and Sammy HOTSHOT! Konosuke TOSSES Garcia and POWER DRIVE KNEES Sammy down!!

Konosuke gets the ladder up! Konosuke climbs, but HOBBS is back! Hobbs BODIES the ladder! Konosuke falls, Hobbs stands the ladder up, then climbs up, and grabs the ring! Hobbs unhooks it, and WINS!

Winner: “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs (NEW Face of the Revolution)

The young man from Oakland just handled his business! Now he waits to see who wins between Joe and Wardlow. Joe tells Hobbs not to get ahead of himself, but Hobbs is storming up the ramp. Joe meets him at the stage, but so does Wardlow! Security rushes out to keep this from exploding, but Wardlow fires off on them! Joe gets away, and Hobbs is laughing at it all! Wardlow is pissed that his prey got away, so he POWERBOMBS one guard onto all the other guards! Will whoever wins the TNT Championship have one hell of a fight on their hands with Hobbs?

Backstage interview with Best Friends.

Renee Paquette is with Trent, Chuck, Danhausen and Orange Cassidy with unfortunate news. Trent and Chuck are NOT medically cleared to compete in the Casino Tag Team Battle Royal given that attack from Rampage. Danhausen says he has good news: he and Cassidy are also Best Friends and can sub in! Well, okay, but we just saw Cassidy go through a big battle against Big Bill. Can Cassidy really turn right around and enter a battle royal? “Ugh…” Danhausen says Cassidy is just fine, he can do it. Plus, there’s plenty of room in that backpack for more championships. Is Cassidy sure? “I don’t care.”

Well, then, hands in! Renee joins in, but can #OrangeHausen really pull off a huge win for their Best Friends?

The Ocho got goaded into a rematch at Revolution with Ricky Starks, mostly because he refused to let anyone else take that match instead. “Pretty” Peter got a spiked-jacket Judas Effect for wanting an opportunity, will he get a slightly less dangerous one for wanting payback?

Dynamite returns as Avalon makes his entrance. The bell rings, Jericho takes his jacket off, and Avalon TACKLES him! Fans fire up as Avalon rains down fists! Avalon HAMMERS away on Jericho, has him in a corner, CHOPS and ROCKS on repeat! Avalon whips, Jericho bails out and fans boo. Avalon builds speed to DIVE! Direct hit into the barriers! Avalon CLUBS Jericho, CHOPS him, and then CHOPS him again! Avalon whips Jericho into steel steps! Avalon digs his fingers into Jericho’s face, digs Jericho’s face into the post, then puts him in the ring. Jericho clings to referee Aubrey Edwards, but Avalon CLAWS Jericho’s back!

Avalon CHOPS, CHOPS, and whips, but Jericho ducks ‘n’ dodges, into a BOOT from Avalon! Cover, TWO! Fans rally as Avalon RAMS Jericho into the corner. Avalon CHOPS and ROCKS and RAMS into Jericho over and over. Avalon lets off, but runs back in, only to be put on the apron. Avalon ROCKS Jericho, climbs up and CROSSBODIES! Cover, TWO! Avalon keeps moving, he leaps off the corner, FLYING DDT! Cover, TWO!! Fans fire up but Avalon turns around into a CODE BREAKER! Cover, Jericho wins!

Avalon almost had Jericho, but he lost focus and that was all Jericho needed. But Jericho has Floyd the Baseball Bat! Fans boo as Jericho CLOBBERS Avalon with Floyd! And then Jericho CLUBS away on Avalon with the bat! But here comes RICKY! Starks makes sure the JAS isn’t following, then he runs into the ring to run Jericho off! Jericho gets a mic to tell fans to shut up. “Starks! On Sunday, right here in this crappy town of San Francisco, I’m gonna beat the hell outta you! One on one! Just because the Jericho Appreciation Society is not allowed at ringside doesn’t mean they’re not here at ringside tonight.”

Garcia returns, an d Jake Hager is with him! They mug Starks, and Jericho joins in! Fans boo as the JAS beat Starks down 3v1! Hager hoists Starks up for a SPINEBUSTER! Fans boo again but Hager stands Starks up for Garcia to hit the URENAGE! Fans boo more but Jericho gets Floyd back! Hager and Garcia stand Starks up, for the JUDAS EFFECT! Fans boo but the JAS just soak it all up. Starks is down now, but will it be a very different story when Jericho has to stand all on his own?

Hangman Page speaks.

“This Sunday is the finish line, the finale. Hangman, Mox, Texas Death! I talked to Dark Order earlier today, and I don’t think he meant anything by it, but Alex said that if this is the end of Mox and me, then aren’t I just a little bit afraid of losing? Look at me. This match, this is all I’ve got left to lose. I had the AEW World Championship and I lost that. I had another shot at it, Mox, and you took that from me. You can’t take my friends away from me, you already beat Uno within an inch of his life last week. You can’t take my memory from me, it’s gone.

“You can’t take the feeling in the tips of my fingers because I ain’t got it anymore, Mox. And you can’t take away my heart because you couldn’t carry it. This Sunday, Jon, I take everything away from you. I take your spot at the top of the food chain here. I take your pride in blood and violence. At the end of the throes of war, I am the man left standing. And you’re right, I’m not the same kind of animal as you. I don’t enjoy violence, I hate it. I hate it to its core. But this Sunday, I will be the most violent and bloodthirsty son of a b*tch that you have ever seen, not in spite of that but because of it.

“Because that is who I know I will have to be to beat you, and beating you is the last glimmer of hope that I do have here, Jon. This is Texas Death. And there’s only two ways out. And she has us welcome Christian Cage! Fans boo as Captain Charisma makes his way out. Christian joins Renee in the ring, and she asks him that after Jungle Boy overcame all odds and defeated Luchasaurus at Full Gear, things would finally be done between them all. And yet, here we are. What is going on? Christian says the feeling is mutual for San Francisco, he can’t wait to not be here for another 10 years. Fans boo but Christian says let’s not blur the lines of reality. The better part of six months, Christian has embarrassed Jungle Boy, and beat him down at will. Christian was done, until he turns on Dynamite and sees Jack Perry.

What does Jack say? That in 2023, he’s gonna win a singles title. “Over my dead body!” Christian says HE will win a singles title in 2023 and that’s a fact! Fans say STFU but Christian says he’s been watching JB. JB has been winning by quick pins, but if he’s okay winning a title that way, fine. But does he want to win, or does he want to BEAT someone? Does he wanna break someone down, break their will, and then take their title? That’s rhetorical. Christian knows the answer. When JB jumped Christian from behind, he had him dead to rights for a Con-Chair-To, and he hesitated.

Then what happened? Christian turned it around, and showed JB how a REAL man conducts business, when HE smashed JB on the chair, leaving him in a pool of blood and piss! And another thing that has been bothering Christian was just a few minutes ago. Why does JB wanna win a title so bad? It then hit Christian like a ton of bricks. JB has no respect for the lineage or priority or prestige of a championship. JB just wants to take that shiny new toy home to show his mommy, make some memes, get some attention. The problem with JB, and for everyone in his entire generation, is that they treat Christian’s business like a video game!

“You are a dime a dozen.” Christian says that no one else is willing to sink to the depths that he will, do the things he does in the ring! Christian is one of one! And unlike JB’s generation, Christian treats this like an ATM, and he is not done milking it dry! But that brings Christian to a challenge he has for JB. This Sunday, Revolution, it won’t be a match, but it will be a fight. No rules, no regulations, just a fight. The sad reality is, if JB chooses to show up, at the end of the day, JB is just his father’s son. Just like his father, JB is a no talent hack who should be thankful he got Hollywood good looks to coast through life!

This business is not for him! JB doesn’t have the guts! He isn’t a closer! He has no grit! He has NOTHIN! JB doesn’t have an ounce of what Christian has inside! But then the lights go down? And on the tron, JB has a video. He’s digging something. JB thinks back to the moment he could’ve hit Christian with the Con-Chair-To. Of all the moments they had together as friends. But then the betrayal, the beatings, the blood. JB has dug Christian’s grave! Renee asks Christian’s reaction. Fans sing, “Jack is gonna kill~ you!” Christian is speechless as he leaves, will his fight with Jungle Boy be his last?

Tony Schiavone interviews Britt Baker & Jamie Hayter.

Schiavone asks the Doctor and the AEW Women’s World Champion about the Triple Threat, Hayter VS Ruby Soho VS Saraya. Hayter says, “Ah, yes, this Sunday at Revolution. And to be honest, Tony, I don’t know which will be sweeter. Beating one b*tch or two.” Britt says tonight, Saraya can watch two former AEW Women’s World Champions duke it out in the ring, but guess what? She can look but she can’t touch, because she’ll NEVER have this belt. And Hayter says that if Saraya wants to cause shenanigans, go ahead, because Britt & Hayter will be there watching, too. The Pillar & the Killer have warned the outsiders, will things pop off before Revolution?

FTW Championship: Hook VS Matt Hardy w/ Ethan Page!

A settlement was signed between AEW and Stokely Hathaway, and The Firm is sending the one and only Matt Hardy to face the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil! But on Rampage, it was added that if Hook wins, he gets a shot at Stokely! Will the gamble pay off for The Firm? Or will they all regret ever getting on Hook’s bad side?

The bell rings and the two tie up. Hardy wrenches, wristlocks, but Hook wrenches and shoots in for a takedown! Hardy scrambles to the ropes, Hook lets off, and the two reset. Fans rally, the two go again, and Hook puts Hardy on the ropes. The ref counts, Hardy throws hands! Hook wobbles, and Hardy runs him over! Hardy says “DELETE! DELETE!” and fans join in, but Hook rolls to get a leg! Hook drags Hardy down into a KNEEBAR! Hardy scrambles, ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, The Firm freaks out, but Hook lets off, to say “SUCK IT!” Stokely is furious but Hardy drags Hook out of the ring and whip. Hook reverses, Hardy hits barriers!

Hook puts Hardy back in, Hardy distracts the ref and Ethan POSTS Hook! Fans boo but The Firm gets away with that. Hardy goes out, drags Hook up and puts him in, and Hardy brings Hook up to CLUB him again and again. Hardy turns Hook for a NECKBREAKER! Storm BOOTS Riho down, then runs to- NO, Riho dodges! Storm tumbles out of the ring from her own hip attack, and Riho goes up top! SUPER CROSSBODY! Direct hit and fans fire up for Riho! Fans fire up, Riho brings Storm up while Saraya is losing her cool. Riho puts Storm in, goes back up top, and she DIVING DOUBLE STOMPS!! Storm sputters, Riho reels her in, NORTHERN LIGHTS! Bridging cover, TWO!! Storm survives and Saraya coaches her back up. Fans fire up as Riho steps on Storm to go back to the corner. Riho climbs again but Storm CHOPS her first! Hayter rushes Saraya and they brawl in the ring! Fans fire up, Hayter and Saraya just keep going, and Saraya gets the edge! But here comes RUBY! The Runaway runs in to pull these two apart, and she DECKS Saraya! Fans fire up and Hayter nods, but then Ruby fires off on Hayter! It’s a Triple Threat, after all! All three women brawl, more refs and even security rush out, but fans want to “LET THEM FIGHT!” They will fight, on Sunday! Who will leave Revolution as the champ?

Casino Tag Team Battle Royal!

There are a lot of second chances in this match from last week’s Revolution Tag Team Battle Royal. But after what The Firm did to Best Friends in a favor to Team Triple J, will that fourth and final spot in the AEW World Tag Team Championship match be Freshly Squeezed? Or will another two man unit have their shot at gold?

First out are The Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds & John Silver, but they get jumped by the next team out, the Blackpool Combat Club! Claudio CLBOBERS Reynolds while Yuta goes after Silver! Fans boo as the BCC send the Dark Order into barriers, starting where things left off last week on Dynamite. Fans are torn as Yuta CLUBS Silver, ROCKS him, and Dynamite goes picture in picture. Yuta keeps on Silver, even as refs reprimand, but Silver dumps Yuta up and over barriers! Claudio RAMS Reynolds into the apron, but Reynolds ROCKS Claudio! And then Silver jumps on the Swiss Superman! The Dark Order mugs the ROH World Champion!

The Dark Order whip Claudio into barriers! But Yuta comes back to CLOBBER Reynolds into the front row! Silver grabs Yuta, throws him down, but Claudio is back to gut wrench Silver into the ring! Claudio storms in after Silver, Reynolds keeps on Yuta, but Silver slides back out. Claudio goes out after him but Silver throws forearms! They brawl, Claudio puts Silver back in, and Reynolds throws Yuta in. Claudio dropkicks Reynolds down! The match truly begins now, and the teams still brawl. Claudio goes to gut wrench Silver out but Silver clings to ropes. Reynolds turns things around on Yuta, and CHOPS!

Yuta ROCKS Reynolds, follows him to ropes and goes to dump him out! Reynolds holds on, Claudio goes to help but Silver fights them both off. Reynolds is safe on the apron and gets back in the ring to UPPERCUT Claudio! Claudio UPPERCUTS Reynolds off his feet! Yuta has Silver in a corner now, but Silver fights back! Reynolds fires off on Claudio! Silver digs his boots in on Yuta, Reynolds rains down fists on Claudio! Silver throws Yuta at ropes but Yuta clings to them to avoid being thrown out. Reynolds tries to same with Claudio but Claudio is too strong. Claudio fires off hands on Reynolds as Dynamite returns to single picture.

Yuta digs his knee into Silver while talking trash, and Claudio suplexes Reynolds. Claudio puts Reynolds on the apron but Reynolds tries to drag Claudio out! The countdown is here, and the third team to enter is… LA FACCION INGOBERNABLE! Rush y Preston Vance storm right out, with Jose the Assistant right behind them! Rush DECKS Yuta, he and Vance mug Claudio and Reynolds! They focus on Claudio but Yuta comes back to brawl with Vance. Vance CLUBS Yuta, Rush stomps Reynolds, then Rush whips Reynolds for Vance to CLOBBER! Rush adds a basement dropkick but fans boo.

Rush drags Silver up, Yuta ROCKS and CLUBS Vance! Vance ROCKS Yuta back, Claudio and Rush stare down to start where they left off! They throw CHOPS back and forth, faster and faster, faster and faster, and fans fire up! Rush gets the edge, Claudio UPPERCUTS, and the countdown is back again. The fourth team is… THE LUCHA BROTHERS! Penta y Rey Fenix, with Alex Abrahantes, have the fans all fired up! Fenix gets to the apron, springboards and CROSSBODIES Reynolds and Yuta! Penta slides in then SLINGBLADES Claudio! Silver runs in, into a SLINGBLADE! Fenix and Penta dodge the LFI to mule kick the legs out!

“Uno! Dos! Tres!” DOUBLE SUPERKICKS! Fans fire up with the Lucha Brothers, Fenix goes after Claudio and Penta stomps Yuta. Fans chant “CERO MIEDO!” as the BCC fight off the Lucha Brothers. Claudio suplexes Fenix to join him on the apron. Fenix fires off forearm sand CHOPS, but Claudio BOOTS him! Fenix falls on the apron but he clings to the ropes. Meanwhile, fans boo as Rush pulls on Penta’s mask! No respect! Claudio UPPERCUTS Fenix inside the ring, Rush puts Penta in a Tree of Woe and then PENALTY KICKS him! Yuta and the Dark Order work together on Vance, but then Silver DECKS Yuta!

Rush ROCKS Reynolds, Silver stomps Yuta, and Claudio trophy lifts Fenix! Fenix fights, clings to ropes, and Penta saves his brother. GAMANGIRI! ENZIGURI! The Lucha Brothers drag Claudio up, Rush goes after Penta. Fenix and Claudio are back on the apron, they brawl again, and Penta fights against Rush. Claudio tries to help but Fenix BOOTS Claudio! Penta fights free, CHOPS and CHOPS and CHOPS Rush, and even Jose gets in the face of a Lucha Brothers fan. The countdown is back, and the fifth team is… AUSSIE OPEN! Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher are still stateside, so they’re getting back in on the action!

Aussie Open slides in, Davis BOOTS Claudio and scoops Silver while Fletcher is after Reynolds. Penta SUPERKICKS Vance, Davis SLAMS Silver, and Fletcher SLAMS Reynolds! Penta GAMANGIRIS Vance, Davis scoops Fenix to feed the POP-UP KICK from Fletcher! Claudio scoops Silver, but silver slips free to shove Claudio and UPPERCUT! Silver scoops Claudio and fans fire up! But Yuta saves Claudio, only for Reynolds to BOOT Claudio! Yuta whips Silver to a corner but Silver dodges! Beaver Boy Blitz for Yuta! Reynolds hurries to TOSS Yuta, but Claudio is there to save him! The Dark Order storm up to fire off!

But then Aussie Open drags Dark Order back, SPINEBUSTER SANDWICH! Then they double scoop, but Dark Order gets free, only for the BCC to grab hold of them! The BCC drag the Dark Order up and out, and ELIMINATE them at the same time!! The Dark Order is OUT of the running! Fans boo, but then Aussie Open mugs the BCC as Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Yuta CHOPS and ROCKS Davis while Claudio ROCKS Fletcher. The BCC then slide out just to go after the Dark Order more! They send them into the barriers! BCC just hates the Dark Order now! The refs reprimand but the BCC don’t care. They go back into the ring, Fenix fights Vance but then Aussie Open mugs him. Yuta stomps Penta, Rush drags Penta out to RAM him into barriers! Davis and Claudio mug Fenix, but then they brawl with each other. Claudio UPPERCUTS Davis down! The countdown is back, and the sixth team is… MENARD & PARKER! Daddy Magic & Cool Hand Ange take their time swaggering to the ring here.

Davis tosses Yuta up and out, he and Fletcher stomp at him on the apron, but Claudio drags Fletcher away. Penta KICKS Claudio in the leg! Then KICKS him again! Fenix fights Fletcher off, Menard gets in the ring to fire hands on Yuta! Parker stomps away on Penta! Rush digs his boots into Fenix, the BCC go after Menard, and Fletcher TOSSES Parker! Parker holds on, as does Menard, maybe they slid in too soon. Rush has Fenix up top backwards, and now he goes after Fenix’s mask like he did Penta’s! Still no respect! Fenix knocks Rush away but still ends up in the Tree of Woe. Fenix gets free but Claudio has him!

Claudio lifts Fenix up and out, Fenix lands safe on the apron, and the countdown is back again. The seventh team is… TOP FLIGHT! Dante & Darius Martin hurry in, and they brawl with the BCC! Dante dodges Yuta, Darius GAMANGIRIS and Dante SUPERKICKS, then Darius steps in for the TORNADO COMPLETE SHOT! Claudio kicks Dante, whips, but Darius gives Dante the boost up and over. Dante then gives Darius the boost for the TORNADO DDT! Top Flight then double clothesline Claudio up and out, only for Claudio to cling to ropes! Yuta drags Claudio back in, Top Flight switch gears, POETRY IN MOTION knocks Menard off the apron! Top Flight ELIMINATES Menard!

Parker sees he is alone so he stays at the corner while everyone else throws hands. The countdown is back, though, and the eighth team is… THE KINGDOM! Maria Kanellis leads Mike Bennett & Matt Taven to ringside. Vance saves Rush from Davis, the Kingdom goes after Top Flight! They stomp Dante to a corner, Tavne whips Bennett in to CLOBBER Dante, then Taven SPLASHES! feed to the fireman’s carry, DEATH VALLEY DRIVER! Taven uses JUST THE TIP to knock Dante down! But Darius fires off forearms and CHOPS on The Kingdom! Darius whips, Taven reverses, hurdles, Bennett ROCKS Darius and Taven ENZIGURIS!

The Kingdom see Penta, he says “CERO! MIEDO!” And then Aussie Open get a member each, they DOUBLE HALF ‘N’ HALF The Kingdom! Penta stomps Davis but Fletcher CLUBS Penta. Fenix CLUBS Fletcher, Davis CLUBS Fenix. Wait, The Trustbusters/Varsity Athletes storm out here! They’re not part of the match, but they’re after the Lucha Brothers! They drag them out from under, to RAM them into barriers! And then they throw them into the apron, back into barriers, and then the POST! Fans boo, Daivari throws down hands on Fenix! Nese drags Penta up, refs reprimands, but they feed Fenix to Woods for an OVERHEAD Belly2Belly!

Nese says to get them in, and they put the Lucha Brothers back in. LFI pick the bones by throwing the Lucha Brothers up and out, the LFI ELIMINATE the Lucha Brothers!! Fans boo, but Darius dumps Rush out! Rush holds his feet up off the ground by that was close! Vance throws Dante up and out, but he lands safe on the apron. Vance fires off on Darius but Dante stomps away on Rush! Vance rushes Dante, but Dante dumps him out and ELIMINATES him! Rush ROCKS Dante, then runs side to side, only for Darius to SHOTGUN Rush down! Top Flight ELIMINATES LFI!! Another major upset on their resumé!

But now, the BCC regroup and they stare down Top Flight. Claudio brings Dante up but Darius goes after Claudio. Yuta goes after Taven while Aussie Open goes after Top Fight. The Kingdom and BCC brawl, Top Flight and Aussie Open brawl, and fans fire up as things get fast and furious! Aussie Open double whip Top Flight but Top Flight reverse to then double forearm at the ropes! Top Flight hoist Aussie Open up but Aussie Open CLUBS back. Aussie Open throws Top Flight to the apron but they stay safe. Aussie Open throw hands, Top Flight holds on, and Darius shoulders into them both!

Darius swings on Fletcher but misses, and Davis fireman’s carries! POP-UP KICK blocked, and sent into Davis! Fletcher swings, misses, and Dante ROCKS him! Darius brings Fletcher around, Dante goes up and up, but Davis SHOVES him to the ramp! Davis ELIMINATES Dante! Fletcher back drops Darius up and out, Aussie Open ELIMINATES Top Flight! The countdown is back, and the ninth team is… #ORANGEHAUSEN! Cassidy is taped up, will he be able to make it through? Wait, Danhausen finds Parker hiding under the ring! They throw him in, Danhausen CURSES Parker! But Parker DECKS Danhausen!

Parker smooths his hair, but Cassidy steps in, to THROW Parker out! OrangeHausen ELIMINATES the JAS! Then Cassidy goes after Bennett while Davis whips Taven up and out. Taven lands safe on the apron, Claudio UPPERCUTS Cassidy, then UPPERCUTS Danhausen. The Kingdom throws Aussie Open to the apron, and the countdown is back again. The tenth team is… THE BUTCHER & THE BLADE! Andy Williams & Braxton Sutter storm their way out while The Kingdom tries to suplex Aussie Open! Aussie Open holds the ropes, Claudio & Yuta brawl with Butcher & Blade! Kanellis grabs at Aussie Open’s feet, but they drag her up to the apron!

Kanellis wants mercy, but the Kingdom takes aim! But Aussie Open ducks, the DOUBLE SUPERKICKS hit Kanellis! Mike panics over hitting his wife, and then Aussie Open BLASTS him and Taven off the apron! Aussie Open ELIMINATES The Kingdom! And then BCC BLASTS Aussie Open, Blackpool Combat Club ELIMINATES Aussie Open!! Fans boo but now it’s down to BCC, the Superbad Squad’s muscle, and #OrangeHausen. Claudio stomps Butcher, then drags Cassidy up. Blade digs his boots into Danhausen, but Cassidy pushes Claudio away. Cassidy puts up his hands, to put them in his pockets!

Claudio is annoyed and he swings on Cassidy. Cassidy dodges Claudio to SHOTGUN! Kip up, but Claudio UPPERCUTS! Wait, The Dark Order rushes back out! They distract Claudio & Yuta! Cassidy dumps Yuta up and out to ELIMINATE him!! And now Dark Order jumps Yuta! Claudio is furious, he swings, misses, ORANGE PUNCH! Cassidy & Danhausen dump and ELIMINATE The Blackpool Combat Club!! And now The Dark Order gets at both Claudio and Yuta! But then Butcher & Blade dump Danhausen & Cassidy! OrangeHausen hold on, slide in, but they just get mugged! The final two teams brawl!

Butcher & Blade double whip Danhausen to DOUBLE ELBOW him down! They haul him up, to DRAG THE LAKE!! Cassidy staggers up, and the Ass Boys- er, The Gunns, Austin & Colten, watch from the stage. They don’t want Best Friends’ best friends to win this, but Cassidy DOUBLE RANAS Butcher & Blade! Cassidy runs, ducks ‘n’ dodges Butcher, tilt-o-whirl, but feed to the STUNNER! LARIAT from Butcher! Blade & Butcher get Cassidy up, TOSS him, but Cassidy manages to skin the cat! Butcher & Blade go after his hands! Cassidy loses grip, wobbles and flails on the apron, but gets a grip on the second rope!

Butcher & Blade again go after those hands! They stomp Cassidy down, but Danhausen is back! Danhausen DUMPS Butcher & Blade out, ORANGEHAUSEN WINS!!!

And the Fatal 4 Way is finalized!! The Gunns are furious, and they storm right down to the ring! But then TRIPLE J jump in! Lethal & Jarrett mug Cassidy & Danhausen and the Gunns are all fired up! THE STROKE for Cassidy! And then Jarrett still throws down hands! Lethal digs his boots into Danhausen, but here comes THE ACCLAIMED! Caster & Bowens run in, SUPERKICK for Lethal and a HAYMAKER for Jarrett! The Acclaimed & Daddy Ass stand tall protecting OrangeHausen, but will nothing stop Platinum Max & the Five Tool Player from becoming two-time tag team champions?

AEW takes a special look at MJF VS Bryan Danielson.

Jim Ross says that he won’t judge anyone’s character, but MJF’s can be perceived as “somewhat questionable.” Excalibur says that, if nothing else, MJF is a “very cold and calculating man.” Christopher Daniels says MJF will do anything to hold onto the title. And Bryan Danielson probably doesn’t even realize how long MJF will go. But Bryan meditates in the wilderness as he thinks back on all MJF has done and said. Renee Paquette says that Bryan has risen to the occasion and “proves time and time again just the durability of the wrestler that he is, just the technician that he is.”

Excalibur says that “from the moment he wakes up ’til the moment he goes to sleep, he’s thinking about professional wrestling, and ways to be the best professional wrestler in the world.” Taz says MJF has something to prove. And with the motivation of how no one thinks MJF can hang with Bryan for 60 minutes, Taz thinks MJF can. MJF works out in the gym, laser focused on every step he’s taking. Tony Schiavone says the Ironman match plays right into Bryan’s strengths. We’ve seen a more physical, more determined and more vicious MJF, but that’s because he realizes what he is in for with Bryan.

JR adds that he’s seen a lot of 60 minute Ironman matches, and they are just devastating. Dean Malenko says Bryan has done four of these matches, MJF has done none. But Dean will say that MJF could talk for 60 minutes. Excalibur says Bryan’s shoulder will be an obvious target for MJF, but if Bryan were to win this, that’d right a lot of wrongs. Both men are ready, and we hear from them in person, after the break!

Bryan high-fives with Renee and she says that we are days away from the Ironman match for the AEW World Championship. “The animosity between the two of you is at an all time high, but I wanna bring this to your attention. This is a post from 2014 from MJF as he was dropping out of college, there’s actually a specific reference to you, saying that he is about to pursue his dream and his passion to become a professional wrestler. Does this change your perception of Max at all ahead of this match?”

And two years later, Bryan came back and said, “If you fight for your dreams, your dreams will fight for you.” But here comes MJF! Fans boo, but MJF has the music cut. Bryan tells MJF to shut up already! “For once in your life, just shut up! For weeks, I’ve been listening to you come out here and say all of these different reasons why you hate me. You hate me because people respect me and you think you deserve that respect. You hate me because some people call me the best wrestler in the world, and as AEW Champion, you think you deserve that.

“He hates me because I have a wonderful wife, I have wonderful kids, and he thinks he deserves that. That’s why he hates me!” But Max, you think you deserve all of these things, but you have done nothing to earn them, and nothing to fight for them! Fans fire up as Bryan says MJF has taken every shortcut, every cheat that he can to become AEW World Champion, but he hasn’t fought for it. And if there’s one thing MJF does deserve, it’s his fiancé leaving him! MJF gets mad now! He throws his jacket off as Bryan says, “Pinning shoulders to mats and banging rats, is that what you do, Max? That doesn’t seem like somebody I’d want my daughter to marry.”

Bryan says MJF wants to fight, but Bryan is ready to fight any time! Because unlike MJF, who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, Bryan has been fighting his whole life! He fought poverty, depression, head injuries, shoulder injuries, retirement, The Authority, and fought for EVERYTHING! “Before I came here, I had a job that would’ve paid me for the rest of my life, but I left and I came to AEW because I wanted to FIGHT!” Fans cheer that! And when Bryan talks about fighting for dreams, his new dream is to become AEW World Champion! And goddamn it will he fight for that.

“So Max, this Sunday, at Revolution, you better be ready to fight with everything you have for SIXTY FULL MINUTES! And if you don’t… You are going to get your F*CKING HEAD KICKED IN!!” MJF is shocked and the fans are thunderous with “YES! YES! YES!” MJF is speechless for the first time in his life, but will he be able to speak with actions in Revolution’s ONE HOUR main event?!

My Thoughts:

This was a great Dynamite and a great go-home episode. Jericho VS Avalon was the only weak match but duh, of course Jericho squashes Avalon and of course he sets Starks up for a beatdown by the JAS. This go-home math makes me think Starks wins at Revolution, which would be more effective if he hadn’t already beat Jericho but whatever. Cassidy VS Big Bill was great stuff, though it seems The Firm is just going to be on the losing end of a lot of things. Cassidy retains his title, and in a great match from Hook VS Hardy, Hook retains his title. Now Hook gets to tear into Stokely, who of course doesn’t really have a broken hand.

And I was just wondering what happens if Best Friends, Chuck & Trent, couldn’t compete. The answer: Freebird rules of the faction name. OrangeHausen steps up to represent, and we got a great Casino Tag Battle Royal with them winning. Just like last week’s tag battle royal, we got great story stuff from the other teams, and I like that there’s a growing feud between Dark Order and Blackpool Combat Club, and one between the Lucha Brothers and whatever faction we’re seeing with Daivari and the Varsity Athletes. And per Best Friends’ feud with Triple J, we saw Triple J jump OrangeHausen, but then Acclaimed fought them off, good go-home to the tag title match.

We got really good stuff out of the AEW Women’s Championship story. Storm VS Riho was a great match, and since Storm isn’t in the Triple Threat on Sunday, she could give up a win to Riho to also spur on story stuff. Great brawl from Hayter, Saraya and Ruby, it kinda muddies the math since no one necessarily stood tall, but that makes for a lot of fun. We still need more Women’s Division stuff, because there doesn’t even seem to be a match for Jade on Revolution unless she has an Open Challenge for the Buy-In and it’s a big name from one of AEW’s partners, like Impact. There are probably a lot of great Impact stars who could take on Jade.

Really good promo from #NaturallyLimitless, they’re probably gonna beat Mogul Affiliates by pinning Parker Boudreaux. Really good promo from Christian Cage to challenge Jungle Boy, and great response from JB with that grave. I hope by “fight,” they make it a Street Fight or something so that it’s at least on record. JB can stick it to Christian by beating him down. And I actually really liked that The Elite got jumped by The House of Black, and then The House of Black had a good promo to hype of the trios title match. I think The Elite still retain, but this is going to be one hell of a match.

That Face of the Revolution Ladder Match was awesome stuff! Though, also really scary, mostly when Action got caught up in the ladder after he hit Sammy with the Falcon Arrow. But thankfully, Action’s leg survived, he still fought the rest of the match, but of course he and Sammy took each other out. For a moment, it seemed like Konosuke was gonna get the win, and he needs to get to a title at some point, too, but it just makes sense that they went with Hobbs. Hobbs also needs to get a title, and just like with them circling back to Joe VS Wardlow, Hobbs is back in the TNT title scene. Joe VS Wardlow can go either way, and then I would think whoever wins loses to Hobbs.

And just awesome promos to hype up the two biggest matches on Revolution. Moxley was still bloody and still bleeding during his promo, but it didn’t stop him from giving a great promo. Hangman had a great response, too, and the Texas Deathmatch could steal the show with how brutal they get. And though they had a vignette right before the very last segment with Bryan and MJF, it was a well-made vignette. And also, Bryan taking over the promo segment from MJF was awesome stuff. The actual censoring of Bryan’s final line was so badly done it was hilarious, but I do love that he shut MJF down. That Ironman match will be great stuff, too, but I still think MJF wins because he cheats the most he’s ever cheated.
