While the Commander of the Skies is the AAA World Cruiserweight Champion, he and this beastly behemoth know how to fly. But the question is, who ends up driven into the ground while the other stands tall?

The fans rally up for “KO-MAN-DER!” already, but Mortos doesn’t want to do the Code of Honor. Komander grabs his hand to shake it, the bell rings, and Mortos grabs Komander by the neck! Mortos TOSSES Komander to a corner, ROCKS him, LARIATS him and GAMANGIRIS! Mortos whips corner to corner to LARIAT, then corner to corner to LARIAT again! Snapmare and NECK TWIST, then a DISCUS! The fans fire up and chant for “MOR-TOS! MOR-TOS!” Mortos stands Komander up but Komander fires off KICKS and CLUBS away. Mortos shoves Komander back, Komander rebounds and rolls under the lariat!

Komander then goes Matrix to duck the backhand! Komander kips up, ducks a boot, blocks a kick, then dodges again to springboard, but into Mortos’ arms! Mortos THROWS Komander but Komander lands out to DROPKICK! Mortos tumbles out, the fans rally up, and Komander builds speed to FLY! But Mortos stops the rana! Mortos swings Komander back up, and BOMBS him onto Alex Abrahantes! The fans fire up as Mortos takes out both men in one go! Mortos then storms over to Komander, drags him up, and SLAPS him back down! The fans fire up, Mortos brings Komander up again, and POSTS him!

The fans cheer while Mortos refreshes the count, and then he shoves Komander into the ring. Mortos kicks Komander around, then taunts him. Komander CHOPS, but Mortos shrugs that off. Komander CHOPS again, so Mortos SLAPS him back down! The fans fire up, Mortos stalks Komander, and Komander CHOPS! Mortos SPITS at him! Then SLAPS him back down! Komander flounders while the ref reprimands Mortos. Mortos drags Komander up, for a CHOKE- NO, Komander wheelbarrows and victory rolls! TWO, and Komander goes to a corner. Mortos runs up, into a BOOT! Mortos comes back, into another BOOT!

Komander runs, tilt-0-whirls and RANAS! The fans fire up, Komander he fixes his mask, and then runs in, but into a gorilla press! Mortos THROWS Komander onto the corner!! The ref checks Komander while Mortos soaks up cheers and jeers. Mortos then rips the padding off the crossbar, and he goes back for Komander. Mortos lifts Komander again! Komander slips free and sends Mortos into buckles! Komander runs corner to corner, Mortos puts him on the apron but Komander GAMANGIRIS, HOTSHOTS, and then climbs up the corner! But Mortos runs up to trip Komander up! Komander lands on the top rope, then flops to the apron.

Mortos goes out after Komander, drags him up, and fireman’s carries. Mortos runs, Komander slips free again, and Mortos hits the bare crossbar! The fans fire up and Komander runs in, DAREDEVIL DDT to the floor! The fans fire up again and cheer “R O H! R O H!” for making this the main show’s opener! Komander checks on Abrahantes, he’s finally back on his feet. Komander KICKS Mortos, then puts him in the ring. The fans rally, Komander goes up the corner, but Mortos rolls away. The fans boo as Mortos goes to the apron, but Komander just hops down to run in! ELBOW! BOOT! And then Komander gets space, POP-UP, stand and RANA!!

The fans are thunderous and the front row high-fives Komander! Komander then goes back to the apron, and aims from the far corner! Komander tightrope walks all 20 feet to then springboard and MOONSAULT! Down goes Mortos and the fans lose their minds! Komander rises up, fighting through the pain in his torso, and he KICKS Mortos again! Komander puts Mortos in the ring, but Mortos runs up! Komander GAMANGIRIS, springboards, and FLYING POISON-RANAS!! The fans are thunderous again as Komander covers, TWO!! Mortos survives and Komander is stunned! But Komander hurries to drag Mortos into the drop zone!

The fans rally as Komander goes back to a corner. Komander climbs again, and he MOONSAULTS onto BOOTS! Mortos whips Komander to POP-UP SAMOAN DROP! Cover, TWO!! Komander survives and Mortos is furious! Mortos drags Komander up, whips him, and scoops him into a torture rack! Mortos thrashes Komander, bit Komander flips it into a CRUCIFIX DRIVER! Mortos flounders, Komander runs, slingshot and DESTROYER!? Komander runs up again, but into a SPEAR!! Both men are down and the fans are thunderous again! The fans hope they “FIGHT FOREVER!” but there’s still the rest of the show to do!

Komander and Mortos slowly rise, and the fans rally up. Mortos runs up but Komander puts him on the apron. Mortos SMACKS Komander off buckles, climbs up, but Komander UPPERCUTS! Komander fires hands, goes up after him, and brings him to the very top! But then Mortos lifts Komander! SUPER PRESS SLAM!! Cover, TWO?!? Komander survives and Mortos can’t believe it! The fans rally again as Mortos hauls Komander up. Mortos scoops, Komander slips free and shoves! Komander then follows Mortos, rolls and goes up, to DESTROYER!! Komander hurries up top, and he tightrope walks! CIELITO- FLOP!!

Mortos avoids the shooting star and whips Komander, tilt-o-whirl into a torture rack! BEAST BACKBREAKER! Scoop and PILEDRIVER!! Cover, Mortos wins!!

Melissa Santos makes her ROH debut, and she welcomes in the MXM Collection. Mansoor & Mason swagger over, and she says they had an incredible ROH debut in the Zero Hour. How are they feeling? Mansoor says the MXM flew into DFW ASAP for ROH, and TBH, the A-T-E. Mason says tomorrow night, for AEW on TNT, FYI, they’re feeling FTR…! If anyone needs a makeover, it’s D-A-X. Cash is good, though, he has potential. But tonight, Ring of Honor became the Runway of Honor. And tomorrow night on Collision, FTR will stand for Feel The Rim, because Dax & Cash will be doing the J-O-B. Innuendos abound, but will MXM make a very clear statement against the #TopGuys?

ROH World Tag Team Championships: The Kingdom VS Tomohiro Ishii & Kyle O’Reilly!

Matt Taven & Mike Bennett are, in their opinion, the best tag team today and demand respect be put on their names. However, that’s ignoring the times they needed help to keep these titles. But will they be able to fend off The Conglomeration when it’s the Stone Pitbull and their “friend,” the Violent Artist coming for their gold?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see if the best are really the best!

The Code of Honor is upheld, though Taven taunts “no neck” Ishii. The teams sort out and Ishii starts against Bennett. The fans rally for “I-SHI-I!” as he and Bennett circle. They tie up, are in a deadlock, but Bennett’s height pushes Ishii back to ropes. Ref Aubrey counts, Bennett lets off, and CHOPS! Ishii eggs Bennett on so Bennett CHOPS again! Ishii shoves Bennett, Bennett eggs Ishii on, so Ishii swings, but Bennett ducks! Bennett CHOPS, runs and RAMS Ishii, but Ishii stays put! Ishii CHOPS, Bennett CHOPS, repeat! The fans “WOO~!” with every CHOP, and the CHOPS go faster and faster!

The fans fire up as Ishii CHOPS and Bennett drops to his knees! Ishii stands Bennett up to CHOP again, then runs, but Bennett knees low! Bennett runs, but Ishii runs him over! Ishii finally feels all those chops, and he even has some busted skin bleeding on his chest. Bennett tags Taven, so Ishii tags Kyle! The fans rally up as the two circle, tie up, and Taven waistlocks. Kyle wrenches, hammerlocks, but Taven drop toeholds Kyle down. Taven floats to a headlock, Kyle slips out the back and headlocks in return. Taven fights up, the fans duel, and Taven wrenches to headlock again. Kyle powers up and out but Taven runs him over.

Things speed up, Taven sunset flips, but Kyle stays up, then drops into the ARMBAR! Taven flails, claws at Kyle, stacks, TWO! Kyle blocks the superkick to KICK the leg! Kyle whips, Taven goes up and over, but then Kyle hurdles! Kyle runs but Taven DROPKICKS him! The fans are torn because “IIIII’M Matt Taven!” But Kyle trips Taven and rains down forearms! ARMBAR! Taven flails, rolls, and finds the ROPEBREAK! Kyle lets go but he stomps Taven. Tag to Ishii and Ishii storms in to stomp Taven. Ishii CHOPS Taven, CHOPS again, and Taven staggers to another corner. Ishii CHOPS Taven again!

Taven begs for mercy but Ishii CHOPS him again! And again! And again! Taven falls over and Ishii taunts Bennett. Ishii drags Taven up, tags Kyle, and they mug Taven. Kyle wrenches to an ELBOW BREAKER, then hammerlocks. Kyle spins Taven, snapmares, and traps the legs! Kyle has Taven in a FIGURE FOUR COBRA TWIST! Taven endures this hybrid hold and Kyle digs his knuckles in! Kyle then rolls Taven into a COBRA CRADLE! TWO, and Kyle storms up on Taven. Tag to Ishii, they KICK and CHOP, KICK and CHOP, repeat! KICK, CHOP, repeat then double whip. CHOP KICK COMBO knocks Taven down!

Bennett runs in, Kyle catches him and Ishii CHOPS! Kyle then shoves Bennett down to KNEE him in the side! Taven runs up, Kyle ducks the heel kick and Ishii catches Taven’s arms! Kyle KICKS Taven down! Taven gets up, but Ishii runs him over! Ishii stands on Taven’s hand, slaps him around, then brings him up. Ishii HEADBUTTS Taven, stalks him to ropes, and CHOPS! Ishii whips, Taven reverses and Bennett gets a cheap shot in! Ishii DECKS Bennett for it! But Taven HEEL KICKS! Tag to Bennett, he stomps away, but Aubrey backs him off. The fans boo, but Bennett drags Ishii up. Bennett CHOPS Ishii, CHOPS again, then BOOTS Ishii down!

Bennett drags Ishii up, SLAPS him, pie faces him, and talks trash. The fans fire up as Ishii glares at Bennett. Bennett fires a forearm but Ishii just glares back. The fans tell Bennett he messed up, and Ishii backs Bennett down by leaning into the forearms! Bennett keeps throwing shots but Ishii doesn’t budge! Ishii winds up but Bennett CLAWS the eyes! The fans boo and Aubrey reprimands, but Bennett tags Taven. Taven runs in but Ishii CHOPS Taven down! Ishii hot tags Kyle and the fans fire up! Kyle dodges Taven, BOOTS Bennett, then BOOTS Taven, KICKS, KICKS and fires off strikes! LEG SWEEP!

Bennett storms back up to the apron but Kyle blocks a kick! DRAPING DRAGON SCREW! Taven runs up, Kyle TOSSES him out to the apron! Kyle storms up but Taven GAMANGIRIS! Taven grabs at Kyle but Kyle wrenches and HOTSHOTS an arm! Taven falls back, Kyle goes out, FLYING KNEE hits Bennett! Taven kicks Kyle and whips, but Kyle reverses, Ishii CLOBBERS Taven! The fans fire up as Ishii puts Taven in, then ROCKS Bennett. Ishii whips Bennett, Bennett rebounds off ropes to BOSTON BAYONET! But Ishii comes back to LARIAT Bennett! Taven DIVES onto Ishii! Kyle FLYING KNEES Taven!

All four men are down on the outside and fans fire up! Kyle rises, drags Taven into the ring, and then KICKS! Taven wants mercy from his “friend,” but Kyle KICKS! Taven still pleads with Kyle, but then he ROCKS Kyle! Kyle kicks, Taven blocks but Kyle rolls to get an ANKLE LOCK! Taven flails, reaches out, turns over, and BOOTS Kyle away. Kyle rebounds, Taven avoids the Penalty Kick and SUPERKICKS! Kyle yoyos but Bennett traps him! Bennett drapes Kyle out for Taven to PLANCHA! Aubrey reprimands The Kingdom but they and Kyle are all down on the outside! Taven rises, rolls into the ring, and he wants the ring count to take this.

Kyle is up so Bennett pushes him in. Bennett tags in, drops a knee on Kyle, then drops an elbow! Cover, TWO! Kyle is still in this so Bennett CHOPS him! And ROCKS him! And CHOPS him again! Bennett stomps and CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS! Bennett MACHINE GUN CHOPS, then he DECKS Kyle! The fans boo but Bennett tags Taven. Bennett whips Kyle into Taven’s BOOT! Bennett ROCKS Kyle, Taven MISSILE DROPKICKS! Cover, TWO! Taven drags Kyle into a chinlock and he leans on the hold. Kyle endures, the fans rally up, and Kyle fights up. Taven CLUBS Kyle then suplexes high and hard! Cover, TWO!

Taven is frustrated but he tags Bennett. Bennett pushes Kyle to a cover, TWO! Bennett drags Kyle up, but Kyle fires forearms! The fans rally, Bennett blocks a kick to DECK Kyle! Taven tags in, Bennett CATAPULTS Kyle into a GAMANGIRI! Taven then goes up, ELBOW DROP BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Kyle survives and Taven argues with Aubrey. Taven tags Bennett, The Kingdom double whip corner to corner, then Taven sends Bennett in. Kyle BOOTS Bennett, BOOTS Taven, then goes up. Taven GAMANGIRIS! Bennett brings Kyle out, PROTON PACK!! Cover, TWO!! Kyle survives and The Kingdom is furious!

The fans rally as hard as they can for Kyle but Bennett tags Taven. The Kingdom drags Kyle up again, double whip again, and Taven runs in, only for Kyle to put him on the apron! Kyle dropkicks Bennett’s legs out, but Taven anchors Kyle! Kyle hops and hops, hot tag to Ishii! Ishii CLOBBERS Taven, CLBOBERS Bennett, and he fires off forearm after forearm! Taven waistlocks Ishii but Ishii BOOTS Bennett away! Ishii elbows Taven, but Bennett runs back in, so Ishii sends him into Taven! Ishii GERMAN SUPLEXES Bennett, gets around Taven and GERMAN SUPLEXES Taven! The fans fire up as Ishii stands Taven up.

Taven fires hands, whips, but Ishii reverses to SAIDO! Cover, TWO! Taven stays in this but Ishii stays cool. Ishii winds up and waits on Taven. Taven rises, Ishii runs, but Bennett trips Ishii up! Ishii BOOTS Bennett, but Taven hits the KICK O’ THE KING! Cover, TWO! Ishii survives so Taven calls to Bennett. Bennett drags Ishii up while Taven climbs. HAIL MARY DRIVER!! But Ishii rises?!? Ishii IS #NeckStrong!! The fans are thunderous as Ishii fires off forearms! Ishii runs, breaks the double lariat, but Bennett fireman’s carries! DEATH VALLEY DRIVER, and JUST THE TIP of the knee! Cover, TWO!!!

The Kingdom cannot believe it but Arlington loves it! Ishii survives, Taven tags Bennett, and they hurry to drag Ishii up. The Kingdom double whip, but Ishii holds ropes! Kyle tags in as Ishii BOOTS Bennett! Ishii dumps Taven out, Kyle SWINGING KNEES Taven down! Ishii suplexes Bennett for a BRAINBUSTER! Kyle goes up, KING KING KNEE DROP on a leg! KNEEBAR!! Bennett endures, reaches out, but Ishii SLIDING LARIATS him down! But Taven’s up top to FROG SPLASH Kyle! Ishii runs up, Taven kicks, ENZIGIRIS, but Ishii ENZIGIRIS back! All four men are down and the fans are thunderous again!

The teams stir and regroup. Kyle helps Ishii up, and they fire forearms on The Kingdom! The Kingdom fire back! Ishii & Kyle hit back! The fans rally as the forearms keep going, with the fans behind The Conglomeration! But The Kingdom kick Ishii! Kyle kicks but Bennett blocks, and Taven SUPERKICKS Kyle! Ishii CHOPS Taven but Taven grabs the arm! Bennett BOSTON BAYONETS Ishii! Then DOUBLE SUPERKICKS hit! Ishii roars and LARIATS Bennett! Kyle is back up, they TOTAL ELIMINATION Taven!! The fans are thunderous and Kyle ROCKS Bennett! Kyle puts Bennett up, Ishii climbs after him!

Ishii brings Bennett up to stalling SUPERPLEX!! Then Ishii hoists Bennett up again, CHASING THE DRAGON!! Kyle PENALTY KICKS, covers, but Taven barrels in to break it! The fans fire up again and Ishii brings Taven up. Ishii TOSSES Taven, goes out after him, and Ishii CLUBS Taven. Kyle is after Bennett but Bennett says his leg is hurt. Taven POSTS Ishii! Kyle brings Bennett up, but Bennett fights the suplex! They fight for control, and wait! Kyle Fletcher is here? He and Don Callis swagger down to the ring, but what for? Kyle dares Fletcher to do something but it is Callis who steps to the apron.

Aubrey tells Callis to get down, but then Bennett rolls Kyle up! But no ref to count! Kyle still kicks out and he runs Fletcher off! Bennett LOW BLOWS and now Aubrey counts, The Kingdom wins!!

Winners: The Kingdom, by pinfall (still ROH World Tag Team Champions)

Fletcher shakes Bennett’s hand, pleasure doing business with ya! But then how are Taven & Bennett the best tag team when they needed an assist like that? And with Roderick Strong fighting for the ROH World Championship in the main event, will The Kingdom soon reign over all off ROH?

Texas Deathmatch: Leyla Hirsch VS Diamante!

These two just had a LEGIT Lights Out match last week, and while the Cuban Diamond finally got a singles win over Leyla, that wasn’t enough for either of them! But will either of them even be standing after going to such extremes?

Leyla comes prepared this time, as she’s dressed in jogging pants and brings out two chairs! Leyla takes a seat in one at the stage, waiting for Diamante’s entrance! The fans fire up already and Diamante sees what’s up. Leyla throws Diamante the other chair, and Diamante says let’s go then. They CLASH chairs, and the bell rings to put this on record! Leyla ducks a shot to JAM Diamante, then SMACK her on the back! The fans fire up, Leyla headlocks, but Diamante throws body shots and knees. Diamante then TOSSES Leyla off the stage down through tables! Fans lose their minds, and Diamante tells the ref to start a standing count already!

The ref finds Leyla in the wreckage, starts counting, and we’re already past 5 of 10 before Leyla stirs. Leyla drags herself up at 8, and stands at 9! Leyla leans against railing, Diamante is pissed, and so Diamante storms down the ramp. Diamante finds Leyla, stomps her, then drags her to ringside. Leyla fires body shots, but Diamante puts Leyla in the ring. Diamante bumps Leyla off buckles, storms around, then stands Leyla up to RAM her into buckles! The fans rally, Diamante scoops Leyla to put her in the Tree of Woe. Diamante goes out, fetches some chairs from under the ring and puts them all in the ring!

Diamante has about four chairs, and she stomps Leyla in the corner. Diamante puts a chair in Leyla’s face, Leyla pushes it away, but Diamante puts it back. Diamante adds a second chair, and a third! Diamante goes corner to corner and back again to TRIPLE CHAIR DROPKICK! Leyla flops out of the Tree, the fans fire up with Diamante and she says “This my ish right here!” Diamante goes back to Leyla, grabs a chair, and wedges it in the opposite corner. Then Diamante drags Leyla up, and Leyla is busted open already! Diamante puts a chair in that corner, then she punches down on Leyla’s bloody forehead!

Diamante tastes the blood, the fans tell her she’s sick, but she stands Leyla up in the corner. Diamante climbs up to rain down fists! Diamante goes to five, then storms around. Diamante runs back in, but Leyla sends her into the chair! Both women are down, the ref checks, but Leyla rises up. The crimson mask is growing, but she staggers over to Diamante. Diamante is busted open now, and Leyla RAMS Diamante into the other chair in the corner! Diamante flounders, Leyla goes out and brings in the mysterious black bag! Leyla pours it out, and the thumbtacks return! This is just like the Lights Out match, and Leyla drags Diamante to the corner.

Leyla climbs up, pushes the chair out of the way, and she CLUB away on Diamante’s back. Diamante fires body shots in return! Leyla fights the superplex, CLUBS Diamante more, then goes up to the very top! SUPER GERMAN SUPLEX onto the tacks!! Diamante writhes and fans lose their minds! Leyla then goes outside, and brings out another bag!? What’s in this one!? Leyla drags Diamante onto tacks, to pour out even more tacks! Leyla goes up the corner, the fans tell Leyla she’s sick now! MOONSAULT onto the tacks!! Diamante avoids disaster and lets Leyla take all of that! Leyla crawls, pulls tacks out, but where’s Diamante?

Diamante returns, and has DUCT TAPE! Diamante has Leyla on the ropes, stomps her, then wraps an arm with tape! Diamante has Leyla’s left arm trapped, and then she SMACKS Leyla with a chair! Diamante goes looking for more things under the ring, and she brings out a chancla! Diamante SPANKS and SMACKS Leyla all over with the sandal! Then the sandal goes flying, free souvenir! Diamante says, “Wait! There’s more!” The SECOND CHANCLA! Diamante reveals this one has TACKS on the bottom! Diamante DIGS the tacks into Leyla’s head!! The fans are losing their minds as Diamante grins and stands over Leyla.

Diamante goes out, the fans cheering her on. Diamante grabs a chair, sits it up, then grabs another chair and sits it beside the first. Leyla claws at the tape, but Diamante grabs the third chair and sets that up with the others. Diamante finds the fourth chair, and now that joins the chair square. But Diamante needs more, and she goes looking. Diamante brings a BARBED WIRE BOARD out! Leyla frees herself from the tape, but Diamante adds another board to this! Leyla stands on the apron, Diamante CLUBS her! Leyla hits back, they brawl, and Leyla gets the edge! But Diamante slips around to waistlock!

Leyla holds ropes to fight the German Suplex! Leyla fires elbows, then fireman’s carries! SAMOAN DROP down through the boards!! The fans lose their minds all over again while the ref checks both ladies. Leyla stands, but she hobbles around. Diamante stirs, but Leyla goes looking for more. The count is 7! 8! Diamante drags herself up at 9! Leyla brings out a LADDER! Leyla is quite truly raising the stakes here, because she keeps looking for more. Leyla hobbles her way around, throws a chair at Diamante, then brings out a TABLE! The fans are loving this as Leyla gets that in the ring to join the ladder!

Leyla storms into the ring, sets up the table, and fans cheer as she gets it to stay up. Leyla then brings the ladder around, and stands it up near a corner. Diamante drags herself into the ring, Leyla CLOBBERS her in a corner! Leyla fires forearms, SMACKS Diamante off the rungs, then puts Diamante on the table. Leyla uses that duct tape to wrap Diamante up and pin her down! The fans fire up, Diamante stirs, but Leyla CLUBS her down. The Decoder stepped onto the Proving Ground with #TAIGASTYLE, and it was a time limit draw! That was good enough to get Lee this title match here tonight, but will he walk away the definitive winner? Or can Yuta make it through his first title defense in months?

Tonight’s judges are Jerry Lynn, Christopher Daniels, and newest member of the Board of Directors, Paul Wight! The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and it’s time to see who is the more Pure!

The Code of Honor is upheld, but the two already get in each other’s face. The ref has them back up, the bell rings and we’re on the clock. The two circle, tie up, and Lee wrenches an arm. Yuta rolls, handsprings, wrenches back, then snapmares Lee to drop a KNEE on the arm! Yuta traps the arm but Lee rolls back to bring Yuta down. Lee has Yuta’s legs tied up, he pulls hair but then goes for an arm. Lee rolls and wrenches but Yuta spins and hooks a leg. Yuta chinbars Lee but Lee wrangles Yuta down with the wristlock. Lee kneels on Yuta’s head while he twists the wrist and bends the elbow! Lee flexes and fans fire up.

Yuta endures as Lee cording holds. Yuta fights up, drop toeholds, wants a calf killer but Lee rolls! Yuta spins with him to get the KNEEBAR! Lee scrambles, ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, Yuta lets go at 4, and that is Lee’s first of three ropebreaks. Yuta taunts Lee but the fans rally up behind Moriarty. Lee takes his time returning, and then steps back in. Lee moves around, headstands, and he pushes down on Yuta’s legs. Lee floats to a headlock but Yuta slips right out to hammerlock. Yuta leans on Lee but Lee stands up. Lee reaches back, cording holds then headlocks, but Yuta powers up and out. Yuta drops, hurdles, but Lee rolls him up! ONE, but into the BORDER CITY STRETCH! Yuta scrambles to the ROPEBREAK, and Lee lets off. Lee grins but Yuta smirks, that’s just one of his three. Yuta mockingly applauds then tells off the fans before he steps into the ring. They feel things out to a knuckle lock, go shoulder to shoulder, and the fans rally up.

Lee pushes Yuta back but Yuta bridges! Yuta powers up to stand again, and he kicks to wrench and trip! Cover, ONE, and Lee sweeps! ONE, Yuta wrenches to step over, IRON OCTOPUS! Lee endures while Yuta grins and even poses. Lee pries at a leg, but Yuta sunset flips! Lee sits on it, TWO! Yuta has the sunset, TWO! Lee ROCKS Yuta, but Yuta CHOPS Lee down! The fans fire up and Yuta shouts at Lee to get up. We’re past 5 minutes as Yuta storms up, but Lee puts him in the corner. They clinch, the ref gets between them, and Lee sneaks a haymaker! Yuta gets made and DECKS Lee with a haymaker! The ref saw Yuta’s, there’s his one warning!

Yuta is upset, but Lee DECKS Yuta with a haymaker! The ref misses that because he was busy telling ring announcer Bobby Cruise! The fans are torn but Lee drags Yuta into a rain of palm strikes! Lee fires up, the fans are still torn, and Yuta slowly sits up. Lee drags Yuta up to bump him off buckles, then winds up to CHOP! Yuta staggers away, fans rally up, and Lee flexes. Yuta comes back to CHOP! Lee kicks low, pushes Yuta to a corner, and ROCKS him! Yuta sits down, Lee shakes out his arm, then Lee whips Yuta corner to corner. Yuta floats around to have a cording hold, and he grinds that arm into a FUJIWARA ARMBAR! Lee reaches out with a foot, ROPEBREAK! We pass 7 minutes as Lee uses his second! Yuta storms up, Lee ELBOWS him back! Lee runs up but Yuta TOSSES him out! Lee stands up, blocks a shot then grabs Yuta’s arm, ELBOW BREAKER HOTSHOT! Yuta falls back and the fans fire up. Lee nods and he steps back in. Lee runs, runs Yuta over, and Yuta flounders. Lee clamps onto Yuta, TWO, but Lee hammerlocks an arm. Lee SNAP LOCKS it, but Yuta reaches back for a headlock. So Lee bridges over to put pressure on the arm!

Lee shifts around, keeps on that hammerlock, but Yuta reaches back again. Yuta stands, snapmares, then headlocks. But Lee slips right out and it’s back to the hammerlock. Lee traps the arm, kneels and flexes, then goes back to crank the arm. Yuta fights up again and reaches back, then jumps for a FLYING MARE! Yuta is free, runs up, but Lee BOOTS him! Lee goes up to MISSILE DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! The fans rally behind Lee but he has them settle down. Lee stomps Yuta, eggs him on, and Yuta glares. They go forehead to forehead, then forearm for forearm! Yuta wobbles, we hit 10 minutes as he hits Lee!

Lee comes back to ROCK Yuta! Yuta comes back to ROCK Lee! Lee pokes Yuta in the eyes! The ref reprimands and the fans are torn while Yuta flails and flounders. Lee storms up to the corner, whips Yuta corner to corner then runs in to LARIAT! Lee keeps Yuta on his feet to whip back the other way. Lee runs up but Yuta goes up and over! Yuta keeps moving, ducks ‘n’ dodges and LARIATS! The fans are torn but Yuta storms up on Lee to atomic drop! And ENZIGIRI! Lee wobbles. Yuta goes corner to corner to A-LIST LARIAT! Lee staggers, Yuta goes up, and Yuta FLYING LARIATS! And kips up!

The fans fire up with Yuta and he scoops Lee for a SLAM! Yuta goes back to a corner, climbs up again, but then Lee UPPERCUTS! Lee RIDGE HANDS, then climbs up after Yuta. Lee twists the wrist, bends the fingers, but Yuta throws short headbutts into the ribs! Lee BITES Yuta’s face! The ref reprimands, but Lee goes to the very top! SUPER DUPER PLEX!! Both men are down, the fans fire up, and the judges are definitely liking what they’re seeing. Lee and Yuta rise, Lee half nelsons. Yuta arm-drags free, then catches Lee. Lee fights the lift to lift Yuta, but Yuta wrenches out! Lee ROCKS Yuta, but was it closed fist!?

The ref determines it was a haymaker, that is Lee’s first warning! Lee hurries to drag Yuta up, RIPCORD FACEBUSTER! And then BORDER CITY STRETCH!! Yuta endures, the fans rally, and Yuta powers up! Yuta crawls his way over, but Lee rolls him away! BORDER CITY STRETCH!! Yuta rolls to a cover, TWO!! BORDER CITY STRETCH!! Yuta still fights, still reaches out, ROPEBREAK! That is Yuta’s second and they’re even again. Lee then stomps Yuta around, talks trash, so Yuta SLAPS him! Lee nods and comes back, but Yuta fires a forearm, a CHOP, and repeat! Lee headlocks, Yuta powers out, but Lee BOOTS!

Yuta rewinds and shoots around, GERMAN- NO, Lee fights that to switch! Yuta switches again, Lee switches, repeat! They go around and around, Yuta rolls Lee out of the ring! Then he DIVES! Down goes Lee right into railing! The fans are thunderous while both men are down on the outside! We pass 15 minutes, so this is just the first quarter of their ONE HOUR time limit. Yuta drags Lee up and puts him in the ring. Yuta goes up a corner, takes aim, and DIVING SPLASHES! Cover, TWO!! Lee survives and the fans fire up! The fans cheer and the ref counts. Yuta lets off and now no one can use the ropes! The two both stand, and Yuta wrenches. Lee holds ropes to block, Yuta headlocks, but Lee throws body shots. Lee lifts Yuta to APRON BACK SUPLEX!! Yuta lands hard and then falls to the floor! Yuta flounders back up, and Lee DIVES! The fans fire up as Lee roars, and he puts Yuta in the ring and hauls him up! For the FANG!! And then a cover, TWO!! Yuta survives and shakes his head but Lee is beside himself! We’re at 19 minutes, the fans rally up, and Lee drags Yuta up. Lee reels Yuta in but Yuta is deadweight, so Lee drops him.

Lee shakes his head, drags Yuta back up, and Yuta wrangles him! FUJIWARA!! Lee moves around, fights up, and rolls through. Yuta wrangles him again, FUJIWARA!! Lee reaches out but ropebreaks won’t matter, though! Lee does it as a part of instinct, but then he uses the ropes for leverage! Lee hooks Yuta into a leg clutch cradle, and hooks the ropes with his own leg!! The ref doesn’t see it, he counts the cover! LEE WINS!!

Billie has the CHICKEN WING SLEEPER! Velvet endures, throws elbows, and then stands up to throw more hands! Velvet snapmares free, puts Billie back on ropes, and runs, only for Billie to dodge! Billie resists, Velvet CLUBS her, and then lifts, only for Billie to slip under! Billie shoves Velvet, Velvet stops herself and ELBOWS back! Billie hops down, Velvet goes up! Billie hurries back up and she shoves Velvet! Velvet stays on the apron but ends up in a HANGING SLEEPER!! But Velvet fights up to SUPER STUNNER!! Billie flops all the way to the floor! Billie calls for help, clutching her neck! Is she pulling that same trick again? Velvet wants after Billie but the ref has her stay back.

Doc Sampson checks Billie, and fans boo as they sense another trick. Velvet waits in the ring while Billie cries in pain. Billie manages to stand, and she gets in the ring. She doesn’t want her reign, the inaugural reign, to end like this. Velvet still doesn’t fully trust this but the ref still has her stand down. Billie sits up, the ref has Velvet be patient, and Billie stands. And she shoves the ref aside! Velvet avoids the cheap shot, and then the heel kick! She was right not to trust the Minion! Velvet blocks a kick, but the KNEE hits! Billie grins as she again earns an Oscar. But then Velvet stands up! Fans cheer, but Velvet tricks Billie by falling back down.

Billie hurries up a corner, only for Velvet to sneak up behind her! ROCKET LAUNCHER! And then THE ROLLING CUTTER!! Cover, VELVET WINS!!

The Code of Honor is NOT upheld as The Dark Order just starts throwing hands! The fans boo as Silver is after Ross, Reynolds is after Marshall, and Uno takes Dustin out of the ring! The bell rings to put this on record as the brawling continues to spill out! Marshall BOOTS Reynolds, Silver ROCKS Ross and Uno CLUBS Dustin. Dustin hits Uno back, then helps Marshall with Reynolds. Marshall goes after Uno, Uno CHOPS Marshall. Dustin SMACKS Reynolds off railing, UPPERCUTS him, and Reynolds falls. Aubrey’s back as the ref and she wants this in the ring. Ross KICKS away on Silver, then he goes after Reynolds.

Marshall crawls, Reynolds grabs an arm and keeps him back! Uno runs at Dustin, but Dustin sends him into steel steps!

The fans are thunderous as Marshall fires shots! Reynolds dodges to BLAST Ross! But he turns around into a SPINEBUSTER! Silver runs at Dustin but Dustin DUMPS him out! The fans are thunderous, Marshall kicks Reynolds away, hot tag to Dustin! The Natural rallies on Reynolds with LARIAT after LARIAT! Dustin whips Reynolds, then back drops him on the rebound! Reynolds is sent into Silver! Dustin grabs Reynolds for the CROSS RHODES!! Cover, Uno breaks it! The fans boo but Uno drags Dustin up. Uno and Silver mug Dustin but the Von Erichs come to the rescue! The Bad Child, Big Bad Shaney T, Mr. TV Ready, Big Shotty and The Machine are stepping up! Much more than a Six Pack Challenge, will Atlantis survive these odds? Or will there be another new champion crowned in shocking fashion?

The Code of Honor is mostly upheld, except by Johnny. Johnny gets a good luck kiss from Taya. The bell rings, and Lio SUPERKICKS Atlantis! Atlantis bails out, Lio PLANCHAS! Lio rains down fists, and then Shane DECKS Big Shotty! Shane circles with Cage and the fans chant “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” Johnny steps into the ring, thinking he and Shane are still buddies like they were in last night’s tag match. Shane says that was then, this is now. The Machine wipes everyone out and the fans are thunderous! Cage drags Johnny and Atlantis up, reels them both in, but wait… Shane?! Shane decides to build speed, but then Cage runs in! Shane dodges and he LARIATS Cage! The fans fire up, they wanna see him still do it! But then Shane gets mugged by everyone! The fans boo but Shane EXPLODES! Shane CLOBBERS Johnson, bobs ‘n’ weaves to HEABUTT Johnny, then he FLIPS Lio!

Shane KNEES Lio down, Atlantis runs and dodges one but not the SOUTHPAW LARIAT! Shane blocks Cage’s kick, KNEES him, then URENAGES! The fans fire up as Shane stands tall over all five! Shane sees Johnson in a corner, run sin and CANNONBALLS but Johnson moves! Atlantis SUPERKICKS Shane, then Johnny FLYING CHUCKS him down! FINAL HOUR on Shane!! Cover, Lio ELIMINATES Shane!! Billie Starkz lost her title, she is not a Forever Champion. However, the Fallen Goddess has already defeated every opponent put in front of her, and looks to do the same again tonight. Will Texas’ own Minion Overlord still be on top? Or is a queen about to ascend to the throne?

Lexy Nair narrates a video. “One day, when the sun, the moon and the north star aligned, a great lightning bolt scorched the earth. It was on this day a beast was born. Fans rally for “Women’s Wrestling!” as Aminata reels Athena in. Athena does her best to stuff the suplex but Aminata still rolls her back and has a facelock! Knuckle lock cover, ONE! Aminata pushes the hand down, ONE as Athena raises the other!

Aminata pushes Athena down again, TWO as Athena bridges! Aminata sweeps the legs, covers, TWO! The two reset and the fans fire up! Aminata and Athena circle, tie up, and Athena waistlocks. Athena snapmares, chinlocks, but Aminata slips out to cording hold. Athena fights up, fireman’s carry takeover, cover, ONE! The fans fire up as Aminata is sent into railing! Athena drags Aminata up, whips her hard into railing, and then she drags Aminata up. Athena whips Aminata again into more railing! Aminata flops down, Athena refreshes the ring count, and she tells the ref to hold on. Athena runs up at Aminata, but Aminata drop toeholds her into steel steps! Athena flounders, Aminata fires up and runs in, but Athena moves and the hip attack hits steel! Aminata writhes, Athena drags her up, and Athena then suplexes for a GOURD BUSTER to the floor! Athena cheers herself and the fans join in. Athena then leaves Aminata behind to pull the steel steps around.

The Conglomeration has clashed with The Undisputed Kingdom back and forth, and there might even be some kind of time-space paradox where they’re fighting in the Royal Rampage right now, too. But all that aside, who will #ManUp and who will fall down in disgrace?

Roddy puts Mark in a corner, gets all up on Mark, but lets off as the ref counts. The fans boo but Mark keeps cool. The two reset, tie up, and are in another deadlock. Mark waistlocks, Roddy wrenches out to wristlock, and Mark rolls. The fans duel, “We Hate Roddy!” “NO, WE DON’T!” Roddy wrangles Mark, digs his knee into the shoulder, then isolates the arm. Mark rolls back, but Roddy wrenches again.

Mark rolls, wrenches, wristlocks again, then facelocks. Roddy and Mark move around, and end up in the ropes. The ref counts, Mark lets off, and the two get up in a huff. Mark goes up, aims again, FROGGY-BOW onto knees! Roddy saves himself there and Mark writhes. The fans rally, Mark storms over, and the fans cheer on “DEM BOYS! DEM BOYS!” Mark drags Roddy up, reels him in, and underhooks! Roddy hooks ropes with a leg! Roddy then RAMS Mark, fireman’s carries, but Mark slips free. Roddy ELBOWS, Mark FOREARMS, then they fire haymakers! Mark blocks a boot to UPPERCUT! Roddy wobbles, the fans fire up and Mark storms up, into an ENZIGIRI! And APRON BACK SUPLEX! Mark writhes and flops to the floor! Roddy drags Mark up to then POST Mark! Mark falls back, Roddy soaks up the heat, but Mark CHOPS! Roddy CHOPS and ROCKS in return and on repeat!

Roddy sits Mark down with CHOP after CHOP and haymaker after haymaker! Roddy POSTS Mark again, face first!! Mark falls, Roddy rolls into the ring, and the fans boo again. Mark is busted open bad! Roddy rains down fists on Mark, then CHOPS again! And ROCKS! And CHOPS! Mark staggers around, Roddy fires off on the bloody forehead! The crimson mask is already complete, and Roddy flips Texas off with that bloody hand. Roddy puts Mark in, stalks Mark to ropes, and CHOKES him! The fans boo, the ref counts, and Roddy lets off. Roddy then goes back to CLAW Mark’s face! The ref counts, Roddy lets off.

Roddy scoops Mark for a BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Roddy keeps his focus as he clamps on a CAMEL CLUTCH! Roddy shouts for Mark to give up but the fans rally for “CHICKEN! CHICKEN!” Mark reaches out, ROPEBREAK! So Roddy stomps Mark on the back! Roddy stomps Mark in a corner, drags him up, and CLUBS him on the back. And CHOPS him on the back! Mark shoves Roddy away! Roddy dodges the boot to scoop and BACKBREAKER! Then Roddy has the legs, BOSTON CRAB! Mark endures as Roddy sits deep on the hold! The fans rally, Mark’s blood paints the mat, and he’s fading!

The ref checks Mark, and Mark comes right back to life! Mark gets the ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, Roddy lets go at 4. Roddy storms back up to Mark, drags him up, and reels him in. Roddy underhooks the arms, is he going to do that? No, Mark back drops free first! Mark fires haymakers, but Roddy knees low! Underhooks, JAY DRILLER!! Roddy grins as he adds insult to injury! Cover, ONE!?!? The fans are thunderous as Mark has reached that next level! Roddy has seen a ghost, and it might be the spirit of Jay backing up his brother! The fans tell Roddy he messed up, but Roddy still fires forearms! Mark just powers up!

Roddy fires more shots, then runs, but into a LEAPING LARIAT! And then another LARIAT! And ELBOW! Mark kicks, reels Roddy in, and turns him a la Jay, for the NECKBREAKER! Roddy staggers up, Mark brings him in and FISHERMAN BUSTERS! Cover, TWO!! Mark just fires up more! Mark climbs up the corner, but Roddy GAMANGIRIS first! Roddy climbs up after Mark, for a TOP ROPE GUTBUSTER! Roddy then goes back up, fireman’s carries, SUPER OLYMPIC SLAM!! Cover, TWO!!! Mark survives and the fans fire up again! The fans continue to rally but Roddy drags Mark up.

Roddy reels Mark in, suplexes, but Mark slips free to shove, dodge, and DOUBLE LARIATS take both men down! The fans fire up again, then rally as Mark and Roddy stir. Roddy goes to ropes, Mark rises up, and then Roddy fires a forearm. Mark fires back! Roddy fires another, so Mark fires back! Roddy wobbles, but CHOPS! Mark CHOPS back! Roddy fires a forearm, Mark fires back, and they speed up! The fans fire up as they keep going, but boo as Roddy gets the edge. But Mark ROCKS Roddy! Roddy ROCKS Mark! Mark rebounds to ROCK Roddy, then ROLLING ELBOW! The fans fire up and Mark wants it!

Mark reels Roddy in, underhooks, but Roddy slips free, but spins into an EXPLDOER! Mark underhooks, but here comes The Kingdom! Taven leaps in, into an UPPERCUT! Mark TOSSES Taven, but he and the ref forget about Bennett! BELT SHOT!! Roddy crawls to cover, TWO!!! Mark survives, the fans are thunderous, but Roddy hurries to fireman’s carry! GUTBUSTER DROP, into an underhook! TIGER BOMB, then a run, SICK KICK!! Cover, TWO?!? Mark survives again and the fans are thunderous! And here comes The Conglomeration! Kyle & Ishii go after The Kingdom, wanting payback for earlier tonight!

The fans bark as the Stone Pitbull and Violent Artist drag The Kingdom away! Mark rolls Roddy, TWO! Roddy fires shots, runs, but Mark dodges the Sick Kick! LARIAT!! The fans are thunderous and Mark goes back up the corner! But Roddy GAMANGIRIS again! Roddy climbs, brings Mark up, “This is Awesome!” as Mark fights back! Mark REDNECK UPPERCUTS! Roddy falls, Mark adjusts! FROGGY-BOW!! Cover, MARK WINS!!!

Winner: Mark Briscoe, by pinfall (still ROH World Champion)

Roddy tried to steal away the legacy Mark fought so hard to establish, and it blew up in his face! Ishii & Kyle return to celebrate with Mark while The Kingdom regroup. Roddy, Taven & Bennett are still going to Battle of the Belts, can they redeem themselves with those ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships? As for Mark Briscoe, he gives glory to God, and he thanks both his good pals and his late brother for all their help. Will the legacy of #DemBoys never die here in ROH?

My Thoughts:

An awesome Death Before Dishonor here. I did skip the Zero Hour but it is free gratis on YouTube even, and was just a lot of fun filler. I will say, great showing from MXM in their ROH debut, and I really liked the interaction of Infantry and Top Flight. Teaming up, facing each other, I’m sure we’ll get great stuff out of them all in the near future. Komander VS Mortos was almost too good to be just the main show opener, that was incredible. Like, put that in a Match of the Month/Year discussion because those guys went to another level just for this. The Texas Deathmatch of Leyla and Diamante was also awesome, and I’m a little surprised it happened at all, when we just got their Lights Out match. I’m also surprised Leyla won, but I think it’s clear she’ll go after the top title.

As such, awesome stuff in both women’s title matches. I was right in guessing Velvet would win to take the title off Billie, but I am still legitimately surprised Athena retained the title against Aminata. Granted, they made sure to go the extra distance with that steel step spot, but then Aminata survived that, so they had to have even Lexy get involved with the cheating. Honestly a bit of a shame Aminata didn’t win the top title, what is she to do now? Unless she is the one leaving ROH behind to go after an AEW championship… But I feel like Leyla’s long road build through both traditional and No Disqualification matches is a sign that she takes that title off Athena in the end.

Another thing I guessed right was that Lee Moriarty would take the title from Wheeler Yuta. Yuta had his time with the belt, time to move on, and #TAIGASTYLE is the perfect choice, especially with Shibata back in ROH. Dustin & Von Erichs of course beat The Dark Order again, they have to be the ones to face The Undisputed Kingdom for the World Six Man titles. Shibata hanging out with them is an interesting choice, too, but hey, it was just great to see The Wrestler and The Natural in the ring together. And honestly, not sure if Dustin & The Von Erichs win on Saturday or not, really depends on if The Von Erichs are truly All Elite.

But great stuff from The Undisputed Kingdom tonight. I should’ve figured The Kingdom would cheat to keep the tag titles, but I didn’t think it’d be in part because of The Don Callis Family. I feel like that should be the next feud, Don Callis Family VS Conglomeration. Roddy VS Mark was awesome, and perhaps I should’ve known Mark would bleed. But he sure bled a lot between tonight and Wednesday… Mark retaining was about 50-50 to me, but I am glad that he did retain. There are still lots of possibilities for who he can face, and if it is The Don Callis Family next, they can make it Rush, another former ROH World Champion. In fact, that should kinda be Mark’s string of defenses: former ROH champions. Just NOT Jericho, never Jericho, no Jericho Vortex in ROH.
