In this week’s edition of Hockey Talk, the guys again take a more holistic approach to the discussion as they cover a wide variety of sports topics including the Quarterfinal matchups of the CFP, what Patrick expects from the Illinois v. South Carolina battle in the Citrus Bowl, and why he is less than enthused about the idea of Pete Caroll being the next coach of the Chicago Bears. For once, things are not nearly as dire for Dave’s teams and this was hammered home by the return of Alexander Ovechkin to the Washington Capitals’ lineup. With Ovi resuming his chase for Wayne Gretzky’s all-time goals record, the guys discuss how far the Caps might be able to go. Meanwhile, is it time for big changes in the Big Apple as the Rangers sink to last place in the Metropolitan Division?
