Bandwagon Nerds #273: Too Soon for Supergirl?

Throughout the history of BWN, three properties have dominated much of the discussion. This week, your favorite Nerds got to talk about all three as we have news from the MCU, the DCU, and Star Wars to consider. On the DC side of things, we got news that Supergirl has begun filming. Rey and Dave have decidedly different feelings about that….and that is putting it mildly. On the other hand, the guys are all excited about Sinestro being cast in the upcoming Lanterns series and where the Green Lantern Corps might fit into James Gunn’s vision for the DCU. On the Marvel side of things, Doctor Strange will not be a part of Avengers: Doomsday, and the guys are not that surprised. On the Star Wars side of things, Ryan Gosling might be getting brought into the Star Wars Universe and Natalie Portman might be getting brought back….and it might not be in the role we are expecting. All that plus a quick visit to the Trailer Park, streaming service price increases, and the return of Full Swing for a third season!

This week on Bandwagon Nerds, the full Bandwagon returns to break down the explosive season finale of Invincible. Story lines all converge, and things take an unexpected turn as Mark Grayson is faced with an impossible choice to make. Speaking of impossible choices, the Nerds continue their review of Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2. This week’s episode was all about Matt’s choices and the ramifications of his decisions on those he cares about most. Last, but certainly not least, the guys review the latest episode of The Boys’ final season. The search for V1 continues, and why are our heroes trying to suddenly kill each other? All that, plus we review trailers for Clayface, Spider-Man: Noir, and Coyote v. Acme. It’s a big week here at the Bandwagon, and we hope you tune in!
