Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler fueled the rage of Bandido & Brody King on Wednesday, they might have their head on a swivel from now until Full Gear. Will they be able to focus on the “Collision Cowboys” in Houston? Or will it be #GunnsUp against the #1 contenders to the tag team titles?

The teams sort out and Dax starts against Austin. The fans rally, “Gunns Up! WOOP WOOP!” Dax talks trash on Austin and the two tie up. Dax headlocks, hits a takeover, but Austin headscissors. Austin shouts, “GUNNS! UP!” The fans cheer but Dax frowns. Dax and Austin circle, tie up, and they go around. Dax puts Austin in the corner, Cash tags in, but Austin arm-drags! Austin grinds the armlock and the fans cheer. Cash fights up, fires a forearm, but Austin powers puts pressure on the arm. Cash fires another shot, whips Austin, but Austin slips free of the scoop! Austin shoves, ducks, and arm-drags!

The fans fire up with Austin as he wrenches, and he tags in Juice! The fans fire up as Juice goes up, but Cash gets free. Cash runs away to the FTR corner, Juice hops down and high-fives Austin. Cash tags Dax in, but the fans rally for “JUICE! JUICE! JUICE!” Juice and Dax tie up, Dax headlocks, but Juice powers up and out. Dax RUNS Juice over, things keep moving, and Juice hurdles, but Dax counters hip toss with HIP TOSS! Juice UP KICKS, then he scoops and SLAMS! Dax trips Juice, both men get up, but Dax headlocks for a takeover! Juice headscissors, Dax kips free, but Juice hits the arm-drag and takedown!

The fans fire up while Dax endures the grind. Dax fights up, Juice wrenches, but Dax pulls hair! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Dax lets off, only to BODY BLOW! And CHOP! Dax says that was for those fans right in the corner. The fans taunt Dax with “BALD! BALD! BALD!” and we see that “Big Bill” and Bryan Keith are watching backstage. They still have beef with the Bang Bang Gang, and they nod as Dax CHOPS Juice! But then Juice CHOPS, CHOPS, and CHOPS in return! The fans fire up, Juice roars, and the fans cheer even louder! Juice climbs up to rain down fists! The fans count along, but Cash runs up! Juice CROSSBODIES Cash down!

The fans fire up as Juice rains down fists on Cash, but Dax pulls Juice’s hair! Austin gets in and DECKS Dax! The Bang Bang Gang double whip FTR to then STEREO BACKDROP! Then Austin LARIATS Dax up and out! Juice feeds Cash to Austin to TOSS out onto Dax! A rough landing for FTR but the fans cheer as it is Gunns Up! Dax rises, Juice drags him into the ring, and Juice wrenches to wristlock. Dax pulls hair again and puts Juice in the corner. Juice fires hands and elbows, then gets under to lift. Cash tags in before the atomic drop! Juice ELBOWS Cash, then whips Dax. Dax reverses, Juice rebounds to LARIAT, but Cash CHOP BLOCKS Juice!

The fans boo but Cash drops ELBOW after ELBOW on the leg! Then he HIP DROPS at the ropes! The fans boo but Cash drags Juice around, steps through, LEG DROP on the leg! Cash drags Juice around again, hooks the leg up, and he SNAP LOCKS it! The fans boo more but Cash soaks it up. Cash steps through but Juice BOOTS him into the POST! The fans fire up but Dax hurries to tag in! Dax intercepts Juice with a facelock! The fans boo but Austin still reaches out. Dax scoops and SLAMS Juice, but Juice avoids the elbow drop! And he avoids another elbow drop! Juice slips outside, and he ROCKS Dax with a right!

Cash runs up to anchor Juice, but Juice DECKS Cash! Juice RAMS Dax, slingshots up and over, sunset flip! TWO and both men hurry to their feet! Dax lifts Juice, throws him back, and Cash is there! Juice slips out, runs up, but FTR both keep him back! So Juice DOUBLE DDTS! The fans fire up while Juice and FTR are all down! Stoke panics as Juice stirs. The fans rally as Juice crawls, hot tag to Austin! Austin LARIATS Dax again and again, then gets moving to SLINGBLADE! The fans fire up, Austin dodges Cash and trips him up! Then he bobs ‘n’ weaves with Dax to JAB, JAB, JAB, swivel hips, and he DECKS Dax!

The fans fire up as Austin then dodges Cash, QUICK DRAW on Cash! Austin whips, Dax reverses, but Austin catches Dax to a cradle, TWO! Austin backslides! TWO! Austin kicks low, but Cash runs up! Austin kicks Cash, sets him up, but Cash dodges the Famouser! Austin avoids the lariat to DUMP Cash out! Dax runs up on Austin and whips, then drops down, and Cash DUMPS Austin out! Austin hits the apron hard and flops to the floor, and fans boo as FTR has taken back control while Collision goes picture in picture.

Dax stays in the ring while Austin sputters on the floor. The ring count climbs as Austin slowly sits up. But then Cash sends Austin into railing! The fans protest and the ref reprimands but Cash CHOPS Austin! And SMACKS him off the apron! Cash leaves Austin behind as the count begins again. Cash is the legal man now as FTR waits on Austin. Austin stands at 6, staggers at 7, stumbles back at 8, and the ref stops to check on Austin. Austin’s alright, and he gets back in the ring! Cash stomps away on Austin at the ropes! The ref counts, Cash stops at 4, and Cash soaks up heat. Cash tells Houston to “SUCK IT!” before he drags Austin up.

Tag to Dax, he CHOPS Austin in the corner, then CHOPS again! Dax JABS, JABS, JABS away on Austin until the ref counts 4. Austin sputters and crawls but Dax stomps him down. Collision returns to single picture and the fans rally for Austin. Dax tags Cash, they drag Austin up to double whip, but Austin TOSSES Dax! Then he dodges Cash, but Cash dodges Austin! DOUBLE LARIATS take both men down! The fans fire up as Austin and Cash crawl for their corners. Hot tag to Dax, then he swings on Juice! Juice avoids the haymaker, Austin BACKDROPS Dax! Hot tag to Juice! Juice fires off JAB after JAB, “JUICE! JUICE! JUICE!”

Cash runs up, Juice JABS, JABS, JABS! Then atomic drop for Dax! Atomic drop for Cash! Juice brings FTR together, MEETING OF THE MINDS! The fans fire up and Juice LARIATS Cash up and out! Bandido and his amigos tipped the scales, and now FTR is on the back foot going towards Full Gear! Will Dax, Cash & Stokely just have to rethink their strategy once the titles on the line? Or will Brodido find a way to take the #TopGuysOut?

AEW shares a post-Dynamite backstage interview with Kyle Fletcher.

Renee Paquette is with The Protostar and brings up that it was decided that Kyle Fletcher VS Mark Briscoe Round 6 would be for the TNT title, but if Briscoe loses, he MUST join the Don Callis Family. But Kyle’s title is still on the line in a No Disqualifications match. Why was Kyle so quick, and even pleased, to jump on this opportunity? Kyle says he was excited. But the more he thinks about it, maybe he should be concerned. The deck is stacked against him as he faces Briscoe, “a deranged human being” in a No DQ match where Briscoe could literally do anything to him. Briscoe might win the title!

But even if Briscoe loses, he still wins because he has the honor of joining The Don Callis Family, literally the best thing that’s ever happened to Kyle! Oh, speaking of the Family, Kazuchika Okada steps in. Kyle says great to see Okada, and Okada says he is sorry that Konosuke Takeshita wasn’t here to support Fletcher. But Okada is! Because Okada and Fletcher are basically the captains of the Don Callis Family. And after Full Gear, when Fletcher beats Briscoe, they will both still be champions. They will be the #PROTOKADA! Kyle thinks about how that sounds. Not bad, really.

Is Okada really going to replace Takeshita as Fletcher’s tag partner? Is Fletcher already looking past the title match made for tonight on Collision?

AEW TNT Championship: Kyle Fletcher VS Ace Austin!

Collision returns as the Aussie Arrow makes his entrance, followed by the Bang Bang Gang’s third man. The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see is a new champion is Inevitable!

The bell rings and the two circle. They tie up, Fletcher powers Austin to the ropes, then backs off as the ref counts. Austin and Fletcher reset, feel things out, and knuckle lock. Austin kicks and wrenches to headlock. Fletcher endures the grind, wrenches out, and ELBOW BREAKERS! Then he powers on a wristlock, but Austin rolls, handsprings, only for Fletcher to wrangle him. Fletcher has the cording hold but the fans boo. Austin fights up, slips around, and waistlocks. Fletcher switches, then he SLAMS Austin down! Fletcher flexes and the fans are torn, but Austin goes to a corner. The fans rally for “ACE! ACE! ACE!” and he resets with Kyle.

The two circle, tie up, and Ace headlocks. Kyle powers up and out, RUNS Ace over, and keeps moving. Austin stays low, then hurdles, but Fletcher blocks the hip toss. Austin ducks the lariat to wrench and arm-drag! Fletcher runs up, but into a headlock takeover. Austin traps an arm, turns Kyle for a ghost pin, TWO! Fletcher scrambles and Austin says it was that close. The fans cheer but Kyle frowns. The two reset, circle, but then Fletcher bails out. The fans boo but Fletcher lets the ring count climb. Fletcher then talks trash on the fans before he tells Austin to back off. Austin steps back, Fletcher steps in, and the two circle.

Fletcher BOOST Austin right down! The fans are torn but Fletcher dusts himself off. Austin rises up, Fletcher clamps on with a facelock, but Austin wrenches out to drop toehold and KICK! Then he steps over, LA MAGISTROL! TWO, and Austin DROPKICKS Fletcher to a corner! The fans fire up, Austin runs up, CHOP! Then Austin whips corner to corner, runs in, but Fletcher puts him on the apron. Austin RAMS Fletcher, springboards, but Fletcher catches him! SWINGING BACKBREAKER, then a FULL NELSON SLAM! The fans are torn but Fletcher smirks. Fletcher soaks up cheers and jeers on the corner while Collision goes picture in picture.

Fletcher goes back to Austin, slaps him around, then drags him up. Scoop and SLAM! Fletcher mocks the fans cheering “ACE! ACE! ACE!” Fletcher then stalks Austin to the ropes, and he STOMPS Austin down! Austin goes to a corner, Fletcher stomps him again, and again, and again! Fletcher digs his boots in, the ref counts, and Fletcher backs off. Fletcher grins while Austin sputters in the corner. Austin drags himself up with the ropes but Fletcher is right on him. The ref reprimands as Fletcher winds up and CHOPS! Austin sputters again, Fletcher taunts the fans, and Fletcher stands Austin up in a corner while Collision goes to break.

Collision returns and Fletcher has Austin a chinlock. Austin endures, the fans rally up, but Fletcher grinds Austin down. Austin fights to his feet, fires body shots, but Fletcher KNEES low, and KNEES him again! Fletcher runs, blocks Austin’s boot, then FLIPS Austin to the apron. But Austin blocks a forearm to ROCK Fletcher! Austin steps in, Triangle Jump, but Fletcher ducks the Flying Chuck! Both men run up, Austin wrenches to short arm LARIAT! Then a KNEE, KICK, and RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! The fans fire up, Austin STANDING LEG DROPS! Fletcher flounders and bails out. Austin aims and builds speed to FOSBURY FLOP!

A E DUB!” for giving it to us! Fletcher drags Austin up, reels him in, and suplexes, but Austin cradles! TWO!!! Fletcher escapes, runs up, but Austin rolls, stacks, JAPANESE LEG ROLL CLUTCH! TWO!! Ace Austin gave Fletcher a run for his money, but The Protostar is still the Face of TNT! But will that still be the case in just two weeks? Or will the Sussex County Chicken use everything he has to dethrone Fletcher once and for all?

Kris Statlander speaks.

“Mercedes, you have a lot that I will never have. More success, more accolades, more confidence, and more legacy than any woman in wrestling history. But there is one thing… Well, maybe two…. that I have and you don’t. Focus. I have complete and total focus on being THE AEW Women’s World Champion, and you don’t. If you think this is just some other side piece you can scribble on a cake or have a nameless male bimbo you can carry behind you, than you would be wrong in the most extraordinary of ways. You were eliminated from the tag tournament because you were not focused on me.

“And now I will follow you into Blood & Guts, and I will go through whoever I have to until you are focused on me! And then, at Full Gear, one year after we fought for the very first time, in a completely different world… Your focus will be full, your vision will be clear, and it still won’t make a difference.” The Galaxy’s Greatest has warned The CEO, but will she make Mone understand with actions? Or will that Money Train just continue full steam ahead towards more gold?

Jon Moxley walked with the Death Riders and said, “We should just give them the advantage at Blood & Guts as a courtesy. They’re weak, they’re hurt, they’re tired, and deciding match three, this is already in the bag.” But then Don Callis is there. The Jackal has them all calm down, and says that they’ve all successfully stayed out of each other’s business for some time to mutual benefit. And on the subject of that, Fletcher has a very high stakes match with Mark Briscoe at Full Gear. Callis knows that Briscoe is part of The Conglomeration team going against them at Blood & Guts, and Callis is just saying that he’s very happy when he thinks about what they could do to him.

Pac tells Callis that everybody knows The Death Riders are done playing games. In Greensboro, North Carolina, they leave five bodies in that cage. So whatever Callis chooses to do with what’s left of Briscoe, that’s his prerogative. They couldn’t give a piss. Callis says he loves the sound of that. And if that were to be the case, which he is pretty sure it will, he’d owe them a tremendous favor. Anything they want! Moxley steps up, leans in, and tells Callis, “Do we look like we need a favor from anybody?” Callis is twitchy given the scar Moxley left on him from a long time ago, so he stays quiet. The Death Riders leave, though Claudio does give a glance at the TNT title.

Fletcher says that went well. Will The Death Riders dismantle Darby & The Conglomeration? Will The Don Callis Family be next?

The Blackbelt Beauty & The Queenslayer know they’ve got a Problem and a Megasus in their way on the road to the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championships, but they aren’t worried. Backstage interview with Athena.

Former Minion Bestie, Lexy Nair, is with the ROH Women’s World Champion, and brings up how Athena and Mone were eliminated from the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament. Now Athena will defend her title against Harley Cameron- Athena stops Lexy there. Does Lexy even remember who she is? HMM!? Lexy runs through the nicknames very quickly: The Fallen Goddess, the Minion Overlord, the Forever ROH Champion, Athena. YES, the FOREVER ROH Champion! So then, why doesn’t Athena feel like she’s the Forever Champion?! She’ll tell you why! It’s because for only the fifth time in five YEARS, Athena got pinned.

And this one hurts the most, because it was that evil little puppeteer, Harley Cameron. And y’know what? Harley must feel special, very special, but she’s not! If Kris Statlander didn’t poke her nose in Athena’s business, if Billie Starkz could just do the right thing for once, and if Mercedes Mone would’ve had Athena’s back like Athena had hers, Athena would NOT be in this predicament, which is her doubting herself. So if Harley Cameron, by some miracle, survives Blood & Guts, she’ll realize that Athena doesn’t need five other people by her side, or a cage, or the weapons, to beat the CRAP out of her!

Athena promises to do it not for her minions, not for anyone that she genuinely cares about. She does this for her. And then she will make Harley Cameron a little puppet for MIT. What’s Lexy think about that? Yes, Minion Overlord. That’s right. Put some pep in your step next time. Athena storms off, but will she still be the ROH Women’s World Champion then, now, and forever? Or will she #FeelTheWarth of Harley Cameron on ROH TV?

Speaking of Blood & Guts, Team Statlander is up against the wall after Mina Shirakawa lost to Megan Bayne and must win this match to force the third match. The Southampton Slugger has already beaten Chicago Skye once, but can she hit the homerun needed to survive?

The bell rings and the fans fire up behind Jamie. Skye runs up, Jamie avoids the boot and rolls Skye up, ONE! Oklahoma Roll, ONE! Skye runs up again, but Jamie scoops. Skye slips free, she rolls Jamie and bridges, TWO! Jamie swings but into a backslide, ONE! Jamie ROCKS Skye, then ripcords, but Skye ducks the Hayterade! Skye bails out, the fans boo, but Skye wags her finger. Jamie storms out after Skye, chases her around the way, and the fans cheer as Jamie gains ground! Skye rolls into the ring but Jamie drags her back out! Jamie kicks, suplexes, but Skye slips free and RAMS Jamie into the steel!

The fans are torn as Skye scrambles into the ring. Skye wants the ring count because any win seals the deal. Jamie is already back in the ring at 2 of 10, so Skye stomps and CLUBS and HAMMERS away! The fans boo, Skye tells them to shut up, and she stands Jamie up. Skye whips, Jamie reverses to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Jamie CHOPS away, then whips Skye, but Skye ducks ‘n’ dodges. Skye leaps, but into a SPINEBUSTER! And fast hands! Jamie HAMMERS Skye, then drags her back up. Jamie bumps Skye off buckles, climbs up, and she rains down fists! The fans fire up, Thekla turns things over, and Thekla HAMMERS away on Harley! Thekla drags Harley up, wrenches hair, and THROWS Harley down by her hair! Then she wrenches the hair to THROW Harley again! Thekla ROCKS Harley with a forearm, whips her to ropes, but the fans cheer on Harley as she ducks ‘n’ dodges. Harley THROWS Thekla down, then runs to basement DROPKICK! Thekla flounders out of the ring, the fans rally up, but Harley goes out after her.

Harley CHOPS Thekla, the fans fire up, and Harley whips Thekla hard into the railing! Harley wrenches Thekla to RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP to the floor! Harley SMACKS Thekla off the apron, puts her in the ring, and Harley storms back in. Harley has Thekla in a corner and RAMS into her! And RAMS her again! And again! We’re not playing around!” Thekla pushes Harley into the ring, then drags her back to the apron. Thekla brings Harley around to show the fans, and she reels Harley in for a third snap suplex to the floor!

Lexy is now with Kevin Knight & Mike Bailey to bring up their part in FTR losing to the Bang Bang Gang earlier tonight, but also that they have an announcement to make. Bailey says yes, but he wants to make it clear that it is far from over between them, FTR, and “Little Strokely.” But while FTR’s busy challenging for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Full Gear, Bailey & Knight aren’t the kind to sit by and watch. Knight agrees, they are not. So at Full Gear, there is the Casino Gauntlet Match to crown the first-ever AEW National Champion, and JetSpeed as fly as they are, they’re putting their names in the hat, then throw that hat into the ring.

Then it is official, they’re both in the gauntlet? Yes, and that doubles their chances of winning. If it comes down to just the two of them, may the best man win. They shake on it, but will JetSpeed be 2Fly2Stop now that they’re going Full Gear?

Backstage interview with Max Caster & Anthony Bowens.

Collision returns as Lexy is now with Platinum Max & The 5 Tool Player. Despite being on the same team again last week, they ended up literally fighting each other. But it is apparent Bowens has something to say to Caster? Yes, and Bowens wanted everyone to hear it: The Acclaimed is NEVER coming back, it is done! They tried as a favor to Jerry Lynn, but it is clearly not working and Bowens is sick of it. He’s over it! Bowens’ first step forward, the opportunity in his home state of New Jersey during Tailgate Brawl! What does Caster think about that?! Caster says great, he’ll also be at the Tailgate Brawl, so see you there, just don’t get in his way.

What’s Caster going to do? He isn’t booked! Caster says he will be, but Bowens says maybe if it’s to be a dumbass. Lexy stops the arguing because Tony Khan has made note that they do higher ratings when they’re on screen together. Their merch sales have gone up since being back on screen together, and the net value cash flows of their contracts are also higher. The numbers don’t lie. So if they’re going to be part of Tailgate Brawl, then it’ll be together. They argue with Lexy but she says this is all direct from Tony Khan, do not shoot the messenger. The two calm down, understanding that.

Caster then tells Tony through the camera, “This is really what you think of me? You know how insulting this is? I promise, you will regret the way that you treated me, cuz you can’t act like people don’t love The Best Wrestler Alive alone. And you can’t act like he (Bowens) doesn’t represent your company at all those outside events by himself. I don’t go to those, and he’s not the Best Wrestler Alive.” Bowens tells Caster to shut up already! But Bowens does tell Tony that Caster’s right, Bowens is NOT doing this! Cancel the match! He’s done! So is Caster! They both storm off, but will The (Not) Acclaimed NOT have a choice in working at Full Gear?

Men’s Blood & Guts Advantage Series, Round 3: Roderick Strong VS Jon Moxley w/ Marina Shafir!

Darby Allin defeated Daniel Garcia, Claudio Castagnoli defeated Orange Cassidy, so now it is all decided with this Collision! Will the Savior of the Backbreaker save The Conglomeration? Or will this Maniac make sure The Death Riders dominates inside the steel?

The bell rings, the two circle, and the fans rally up. They feel things out, and Moxley drops back to the ropes for defense. The fans boo but Roddy stays back. Moxley steps back up, the two feel out a knuckle lock, and then a clinch. The fans rally behind Roddy but Moxley shoots around to waistlock. Roddy switches, Moxley hooks a leg and drop toeholds, but Roddy stay sup. Roddy turns Moxley over, half nelsons, but Moxley powers his way out the back. Moxley waistlocks, facelocks, and he grinds Roddy down. Roddy endures, Moxley pushes Roddy to a lateral press, but Roddy is out before there’s even a count.

Roddy has Moxley in an armlock now and the fans cheer. Moxley endures, fights around and rises up, but Roddy wrenches. Roddy YANKS the arm, wristlocks, but Moxley spins and wrenches. Moxley wristlocks, then goes for a double wristlock. Moxley wrangles Roddy to the mat but Roddy fights around with his legs. ROPEBREAK! The fans rally, even duel now, as the two let off. Moxley shoves Roddy, Roddy SHOVES Moxley, and Moxley bails out! The fans boo but Moxley paces. Roddy waits on Moxley as Moxley goes around the outside. Moxley flips off Houston, then slowly steps inside. The two tie up, and Roddy puts Moxley on ropes.

The ref counts, Moxley turns things around, and he CHOPS! Roddy CHOPS right back! And CHOPS again! Roddy fires furious fists, but then Moxley kicks low! Moxley CHOPS and ROCKS Roddy in the corner. Moxley climbs up, and he CLAWS Roddy’s face before he rains down fists! The fans count, Moxley goes to seven before he CLAWS Roddy’s face again! Moxley hops back while the ref reprimands, but Moxley then wrenches and spins Roddy. Moxley wrangles Roddy with a top wristlock and the fans rally again. Roddy endures, bridges to stay up, but Moxley STOMPS the arm! The fans are torn while Roddy goes to a corner.

Moxley storms up and fires body shots! Moxley ROCKS Roddy, stalks him to another corner, and RAMS in! Roddy flops to the apron, hobbles away, and the fans rally up. Moxley goes out after Roddy, but Roddy fires hands! Moxley fires back, then wrenches the arm. Moxley bends the fingers! And he SNAPS them! The fans boo but Moxley CLUBS ROddy. Moxley whips ROddy, but Roddy reverses! Moxley hits steel steps hard! The fans fire up while Moxley is down, and Roddy hurries to fetch Moxley. BARRIER BACKBREAKER! The fans fire up but Marina seethes. Roddy lifts Moxley, Moxley fires elbows, then he clinches to RAM Roddy into the steel steps! Roddy writhes and Moxley seethes while Collision goes picture in picture.

Moxley pushes the steel steps around, kicks at Roddy, then stands him up. Moxley full nelsons and THRASHES Roddy around. Roddy endures, claws at the grip, but Moxley puts on the pressure. Then Moxley SMACKS Roddy off the steps! Roddy flounders while Moxley refreshes the ring count. Roddy leans against the railing, Moxley storms up, but Roddy CHOPS! And CHOPS! Roddy then ROCKS Moxley with a forearm, before he CHOPS again! And again! And again! Roddy CHOPS Moxley until he slumps down against the barriers! Roddy argues with Marina, but then she SPITS at him! Roddy glares at The Problem, but he goes back to Moxley.

Moxley pokes Roddy in the eyes! Then he puts Roddy in the ring and drags Roddy up. Moxley puts Roddy in a corner, grinds a forearm in his face again and again, but stops as the ref counts. Moxley digs his boot into a leg, then runs side to side. Moxley DROPKICKS the leg! Moxley then DRAGON SCREWS Roddy down, steps through, and has the FIGURE FOUR! Roddy endures and reaches out, but Moxley keeps hold of the foot. Roddy powers the plant leg away, but Moxley powers it back down! Roddy and Moxley sit up, and Roddy fires forearm after forearm! Moxley lets the leglock go, both men stand again, and Collision returns to single picture.

Moxley DROPKICKS the legs out again! Moxley drags Roddy, pulls on the bad leg, and he turns Roddy over for the HALF CRAB! Roddy endures and the fans fire up as Moxley then drops into a CALF KILLER! The fans rally, Roddy crawls and drags Moxley along, ROPEBREAK! Moxley lets go at 4 but he looms over Roddy. Moxley drags Roddy up, CHPOS him in the corner, then puts him up top. Moxley ROCKS Roddy, climbs up again, and he CLAWS Roddy’s back! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but now Moxley TWISTS Roddy’s ear! Moxley flips off the ref! The ref reprimands, Moxley hits a SUPER BUTTERFLY PLEX! Cover, TWO!

Roddy survives and Moxley seethes but the fans are on Roddy’s side. Moxley grows frustrated with Roddy, but Roddy JAWBREAKERS! And CHOPS! Roddy BOOTS from the ropes, then LEAPING LARIATS! The fans fire up for Roddy as he gets the edge with boxing elbows! Moxley RABBIT PUNCHES, then BODY BLOWS, then he ROCKS Roddy! Moxley runs, into a DROPKICK! The fans fire up and Roddy has Moxley in a corner. Roddy puts Moxley up top, climbs up to join him, and the fans rally again. SUPER DUPER PLEX! Both men are down and the fans fire up again! They cheer “A E DUB! A E DUB!” for making this main event possible. Roddy has Moxley, but Moxley shots around to SLEEPER! Roddy powers up to fireman’s carry! GUT BUSTER DROP! Roddy rises, runs, but MARINA TRIPS HIM! The ref saw that plain as day, but Moxley hits PARADIGM SHIFT!! Cover, TWO!!

Kyle O’Reilly rushes out here, and Marina is in his face! But Wheeler Yuta CHOP BLOCKS Kyle! The ref reprimands everyone, the fans tell off Yuta, but Moxley stalks Roddy. Moxley drags Roddy up, TOSSES him out, and he storms around. But Yuta has a chair now! The ref stops Yuta there, and EJECTS the Death Riders!! The fans cheer but Yuta & Marina are pissed! BUT HE FORGETS ABOUT PAC! The Bastard BOOTS Roddy!! The fans boo as the numbers game keeps giving The Death Riders an advantage! Moxley lets the ring count climb while he flexes and soaks up the heat. The fans rally for Roddy as hard as they can, but he’s still down at 6 of 10!

Roddy rises at 7, then leaps in at 9! CURB STOMP!! Cover, TWO!! Roddy lives and Moxley is furious! Moxley rains down forearms from all sides, then pushes to an ARMBAR! Roddy endures, clasps hands, but Moxley pulls on the arms! ARMBAR!! Roddy flails, fights, and has the ROPEBREAK! Roddy survives by a literal foot and Moxley lets go. Moxley argues with the ref, but the ref warns him! He could’ve ended this with the Marina crap! But Pac is sneaking back up! Pac looks for something under the ring, and he brings out a TABLE! The fans are torn, they like the table but they’re not into the Death Riders anymore.

The ref warns Pac to stop it, but the table is already set up. Moxley drags Roddy up, reels him in, but Roddy fights for life! And Kyle CLOBBERS Pac! The fans fire up as Roddy fireman’s carries Moxley! Moxley slips free, but Roddy GAMANGIRIS! But then GARCIA is here! Roddy gets Garcia for a FULL NELSEON SLAM through the table!! The fans are thunderous, but now Moxley POSTS Roddy! Moxley then drags those steel steps over, fetches Roddy, and he brings Roddy up the steps! But Roddy fights the lift! FULL NELSON SLAM on the steps!! Houston is thunderous while Moxley writhes! The ring count is climbing, Roddy is in at 5 of 10!

Moxley flounders, he drags himself up at 8, but someone anchors Moxley’s foot! Moxley is STUCK, THE COUNT IS TEN! Roddy wins!!

Winner: Roderick Strong, by count-out; The Conglomeration has Blood & Guts Advantage

The Death Riders return to protest, but they’re hypocrites for it. And then that someone TAZES Pac!! Because that was DARBY ALLIN under there! The fans fire up as The Relentless One dares someone to get the next one! Roddy WRECKS Yuta with a dropkick! Darby jumps into the crowd, dares Moxley to come at him, then scares him off with the stun gun! Houston is all fired up, but will Darby & The Conglomeration burn it all down in Greensboro? Or will The Death Riders find a way to win without the numbers advantage?

My Thoughts:

A great Collision here, but there was a rather stark contrast between the two hours being “Blood & Guts related” and “Not Blood & Guts related.” Great match from FTR VS Gunn & Robinson, and I really liked Bandido & Gravity pulling a double “Sting wearing a Sting mask” gag. Them and JetSpeed scaring Stokely and taking him out of the equation was great, and FTR losing for that is great because they get what they deserve but in a way that keeps them strong going towards Full Gear. I’d still love to see Bandido & Gravity VS FTR or some combination of singles matches to build the tag title match, but that depends on if Gravity is actually cleared to compete.

TayJay of course won a tune-up match tonight, they made quick work of Maya & Hyan. TayJay is going to fight their hearts out against Megan & Marina, but it feels like Megan & Marina are going to win in the end. TayJay can still find their spot in the Women’s Tag Division as the Face team chasing Heel champions, but it’s just a bit of bad luck that pieces have moved around like this. Very good promo from Athena calling out pretty much everyone, from Statlander to Mone to even Billie. Athena VS Billie 3 at Final Battle 2025 would be rather redundant after how Billie should’ve won last year, but it’d still be better than like Mone taking Athena’s title to add to that insane collection.

Only Tony Khan would work-shoot the ratings and merch sales into the Acclaimed dysfunction story. I’m writing a Legend of Zelda pro-wrestling promotion on here, and I’m still nowhere as nerdy as that. Caster & Bowens still made chicken salad out of that chicken crap, and I can’t wait to see where they go with that Tailgate Brawl match. Though, can we stop doing Tailgate Brawl on TV? It has been annoying the last two times because it just doesn’t make sense when Zero Hour is online for free.

Fletcher VS Ace Austin was a great match, and a great showing for Austin, but c’mon, this was just typical filler from TK, giving us a title match before the major title match they have been building. Fletcher had a good promo with Okada hyping up the No DQ match with Briscoe and teasing that Fletcher is the key piece in what will surely be a Don Callis Family Civil War, led by Team Takeshita and Team Okada. Also, really good promo from Fletcher & Callis with the Death Riders teasing a feud between the factions. No matter if Death Riders wins or loses at Blood & Guts, Death Riders moving on to DCF would be great stuff.

And of course, great stuff in all the Blood & Guts advantage matches. Obviously Thekla VS Harley was going to “be needed,” so of course Hayter beat Skye. The Heels having the advantage there makes me think Team Statlander comes through, helping build momentum for the teams still in the tag tournament. Plus, it isn’t the go-home so Mone can turn things around on Kris to then set herself up to fail at Full Gear. Moxley VS Roddy was great stuff, too, with The Death Riders obviously doing their best to screw Roddy over. But it was of course genius for Darby to cheat Moxley right back. But now that the Faces have advantage, do the Death Riders actually win at Blood & Guts? It would help them bounce back after Moxley lost to Darby, but then do we get one last Moxley VS Darby match at World’s End? It would be a fitting place to end something…

The Opps storm out here! Schiavone is worried as Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata & “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs make their way to the ring. Joe has a mic to say, “Pardon the interruption… But Houston, we have a problem! See, there’s a term that I heard a long time ago around here, and it might just apply to the man that I’m staring at in the ring. Tony Schiavone…” The fans cheer Tony on, and Joe says yes, cheer this man!

Cheer Tony on, because he will surely say he had nothing to do with what happened last week. But Joe is finding that very hard to believe. The fans cheer for “TONY S*IT!” a la #CowboyS*it. Schiavone says Joe knows how much respect he has for The Opps, but- “SHUT UP!” The fans boo Joe but Joe says he’ll explain what’s about to happen. “There are consequences for the actions we choose to engage in, Tony. And tonight, my little Georgia peach, consequences have come for you.” The fans boo as The Opps flank the ring. Security rushes out here to stand in the way, but Joe just grins. Joe says this is cute, but Schiavone knows he’s just getting more people hurt.

The fans boo but then HANGMAN PAGE makes his way out here! The Cowboy gets The Opps to back down, but then Joe says this couldn’t have worked out any better. They can take care of two problems at once! The Opps gets back up, but then Hook & Eddie Kingston rush out here! The Mad King even has his crutch! The fans cheer that, and Hangman tells Joe he could forgive Joe for being confused. That man is Tony Schiavone, not Adam Page. The Hangman is right here! The fans cheer that, and Hangman says yeah, Joe’s right, Hangman IS Joe’s problem. So if Joe wants to handle that problem, Hangman will beat that ass in his Wranglers!

The fans cheer, but Hook asks for the mic. Hangman obliges, and Hook says The Opps are still Trios Champions, right? The belts they won without Hook! Well, how ’bout they prove they’re fighting champions and put them on the line after all! The fans fire up for that! Joe says Hook does not talk to Joe that way ever, not a day in his life! Hook wants his shot at the champs?! Then fine! Their Six Man Tag tonight, The Opps will kick your asses for the titles tonight! The fans fire up and things have just escalated! Will Hook & Eddie help Hangman become a Two Belt Cowboy? Or will Joe just choke Hangman out before their fight at Full Gear?

Men’s Blood & Guts Advantage Series: Orange Cassidy VS Claudio Castagnoli!

With just a week left to prepare, advantage is up in the air! We begin a Best 2 Out of 3 Match series between Conglomeration and Death Riders! Will Houston be Freshly Squeezed? Or will the Swiss Cyborg strike first blood?

Cassidy doesn’t wait for a bell, he DIVES onto Claudio the moment Claudio’s ringside! The fans fire up, Cassidy keeps going, and another DIVE! Another hit and Claudio is down again! The fans cheer Cassidy as he puts Claudio against railing, then climbs up to rain down fists! The ref reprimands but the fans count along, only for Claudio to stop things at nine! Claudio THROWS Cassidy into the ropes, then SHOVES him into the ring. Cassidy sputters, Claudio takes his shirt off, and Claudio storms into the ring. He drags Cassidy up, but Cassidy bumps Claudio off buckles! And then side to side to bump him off more buckles!

Cassidy goes for a third, but Claudio stops Cassidy halfway! Claudio CHOPS, then he THROWS Cassidy into more ropes! Claudio steps inside while the fans boo, and finally the bell rings. Cassidy BOOTS Claudio, runs, but into a POP-UP- ARM-DRAG from Cassidy! Cassidy kips up while Claudio bails out, and Cassidy DIVES! But Claudio catches Cassidy! Claudio keeps the stalling suplex as he walks around the way, then he GOURD BUSTERS Cassidy onto barriers! The fans boo but Claudio huffs ‘n’ puffs. Claudio drags Cassidy back up for another suplex! The fans boo but Claudio walks up the steel steps with Cassidy!

Claudio THROWS Cassidy into the ring, then shakes out his arms as he steps in. Claudio runs up, Cassidy dodges! Cassidy runs in, but Claudio puts him on the apron. Cassidy RAMS into Claudio, slingshots, but Claudio catches him again! Claudio suplexes, stalls, but Cassidy flails! Cassidy slips around, and he powers his way for a sleeper, only for Claudio to hold it off! The fans rally and Cassidy gets the SLEEPER! Claudio endures, powers up, and he SWINGS Cassidy around! Cassidy holds on and the fans cheer! Claudio fades, drops to his knees, but powers back up! Claudio pries the hold open, bends fingers, and SNAPS them!

The fans boo but Claudio spins into the GIANT SWING! Cassidy goes around and around, Claudio THROWS Cassidy away at seven! Cassidy tumbles out of the ring while Claudio catches his breath, and Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Claudio tells fans to shove it before he goes out and fetches Cassidy. Claudio pushes Cassidy into sitting down against the barrier, then UPPERCUTS him! Cassidy sputters again while Claudio takes a seat now. The ref reprimands, Claudio drags Cassidy up, and Claudio scoops to SLAM Cassidy on the apron! Claudio shoves Cassidy into the ring, then stalks Cassidy. Claudio stomps Cassidy’s fingers! Cassidy writhes, but then Claudio drags him up by an ear. Cassidy fires body shots, Claudio shoves him away to scoop and BACKBREAKER! Cassidy bails out of the ring and Claudio paces with the ring count.

Cassidy rises up, hobbles forward, but Claudio UPPERCUTS him right into the barriers! Cassidy hobbles into the ring after all, but then Claudio storms in and drops an ELBOW! Cover, TWO! Cassidy writhes, Claudio looms over him, and Claudio drags Cassidy back up. Claudio ROCKS Cassidy with a forearm, then stalks him to a corner. Claudio deadlift suplexes Cassidy! The fans boo, but Cassidy puts his hands back up! And in his pockets! But then Claudio deadlifts Cassidy for a GUT WRENCH PLEX! But even while on his face, Cassidy puts his hands in his pockets! Claudio deadlifts Cassidy again, THROWS him to the corner, then fires off fast hands and UPPERCUTS! Backstage interview with Don Callis, Kyle Fletcher, and Mark Briscoe.

Renee Paquette is with The Jackal, The Protostar, and The Sussex County Chicken. She thanks them for accepting the No Physicality Agreement, and says Briscoe asked for this time. What is on his mind? Briscoe says two weeks ago, he challenged Fletcher for one more match for the TNT Championship. Now he received a response from Don Callis, but he wants a response direct from Fletcher. Fletcher wants to talk but Briscoe says hold on one second, he was not finished. Now, here is Briscoe’s thought process: At WrestleDream, it took a swift kick to the family jewels to secure the victory, and that cannot sit good! That’s not a fulfilling victory! That’s like making out with your sister.

Callis says Briscoe would know. But Briscoe says he is just trying to help Fletcher become a real man. Let’s take the kick to the nuts out, make it all null and void, make it meaningless. Let’s do it at Full Gear, Kyle Fletcher VS Mark Briscoe, TNT Championship, NO DISQUALIFICATIONS! Fletcher says wow. He might actually really like that. Callis says Fletcher likes having fun, and Callis loves making Fletcher happy. There’s something here for Fletcher, but also something for Briscoe, because the TNT title is what he wants, right? The thing is, Papi Callis needs something for himself. Briscoe says he is guessing it’ll be Title VS Career or something like that.

If, or rather when, Briscoe loses to Kyle at Full Gear, Briscoe will JOIN THE DON CALLIS FAMILY, leaving The Conglomeration behind, FOREVER! And just to be clear, this might blow Briscoe’s mind, but let’s make it about Briscoe for once! The hungry mouths back in Delaware that Briscoe’s gotta feed and give all his money to! Briscoe won’t let Callis talk like that but Callis says The Conglomeration is just suckin’ the life outta him! Briscoe says this silver tongued snake is trying to get him to make a deal with the devil!

But y’know what? It is only a deal with the devil of Briscoe loses! And dammit, Briscoe ain’t losing! At Full Gear, it’ll be Callis who has to deal with the devil! You’re on, buddy! She says it is official for Full Gear, they will be in the first-ever MILLION DOLLAR TRIOS MATCH! But since The Bucks have agreed to the match, is it safe to assume they are Don Callis Family? Matt says that’s a different subject, but Callis says let’s not put them on the spot. They’re top talent! By the way, how was the Escalade ride from the airport? The care package under the seat? Good, right? Anyway, from what Callis has seen going on with how this company treats this once-in-a-generation tag team like they’re a couple of JOBBERS…!

Callis said, and Alexander can confirm, Callis said if it takes every last penny in his bank account, he will make sure The Bucks get the treatment they deserve. AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament Opening Round: Mercedes Mone & Athena VS Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron!

While these teams have to prepare for next week’s historic first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts match, #UltiMone and the Forever ROH Champion want to make history by taking these tag titles. Will the #CEOverlords ride the Money Train all the way to the mountaintop? Or will The Babes of Wrath derail Mone & Athena right from the start?

The teams sort out, but then Mone & Athena just attack! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Mone beats down Harley while Athena drags Willow out of the ring. Athena looms over Willow while Mone stomps Harley, and the bell finally rings to get this on record. Mone runs to METEORA! Then Mone rains down fists! The fans boo but Athena applauds. Mone bumps Harley off buckles, tag to Athena, and they dig their boots in. The ref counts, Mone steps out, but Athena digs her boots in deeper. Tag back to Mone, they mug Harley, and Mone mocks the fans. Mone CHOKES Harley on the ropes!

The fans boo but Mone KNEES Harley back into the ring. Cover, TWO! The fans rally but Mone taunts Harley. Harley crawls, but Mone whips her to the corner. Willow staggers around, Harley tags in! Athena fireman’s carries Willow, Harley runs up, but Athena SMACKS Harley with Willow’s boots! Then Athena scoops Harley?! The AEW Women’s World Champion just made sure justice was served, and now the CEOverlords are OUT of the tournament! Willow & Harley are all fired up, will they soon be the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champions? Or will they run afoul of those Sisters of Sin, Julia Hary & Skye Blue?

Schiavone says that as they were trying to say to start the show, before he was so rudely interrupted, that AEW is raising the stakes on Full Gear, Saturday, November 22nd. There will be a Casino Gauntlet Match, with the winner being the INAUGURAL AEW National Champion! This title carries the lineage of the original National Championship and will return to TBS for the first time in almost 40 YEARS. As you can imagine, wrestlers have been lining up to sign up for said Casino Gauntlet. We bring out two of the entrants, it is Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin of the Hurt Syndicate!

The fans cheer as The All Mighty, The Standard of Excellence, as well as Montel Vontavious Porter, make their way out to the ring. Houston sings, “We Hurt~ People!” The Syndicate joins Schiavone in the ring, and MVP wants Schiavone to hold on. MVP checks Schiavone’s nose, and Schiavone assures him, it’s the real Schiavone. But two of the best ever, this brings up an interesting situation for the Syndicate, doesn’t it? MVP repeats that, “Brings up an interesting situation for the Syndicate? Tony Schiavone, we are the Hurt Syndicate, we ARE the most interesting thing in every room we step into.

“But you know what else interesting, Tony? The history of the newly debuting AEW International title. Amazing, historic names like, uh, let’s see… You’ve got Paul Orndoff. Jack Brisco. The legendary Dusty Rhodes! And the Great Chief Wahoo McDaniel held it before the iconic Nikita Koloff beat him for it to unify it. That’s interesting. But y’know, when it comes to iconic, who’s more iconic than The All Mighty, Bobby Lashley? Who is better than the Standard of Excellence, Shelton Benjamin? Tony, both these men have declared themselves as entrants into the Casino Gauntlet Battle Royal at Full Gear. The prize is ours.”

The fans cheer and Schiavone says yes, the National Championship is on the line, but what happens should Lashley and Benjamin have to go up against each other? MVP says that’s a very simple thing to answer. They are businessmen, they always do what is best for business, but here is who wins: The Hurt Syndicate wins! But more importantly, the AEW audience wins. The fans cheer that! But wait, Ricochet & The Demand now interrupt! The fans boo as Ricochet leads the way for Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona, and Ricochet has a mic.

Ricochet wants them to listen, because he promises to make this as quick as possible. As a Philadelphia Eagles fan, Ricochet doesn’t wanna be in trashy Texas any longer than he has to be. He is out here because for those who know Ricochet, they know Ricochet gives credit where credit is due. The three of them just wanted to give The Hurt Syndicate the credit they deserve. Yes, because seriously, it doesn’t matter how decrepitly old The Hurt Syndicate is, they hobble their old asses out here into Ricochet’s ring, talking about gold! Honestly, that is amazing. At their age, Ricochet admires them all.

But look, every single time Ricochet speaks, he spits nothing but facts! Every time he grabs the mic, it seems like he has to say, “I told you so.” Because he said every single one of the morons watching here and at home that Ricochet was going to do everything that those three Syndicate morons would never win gold again! And that’s what happened, isn’t it, Bob? How’s his back? The fans tell Ricochet to STFU but Ricochet says they’re just making it worse. Every single time Ricochet is out here, the fans love him! But Ricochet is here for the Syndicate, because they’re starting to piss him off.

The fans keep on booing, but MVP says no one cares about what Ricochet has to say. The only thing The Demand has done well is get their asses beat by The Syndicate. They like to get hurt, the Syndicate likes to hurt people, so Ricochet should just shut his mouth before they beat dat ass right now! The fans cheer that! Ricochet says the only thing you need to know is that at Full Gear, The Demand will be met, and Ricochet will walk out of New Jersey your inaugural AEW National Champion! HAHAAA~! MVP says Ricochet talks s*it, the Syndicate hurts people. Run it! The Demand backs down, but will The One & Only be the first AEW National Champion?

The bell rings and the two circle. Garcia avoids the attempts at the legs, and the two feel out a knuckle lock. Darby avoids a shoot-in this time, then they tie up. Garcia waistlocks, and he SLAMS Darby! Garcia floats all over Darby and slaps him around before the waistlock. Darby fights up, pries the hold open, and he waistlocks. Garcia powers Darby back, pries the hold open, but Darby rolls to avoid the switch. Darby headlocks, Garcia powers up but can’t power out as Darby holds on. Darby hits the takeover, has the cover, ONE! Garcia pushes forearms into Darby’s face, Darby pushes him down for another cover, TWO!

Darby holds onto the headlock as Garcia stands, but Garcia endures the grind. Garcia pulls Darby’s ear! The ref counts, Garcia stops at 4, and Garcia is free. Garcia then throat chops Darby down! The fans boo but Garcia storms up to stomp Darby in a corner. Garcia stomps away on Darby, stands on him, but the ref counts. Garcia steps off, Darby goes to the apron, and Garcia goes out the side. Garcia climbs the corner, drags Darby up, and he exposes the crossbar, to CHOKE Darby with the sleeve! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but Garcia lets go at 4. Garcia smirks as he puts up the dukes, then denies the fans the dance.

Garcia drags Darby up again, but Darby YANKS Garcia into the bar! Then Darby takes the top off the post, and he puts Garcia’s arm inside! Darby HAMMERS the arm into the post! The ref reprimands, the fans wince with every hit, but then Darby BITES the arm! The fans freak out, Garcia freaks out, the ref counts, but Darby stops at 4. The fans fire up while Darby steps inside. Garcia drops to the floor, and Darby DIVES! Down goes Garcia but Darby also writhes from the landing. The fans rally up and Darby stands to THROW Garcia into barriers! Darby runs and SHOTGUNS Garcia into the barriers!

The fans fire up and Darby has Garcia again. Darby puts Garcia in the ring, stalks him, but Garcia bails out. The fans boo but Darby just goes to the apron. Garcia TRIPS Darby into the apron skirt trap! Garcia fires forearms, the ref counts, and the fans boo, but Garcia stops at 4. Garcia then roars as he BOOTS Darby down! The fans boo more but Garcia just drags Darby back up. Garcia whips Darby into the steel steps! Darby tumbles, clutches his knees, but Garcia dusts himself off while Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Garcia drags Darby around by a leg, and DDTS the foot into the floor! Then Garcia puts Darby in the ring, stalks him, and Darby hobbles to a corner. Garcia is right on him, and he puts the leg in the ropes to kick and kick and kick! Garcia digs his knee into Darby, then he ties the tag rope to Darby’s chain necklace! The ref reprimands as Darby is stuck in the corner! Garcia then runs up to BOOT Darby down! And stomp him! Darby is being choked like a man in a noose, but the stomps actually break the tag rope! The ref reprimands and backs Garcia off while Darby is down in a heap. Garcia just soaks up heat as he storms back over to Darby.

Garcia looms over Darby as he crawls, then drags him up to put back in the corner. Garcia climbs up, he rains down fists, then stops at nine to again taunt fans with the dukes up. Garcia lets Darby fall in a heap while he soaks up more heat. Darby sputters, but Garcia hooks up the legs. Garcia lets Darby flail before he grabs the arms. Up, up, and away into the ROMERO SPECIAL! Darby endures and Dynamite returns to single picture, then Garcia BOOTS Darby into the buckles! The fans boo and Darby sputters again but Garcia just rises up. Darby is on the apron, Garcia storms up, but Darby RAMS into him! Darby slingshots to sunset flip, but Garcia rolls through!

Garcia storms up but Darby kicks out the legs! He catches Garcia into the GUILLOTINE FACELOCK! Garcia fights around, pops free, and he has the SLEEPER! The fans boo but Darby pushes back! Darby pops free to have the SLEEPER! Garcia does the same to get his SLEEPER back! The fans boo but Darby endures. Darby claws at Garcia’s arms, pushes back to a cover now, TWO! Both men stand, Garcia slips around, SLEEPER! Darby RAMS Garcia into a corner, but Garcia uses that for a HANGING SLEEPER! Darby sputters and the ref counts, Garcia drops Darby at 4. Garcia then hops down to bring Darby back up.

Garcia hoists Darby up top, then climbs up after him. The fans rally for Darby as they go to the very top! SUPER DUPER PLEX! And a roll through! Deadlift, but Darby slips free! SCORPION DEATH DROP!! Both men are down and the fans fire up again! A standing count begins, both men stir, and Darby rises first. Darby hobbles at 6 of 10, then he goes up, up, only for Garcia to trip him up! Darby hits ropes, then apron, then floor! Garcia storms out after Darby, he drags Darby around the way by his arm, and then looks at the desk. But then Garcia pushes the steel steps aside, puts Darby in place, and then puts the steps back where they were!

Garcia lines up a shot, even as the fans freak out, and he DROPKICKS the steps into Darby!! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Garcia shows no mercy. Garcia grabs at Darby but the ref has him back off. Garcia says count Darby out then! Garcia waits in the ring and the count begins. The fans rally up harder and harder but Darby is still down at 5 of 10. Garcia wants after Darby again but the ref has him back off. Darby manages to stand, busted open as he is, but PAC ATTACKS! The Bastard knocks Darby down, then he hides in the shadows! Darby is back down as the ring count restarts, but he’s still down at the new 5 of 10.

Darby sputters at 6, reaches out at 7, but is still down at 8! Darby springs to life at 9! He lunges in at 9.9!! But then he falls right back over! Darby takes swings but Garcia dodges them with ease. Garcia waits on Darby, Darby grabs at Garcia, but then Garcia grabs Darby to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Darby falls back down, Garcia gets the legs, and he steps through for the “WOO~” and DRAGON TAMER! Garcia mocks The Icon, Sting, while he tortures Darby! But Darby still has fight in him! Darby crawls, reaches out, but Garcia puts on more pressure! Then he drags Darby away! But Darby rolls, and he kicks, kicks, and rolls through, to have the SCORPION DEATH LOCK!!

The fans are thunderous as Garcia suffers now! Garcia reaches out, but he can’t! HE TAPS! DARBY WINS!

BUT PAC ATTACKS AGAIN! The fans boo but The Bastard scares the ref off, and then drags Darby back up. But Darby fires fast hands! The fans fire up, but Pac shoves and BOOTS Darby back down! But here comes Cassidy! Cassidy fires hands on Pac! The fans cheer Cassidy on, but then WHEELER YUTA is here! BUSAIKU KNEE! Claudio follows after, and The Death Riders mug Cassidy. But Roderick Strong is here! But that’s 4v1! The fans boo as Moxley then CLOBBERS Kyle O’Reilly before Kyle could get in the ring! Moxley stands on Kyle’s bad knee, Pac hits a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER on Cassidy!

Claudio hits a GOTCH NEUTRALIZER on Darby! Then Kyle is put back in the ring! Kyle snarls but Moxley taunts him. But a STRONG KNEE hits Moxley! The fans are fired up as Roddy runs all the Death Riders off! Roddy was the hero tonight, but will The Savior of the Backbreaker strike down The Maniac? Or will Moxley find a way to survive his Collision with Roderick Strong?

Houston boos Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood, and #BigStoke is conspicuous by his absence. FTR take to the mics, and Cash starts by saying, “Last week on Dynamite, we won a Four Way match to become #1 Contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships! You would think we’d be over the moon about this, but the reality is that we should’ve been three-time champions at Forbidden Door in London!” The fans boo, Cash asks if they’re done, because he’s not. “We should’ve been three-time champions in London, but Brodido took that away from us. So now we got a bone to pick with Brodido, but we wanna do it to your faces!

“So please, Brodido, get out here and let us do this men to men, face to face.” The fans cheer as the music hits, but where are Brody King & Bandido? Oh, wait, Stokely IS here, and he’s locked Brodido in their room! Renee asks what is going on! Stokely, let them out! Stokely claims he doesn’t know what happened! He’s been trying to get the door open all night! Brodido~! Brodido~! Hey, have you watched The Wire? Great show. Stokely goes back to his phone and FTR feigns ignorance and concern. They were “really looking forward to having Brodido out here for a gentlemen’s handshake” before Full Gear. Aw, darn.

Fortunately, though, FTR has the second best thing here in the house sitting ringside. Give it up to Bandido’s family! The fans do cheer for Gravity, their sister, their mom, and even grandma. FTR walk over, Cash gives Gravity and grandma a high-five, and Dax says it is so nice to meet them all. Dax does his best to introduce themselves properly en Espanol, and muy bien y mucho gracias. Dax says he finds it so heartwarming that grandma got to attend her very first wrestling show in support of her grandson, Bandido. That’s beautiful. Give her a hand, everybody. The fans do cheer, and Dax says his first question is, how old is she?

Dax pulls his usual nonsense by answering his own question, that if he were to guess, she must not be a day over 113 years old. And he knows that they just celebrated Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos, but talk about dead! Bandido’s grandma takes the cake! The fans boo and Gravity gets upset. Dax says it is so admirable and heartwarming how much of a star her grandson, Bandido, has become. Can she please explain to everyone just how proud she is? Mucho much- Because if Dax has to guess, he would say she is probably pretty damn embarrassed to call Bandido “and this idiot,” Gravity, her grandbabies.

But if grandma promises to be a good girl, maybe Dax & Cash will adopt her as their, come se dice? Abuela. Let’s seal it with a kiss! She SLAPS Dax instead! And Gravity jumps the rails to fire hands! The fans fire up, but that’s 2v1! But wait! Speaking of 2v1, Stokely thinks he’s safe, until BRODY KING’S FIST PUNCHES THROUGH! The door, that is. But Brody does grab Stokely and choke him! Stoke gets free, runs away, but FTR still mugs Gravity! The fans boo but then Cash goes up! Dax reels Gravity in, but Stoke runs out to ringside to say RUN, FOOLS, RUN! BRODIDO IS HERE! The fans fire up as FTR indeed run away!

The fans bark while Bandido makes sure his brother is alright. With only 17 days left, will FTR make sure they stay far, far away from Brodido? Or will Dax & Cash still push the buttons of The Outlaw & The King of Death?

Mina runs again to RAM Megan again, but still Megan stays put! Mina tries a third time, but Megan CLOBBERS Mina! Cover, ONE as Mina goes Matrix! The fans cheer as Mina shimmies and shakes again, but Megan deadlifts her! Mina fires elbows, Megan still lifts, but Mina victory rolls Megan into ropes!

Mina runs to dropkick the legs out! Then she BUZZSAWS! The fans fire up, Mina runs again, tilt-o-whirl and RUSSIAN- NO, Megan stops the leg sweep! Mina ducks the lariat to DROPKICK Megan to the apron! Toni says go, Mina, “get that big b*tch!” And she just means by size. Mina DROPKICKS Megan off the apron! Megan then goes corner to corner for a SPLASH! And BUTTERFLY PLEX! Cover, TWO! Mina survives and Megan is annoyed but the Superbad Girl coaches her to keep going. Megan drags Mina up, to then short arm LARIAT! And short arm LARIAT! Megan drags Mina up and taunts Toni before another short arm LARIAT! Cover, TWO! But then The Triangle of Madness attacks! They’re the other part of the Women’s Blood & Guts and they’re looking to get some insurance on that match next week! But here come Jamie Hayter, Willow & Harley! They even things out with The Triangle, the fans are thunderous as now even Mone runs up! But The CEO is a bit more hesitant. She says her team’s got this, but then KRIS is here! Kris DECKS Mone and the fans fire up again!

Kris then gets in the ring and she LARIATS Megan up and out! Willow deals with Thekla, Harley feeds Julia to Kris’ DISCUS LARIAT! Hayter TOSSES Skye, and Marina bails now that numbers aren’t on her side. Kris helps Mina stand, Willow helps Toni, and now the team stands together! But there is still advantage to fight for this Saturday on Collision! Jamie Hayter VS Skye Blue, and if needed, Harley VS Thekla! Who will have the edge going into Blood & Guts?

AEW World Trios Championships: The Opps VS Hangman Page, Hook & Eddie Kingston!

Samoa Joe thought he, Hobbs & Shibata could bully Schiavone for his part to play last week, but that only angered The Cowboy, The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil & The Mad King more. The Opps got goaded into putting up the titles, will they regret it? Or will this be the perfect trap game for the AEW World Champion?

The introductions are made, the trios titles are raised, and we see who is truly #NeverLacking!

The trios sort out, Joe starts against Hangman for a Full Gear teaser, and the two circle. The fans rally up, but then Joe tags out to Shibata. The fans boo and Hangman frowns, but Cowboy and Wrestler circle now. They tie up, then fire forearms! The fans fire up for that, and even Eddie is amazed at how much Hangman hammers Shibata. Hangman whips, Shibata reverses, but Hangman avoids the boot! Shibata boots the lariat away, HEAD ‘N’ ARM, but Hangman elbows free! Shibata kicks low, runs, but into a BOOT! The fans fire up and Hangman stalks Shibata to a corner. Hangman CHOPS, CHOPS, and CHOPS!

Hangman ROCKS Shibata, whips corner to corner, then runs up to LARIAT! Hangman runs but Shibata follows! BOOT! Shibata rains down forearms, then runs corner to corner, but Hangman gets up to LARIAT! Cover, TWO! Shibata is tougher than that but Hangman stays cool. Hangman wrenches Shibata, tags Hook, and Hook KNEES low. Hook whips Shibata to a corner, runs up, and LARIATS! Hook then reels Shibata in, NORTHERN LIGHTS! Bridging cover, TWO! Shibata is free but Hook stays on him. Shibata KNEES low, CLUBS him and stomps him, then brings him over. Shibata tags Hobbs, and Hobbs kicks Hook low.

The fans cheer for “MEAT! MEAT! MEAT!” Hobbs tries to talk to Hook, they could’ve still been teammates through all this. Hook doesn’t say anything, so Hobbs sighs, and takes a swing! Hook dodges to then ROCK Hobbs again and again! Hobbs KNEES low, then scoops, BACKBREAKER! Hook sputters and writhes while the fans boo. Hobbs tells Hook he doesn’t wanna hurt him, but he will. BACKBREAKER! The fans boo, Eddie coaches Hook, but Hobbs whips Hook to a corner. Hook dodges the splash, and manages an EXPLODER! Hobbs flounders, Hook fires up, but his own back brings him right back down.

The fans rally while Hook and Hobbs crawl, and Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Hook and Hobbs crawl, but Hangman and Eddie check with Hook. His back might be in worse shape than it looks, and Hobbs backs off to tag Joe. Eddie tags in, and Joe runs right up on Eddie to fire hands! Joe JABS, JABS, JABS, and he sits Eddie down in the corner! Joe digs his boots in, the ref counts, but Joe stops at 4. Joe smirks, then drags Eddie back up. Eddie fires body shots in return! Then CHOPS! And CHOPS! Joe HEADBUTTS Eddie down! Joe drags Eddie back up, whips him to a corner, and ELBOWS to PELE! Eddie sits down, the medics check Hook, and Joe tags Shibata. Shibata storms up to Eddie to CHOP! And CHOP! And CHOP!

Eddie fires up, and he CHOPS Shibata in return! Shibata CHOPS again! Eddie CHOPS again! Shibata CHOPS and Eddie backs off, only to come back and CHOP again! Shibata CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS, and Eddie backs down to a corner. Shibata CHOPS Eddie again, traps a leg in the ropes, and Joe distracts the ref. Shibata runs corner to corner to, more or less, hit SHATTERED DREAMS! Shibata plays dumb like he doesn’t know what happened, and then he sneaks some mule kicks on Eddie. The ref is busy with all the different protesting voices, but Shibata drags Eddie up to snapmare. Shibata scrapes his soles off Eddie’s face!

Shibata stomps Eddie, tags Joe back in, and then Joe HEADBUTTS Eddie. Joe ROCKS Eddie with a kidney shot, then ROCKS him with a forearm to the head. Eddie ends up in a corner as Joe JABS and ROCKS him again and again! Dynamite returns to single picture, Joe taunts Hangman, but Eddie eggs Joe on. Hook is still in bad shape while Joe clamps onto Eddie with shoulder claws! The fans rally as Eddie endures, and Eddie fights up to fire body shots. Eddie runs but Joe ELBOWS him down! The fans boo but Joe just smirks. Joe goes back to Eddie, sits him up, and he Mongolian Chops Eddie again and again!

Joe then clamps back on for the shoulder claw. The fans rally, Eddie endures again, and Eddie fights back up for more body shots. But Joe THROWS Eddie down! Joe smirks, runs, and SENTONS but FLOPS as Eddie moves! The fans fire up as Eddie and Joe crawl for their corners! Hot tags to Hobbs and Hangman! The fans fire up as Hangman dodges Hobbs, BLASTS Shibata, then BOOTS Hobbs! Triangle jump LARIAT for Shibata! Hangman DUMPS Hobbs out, then aims to PLANCHA! But Hobbs catches him!? Hobbs aims, but Hangman slips free, Hobbs POSTS himself! Hangman goes up to the top rope! But Hobbs gets in the ring!

The fans cheer as Hangman still QUEBRADAS! Cover, TWO!! Hobbs survives but the fans fire up with Hangman! Hangman Alabama- NO, Hobbs is too much meat for that kind of lift! He CLUBS Hangman, scoops him, but Hangman slips free! ROLLING ELBOW! Hangman whips, Hobbs reverses, but Eddie tags back in! Hangman DIVES and just manages to hit Shibata down! Eddie then ROCKS Hobbs, but Hobbs ROCKS Eddie! Eddie returns to S T O! Joe runs up and he LARIATS Eddie! BUT HOOK IS BACK! Hook TOSSES Joe, clinches Shibata, but the back holds him back again! S T O from Shibata to Hook!

Hangman BOOTS Shibata from the ropes! He locks ‘n’ loads, Eddie brings the strap down! But Hobbs YANKS Hangman down! Scoop and APRON POWERSLAM! Eddie SHOVES Shibata aside while Hobbs THROWS Hangman away! Eddie DIVES but Hobbs ROCKS him! Hobbs shoves Eddie back in for Shibata’s GERMAN SUPLEX! Hobbs runs up on Hangman, and POUNCES him up the ramp! Hobbs isolates Hangman on the stage, “Cowboy S*it, my ass!” Hobbs hauls Hangman up, ROCKS him, but then Hangman ROLLING ELBOWS! They go along the way, but Hobbs scoops Hangman! POWERSLAM off the stage and THROUGH A TABLE!!

Joe grins while the fans lose their minds! The Powerhouse just brought down The Cowboy! The ref reprimands and Hobbs goes back to the ring. Eddie fires CHOPS on Shibata, but now Shibata & Joe CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! The fans boo the mugging, but Eddie dodges, the BOOT hits Joe! Eddie hits an EXPLODER on Shibata! The fans rally for Eddie, but Hobbs RAMS him into the corner! Eddie slumps down, but Hook makes the tag! Hook clamps onto Hobbs, RED- NO, Hobbs powers out of Redrum to torture rack! Hook endures, Joe holds Eddie down, Hook TAPS! Opps win!

Winners: The Opps, by submission (still AEW World Trios Champions)

Hangman down in wreckage, Eddie with his bad leg, but it’s Hook who may have taken the worst of it. The Opps are #NeverLacking, but will they soon add the AEW World Championship to the collection? Or can The Cowboy still kick it into Full Gear?

My Thoughts:

A great Dynamite as a sort of “go home, part one.” Sadly, a lot of predictable moves with this Blood & Guts advantage stuff, having to split them up between both Dynamite and Collision. Claudio beating Cassidy of course dictated Darby would beat Garcia, and now we are of course getting Moxley VS Roddy to decide it all. I feel like Death Riders are definitely getting advantage for Blood & Guts, but that’s because Darby & Conglomeration should win and move on from Death Riders. Though, they might end up feuding with Don Callis Family more given Callis put that bet on the TNT Championship match.

I can’t see Briscoe joining DCF, but now it feels like they’re giving away that Briscoe wins the TNT title off Fletcher. It’s a really interesting move but I guess this is meant to end the title feud. At the same time, hard to say if The Bucks are joining DCF or not. Between how much Callis is putting into persuading them, Okada putting that implied time limit, and then Jack Perry literally stabbing a $100 bill, The Bucks are certainly torn between two sides. I would think their decision of being DCF or not DCF will be the pivotal point in the Million Dollar Trios match at Full Gear, also impacting the outcome of the match.

The Women’s Division is in a slightly better position with only having the one advantage match tonight, but ironically it’s because of the weird scheduling Tony Khan has put them in. We got a great tag title tournament match from Mone & Athena VS Willow & Harley, and I’m actually a bit surprised Willow & Harley won. But at the same time, Mone has the world title for Full Gear, and that double header story I was sensing is now null and void. But Blood & Guts is still a detour the whole division is taking, and I still worry something could go wrong. Mina VS Megan was a last minute change because Aminata wasn’t cleared, but it still ended up a great match. Very good brawl after to have the teams together on screen, and now fans have a reason to watch Collision.

FTR had a good promo segment this time, because they didn’t go on and on with it like other times. They quickly got to the reveal of Brodido stuck in their room, and to insulting Bandido’s family, and then it was just hilarious seeing Stokely scared out of his mind with Brody punching through the door. Great heat on the tag match now, I wonder if Gravity gets back in the ring to help with the rest of the build. But with that, please let it be some other time, not this Saturday. FTR already did the best thing this week, they can take a Collision off for the sake of other stories building towards Full Gear.

Great stuff with The Opps and Hangman tonight, especially that opening promo. I feel like they upped the ante of the main event to give good reason why Opps win. Good sell on Hook with the back, and wow Hobbs putting Hangman through the table from off the stage, Hobbs should be challenging at Full Gear. I still wonder if my “Hook is a mole” theory holds, where Hook was (in story) exaggerating the pain. But at the same time, what’s the pay off? Is Hangman actually going to lose at Full Gear? And either way, is Hook going to fight Joe 1v1 or rejoin The Opps by turning on Eddie?

Last but not least, the news of AEW establishing their own National Championship. Doesn’t that belt belong to the current NWA these days? Mike Mondo won it at the NWA 77th Anniversary Show back in August. Is this a sign NWA joins the alliance AEW has with ROH, CMLL & NJPW/Stardom? I do like that this title will be up for grabs in a Casino Gauntlet, that’s a fun way of doing it rather than worrying about yet another tournament or just a generic battle royal. Good promo from Hurt Syndicate with Ricochet, but is this foreshadowing Ricochet winning? It doesn’t feel like Hurt Syndicate is winning, Lashley and Shelton might end up in each other’s way rather than helping, and The Demand is all about helping Ricochet. I just wonder what the belt will look like.
