Lexy Nair asks the One & Only how he feels going into not just AEW’s first Stretcher Match, but his own first stretcher match against the unpredictable Mark Briscoe. Ricochet says Lexy is smarter than Renee Paquette & Tony Schiavone combined, but that’s not saying much. That said, this is his first Stretcher Match, but while some say Mark is unpredictable, Ricochet says Mark’s brainless. Speaking of brainless, there have been a lot of discourse online about the rules of a Stretcher Match, so allow Ricochet to explain.

Rule one: Ricochet incapacitates Mark long enough to place his dumbass on a stretcher. Ricochet then rolls said stretch up to the lovely ambulance the local hospital has supplied for them. Ricochet puts the stretcher in the ambulance, close the doors, and Mark immediately receives the best medical care possible for the beating Ricochet just put upon him! Um, what’s rule two? Rule two is that there ARE no rules, outside of rule one. AHA~! Ricochet heads out, but will he make this Stretcher Match #OuttaThisWorld? Or will he fail to #ManUp against the Sussex County Chicken?

The Megasus and her harbinger, the Superbad Girl, have been doing what they want to who they want, all to clear the field of those in their way of titles. However, they may have pushed the wrong ones in the Queenslayer & Wild Aussie! But will Anna & Harley be the stars of the show? Or will they be made to #BowDown in the desert?

The teams sort out, Harley starts with Megan and they tie up. Megan puts Harley in a corner, but Harley shoves Megan! Megan eggs Harley on, then catches her into a waistlock! Megan SLAMS Harley down, soaks up cheers and jeers, but Harley KNEES Megan! Harley fires more knees and the fans fire up! Megan shoves Harley, Harley waistlocks, but Megan is too tall the lift! Harley hops on but Megan RAMS her into the corner! Megan smothers Harley, lets off as the ref counts, but FOrd pulls Harley’s hair! The fans boo but Megan storms up to CHOP Harley! Tag to Ford, she wrenches Harley to a wristlock.

The fans rally and Harley wrenches. Ford rolls, rolls, handsprings, and CLUBS the arm to SLAP Harley! Ford headlocks, Harley endures, and Harley powers out. Anna tags in, Harley drops down, and Anna knees low! Anna whips Ford to the corner to LEG LARIAT! Anna pulls on Ford’s arms, tags Harley, and Harley snapmares Ford into Anna’s BLOCKBUSTER! Anna HAMMERS Harley but the ref reprimands. Ford drags Harley up, but Harley JAWBREAKERS! And ENZIGIRIS! Hot tag to Anna! The fans cheer as Anna CLOBBERS Ford! Megan survives and shocks Anna! Anna calls to Harley, tags her in, and they double whip Megan. Megan DOUBLE LARIATS them!! The fans are torn but Megan roars! Alex Marvez is with Sammy Guevara & Dustin Rhodes, and he’s ready to rep the #DayOneGuys. Marvez notes Sammy was part of that very first Double or Nothing in 2019. Safe to say, things have changed? Yes, that is true. Sammy is a husband and dad! He has a legendary tag partner, and he even has new merchandise! But tonight, things change again as the Sons of Texas become the NEW AEW World Tag Team Champions! The Natural’s very first AEW match was with his brother, Cody, and that remains one of, if not THE bloodiest match in AEW history. Is Dustin going to bring that same level of violence?

Dustin says yes, absolutely. He wants everyone to know that last night, he was pondering on this moment. He looked out the window and saw this storm rolling in. It didn’t look good. It looked really, really bad. Hurt Syndicate, the Sons of Texas want more gold. Understand, try and hurt Dustin! There’s nothing he hasn’t already been through! This is for ALL the gold! While the Don Callis Family’s “big 3” are in action later tonight, Trent Beretta & Rocky Romero are teaming with Lio Rush & Action Andretti to show there are no weak links in the Family. But will RPG & CRU make it work? Or will the four high-flyers they’re up against be too fly to stop?

The teams sort out but RPG & CRU just attack! The fans boo but RPG & CRU TOSS everyone but Bandido out. They mug the ROH World Champion while the ref reprimands. RPG double whips Bandido to a corner, then they LARIAT, LARIAT, LARIAT and LARIAT! Rocky goes again but Bandido dodge! Bandido’s team drags out Trent & CRU, then they put Rocky on a corner! SPLASH after SPLASH after SPALSH, and then Bandido UPPERCUTS! The fans cheer as Bandido snapmares Rocky. The team keeps Trent & CRU out, and then we get a TRIPLE BASEMENT DROPKICK! The fans fire up while Rocky flounders.

The ref has the teams finally sort out, and Bandido stays with Rocky. Bandido whips, ELBOWS, and then basement BOOTS Rocky! Rocky flounders, the fans fire up, and Bandido puts him in the corner. Tag to Hologram, he tags Komander, they whip, hurdle, and SOBAT! SWEEP! Then handspring and STOMPS to the hands! Then DOUBLE GIRI COMBO! The fans fire up while Rocky flounders around again. Fox stomps Rocky, watches Trent & CRU closely, then CLUBS Rocky again. Tag to Bandido, the fans rally as Bandido brings Rocky around, and Bandido calls his shot. Bandido stalling suplexes Rocky, and the fans count along! Bandido goes to TEN, but Trent pushes Rocky down! But Bandido BOOTS Trent, and LARIATS Trent up and out! Rocky runs, but Bandido pops him up to a military press! Bandido THROWS Rocky out onto Trent! Bandido builds speed, but CRU is here! CRU HANDSPRINGS Fox down, but Los Titanes DOUBLE SUPERKICK! Then Hologram gives Komander the boost to DOUBLE DROPKICK CRU! They run, but RPG Vice drag them out! The fans boo, Bandido looks around, but CRU DOUBLE DIVE! Lio hits, Komander dodges, but Action SUPERKICKS! CRU DOUBLE SUPLEX Komander onto the apron! The fans boo but CRU soaks up the heat. Rocky has Bandido and bumps him off buckles. Tag to Trent, Trent runs up and ELBOWS Bandido! TORNADO DDT! Bandido flops, Trent covers, TWO! Bandido is tougher than that and the fans rally for “LUCHA! LUCHA!”

Trent is annoyed, and he BOOTS Bandido! Rocky taunts the fans, but Bandido CHOPS Trent! And CHOPS! And CHOPS! But Trent throat chops! The ref reprimands but Trent runs up, only for Bandido to BOOT him! And UPPERCUT! Bandido goes up, up, and TORNILLO CROSSBODIES! The fans fire up while both men are down! Bandido and Trent crawl, hot tags to Fox and Action! Fox rallies on Action, goes Matrix to dodge and PELE! The fans fire up with Fox and he runs corner to corner, A0LIST LIARIAT! Lio runs in, Fox ELBOWS him away, then skins the cat to DROPKICK and roll! CUTTER for Lio!

Fox dodges Action’s kick but Action stops the cutter. Action runs up, Fox puts him on the apron, but Action ROCKS Fox! Action slingshots but Fox dodges to then slingshot SENTON onto Action! Fox DIVES onto Lio, FLIES out onto Action, and Phoenix fires up again! But Trent LARIATS Fox! Trent talks trash on Bandido, then he whips Fox hard into railing! Trent taunts the fans while CRU puts Fox in the ring. They taunt Fox, the fans rally up, and Lio whips. Fox reverses. Lio reverses back, and Action waistlocks to SLAM! Lio sits Fox up to fire fast hands and ROCK Fox! Action covers, TWO! Fox is tougher than that but CRU stays cool.

Action tags Rocky and they mug Fox. Rocky ROCKS Fox, CHOPS him, then tags Trent. RPG Vice MUGS Fox, then they BLAST Bandido y Hologram! Fox BOOTS Rocky, BOOTS Trent, then leaps, but RPG Vice catches him! They RAM him into the corner, then run up together, into DOUBLE BOOTS! Fox goes up, up, and DOUBLE CANNONBALLS! The fans fire up while all three are down! Fox crawls, reaches out, but CRU YANKS all the luchadores down! The fans boo as RPG Vice mug Fox again! Trent lifts Fox, Rocky goes up, STRONG ZERO!! Cover, BANDIDO BREAKS IT! The fans are thunderous as Bandido makes the save!

Rocky TOSSES Bandido out, then he and Trent regroup. Tag to Action and he kicks Fox around. The fans rally for Fox and he SLAPS Action! Action CHOPS Fox! And CHOPS again! Action whips Fox, ELBOWS Fox down, then mocks the fans. The fans boo Action but he stands Fox up. Action bumps Fox off buckles, tags Lio, and CRU double whip. Fox KICKS Action, TOSSES Lio, then dodges Action to hot tag Hologram! The fans fire up as Hologram WHEEL KICKS! And ENZIGIRIS! Lio is back but Hologram kicks him and sends him into Action! ZIGZAG DDT COMBO!! The fans fire up and Hologram brings Action up.

Hologram whips, Action reverses, but Komander tags in! GAMANGIRI and then Komander goes up! Tightrope and ARABIAN- NO, Action puts Komander outside! Komander ROCKS Action and springboard RANAS! The fans fire up, Komander whips Action, but action reverses. Hologram tags back in, Komander hurdles, and then feed to the SPANISH FLY! Cover, TWO!! Not the cleanest but Hologram brings Action up. Tag back to Komander and Komander hurries up top. Hologram fireman’s carries Action, WASTLAND SLAM! But RPG Vice attack! Fox & Bandido BOOT RPG Vice! Lio throws hands, too!

Komander TOSSES Lio, then repositions Action. Komander goes up, up, and Bandido joins in!? Fox & Hologram wait for the cue, and we get DOUBLE TOPES AND DOUBLE MOONSAULTS!!! Wills will be tested, violent acts will be committed, and legacies will be solidified. “With dreams of glory… and just plain anarchy!” Tonight, a mark will once again be left on the world. 2025 Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals: Mercedes Mone VS Jamie Hayter!

The CEO may be down to #ThreeBeltsMone, but she still feels entitled to this tournament’s legacy, the trophy with Owen’s name on it, and the title shot that comes with it. But on the flipside, the former AEW Women’s World Champion will not be denied her redemption that has been a long time coming. Will the Money Train stay on track? Or will it be derailed when she learns Hayter Hits Hard?

The bell rings and the fans fire up already. Hayter stands on the corner to fire the fans up more. Mone and Hayter circle, tie up, and are in a deadlock. Hayter powers Mone back but Mone turns things around in the corner. The ref counts, Mone smothers Hayter but backs off at 4. Mone hops up to soak up the cheers and jeers. Mone and Hayter go again, tie up again, and the fans duel. Mone waistlocks, Hayter powers her to a corner and fires elbows! The ref counts, Hayter stops to strut, and Mone scowls. Mone and Hayter go again, Hayter waistlocks, and she SLAMS Mone down! Mone scrambles away in a huff, but comes back for more.

Mone waistlocks, and CLUBS Hayter in the back! Mone puts Hayter in a corner to fire more shots on that back! The ref counts, Mone stops at 4, and Mone soaks up more cheers and jeers. Hayter rises and BOOTS Mone! And bumps her off buckles, to then fire LARIAT after LARIAT! Hayter then snapmares and BOOTS Mone down! Cover, TWO! The fans rally as Hayter drags Mone back up. Hayter fires forearm after forearm to put Mone in a corner. Hayter whips corner to corner, Mone reverses, and Mone LARIATS! Mone whips but Hayter reverses. Mone goes up and over to O’Conner Roll! TWO, but Mone rolls Hayter, TWO!

Mone runs, slides under, sunset flips to then have the leg! Hayter kicks at Mone, BOOTS her down, then grabs Mone’s leg! Hayter stands with a toehold, but Mone endures to push Hayter down! Now Mone has the toehold! Hayter kicks at Mone, and again has the toehold! The fans rally as Mone endures, and she kicks Hayter down! It is a battle of toeholds as Hayter again kicks Mone down! Hayter stomps away on Mone and the fans cheer! Hayter turns Mone over to stop that back, and then puts on the HALF CRAB! Mone endures, reaches out, then rolls to send Hayter into the ropes! Mone runs and METEORAS!

Hayter dangles over the floor, tries to sit up, but Mone goes out to the apron. Mone hits a METEORA to the floor! Mone smiles and the fans are torn while the ref checks Hayter. Hayter clutches her head, but she’s somehow still in this. Mone stands Hayter up and runs her hard into railing! Mone swaggers, mocks Hayter’s pain, then brings her up. Mone puts Hayter in the ring, steps over an arm and has LA MAGISTROL, but then into the BOW ‘N’ ARROW! Hayter endures as Mone bends her back! Hayter endures, the fans rally, and Hayter powers up, only for Mone to pull her deeper in! Hayter still endures so Mone rolls her to a cover, TWO!

Hayter fires body shots, but Mone CLUBS her down. Mone CLUBS Hayter again, then stands her up. Mone whips, runs up, and scoops Hayter for a SIDEWALK SLAM! Cover, TWO! Hayter stays in this but Mone stays on her. Mone smothers Hayter into the mat, then pulls her back with a CAMEL CLUTCH! The fans rally and duel as Hayter endures. Hayter claws at the hands, fights around, and Hayter stands, only for Mone to STRAITJACKET BACKSTABBER! STRAITJACKET CAMEL CLUTCH!! Hayter endures and the fans rally up! Hayter powers up, slips back and stands up, to then RAM Mone into a corner!

Hayter throws elbows, but Mone THROWS Hayter by her hair! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Mone grins as she goes up. METEORA! Cover, TWO!! Hayter survives but Mone wants arms! Hayter sunset flips that, TWO! Mone shoves Hayter, Hayter shoves Mone, then Hayter SHOTGUNS Mone down! Hayter rises, runs corner to corner, but Mone puts her on the apron. Hayter ROCKS Mone, then climbs up! Hayter HAMMERS Mone’s head, then lets her flounder. Hayter adjusts position, but Mone YANKS her down! Cover, TWO!! Hayter survives that whiplash and the fans rally up. Mone drags Hayter up to bump her off buckles.

Mone goes corner to corner and METEORAS to the back! Hayter sputters but Mone soaks up the cheers and jeers with her CEO dance. Mone runs in, but Hayter dodge! And then she hits a BIG back suplex! The fans fire up and Hayter rises! Hayter goes to a corner, hops up, and waits on Mone to rise. Hayter then MISSILE DROPKICKS! Mone staggers to her feet, into another SHOTGUN! Mone ends up in a corner, Hayter mocks the dance, and gives Mone a METEORA! Hayter hauls Mone up, fireman’s carries, but Mone slips free to CLUB the back! Mone spins Hayter around to snap suplex! Una Amiga!

The fans are torn as Mone hits Dos Amigas! Mone brings Hayter up for THREE AMIGAS! Mone smiles as the fans are torn, and she gives some Latina Heat. Mone steps on Hayter, goes up the corner, but Hayter CLUBS her first! Hayter HAMMERS away on Mone, then climbs up to get her. The fans rally for the stalling SUPERPLEX! Hayter rolls through, scoops, but Mone slips free! BACKSTABBER! And then a Gory Especial! Hayter fights that, swings Mone around, and SUPERKICKS! Hayter kicks again, Mone blocks and KNEES back! But Hayter rebounds to LARIAT!! Both women are down and the fans fire up!

A standing count begins while the fans rally as hard as they can. We hit 5 of 10 but Hayter and Mone stir. Hayter crawls over to Mone but Mone flops out of the ring. The fans boo but Mone checks her chin. Hayter goes out after Mone, puts her on the apron, but Mone Tiger Feint kicks! Mone then whips, but Hayter reverses, and Mone is sent into barriers! Hayter runs, uses the steps to go up, and she FLYING LARIATS! Hayter rises, the fans fire up, and Hayter puts Mone in the ring. Hayter hurries to BOOT Mone! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives and Hayter grows frustrated, but the fans rally up.

Hayter hauls Mone up, scoops, but Mone slips free to BACKSTABBER again! Mone hurries to BACKSTABBER  AGAIN!! And then BACKSTABBER AGAIN!!! STATEMENT MAKER!! Hayter endures the crossface, fires some elbows, and they roll around! Hayter CLUBS Mone, HEADBUTTS her, then HEADBUTTS again! Mone sputters, Hayter brings her in, and backslides! TWO!! The fans fire up and duel as Mone endures being squeezed! Hayter keeps Mone down but Mone rolls it back to a cover, TWO!!! Hayter lets go in time, and she clinches Mone, springboard, but Mone dodge! Mone springboards, arm-drag and roll, lateral press! TWO, into the STATEMENT MAKER!!! Hayter endures, reaches out, fights around, and frees her arm! Hayter crawls, fights forward, but Mone kicks the ropes! Mone rolls this away, but Hayter fights up with a fireman’s carry! The fans are thunderous but Mone fights with elbows! Ghost pin, but Hayter just lifts Mone again! USHIGOROSHI!!

Hayter runs, SLIDING LARIAT!! Cover, TWO?!!? Mone survives and the fans cannot believe it! Hayter herself is at a loss for words, but the fans rally up even harder. Hayter pumps up and the fans cheer her on! Hayter drags Mone up, clinches, HAYTER- NO, Mone stops the lariat again and again! Hayter whips, Mone RAMS Hayter then waistlocks. Mone gut wrenches, CIPHER- NO, Hayter powers through to gut wrench Mone! TOMBSTONE!!! Cover, TWO!?!?! Mone survives again and Hayter is shocked! The fans are thunderous as Hayter rises, and she kisses that bicep. Hayter hauls Mone up, winds up, but Mone ducks the alriat!

FTR w/ Stokely Hathaway VS Daniel Garcia & Nigel McGuinness w/ Matt Menard!

Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler may be the best tag team in wrestling today, but they are quickly becoming the worst two guys in AEW! Betraying and injuring Adam Copeland, threatening the well-being of Rock ‘n’ Roll Express and even Tony Schiavone, and then just outright bullying those they claim to love. But will Red Death help the ROH legend prove he can still go? Or will they fail to take the Top Guys out?

The teams sort out and Garcia starts with Cash. Cash stays back, the fans sing for Nigel, and Stokely is annoyed. Cash and Garcia approach, but then Cash dodges to taunt Nigel. Cash backs away from Garcia and the ref has Garcia stay back. Garcia and Cash tie up, go around, and they end up in a corner. The ref counts, Cash lets off slowly, claiming Garcia is doing it dirty. Then Cash hugs Garcia! The fans boo, that is clearly two-faced. Cash and Garcia reset, tie up, and Cash hammerlocks. Garcia switches that onto Cash, but Cash headlocks. Garcia wrenches out to a hammerlock but Cash snapmares and messes with Garcia’s hair.

Cash says Garcia is still their boy, but the fans boo. Garcia and Cash reset, tie up, and Cash headlocks. Garcia powers up and out, Cash RUNS him over, and then things speed up. Garcia hurdles, Cash shoves him, and then Cash swings. Garcia ducks ‘n’ dodges to CLOBBER Cash! Cash stands up but sees punch and scrambles away! The fans cheer and Garcia does his dance! Cash goes to the FTR corner and Garcia steps back. FTR talk strategy, and Cash tags Dax. Stoke tries to get a “DAX!” chant going but the fans give him “BALD! BALD! BALD!” Dax points to Nigel, Garcia looks over, and Nigel holds out his hand. Garcia tags in Nigel!

The fans cheer as Nigel and Dax stare down. They step up, tie up, and Nigel powers Dax back, only for Dax to put him in the corner. Dax gives Nigel a cheap shot haymaker, then a CHOP! The fans boo but Dax CHOPS, ROCKS, JABS, and repeat! The ref counts, Dax stops, but then Nigel HEADBUTTS and UPPERCUTS! Throat chops on repeat! Nigel puts Dax in a corner, but Dax turns things around to CHOP! And CHOP! And JAB! Dax fires hands, Nigel knees low! Nigel UPPERCUTS again and again, but Dax swings! Nigel dodge to CHOP! Cash is in but Nigel RAMS and UPERCUTS back! Garcia joins in, and they send FTR at each other!

FTR reverse but Garcia & Nigel dosido to WRING the arms out! Then, DRAGON TAMER AND- NO, FTR scramble away from the submissions and Stoke has them cool off. The fans boo but Nigel & Garcia stay cool. Dax takes his time to return, and he resets with Nigel. They feel things out, btu Cash trips Nigel up! Dax CLOBBERS Nigel, then brings him around to UPPERCUT! Tag to Cash, FTR double whips Nigel to a corner. Nigel goes up to headstand! The fans cheer, and Nigel BOOTS Dax aweay! Then he ELBOWS Cash! Nigel goes up again, but Cash brings him in! Ngeil uses that to trap Cash, KICK and CLUB! Cover, ONE!!

Cash survives but Nigel brings him around. Nigel UPPERCUTS, runs, and he UPPERCUTS again! The fans cheer and Nigel says one more time! Nigel whips, Cash hits buckles, but Dax saves Cash fromt he uppercut! Cash RAMS Nigel, TOSSES Nigel ou t hard, but the ref won’t let Cash after him. Dax snesd Nigel to the apron but Ngeil rebounds and ELBOWS Dax down! The fans fire up and Nigel puts Dax on the apron. Cash makes the save and FTR RAMS Nigel into commentary! Then the apron! Then commentary! The desk is starting to fall apart but perhaps so is Nigel’s body! Cash makes sure Schiavone’s hair is nice before he and Dax go back to Nigel.

Stokely blames Schiavone for this, this is all on Schiavone! Cash puts Nigel in the ring, then he JUMP STOMPS! Cash pushes Nigel down to JUMP STOMP again! Cash counts along with the ref, then tags Dax at 4. FTR mugs Nigel, then Dax RAMS Nigel in the open corner! The ref counts, Dax whips corner to corner and Nigel hits buckles hard! Dax mocks Nigel’s pain and the fans boo more. Dax brings Nigel up, brings him around, and tags Cash. But Nigel fires forearms and elbows! The fans fire up, Nigel throat chops Dax then UPPERCUTS! Nigel leaps but Dax catches him! Garcia is out of reach, Dax shoves Nigel, and Cash stops the yoyo!

Cash CLUBS Nigel, then has Nigel hanging. Cash says this is for Schiavone! LONDON TOWER to the floor!! The fans boo but FTR soaks it all up. Cash puts Nigel back in, covers, TWO! Nigel stays in this but Stoke says this is what Nigel wanted. Cash fishhooks Nigel into a HEADBUTT! The fans rally but Cash clamps onto Nigel with a chinlock. Cash uses ropes for leverage, Dax helping, but the fans boo. FTR stops that before the ref notices, then they do it again! The fans boo, Garcia protests, and the ref spots it! He reprimands, Cash lets go to argue, but then he CLOBBERS Garcia! Cash UPPERCUTS Nigel, then soaks up heat.

Cash stands Nigel up to UPPERCUT again and again! Cash soaks up more heat, then goes to Nigel for an UPPERCUT, but Nigel catches it! Cash fights the hooks but Nigel swings him to a takedown! Cash kicks Nigel away, Nigel jumps the dropdown, but Cash UPPERCUTS! Nigel yoyos for the LARIAT! The fans fire up while both men are down! Cash and Nigel crawl, tag to Dax and he stays between Nigel and Garcia! But Nigel WRINGS Dax’s arm! Nigel crawls, hot tag to Garcia! Garcia rallies on FTR and the fans fire up! LARIAT after LARIAT< then a LARIAT in the corner for Dax! Garcia climbs and rains down fists!

Cash yanks Garcia down, but Garcia dodges! Garcia has FTR together to rain down more fists! The fans count to nine, then Garcia winds up, for TEN! The fans fire up as Garcia LARIATS Cash up and out! Garcia dodges Dax to LARIAT him now! The fans fire up as Garcia hauls Dax up. Dax fights the saido with elbows, but Garcia still wants it! Dax fires more elbows, then whips, but Garcia reverses. Dax reverses, wrenches, but Garcia ducks the lariat! SAIDO! Cover, TWO! Dax survives but Garcia just brings him around by the legs! Garcia steps through, DRAGON TAMER!! Cash CLOBBERS Garcia! Nigel wrenches Cash to ARMLOCK DDT!

Cash flounders away, Nigel has Dax and puts him up top! Stoke is mad but Dax slips free! Dax kicks Nigel, puts him up top, but Nigel slips free! Feed to Garcia’s LARIAT! Garcia & Nigel work together, ASSISTED TOWER OF LONDON!! Cover, TWO!! Dax survives but Garcia & Nigel coordinate. They wait on Dax, but Cash SHOVES Nigel into Garcia! Cash and Nigel brawl, Dax and Garcia brawl, and the fans rally! FTR gets the edge, then they run, but into BOOTS! Dax & Cash yoyo, Nigel & Garcia dodge, and the FTR LARIATS collide!! Now Garcia has Dax, Nigel has Cash! DRAGON TAMER and SHANKLY GATES!!!

The fans are thunderous as FTR endures! Menard keeps Stoke back, but then Stoke goes into the ring! Menard drags Stoke back out! The fans fire up for Daddy Magic, but FTR make the ROPEBREAKS! Cash and Nigel bail out, and now Nigel says this is for Schiavone! Nigel makes Cash say sorry to Schiavone, then gives him a STUNNER! Dax and Garcia brawl on the other end, and Dax DECKS Garcia! Cash sends Nigel into steel steps! And then barriers! Cash takes his apology back! The fans boo but what did we expect? Dax climbs, but Garcia is after him! Garcia trips Dax up, climbs the corner, and goes to the very top!

The fans fire up for the SUPER DUPER PLEX!! But that’s not all! Garcia stands Dax back up to hoist him to a top rope again! Garcia climbs up again, DOS SUPER DUPER PLEX!! But Garcia isn’t done, he wants the hattrick! Cash & Stoke panic, the fans fire up, and Garcia puts Dax on the third corner! But Cash runs in to save Dax! The fans boo but Nigel is here! Cash BOOTS Nigel, then LARIATS him down! Garcia still gets Dax up, but Dax makes it SUPER ANARCHY!! Cash hits a SPLASH!! Cover, NIGEL BREAKS IT!!! That take on Power & Glory was incredibly close, but the fans are thunderous as all four men are down!

Dax and Nigel go outside and brawl, and then Nigel puts Dax up! Dax fights free, then Cash is there! SHATTER MACHINE to the floor!! Stoke loves it! A ring count starts on FTR while Garcia is down in the ring. The fans rally, FTR rise up, and they stare Schiavone down! Schiavone says they should just focus on Nigel and Garcia. Schiavone wants to make sure his friend is okay, but FTR intimidate him as before. Stoke tells Schiavone to sit his old ass down, then FTR goes for Garcia. Garcia sees it is 2v1 but he won’t back down! Garcia fires haymakers on them both! The fans fire up, Garcia DECKS Cash to then CHOP away on Dax!

The fans fire up with every CHOP, and then Garcia winds up to CHOP Dax down! Garcia reels Dax in, but Dax BACKDROPS, only for Garcia to sunset flip! But Dax rolls through, lifts and PILEDRIVERS!! Cover, TWO!?!? Garcia survives but Dax hauls him back up! Cash is on the ropes, he mocks the dance, STUFF PILEDRIVER!!! Cover, ROPEBREAK!?!?! Garcia survives by a literal foot and FTR say WTF! Dax drags Garcia around by his legs, steps through, and turns Garcia over! SHARPSHOOTER!! Garcia endures, Schiavone and Menard coach Nigel up, and Nigel sputters awake! Menard gets on the apron, but Cash BLASTS and DIVES onto him!

Garcia still fights, but Stokely taunts him to just give up! Cash makes sure Nigel can’t get in with a KICK to the head! Garcia suffers, fades, he’s OUT!! FTR WINS!!!

A valiant effort from Nigel and Garcia, but FTR used every tag team tactic they know, both clean and dirty, to stick it to them. Will this truly be the last time Nigel steps into the ring as a wrestler? Will the Top Guys only grow their egos bigger and bigger from here on?

 

Stretcher Match: Ricochet VS Mark Briscoe!

This is the first time such a match as this will be held in AEW, but we already know it will be violent! The One & Only has no qualms about stealing valued possessions and offended sensibilities, but now he and the Sussex County Chicken are about to go to new lengths just to win. Who just about hospitalizes their opponent in order to settle a grudge?

But Ricochet isn’t going to wait, he SHOVES Mark off the corner and to the floor! The bell rings, Ricochet says he’s smart, and he throws down fists! Ricochet ROCKS Mark, taunts the fans, and then goes back to Mark. Mark UPPERCUTS in return! Mark fires haymakers, then another UPPERCUT! Mark throws hands now as Ricochet takes a seat. Mark CHOPS, then brings Ricochet to the ramp. Mark ROCKS Ricochet, pushes him around, and the fans fire up. Mark and Ricochet brawl up to the stage, and Mark whips Ricochet into the side of the ambulance! There’s a spare stretcher here, could this be a shortcut?

Mark fires hands and pushes Ricochet into the ambulance! That’s not quite how to win, and Ricochet LEAPS back out! The brawling continues, and Briscoe Mongolian Chops! Briscoe puts Ricochet on the stretcher but Ricochet scrambles away to the ring! Mark is annoyed but he chases Ricochet down. Ricochet wags his finger, Mark has to do this the hard way. Mark storms up, dodges the dropkick and UPPERCUTS Ricochet! Mark CHOPS Ricochet, HEADBUTTS him, and then whips him at the stretcher. Ricochet rolls over the stretcher, but Mark runs it into him! Ricochet tumbles and the fans fire up!

Mark brings the stretcher back around, stands Ricochet up and ROCKS him! Ricochet wobbles, Mark pushes him onto the stretcher, and he goes to the apron! The fans cheer, but Ricochet runs away again! Mark runs up, Ricochet dodges, and Ricochet KNEES Mark down! Ricochet hauls Mark up to RAM him into railing! Ricochet pushes the stretcher aside, CHOPS Mark, then scoops to SLAM Mark onto the stretcher. Ricochet goes up, soaks up heat, and mocks the BANG BANG! SHOOING STAR but only onto stretcher! Mark more or less suckered Ricochet in, and now he back suplexes Ricochet onto the stretcher.

Mark throws hands to make sure Ricochet stays put. Mark wants to try again, and BANG BANG! FOLEY ELBOW DROP! Direct hit and the stretcher falls over! The fans fire up and high-five Mark while Ricochet sputters on the floor. Mark goes up the barrier, and he BANG BANG, FOLEY ELBOW DROP again! The fans fire up and Mark grabs a chair. Mark lines up a shot, and he CHUCKS the chair into Ricochet’s face! Ricochet falls back, the fans cheer, and Mark JAMS Ricochet up with the chair! Mark SMACKS Ricochet on the back, then he CLAWS at Ricochet’s face! The fans cheer and Mark goes looking under the ring.

Mark brings out a TABLE! The fans cheer, but Ricochet CLOBBERS Mark! Ricochet SMACKS Mark with the chair, and he takes the table… to put it back! The fans boo Ricochet, but Mark JAMS Ricochet up! Mark whips Ricochet into barriers! Mark then sets up to Redneck CRANE KICK! Mark whips Ricochet into more railing! Ricochet sputters, Mark has a chair, and he puts that in the ring. Mark brings Ricochet around, ROCKS him with haymakers, and then brings him to the ramp side. Mark puts Ricochet in the ring, and he brings out a bucket! It has cleaning supplies in it, and the fans want Mark to clean that bald head!

Mark headlocks, and yes, he spritzes Ricochet’s bald head! Ricochet flails but Mark has the rag to polish that chrome dome! Then Mark ROCKS Ricochet! Ricochet sputters, Mark whips Ricochet to CLOBBER him with the bucket!! Ricochet sputters, the fans fire up, and Mark drags Ricochet up to DUMP him out. Ricochet flops and the fans rally for “DEM BOYS!” Mark sets up his chair, builds speed, and shoutout to Sabu, but Ricochet CHUCKS the other chair into Mark’s face!! The fans boo but Ricochet just pushes Mark back into the ring. Ricochet drags Mark up, CLUBS him, then CHOPS him! Ricochet wobbles, but he CHOPS again!

Ricochet throws hands, then whips, but Mark reverses and kicks low! EXPLODER! Ricochet flounders and the fans fire up again. Mark has a chair, he stalks Ricochet, but Ricochet SPRAYS the cleaning solution into Mark’s face!! The fans boo but Ricochet has the stretcher now. Ricochet ROCKS Mark, UPPERCUTS, and he takes the padding off the stretcher! Ricochet SMACKS Mark off the bare steel, and Mark is busted open! Ricochet DRIBBLES Mark over and over to get more blood from the Chicken! Mark flops back and fans tell Ricochet he’s sick! Ricochet kicks Mark, drags him up, and pushes him onto the stretcher.

Ricochet pulls the stretcher along, goes along the rampway, and the fans boo as they approach the ambulance. Mark sputters but Ricochet throws more hands! Ricochet scoops Mark, puts him on the other stretcher, and then gets it up into the ambulance! Ricochet grabs the one door and closes it. The fans boo, but Mark blocks the second door with a crutch! Ricochet is furious but Mark JAMS Ricochet with the crutch! Mark then BLASTS Ricochet with a fire extinguisher! The fans fire up for Mark as he then UPPERCUTS Ricochet! Mark brings Ricochet around to UPPERCUT again! The fans fire up and Mark sends Ricochet into the ring.

Mark roars, runs, and LARIATS Ricochet! The fans fire up as Mark calls his shot! Mark drags Ricochet up, reels him in, underhooks and JAY DRILLER!! Ricochet is down and the fans fire up! Mark points back to the ambulance, wipes the blood from his eyes but the forehead is still pouring it out. Mark TOSSES Ricochet out, then he brings out a TABLE! The fans are thunderous as Mark sets it up nearby! Mark drags Ricochet up, ROCKS him, and Ricochet is on the table. Mark makes sure Ricochet is positioned just right before he climbs a corner! Mark wobbles, steadies himself, and SUPER FROGGY-BOW through the table!!

The fans lose their minds as Mark and Ricochet are down in the wreckage!! Mark rises up, that crimson mask bright on his face, and he fireman’s carries Ricochet up the ramp. The fans fire up as Mark brings Ricochet up for another underhook. But Ricochet BACKDROPS free! Ricochet crawls and groans in pain, but Mark follows after. “This is Awesome!” as Mark grabs a leg. Ricochet BOOTS Mark away, then goes to the ring. HE HAS THE SCISSORS!! HE JABS MARK IN THE HEAD!!! As if Mark wasn’t already bleeding from his forehead before!! Ricochet snarls, and he aims again, but Mark blocks the scissors!

Mark kicks low, UPPERCUTS, and now Mark has the scissors! The fans fire up as Mark vows to cut something! Mark stalks Ricochet to the ambulance, and Ricochet is halfway in the ambulance! But then he has MORE SCISSORS!! Ricochet DIGS into Mark’s head, but Mark just fires up! So Ricochet LOW BLOWS!! And SCISSOR JABS Mark again!! And then SPIRIT GUN!!! Ricochet hauls Mark up, puts him in the ambulance, and he closes the doors! Ricochet wins!!

The fans aren’t happy about it, but Ricochet beat Mark at the match Mark wanted! Ricochet taunts the fans, shows off the stretcher with the blood on it, what other trophies will Ricochet accumulate as he hunts down a championship?

 

AEW World Tag Team Championships: Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin w/ MVP & MJF VS Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara!

The Hurt Syndicate has demolished team after team to establish themselves as AEW World Tag Team Champions, but the Sons of Texas dug, scratched, clawed, fought from behind, and came out on top as the ROH World Tag Team Champions. Will The Natural & The Spanish God become DOUBLE World Tag Team Champions at Double or Nothing? Or will the All Mighty & Standard of Excellence prove they not just hurt people, but hurt legends?

The introductions are made, the AEW titles are raised, and we see who can do the most damage!

The teams sort out and Dustin starts against Lashley. They circle, feel things out, and the fans rally up. Dustin and Lashley step up, then Lashley shoves Dustin! Dustin kicks low, UPPERCUTS, but Lashley goes for the nelson! Dustin fights free before it locks in, and then ties up with Lashley. They go around, Lashley puts Dustin in a corner, but the ref counts. Lashley lets off slowly but he stares Dustin down. Dustin is wary of Lashley, but Lashley still ELBOWS him! The ref counts as Lashley fires more shots, and Lashley stops at 4. MJF talks trash, but Dustin shoves Lashley away. Lashley RUNS Dustin over, then brings Dustin up.

Lashley bumps Dustin off buckles, tags Shelton, and they mug Dustin. Shelton ROCKS Dustin, Dustin UPPERCUTS Shelton! Repeat! Dustin fires uppercut after uppercut, but Shelton slips around to GERMAN SUPLEX! Shelton taunts Dustin, GERMAN SUPLEXES again, and MJF talks trash. Shelton covers, ONE, and Dustin eggs Shelton on! The fans rally, Shelton fires forearms but Dustin UPPERCUTS! The fans fire up for the brawl, but Shelton kicks low. Shelton runs, Dustin kicks low and KNEES him! Dustin tags Sammy, Sammy goes up, and he CROSSBODIES! Sammy keeps moving, he hurdles and backflips over Shelton to DROPKICK!

Sammy kips up so smooth and the fans fire up! Sammy whips, Shelton reverses then slips around to GERMAN SUPLEX! Sammy flounders, Shelton stalks him, and then GERMAN SUPLEXES again! MJF mocks Sammy’s pain now, and Shelton tags Lashley. Shelton runs corner to corner and STEP-UP KNEES! Lashley runs but Sammy dodge to KNEE Lashley! Lashley staggers, Sammy SUPERKICKS! Sammy runs corner to corner, and he SPLASHES Lashley! Sammy fires off fast hands, HAMMERS away, then lets off. Sammy storms back up to whip, but Lashley reverses. Lashley runs in but Sammy BOOTS him!

Sammy runs up, but Lashley MILE HIGH SPINEBUSTERS! Then he sucker punches Dustin! MJF and MVP are pleased as Shelton tags back in. Lashley TOSSES Sammy out, Shelton goes to bring Sammy up and SHOVE him into the railing! Then the apron! Shelton stomps Sammy, the ref reprimands, but Shelton drags Sammy up. Shelton scoops and SLAMS Sammy on the floor! Shelton leaves Sammy behind, argues with the ref, and MJF gets his cheap shots in! The fans are torn but MJF gets away with it. Shelton goes out to beat up Sammy more, then puts him in the ring. Shelton rains down fists while MJF taunts the fans.

Shelton tags Lashley, MJF shouts, “SAMMY SUCKS!” Lashley stands Sammy up but Sammy fires forearms! The fans rally, Sammy whips, but Lashley reverses. Lashley runs up, catches Sammy as he goes up, and then pops Sammy around to DOMINATOR! The fans fire up and Lashley covers, TWO!! Sammy survives and Lashley is frustrated. Tag to Shelton and Shelton stays between Sammy and Dustin. MJF tells fans to shut up, but Shelton throws knees. Shelton whips then pops Sammy up, but Sammy hits a CUTTER! The fans fire up, MJF coaches Shelton, and Sammy crawls! Hot tag to Dustin! The fans fire up as Dustin BLASTS Lashley!

Dustin fires hands on Shelton, flip, flop, fly and BIONIC ELBOW! Dustin whips, Shelton reverses, “NOT DTODAY!” RHODES UPPERCUT! SNAP POWERSLAM! Dustin fires up, BOOTS Lashley off the apron, then bumps Shelton off buckles. Dustin ROCKS and whips Shelton, but Shelton reverses. Shelton runs up, Dustin kicks and hops on, CODE RED! Cover, TWO!! AEW Continental Championship: Kazuchika Okada VS “Speedball” Mike Bailey!

The Rainmaker has had a reign of terror ever since winning this title, but he just ran into an opponent who can strike like lightning! Bailey hasn’t been pinned or submitted since making his AEW debut, but Okada says there’s a first time for everything. Will that end up going the other way around when Bailey takes this title? Or will Okada make it rain in the desert of Arizona?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who is worth their weight in gold!

The bell rings, the fans rally up, and the two stare down. Okada and Bailey slowly circle, stare down again, then tie up. They’re in a deadlock but Okada puts Bailey on ropes. Bailey turns that around, but then the two break. The fans rally and Bailey eggs Okada on. The fans chant for “SPEEDBALL! SPEEDBALL!” Okada tunes that out, circles with Bailey, and they tie up. Okada wrenches to a wristlock but Bailey cartwheels, wrenches, and has the cording hold! Okada pulls Bailey’s mullet and puts him on ropes. The ref counts, Okada lets go slowly, but then he fakes the chop! Okada pats Bailey on the shoulders and Bailey smirks.

Okada kicks low, ROCKS Bailey, then whips. Bailey handsprings, Okada dodges, but Bailey dodges back to RANA! Okada tumbles out, Bailey aims and PLANCAHS, but Okada moves! Bailey lands safe, only for Okada to YANK him down! Okada kicks low, but Bailey RAMS him into steel steps! Bailey runs up, but Okada dodges, and Bailey’s kick hits steel steps! Bailey clutches his toes, but then he hits the crane stance! Okada hears the cheers and turns around. CRANE KICK! The fans fire up and Bailey triangle jump MOONSAULTS! Okada runs up, Bailey dodges, and Bailey fires LIGHTNING KICKS! Okada blocks one to DRAGON SCREW! Bailey writhes and the fans rally again. Okada stands Bailey up, Bailey CHOPS and runs, but into a FLAPJACK! Okada dusts himself off while the fans cheer. Okada then drags Bailey up again, TOSSES him out, and then goes out after him. The ring count starts, Okada drags Bailey up yet again, and kicks low to DDT to the floor! The fans cheer but the ring count is 5 of 10. Okada refreshes the count, watches Bailey writhe, then rolls back into the ring. Okada lets the count rise, but Bailey springs in at 6! Okada hits another DDT! Cover, TWO!

Bailey stays in this but Okada is stoic. Okada drags Bailey up, bumps him off buckles, then brings him around. Okada whips corner to corner, runs in corner to corner, and ELBOWS Bailey down! The fans cheer while Okada paces. Okada mockingly bows before going back to Bailey. Okada kicks at Bailey more to taunt him than anything. Bailey stands to CHOP! Okada grits his teeth and eggs Bailey on. Bailey CHOPS again! Okada eggs Bailey on, so Bailey CHOPS again! Okada knees low, brings Bailey around, snapmare and run, DROPKICK! Bailey tumbles out and the fans fire up! Okada lets the ring count handle this.

Bailey slowly rises, stands at 4 of 10, but Okada WRECKS Bailey with a dropkick! Okada goes back into the ring, the count starts again, but Okada runs. Bailey jumps over the dropkick to ASAI MOONSAULT! Down goes Okada and the fans fire up! The ring count starts again and the fans cheer on “SPEEDBALL! SPEEDBALL!” Bailey goes up the corner, aims from the very top, and Okada rolls in, only for Bailey to MISSILE DROPKICK! Okada tumbles, Bailey fires up, and the fans rally. Bailey SOBATS, AX KICKS, and then ROUND KICKS! The fans fire up and Bailey RUNNING SHOOTING STARS! Cover, TWO!

Okada stays in this but Bailey stays focused. Bailey RAMS into Okada, puts Okada up, and GAMANGIRIS! Bailey climbs, the fans rally, but Okada shoves Bailey! Bailey backflips, comes back, but into the Alabama Lift! REVERSE NECKBREAKER! The fans rally while Bailey writhes, and Okada brings Bailey up. Okada scoops and SLAMS Bailey into the drop zone! Okada goes up, MACHO ELBOW DROP! Okada stands and the fans fire up. Okada winds up, for the RAINMAKER MIDDLE FINGER! But Bailey victory rolls him! TWO!! Okada clutches his knees and grits his teeth while a standing count starts. Okada rises, the fans rally, and Okada stands. Okada brings Bailey up, but Bailey fires a forearm! Okada shakes his head, and he ROCKS Bailey in return! The fans duel as the forearms keep going! The forearms go faster and faster, then Bailey fires a flurry! But Okada BODY BLOWS! Okada UPPERCUTS, but Bailey THRUST KICKS! Okada goes to a corner, Bailey runs and spins, but Okada blocks the kick!

Okada shoves Bailey, Bailey comes back and blocks a boot to HEEL KICK! Bailey goes up, but Okada DROPKICKS Bailey to the floor! The fans fire up while both men are down! The ring count climbs but Okada goes out to fetch Bailey. “This is Awesome!” as Okada puts Bailey on the apron. Okada climbs up, gut wrenches, but Bailey fights back into the ring. LEG SWEEP! Okada falls onto the apron, Bailey has him set up, MOONSAULT KNEE DROP!! Okada sputters and the fans fire up! Bailey steps in, powers up, and the fans fire up for the spin! ROLLING ROUNDHOUSE! Okada wobbles, Bailey goes up, but Okada avoids Ultimate Weapon! SHOTGUN!!

Okada has Bailey up, whips, but Bailey avoids the dropkick to PENALTY KICK! MOONSAULT KNEE DROP again!! The fans fire up and Bailey aims. Spin and- DROPKICK from Okada! And then ripcord, RAIN- HEEL KICK!! Bailey hits first, but he aims again! TIME ADVENTURE!!! Cover, ROPEBREAK!!! Okada saved himself at the last possible moment and Bailey can’t believe it! The fans boo, they also thought that was three! Bailey huffs ‘n’ puffs but he stands on Okada’s hand. The fans rally, and Bailey drags Okada up to KICK! And KICK! And KICK!! Okada falls but Bailey holds onto the wrist to stand Okada up again.

Bailey KICKS and KICKS and KICKS again! Okada LARIATS! Okada stands Bailey up to short arm LARIAT again! The fans fire up as Okada ripcords, but Bailey slips under! Okada switches, Bailey straitjackets to sunset flip! TWO!! Okada sits up, ONE, Bailey sunset flips with legs trapped! TWO!!! Okada stands, into a HEEL KICK!! Bailey goes up, up, and ULTIMATE WEAPON into a DROPKICK!! Okada then ripcords, RAINMAKER!!!! Cover, OKADA WINS!!

These two have a complicated past, but it has been nothing short of captivating. First connected by a mutual frenemy, these two became friends on their own, but then rivals very soon after that. With Mercedes Mone waiting as Queen of Harts, will All In: Texas be TIMELESS? Or will it be all about #MinaNow?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who is the true leading lady of AEW!

The bell rings, the fans rally, and the two circle. They feel things out while the fans duel, and then they tie up. Mina trips Toniy, but Toni wrangles Mina to a waistlock. Mian slips out the back, trips Toni, and goes for the legs! Mina stomps away on the legs, but Toni uses the British Escape to get a headlock takeover. Mina headscissors and she holds on tight. Toni fights, the fans rally, and Toni headstands to pop free. Toni does a tap dance, then offers a handshake. Mina takes the handshake, then headlocks! Mina headlocks for the takeover, but Toni headscissors. Mina moves around, pops free, and does her dance right over Toni! Then sits down to a cover, TWO!

Toni has the sunset flip, TWO! Mina dropkicks the legs out! Toni clutches a knee but Mina drags her around. Mina turns Toni over, hooks the legs up, and the fans cheer as Mina dances, then STOMPS the legs! The fans rally, Mina kicks Toni around, and Mina stands Toni up. Toni throat chops! Toni runs, but Mina trips her and has the body scissors! Mina turns Toni over to a cover, TWO, but Mina has the legs! DEATHLOCK! Toni ROCKS Mina but Mina falls back to put on the pressure! Mina runs, but Toni is up to THESZ PRESS! Toni rains down fast hands, but Mina pushes her away, and then DROPKICKS the legs again! The fans rally while Mina brings Toni to the corner! Flashback to Wednesday as Mina SLAMS the leg into the post! Mina wants to figure four but Toni YANKS her into the POST! Toni then storms after Mina, snap suplexes her to the floor, and the fans cheer. Toni drags Mina up, puts her in the ring, then covers, TWO! Mina is tougher than that and Toni is frustrated. Toni drags Mina up, scoops, and hits a BACKBREAKER! A little double-edged with the damage to her leg, but she still hits a FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO!

Not quite perfect but Toni walks it off. Toni stomps Mina, kicks her around, then CLUBS her! Mina fires hands in return, but Toni CLUBS Mina down! The fans rally and Toni shakes out the bad legs. Toni stands Mina up to CHOP! Mina staggers, Toni ROCKS Mina again, then RAMS into Mina! Toni CHOPS, RAMS, and repeat! The fans sing for “Toni! Toni Storm~!” as she CHOPS Mina more. Toni shakes out her hand, whips Mina to ropes, but Mina reverses to TORNADO DDT! And then DROPKICK! The fans fire up while Mina shakes out the legs. ROLLING ELBOW! Toni staggers, Mina NECKBREAKER DROPS!

Mina stands, blocks a kick, and she DRAGON SCREWS the leg! The fans fire up with Mina and she has the legs! Toni kicks her away, Mina ends up on the apron, and she blocks another kick! DRAGON SCREW! Toni tumbles to the outside and the fans rally up! Mina runs in, but Luther stands in her way! The fans boo so Mina KICKS and DECKS Luther! Then she ducks Toni’s punch to DECK Toni! Mina uses Luther as a pommel horse to TORNILLO SPLASH Toni! The fans fire up and Mina climbs the corner! Mina waits on Toni, but Luther takes the SUPER CROSSBODY! Toni hurries to get Mina up and DDT to the floor!

The fans are torn but Toni huffs ‘n’ puffs. Toni drags Mina up, puts her in the ring, then steps on Luther to get in the ring. But Mina has the leg! DRAPING DRAGON SCREW!! Toni drags Mina up again, GERMAN SUPLEX! Mina flounders to a corner, Toni aims, and has her close-up! SWEET- NO, the bad leg stops the music! Mina DROPKICKS the leg! Mina fires up, grabs that leg, and steps through, but Toni cradles! TWO, ROLLING ELBOW!

Mina URA- NO, Toni ducks the fist to SKY HIGH! Cover, TWO!! Mina survives and Toni grows frustrated. The fans rally, Toni drags Mina up, and Toni puts Mina on the top rope. Toni CHOPS Mina, but Mina CLUBS Toni! Mina throws more hands, but Toni clamps onto Mina’s neck! But Mina makes it a RANA! And a sliding arm-drag, and LEG DDT! Mina fires up, she has Toni’s legs and ties them up in an INVERTED FIGURE FOUR!! Toni endures, reaches out, but Mina thrashes the legs! Toni drags Mina along as she goes for the ROPEBREAK! The fans fire up, the ref counts, and Mina lets go at 4.

Mina fires up again and the fans rally. Mina goes out to climb up, and she FLYING SLINGBLADES! Cover, TWO! Toni survives again and the fans rally up. Mina calls her shot, drags Toni up, dragon sleeper and GLAM- NO, Toni fights the lift! Mina shoves Toni to ROLLING ELBOW! And URAKEN!! Toni flops down, Mina roars, and the fans fire up again! Mina dragon sleepers to GLAMOROUS DRIVER MINA!!! Cover, TWO?!?! Toni survives and Mina can’t believe it! The fans rally up again while Mina wonders what she must do. Mina steps through, but Toni BOOTS her into buckles! Toni hurries for the snapshot version, SWEET HIP MUSIC!!

Toni hauls Mina up and STORM- NO, Mina wrenches out, KICKS and KICKS and KICKS the bad legs! Mina runs, but Toni clamps on again! But Mina victory rolls through, has the legs, FIGURE FOUR!! Toni endures, her shoulders are down, ONE as Toni sits up! Mina THRASHES around but the fans and Luther all rally up. Toni endures, fights around, reaches out, and she again drags Mina along! But it’s like swimming through molasses! Mina THRASHES and PUMPS that leg, and Toni is despairing! Toni gives it one last gas, and she has the ROPEBREAK!! The fans are thunderous but Mina is frustrated that Toni is still in this!

Mina drags Toni from the ropes, steps through, but into the BICK PACKAGE! TWO!! Mina has the cover, TWO!! Toni has the BIG PACKAGE again! TWO!?!? Mina survives, but Toni HEADBUTTS!! And then STORM ZERO!!! Cover, TONI WINS!!

These two know each other so well, they pushed each other to their limits! But in the end, Toni just had that much more in the tank! Toni still shows her rival respect, and they look longingly into each other’s eyes. They KISS! Mina then bows to kiss Toni’s booboos on the knee. The AEW Women’s World Champion against the AEW TBS Champion and Queen of Hart, who will truly be THE woman in AEW?

 

Anarchy in the Arena: Swerve Strickland, Kenny Omega, Willow Nightingale & The Opps VS The Death Riders & The Young Bucks!

With everything AEW has had to suffer through at the hands of Jon Moxley and his minions, as well as our corrupt EVPs, we finally have a team that can take it and dish it out against them! Will The Realest, The Cleaner, The Babe with the Power and the AEW World Trios Champions save the soul of AEW once and for all? Or will there be no end to the tyranny from The Maniac & The Bucks?

Wait, where is Samoa Joe? His team is here, and the Death Riders are flanking the entire ringside area. The Bucks then make their entrance with Founding Fathers of America fanfare… Matthew & Nicholas Jackson walk out as if they’re Andrew Jackson, but Omoega & Swerve go after them! The fans fire up as the brawl is on! The bel rings, and JOE FINDS CLAUDIO! The fans fire up as Joe beats Claudio down at the top of the bleachers! Things go into multi-screen as Hobbs goes after Moxley, Yuta and Shibata are in the ring, and Joe SMACKS Claudio off pillars in the concourse! Swerve & Omega mug The Bucks in the ring, too!

Marina and Willow have disappeared off somewhere to brawl, but then Willow has Marina by a table! Willow goes up, but Marina trips her up! Shibata BOOTS Yuta & The Bucks all in one corner! Joe and CLaudio brawl outside the bujildikng! Marina snap supelxes Willow on the barriers! Willow falls into the crowd, Moxley brawls with Hobbs deep in the stands, and then CHOKES him! Shibata DROPKICKS Yuta with a trash can lid included! Willow is up, she brawls with Marina more! Omega wants the music to change, and so it goes from the flute to… I’m So Excited?! Well, okay… Omega and Swerve get into the groove as they rain down fists on The Bucks!

The fans cheer as they and Shibata rain down TEN fists! Joe has sent Claudio into the merch store! And he throws the shelves down onto him! Marina ROCKS Willow, Omega grabs a mic, and Omega makes a request. The music dies down while Joe throws hands on Claudio. Omega says they need something from the early 2000s! If you know the song, sing along! Let’s get this party going! LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!! The fans go nuts and now things really turn up! Moxley wants after Hobbs with a fork! Hobbs ROCKS Mox first! Omega and Matt brawl, “THREE! NOTHING WRONG WITH ME!”

Joe HEADBUTTS Claudio! Shibata CHOPS Yuta! Moxley keeps after Hobbs, Joe and Claudio pass by Omega, and Claudio is sent into barriers! Yuta fights back, Nick ROCKS Claudio, and then Joe uses a stanchion! Moxley JABS away on Hobbs’ forehead, then BITES at the wound! Matt whips, Swerve reverses, and Matt is sent into the railing! Omega keeps after Nick as they go up the bleachers. Moxley tries to dig a chunk outta Hobbs! Hobbs fights back, Omega fist bumps fans, has them step aside, and he goes up onto the vomitorium! But Yuta attacks! The fans boo Yuta but Yuta wants to throw Omega!

The fans freak out, as does security, but Omega fights Yuta off! Omega CLUBS Yuta, Yuta BITES Omega, and Yuta lines up the shot! Omega holds onto railing as best he can, but Hobbs makes the save! Hobbs THROWS Yuta down onto the cluster!! And right as the song ends! Perfect timings! Wait, it restarts. Omega gets a boost from Hobbs to then SUPER SUPER MOONSAULT!!! Down goes everyone again!! Joe and Claudio brawl in front of commentary while Omega rises up. Swerve and Omega regroup, drag Moxley up from the pile, and wait, Joe has a Captain Omega trash can lid? Omega must’ve meant to equip this, but Joe SMACKS Claudio with it for him.

The fans keep cheering and singing, then Joe brings Claudio out into the crowd. Moxley CURB STOMPS Hobbs!! The fans boo but Moxley hauls Hobbs up. Moxley climbs up to JAB away with the fork!! Omega, Swerve, the Bucks and others have returned to ringside. FULL METAL BACKBREAKER for Nick on a chair! Joe and Claudio brawl off in the back somewhere, and Moxley has a table! Moxley stomps Omega while Matt drags him down! Matt SLAMS the leg into the post! Moxley puts a table in a corner, but Hobbs SPINEBUSTERS Moxley through it!! The fans are thunderous again while they’re down in the wreckage!

Nick SHINING WIZARDS Swerve out of a chair! Matt has Omega in the ring while Joe and Claudio still brawl! Nick anchors Swerve while Omega punches away on Matt! Fireman’s carry, YOU! CAN’T! ESCAPE! ROLLING SENTON, then MOONSAULT! Cover, TWO!! Swerve goes up and gives Nick the FALLING UPPERCUT! He hits the Griddy, and FLOOOR~! Three times for the song, but wait! Marina and Willow brawl in the parking lot! Willow SMACKS Marina off a table, clears out some space, SMACKS Marina off the production truck, then throws trash at her! Marina fires body shots in return, but Willow SMASHES a bottle on Marina’s face!!

Willow scoops Marina, SLAMS her on the table, but it holds tough! Willow is going nuts, and now Shibata and Yuta spill out here! Shibata CHOPS Yuta, SMACKS him off a wall, and then they go back inside. Shibata CLUBS Yuta, TOSSES him into a dumpster, and then brings it around. Hobbs and Moxley brawl on top of commentary while Shibata RAMS Yuta into a garage door! Shibata dumps the trash out, and also the stuff in the dumpster. Shibata grabs a prop cactus and takes the barbed wire off it!! Shibata wraps that around his foot, runs up, and BARBED WIRE PENALTY KICKS Yuta down!

The Bucks have Swerve on stage, but they feint the kicks to DOUBLE DDT! The Bucks kip up, mock the Griddy, but Omega has a trash can! The Bucks coordinate something, do their pose, but Omega SMASHES them with the can! Omega sends Nick into the LED wall! Then back suplex, but Nick lands out! Omega blocks a superkick, and sends it into Matt! V-TRIGGER for Nick! TRASH CAN for Omega! Swerve gives Matt a FLATLINER! Nick hits a DESTROYER on Swerve! Swerve roars, HOUSE CALL!! The Predator hits his target, but then sees Claudio! Swerve LEAPS into an UPPERCUT! Claudio has Joe and Swerve down in the same area, and he SWINGS Swerve!

The fans fire up as Claudio goes around and around, to SWING Swerve into a speaker! The music stopped, but Hobbs CLOBBERS Claudio into road cases!! Those break apart, but then Matt FLIES onto Hobbs! Moxley heads that way while the fans cheer on “A E DUB! A E DUB!” Nick SMACKS Omega with the trash can. Yuta and Shibata are here, Willow has Marina, but Marina SAYANAGIS Willow! Marina has a frying pan!? She’s about to scramble Willow as she SMACKS her on the back! The Bucks have a table set up, they have Omega in the ring, and “This is Awesome!” Marina stands Willow up, SAYANAGI!

Marina handcuffs Willow! Omega sends the Bucks out, the Terminator Drums begin, and Omega builds speed! Omega FLIES into a SUPERKICK! Omega dangles on the top rope, Nick goes up, and Willow is handcuffed by her earring! DOUBLE STOMP POWERBOMB through the table for Omega!!! Shibata is here to ROCK Nick again and again! Gabe says use the ambulance! But speaking of the ambulance, MARK BRISCOE FLIES IN! The Chicken takes out Moxley, and he stares down Gabe! Gabe and Briscoe brawl, but Gabe BITES Mark’s forehead! The brawl has migrated to this area now and Joe CLOBBERS Gabe! Joe RAMS Gabe into the ambulance! Hobbs LAWN DARTS Yuta into the ambulance! Willow has Marina, Moxley has a GUILLOTINE on Shibata, this is going inside the ambulance?! Joe gets out of the mess, and the Opps shut the doors! The Death Riders are trapped inside!

The Bucks are stunned, and it is just them against Omega & Swerve! Swerve KNEES Nick, Omega V-TRIGGERS Matt! They aim together, BANG! V-TRIGGER & HOUSE CALL IN STEREO!! Matt flops out, Omega goes after him, and Nana passes Swerve his brand new Swerve Iversons!! And they’re covered in tacks!! A very Bucks tactic that Swerve clearly took inspiration from. Omega has Matt set up while Swerve puts those shoes on. ONE WINGED ANGEL down through a table!!! WITH PYRO?!? Swerve then gives Nick the SPIKED KILL STOMPS!!!! Cover, Swerve & The Opps win!!

This was absolute anarchy from start to finish, and even had extra teammates beyond what was advertised! But in the end, justice prevailed, as brutal as it was. The only thing left is for someone to take back the AEW World Championship. Did Swerve, Omega, Willow & The Opps do enough damage that this year’s King of Harts can have a fair fight in Texas?

 

Six Man Tag: Paragon VS The Don Callis Family!

Adam Cole, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Reilly have been at the top of ROH, at the top of NXT, and that is undisputed. But now, to try and be on top of AEW, they have to get through the menacing menagerie “The Jackal” has put together. Will Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher & Josh Alexander prove that The Family runs AEW? Or will tonight be all about the BOOM?

The trios sort out and the Aussie Arrow starts against the TNT Champion. The fans rally but then Fletcher tags out to The Alpha. Konosuke and Cole tie up, Konosuke wrenches and wristlocks. Cole rolls, wrenches, and wristlocks back. Konosuke rolls, trips Cole, and has a toehold. Cole keeps his shoulders up but Konosuke stands him up. Konosuke wrenches, hammerlocks, but Cole switches. Konosuke reaches back to headlock and he pulls hair! Konosuke puts Cole in a corner, throws hands and stomps, then stalks Cole along the ropes. While Jon Moxley continues his reign of terror, that is ironically in the background of this. The Aerial Assassin and The Blackhat Cowboy have battled long and hard to prove they are worthy of this moment, and of everything that has come before. Ospreay wants this, Hangman needs this, and while they’ll both give it everything they’ve got, only one of them can go All In. Will the story of the 2025 Owen Hart Cup be about Ospreay’s ascension? Or about Hangman’s redemption?

The bell rings and the fans fire up as the two stare down. Ospreay and Hangman step up, tie up, and go around. Hangman shoves Ospreay down, facelocks, but Ospreay switches that. They roll, Ospreay floats around, then pats Hangman on the back before backing off. The fans are torn but Hangman brushes that off. Hangman and Ospreay reset, circle, and the fans duel. Ospreay and Hangman circle, tie up, and Hangman headlocks. Hangman hits the takeover, denies the headscissors, but Ospreay fights up. Ospreay powers up but Hangman holds on tight. The fans rally more, Ospreay powers up but still can’t power out.

Hangman grinds the hold, but Ospreay spins to wrench and wrangle. Hangman fights up and wrenches, but Ospreay kips and kips and WRINGS Hangman out! The fans cheer and Ospreay takes a bow. The fans cheer and Ospreay brushes that off. Ospreay fires a forearm, Hangman fires back and Ospreay stumbles! Hangman headlocks, Ospreay powers up and out this time, then drops down. Ospreay hurdles, Hangman denies the flip, but Ospreay avoids the lariat! Ospreay CHPOS, whips, Hangman reverses, Ospreay handsprings but Hangman catches him! GERMAN SUPLEX but Ospreay lands out! Ospreay springboards, Hangman catches him and shoves him to BACKDROP! Hangman goes to the apron, BUCK- NO, Ospreay dodges! But then Hangman dodges the Hidden Blade! The fans cheer this standoff after the shootout!

Ospreay and Hangman reset and the fans rally up again. They circle and feel things out. They knuckle lock, then Hangman kicks low! Hangman ROCKS Ospreay, puts him in a corner, and CHOPS! Hangman whips corner to corner, Ospreay goes up and over, things keep moving and Ospreay ducks ‘n’ dodges to RANA! Hangman staggers up, into a scoop and SLAM! STANDING SKY TWISTER! Cover, ONE!! The fans cheer while both men catch their breath. Ospreay then ROCKS Hangman, puts him in a corner, and CHOPS! Hangman is stinging but Ospreay bumps him off buckles. Ospreay CHOPS, then follows Hangman again.

Ospreay bumps Hangman off buckles but Hangman DECKS Ospreay! The fans fire up and Hangman snarls. Hangman brings Ospreay up, CHOPS again, then throws hands. The fans rally as Ospreay endures and fights around. Ospreay fires body shots, ROCKS Hangman, then runs, but Hangman RUNS him over! Hangman stomps Ospreay, kicks him around, and he eggs Ospreay on. Ospreay eggs Hangman on in return! Hangman kicks Ospreay so Ospreay stands up! The fans fire up as the forearms start flying! “BRUV! Ospreay builds speed and hits a SASUKE SPECIAL! The fans fire up and Ospreay puts Hangman in. Hangman rolls to a corner but Ospreay runs up and BOOTS! Ospreay then torture racks Hangman and makes it a BACKBREAKER RACK! BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Cover, TWO! Hangman stays in this but Ospreay stays focused. Ospreay rises up, brings Hangman around, and he CHOPS! And CHOPS! And CHOPS but Hangman blocks! Hangman ROCKS Ospreay, whips, but Ospreay grab ropes. Ospreay then DUMPS Hangman way out! The fans fire up as Ospreay climbs, but Hangman SHOVES him down!

Ospreay HOTSHOTS off ropes, Hangman triangle jump LARIATS! The fans fire up as Hangman goes up, up, and ARIHARA MOONSAULTS!! Direct hit and the fans fire up again! Hangman shoves Ospreay into the ring, then POP-UP POWERBOMBS! High stack, TWO! Hangman steps through, and this is The Owen after all! SHARPSHOOTER!! Ospreay endures as Hangman sits deep! The fans rally, Ospreay fights around, and he pushes up to reach out! But Hangman pushes Ospreay down! Ospreay still reaches out, ROPEBREAK! Hangman lets go, having almost exhausted himself. The fans rally while both men catch their breath.

The fans duel while Hangman rises up. Hangman seems to be fueled by the fans here as he stands Ospreay up. Ospreay CHOPS, but Hangman gets in Ospreay’s face! The fans rally as Ospreay drags Hangman back into the ring. But Hangman rolls to the far side! Ospreay stops Hangman from going to the floor, and drags him to the apron. Ospreay rains down fists, but Hangman fires from below! Hangman UP KICKS, Ospreay backs off to the corner, and Hangman stands. Ospreay ROCKS Hangman with a forearm, but Hangman fires back! They go back and forth, harder and harder, and then Hangman BOOTS! And BOOTS, but Ospreay blocks, to then get under and APRON POWERBOMB! Ospreay deadlifts Hangman, then tucks the arms! SUPER STYLES CLASH to the floor!!!

The ref checks Hangman, that might’ve been halfway between Styles Clash and Piledriver! Ospreay himself clutches a leg, and Hangman is somehow okay to continue, so a ring count begins. Ospreay rises at 4 of 10, drags himself up at 6, then rolls in at 7. Hangman is still down at 8! He stirs at 9! Hangman springs to life at 9.99!! But into an OSCUTTER!!! Cover, TWO!!! Ospreay gears up, runs up, HIDDEN BLADE!!!! Cover, TWO?!?!? HOW?!?! Ospreay isn’t sure, but the fans are loving this all the same! Ospreay shakes his head, rises up, and he drags Hangman up. Ospreay underhooks Hangman, but Hangman fights the lift!

Hangman wrenches free and SLAPS Ospreay! Ospreay HEADBUTTS Hangman, then fires palm strikes! Ospreay KICKS away on Hangman in the ropes! The ref reprimands and counts as Ospreay rains down palm strikes! Ospreay and the ref argue, but Ospreay has to be careful, there’s no Champion’s Advantage type rule here. Hangman aims, but Ospreay BOOTS him first! Hangman hits the Spanish announce desk! Ospreay goes out to bring Hangman around, and he SMACKS Hangman off the desk! And then does it again! The ref reprimands but Ospreay just DRIBBLES Hangman off the desk! The fans are torn but Ospreay now clears the desk!

Ospreay climbs up onto the desk, brings Hangman up, but the ref wants this in the ring. Ospreay reels Hangman in, underhooks the arms, but Hangman fights the lift! The fans fire up as Hangman lifts Ospreay, but the desk falls apart!! The fans boo, but that was perhaps worse than what Hangman was planning! Hangman stands, he brings Ospreay around, and he still Alabama Lifts! DEADEYE on the desk wreckage! The fans fire up again and Hangman drags Ospreay up again. Hangman puts Ospreay in the ring, goes to the apron, and he loads up. Ospreay slowly stands, but he staggers away to the far side!

Hangman is frustrated, but Ospreay stares him down. Ospreay drags himself up with the ropes, and he takes off his elbow pad! Ospreay did say he wanted a shootout in the desert with this Cowboy, and now it’s time! It may be past 10 PM in Arizona, but it’s High Noon for Double or Nothing! Hangman takes his elbow pad off, and the two square off! Ospreay flips Hangman off, DRAW!! BUCKSHOT takes it!!! Cover, TWO?!?!? Ospreay survives and no one can believe it!! Hangman drags himself up, but Ospreay grabs at a foot. Hangman kicks free but Ospreay goes after him in the ropes. Ospreay fires haymaker after haymaker!

The fans fire up, but Hangman BOOTS Ospreay! And BUCK- HIDDEN BLADE!!! And then underhooks! STORM BREAKER!!!! Cover, TWO!??!?!?! This is madness, but the fans are loving it! Ospreay reloads, runs up, but Hangman slumps over?!? Ospreay misses for it and crash lands! The fans are thunderous for “A E DUB!” and a standing count begins! They’re both down at 5 of 10, “This is Awesome!” as both men stir at 7! Hangman and Ospreay stand at 8, but Hangman leans on the ropes. Ospreay glares at Hangman, and he takes aim a la Kenny Omega! The fans are torn as Ospreay says BANG and runs, to V-TRIGGER!!

Ospreay reels Hangman in and Electric Chair Lifts!! But Hangman fights free, and he wheelbarrows, BIG PRESSURE!!! Cover, ROPEBREAK!!!! Hangman uses Swerve’s move but Ospreay survives!! Fans still want these two to “FIGHT FOREVER!” and maybe that’ll happen! Hangman crawls back to the ropes, the fans love “BOTH THESE GUYS!” but Hangman skins the cat! Reload and BUCK- NO, Ospreay slips through! STORM – NO, Hangman lands out to BOOT, LARIAT, and then reload! BUCKSHOT!!! Cover, HANGMAN WINS!!!!!

Another instant classic, and The Cowboy has his redemption! At least, redemption in this Owen Hart Tournament after he fell short in 2024. Will he have true redemption when he takes the AEW World Championship back? Will he be the hero that takes down Maniac Jon Moxley? Will AEW go All In with the Hangman?

Hangman goes to leave, but then decides to step back into the ring. The fans cheer for “Both These Guys!” as Hangman stands over Ospreay. Ospreay looks up, then manages to stand. The two stare down once again, covered in the confetti and streamers, and Hangman offers a handshake. Ospreay takes it, and the fans cheer the show of respect. Is this a sign that their gentlemen’s agreement stands? Will Ospreay and Hangman be allies against the Death Riders and tear them down together?

My Thoughts:

An awesome Double or Nothing, even with a mishap/misunderstanding on when Buy-In/Zero Hour started. Maybe AEW themselves thought they were doing more Buy-In matches, but I’m relieved it was only two. Great tag match from Harley & Anna VS Megan & Ford, and a great win for the Faces. I almost thought Megan was going to turn on Ford for messing up, but maybe that happens the next time Ford loses a match for Megan. And great 8 Man Tag, with another great win for Faces, but it was definitely a filler-for-fun kind of match.

Great move bookending the night with the Owen Hart Cup matches, and Mone VS Hayter was a great opening match for the main card. Mone winning was mostly expected, and just me personally, I’m still disappointed that we’re not getting Mone VS Athena at All In. They teased it when the tournament started because Athena eyed the TBS Championship, but now, Athena barely even does stuff on ROH now and Mone is facing Toni Storm. Toni VS Mina was awesome, too, one of Mina’s best matches in or out of AEW, and the fans loved both of them so I don’t think the fans would’ve hated Mina winning.

Great stuff with FTR VS Nigel & Garcia but I’m also a bit disappointed we didn’t get anything from Cope. Not even like a tease that he’s on his way back to put some fear in FTR. I did like all the extra stuff with Schiavone, though. Awesome Stretcher/Ambulance match with Ricochet VS Briscoe, and Briscoe of course bled. Ricochet winning made sense, though, he’s on the rise and needs that momentum so he’ll be hot on the other side of a title story. A little surprised he isn’t in the International Championship field, but I guess having a match starring CMLL luchadores was a given to help prepare for Grand Slam: Mexico. Maybe Ricochet targets a top CMLL name for that show…

That said, I can’t believe Fyter Fest is going to be a FOUR HOUR SPECIAL, right before the FOUR HOUR Summer Blockbuster on June 11th! Way to make Grand Slam: Mexico feel important when it’s just a two hour show and then they go to Washington state for Collision that week. Of the field, Claudio definitely gets in, and I would think Josh Alexander does to represent Don Callis Family. That’s two Heels, so Mascara Dorada should get in and be another Face alongside Omega. It also works on the level that Callis keeps putting Alexander over as the best Canadian wrestler and Omega is also Canadian so they will settle that argument Callis is making.

Speaking of Don Callis, the Six Man Tag of Don Callis Family VS Paragon made for a great buffer between Anarchy in the Arena and the main event. It was still a very good match, but I could’ve also seen this main-eventing a Dynamite or Collision. I’m surprised we didn’t get as much Kyle VS Kyle in that, but it did happen for the finish. Fletcher as the guy to go after Cole’s TNT Championship is a good choice. Konosuke doesn’t have to go for a title while he’s still NEVER Openweight Champion for NJPW, but I love that Brody, Ishii & Tanahashi reinforced Paragon. It is a partial tease for some Forbidden Door stuff but that’s not until August, so maybe we get some Conglomeration 2.0 on the way, under the Paragon nickname.

Great tag title match, and they made it fun despite everyone knowing it was going to be Hurt Syndicate’s win. MJF and Lashley being tense with each other just to show they’re palling around like that was clever, and now Hurt Syndicate checks off another team. Okada VS Bailey could be a sleeper hit of this PPV, and maybe of all month because both guys busted out so much of their movesets, countered a good amount of the other guy’s stuff, and then Okada still finds a way to win and cleanly. Okada himself should really hop right to another title story to stay hot with these big four hour shows they’re doing.

This year’s Anarchy in the Arena was wild, the wildest one yet I would think. A shame Eddie Kingston didn’t show, given the social media posts he had teasing it, but if he wasn’t 100% by tonight, it couldn’t be helped. Briscoe sorta jumps in as a great proxy for Eddie, though, and of course someone extra was needed with Gabe Kidd helping out. I like how Hook helped out just the littlest bit but is clearly feeling snubbed with how Hobbs joined the Opps to be a trios champion. That can be the next phase of the story for Joe since he isn’t THE world champion right now. Great finish with Omega’s “exploding” table and those spiked sneakers from Swerve.

And of course, Ospreay VS Hangman tore down the house. Well, the proverbial house was barely standing after this wild night but then it was just completely demolished with this main event. Ospreay and Hangman busted out just about everything they had, similar to Okada VS Bailey, and it really could’ve gone either way. I was pleasantly surprised to see Hangman got the win, though. I remember saying it a few years ago that Hangman’s entire career story has been perfect pacing and such, and I think I’m going to stand by it. He had his rough patches, but he’s got his redemption arc going now, and he has Ospreay as an ally along with the Faces we just saw in Anarchy in the Arena. They’ll be alike an AEW Avengers/Thunderbolts taking on The Death Riders going towards All In and it’ll be great.
