Nashville fires up for the Mega Star as he heads to the ring, and he grabs a mic to say, “LEMME TALK TO YA! Predictions and spoilers. Two things that are common themes here in the wrestling business, two things that come out of Paul Heyman’s mouth an awful lot.” The fans boo, but Knight says when you think about Heyman, that’s a guy who feels he holds all this power. In some ways, he does. Think about it: Seth Freakin’ Rollins, an honestly desperate man, a man who is a little washed, had to go and make a desperate move like joining forces with Heyman. Then they amassed this group, this “Goon troop of that slop house, Bronson Reed, and then that dog brained Bron Breakker.”

The fans do bark but Knight says don’t do that, Bron is gonna get all excited and start twitching, shaking out the last couple crumbs of his brain that’re left. But Knight will stop joking and get serious right now. Those two men tried to hurt Knight, injure him, get him out of the WWE, all on the orders of Seth Rollins, because he couldn’t do it his damn self! So now in 24 hours, it is Knight, it is Rollins, at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Knight got his hands on Rollins twice. But even dropping him on his head this past Monday is not enough! Rollins, Knight wants your dignity, he wants justice, and if he’s honest, he wants to hurt Rollins!

And hurt Rollins he will! Rollins has all the reason to sit back there with Heyman and his boys saying to himself, “I’m not scared of LA Knight.” Well he ain’t gotta be scared to get his ass kicked! And kicked it most certainly will be! And that’s not a prediction, that isn’t even a spoiler, that’s a damn fact of life, cuz Knight IS the spoiler! YEAH! But then “Ladies and gentlemen…” Paul Heyman makes his introductions, says the fans blew their cue, but that’s okay. Because that is not surprising coming from fans of L A Knight! “YEAH!” Heyman hates when fans do that. But as Seth Rollins’ Oracle, Heyman is blessed with many gifts.

Besides being outlandishly good-looking, Heyman can also see the future. And he sees into the future for Rollins, for Heyman, for Bron & Bronson, and their future is the future of this entire industry! Heyman looks into the future for Knight, and sees absolutely nothing, because Knight has no future. But wait, Solo Sikoa makes his way out here? Solo and the MFT make their way out, and Solo has a mic. “Y’know, some things change, and some things stay the same. Paul Heyman, when you left to Raw, and when you left my family, everything changed. There’s no more Bloodline, no more Tribal Chief, and there is no more Wise Man.”

The fans chant for “O T C! O T C!” Solo ignores that to tell Heyman that if he wants to live to see another day, Solo suggests Heyman leave before the MFT puts his big ass through the table like before! Heyman does indeed retreat through the crowd. Solo then tells Mr. L A Knight, “YEAH!” “NO!” “YEAH!” Knight says listen to the people, they say “YEAH!” Solo says here’s something that changed: He’s the NEW United States Champion, baby! That means the man that beat Knight at WrestleMania, the one everyone is afraid of, the Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu, Solo beat him and he is gone! The fans cheer for “FATU! FATU!” but Solo ignores that, too.

Knight will get the same opportunity Solo just gave Heyman: Knight can leave the ring, leave the arena, and not come back… Or the MFT make it so Knight never walks again. Knight steps to the ropes, but the fans cheer him on! Knight says the fans won’t let him leave, so if MFT wants to make him leave, then they gotta do it themselves! Solo has JC Mateo, Tonga Loa & Tala Tonga flank the apron, Knight dares someone to make a move! But who slides that chair in? JIMMY USO! Jimmy YANKS Loa down, SUPERKICKS him, and Knight swings the chair! Jimmy JAMS JC with a chair, SMACKS him down, and the fans fire up again!

Knight & #BigJim stand tall, but then Tala Tonga is even taller! But Solo has him stand down! The fans boo but Tala listens to Solo. The MFT regroup and Aldis is here! Aldis says Solo is the US Champion and he has new friends, but this is still SmackDown, and Aldis runs the show. Solo would’ve been more concerned with not getting molly whopped by Jimmy but he’s out here starting fights. So if it’s a fight he wants, then let’s give Music City a tag team match! Let’s make it Solo & “that stooge,” JC Mateo against Jimmy Uso & LA Knight! “YEAH!” Will The Mega Star help #BigJim be all tuned up for the huge title match tomorrow night?

Alexa says, “Hello, your highness.” Maybe Charlotte can take some time out of her royal schedule to be ringside for Alexa’s match? Charlotte tells “Blisster,” that as the shirt says, “We’re Not Friends.” Yes, Alexa remembers. But that’s why she needs Charlotte ringside. Everyone else will have their allies ringside, and if Charlotte wants to have a chance at Evolution, Alexa needs her ringside, too. Charlotte accepts that, but does she look like a cheerleader to her? Oh, Charlotte. You’d be a terrible cheerleader. Not true! She cheers herself on just fine. The “team of convenience” heads out, but will it be Twisted Bliss here in Nashville?

SmackDown returns as The Prodigy makes her entrance, Raquel Rodriguez with her. The Pirate Princess and #TwoBeltsRuca are already present, with Asuka and Zaria, leaving Alexa to make her entrance with Charlotte by her side. The bell rings, Roxie goes right after Kairi, so Sol and Alexa brawl on their end. The fans rally as Roxie HAMMERS Kairi in a corner and Sol whips Alexa. Alexa tilt-o-whirls but Sol turns that to a SPINNING FACEBUSTER! Cover, Kairi breaks it! Kairi stands Olo up, blocks a kick and spins her to ROCK her! And AX KICK her! The fans fire up and Kairi whips, but Sol reverses.

Kairi goes up and RANAS Sol out of the ring! The fans fire up, Kairi builds speed, but Roxie hits a THESZ PRESS! Roxie windmills haymakers, then she drags Kairi up. Roxie wrenches, clinches, but Sol springboards to DOUBLE MISSILE DRPOKICK Roxie and Kairi! Those two tumble out, Sol builds speed as the fans rally, and Sol handsprings to FOSBURY FLOP! Down go all three opponents and Charlotte is as stunned as anyone! Sol smiles as she stands tall, and SmackDown goes picture in picture.

Sol springboards, Roxie gets under, but Sol comes back to waistlock and SPINNING- Oh, Kairi gets in, but Roxie’s feet SMACK her in the head! Roxie fights free and CHPO BLOCKS Sol! WWE Tag Team Championships: The Street Profits VS The Wyatt Sick6!

The first time around was ruined by the chaos and animosity that is the SmackDown Tag Division. But now, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins will be facing Joe Gacy & Dexter Lumis with more fair circumstances. Will the Profits stay up? Or will this be their reckoning?

SmackDown returns, and the lights go down! The piano plays and the fireflies come out to play as the Wyatts make their entrance. The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see who revels in who they are!

The teams sort out, Gacy starts against Dawkins. They circle, tie up, and Dawkins powers Gacy to a corner. The ref counts, Dawkins backs off at 4, and Ford mocks Gacy with a “crazy laugh.” The fans cheer the Profits on as Gacy and Dawkins go again. They tie up, Gacy powers Dawkins back, but then Dawkins powers Gacy back. Gacy turns things around, Gacy puts Dawkins in the corner, and now Lumis laughs. Dawkins and Gacy reset again, tie up, and Dawkins waistlocks to SLAM Gacy. Dawkins keeps the waistlock, Gacy fights up, and Gacy fires elbows! Dawkins goes to a corner, dodges Gacy, and then he fires off fast hands!

The fans fire up, Dawkins runs and he ROCKS Lumis! Dawkins tags Ford and then he hits the SKY HIGH on Gacy! Ford goes up, but Lumis drags Gacy out of the ring! The Wyatts regroup but Ford mocks Lumis and the fans cheer. Ford waits on the Wyatts and SmackDown goes to break.

SmackDown returns again and Lumis has Ford on the corner! Ford and Lumis throw hands, Lumis CLUBS Ford, but Ford fires body shots! Ford CLUBS Lumis again and again, then two hand CHOPS! Ford snarls, stands Lumis up, but Lumis UPPERCUTS! Lumis HAMMERS Ford in the head, then brings him up for a SUPER- NO, Ford is fighting the lift by holding the top rope! Lumis still tires, but Ford goes up and over! SUPER SUNSET BOMB! Both men are down and the fans fire up! Erick Rowan frowns and Uncle Howdy rocks anxiously in the chair. The fans rally, both men crawl, hot tags to Dawkins and Gacy!

The fans rally as Dawkins rallies on Gacy! Dawkins whips, Gacy reverses, but Dawkins hurdles to FLYING UPPERCUT! The fans fire up and Dawkins goes corner to corner, CYCLONE SPLASH to the ENZIGIRI! Then the SILENCER! Cover, but Lumis runs up! Dawkins bails on the cover to TOSS Lumis! Dawkins TOSSES Gacy, then he builds speed! The fans fire up as Dawkins FLIES! Down go Lumis & Gacy! The fans fire up as Dawkins puts Gacy back in. Dawkins climbs the corner, and he SWANTON BOMBS! Cover, TWO! Gacy survives and Rowan creeps closer. Dawkins drags Gacy up, scoops him, but Gacy slips free.

Dawkins swings, Gacy dodges, and goes into the UPSIDE-DOWN! Tag to Lumis and the Wyatts get Dawkins up! BACK SUPLEX NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Dawkins survives and Lumis is frustrated. Rowan nods as Lumis rains down fists, and “This is Awesome!” as Lumis whips Dawkins to the corner hard! Dawkins hits with a thump then falls to the mat! Lumis drags Dawkins over, paces around, then he drags Dawkins to his feet. Lumis whips again and TOSSES Dawkins out! The ref keeps Lumis from pursuing, and same for Gacy, but SmackDown goes to break.

SmackDown returns once again and Lumis has a neck wrench on Dawkins. Dawkins fights up but Lumis CLUBS him down. Lumis waistlocks, Dawkins switches, and they go to ropes. Ford tags in then GAMANGIRIS! Dawkins ROCKS Lumis, Ford SUPERKICKS, and then Dawkins THROWS Lumis into Ford’s GERMAN SUPLEX! Cover, TWO! Lumis survives and Ford keeps on him with a chinlock. Ford stands Lumis up, ducks a haymaker, and back suplexes, but Lumis lands out! Gacy tags in, Ford runs up but Lumis sends him into buckles! Gacy ROCKS Ford, Lumis hits a SPINEBUSTER! Gacy whips Lumis for the POP-UP BOMB SENTON! Cover, Dawkins breaks it!

The fans fire up but the Wyatts are worried. Gacy and Ford slowly rise, Gacy stalks Ford to roll him up, but Ford rolls through to ENZIGIRI! Ford tags Dawkins, then climbs up while Dawkins Electric Chair Lifts! DOOMSDAY BLOCKBUSTER! Ford SUPERKICKS Lumis! Dawkins covers, TWO!! Gacy survives and the fans again declare, “This is Awesome!” Dawkins and Gacy stir, Ford stands and runs in, but Gacy TOSSES him! Dawkins ROCKS Gacy! Gacy tumbles out, Lumis runs in, but Dawkins dodges to SKY HIGH! Tag to Ford, Ford goes up, FROM THE HEAVENS! But he can’t cover! Gacy distracts, Rowans drags Ford out!

The fans boo but Dawkins runs up on Rowan! Dawkins POUNCES Big Red over the barriers! Ford hurries to a corner, GAMANGIRIS Lumis, then climbs again! But Gacy anchors Ford! Ford kicks free, and FROM THE HEAVENS to belly flop! Lumis tags Gacy, and they DRAG THE LAKE!! Cover, WYATTS WIN!

And they don’t like what they just saw. Motor City Machine Guns & Fraxiom have varying looks of dread on their face, and now DIY walks in. Tommaso Ciampa is shouting, “Stupid! Stupid!” Chris Sabin says Johnny Gargano has some nerve showing his face after what he did last week. Shelley says don’t get too angry, or Gargano will run away again. Gargano says they can’t fix the past, but they need to work together now more than ever! The worst case scenario just came true! Frazer says give it a break. Ciampa says if these idiots- guys had just listened to DIY in the first place, none of this would be happening.

Axiom asks why they should listen to DIY. Ciampa says it’s because they know what’s best! DUH! Frazer says shut up, the Wyatts are the champs. And since it was the Wyatts who cost Fraxiom their shot at the Profits, maybe Fraxiom should get the first shot, right? Andrade y Rey Fenix walk in and asks if they’re talking opportunities. Hey, chicos, after the last few weeks, Fenix & Andrade are now part of this tag division. What?! NO! DIY is freaking out more, the dynamic is ruined! They’re gonna talk to Aldis right  now! Andrade says tranquilo! Fenix says adios, amigos. But will El Idolo & The Firebird blaze a trail right to the titles?

The country superstar and WWE super fan performs his hit song, Liar! But then LOGAN PAUL interrupts?! Seriously!? He mocks the fans booing him, saying those boos are for Jelly! Everyone is here to see real WWE superstars! Certainly not to listen to music made for people who have tattoos of their children, but not custody of them! The fans boo that, but Logan tells Jelly that the ring is sacred. And this venue is sacred! Jelly belongs on a stage, not in the ring. And what Logan is more disgusted by is celebrities, influences, personalities, or whatever Jelly is, coming into “our” industry, leeching off of “our” success on a platform that “we” have built!

Clout chasers DISGUST Logan! The fans boo because who is Logan to talk? But Logan says the truth is, the WWE doesn’t need a Jelly Roll, it needs a Logan Paul! The fans boo even more! Logan says he raised the bar for what it means to be a pro-wrestler! And Jelly does what? Why’s he here? Logan is here cuz he belongs here. And breaking news: the WWE loves Logan so much that his podcast, ImPAULsive, has just inked a long term contract with the WWE! Jelly has Logan hold up. Logan must not understand where he is. This is JELLY’s hometown of Nashville, Tennessee! The fans fire up for that!

And just so we’re clear, down here, nobody gives a DAMN about Logan’s podcast! The fans cheer that, too! Jelly and Logan get in their faces, and Randy Orton storms out here shouting, “Outsider? OUTSIDER?!” Orton can’t believe Logan has the BALLS to call Jelly Roll an OUTSIDER, in his hometown!? That is one of the biggest names in country music, in music period, and if anyone is an outsider, LOGAN is the outsider! How about some damn respect?! Orton storms into the ring, tells Logan “you entitled, whiny little b*tch,” everyone back there, from top to bottom, does everything they can do, bending backwards and moving Heaven and Earth, just to make Logan look good!

But wait, someone else is here?! DREW MCINTYRE CLAYMORES ORTON!! Drew says that is what happens when Drew doesn’t hesitate! Logan applauds, security rushes in, and Drew says okay, okay, he’s done! He got what he wanted. Drew leaves, gives security thumbs up on the “great job” they’re doing, and promises that Orton’s ass is all his tomorrow! And then Logan is a vulture, picking the bones! The fans boo but security is too busy with Drew! Jelly is upset, the fans are upset, but then Jelly clamps onto Logan’s curly hair! Jelly stands Logan up, THROWS him down, and the fans fire up! Jelly tells Logan that’s what he gets!

Jelly helps Orton up to his feet, and the fans cheer! Logan wants back in but now it’s Jelly & Orton in his way. Security rushes back up, producers and refs get in there, and Aldis has everyone stand down. Orton hugs Jelly, he loved the throw! Logan says he’s got something for Jelly! Logan takes one of the guitars and SMASHES it against the drum set! Jelly is furious but Logan makes a mess of the entire set-up! Even the speakers and keyboard! “Oopsie~!” The fans boo but Orton has Jelly stand down, Logan’s just throwing a tantrum like the child he is. Will Drew and Logan each get their comeuppance soon enough?

Orton thanks Jelly for haivng his back but same back to Orton. And Jelly doesn’t trust Logan, so he might join Satruday NIght’s Main Event ot watch. Orton would be honored to have JElly in his codrner! Then he’s got Orton’s back! They shake hands on it, will #JellyRKO be standing tall in ATL?

Aleister Black VS Ron Killings!

The Dark Father didn’t appreciate The Truth going after Kit Wilson just to call out John Cena, but the Black Mass was supposed to be the end of it. However, Aleister should know better, because Ron Killings is driving now. Will Aleister be able to handle The Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth? Or will he make Ron Killings #FadeToBlack?

The bell rings and Truth dodges a boot to LEG LARIAT! Then he runs in and SPLASHES at the corner! The fans rally, Truth brings Aleister in and suplexes, but Aleister slips free! Aleister spins, sweeps the legs, then he brings Truth up to fire fast hands! It is a strike fest but the ref backs Aleister off as Truth is in the corner. Aleister kicks low, whips, but Truth hits the SPINNING ELBOW! The fans fire up as Aleister bails out, and Truth says, “What’s up?” “WHAT’S UP!” Truth runs, but Aleister KNEES low! Aleister whips Truth out of the ring, then goes up, out, and ASAI MOONSAULTS! Truth dodges! Truth then RAMS Aleiste rinto the POST!

Truth puts Aleister in the ring, “Who’s driving now!?” The fans fire up, but Truth grabs a chair! Truth isn’t playing around, but Aleister stands on the chair! Then he KNEES Truth in the mouth! Aleister takes the chair, the ref says don’t do it, and then he takes the chair away! Truth O’Conner Rolls, TRUTH WINS!

Winner: Ron Killings, by pinfall

The fans cheer but Aleister is furious! Truth is crazy like a fox, but Aleister is a wolf! He stalks Truth to the back, will he get vengeance one way or another?

But Damian Priest steps in! Priest gets it, Aleister is mad, he lost, but he has to let it go! Aleister calms down, and says fine, Priest is right. Okay, just take it easy. But then JUMP KNEE! Aleister beats up on Priest with KICKS, and then a BLACK MASS! Priest falls, Aleister looms over him, and Aleister says now he can let it go.

And he is already joined by WWE Women’s Champion, Tiffany Stratton, and her Hall of Famer friend and challenger, Trish Stratus. Wade says in 48 hours at WWE Evolution, we have a dream match on our hands for the title! He has a few questions, and he starts with champion Tiffany Stratton. Tiffy, what made you choose THE Trish Stratus as your opponent? Tiff says it should be obvious: She already beat Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, Bayley, and at Evolution, why wouldn’t she want one of the greatest of all time? Tiff gave Trish this match because once Tiff wins, she’ll be the GOAT. Well, yes, this is perhaps THE GOAT.

But there is certainly pressure on Trish’s shoulders. How is she preparing to face the top woman of today? Trish says yes, there is pressure. But the one who should be feeling it is Tiff. Tiff said it herself, she needs to beat Trish to become the GOAT, something Trish already is. The fans cheer that! So when Trish wins at Evolution, she leaves with the title while Tiff leaves with nothing. On Sunday, Trish does what she’s been doing for 25 years, and that is deliver Stratusfaction! The fans cheer that, and Tiff says sure, she’ll let Trish relive her glory days. But things are different now. This is Evoltuion for a reason.

And Tiff knows all about Trish’s accomplishments, she saw the VHS tapes. Oh, cute. Did she hear about VHS on TikTok? Look, Tiff, Trish built the division, solidified it, and is still delivering for it! The fans cheer that, too! Naomi gets up and throws hands back! The brawl is on, but these two will go NO HOLDS BARRED at Evolution! Will Jade make sure Naomi has nothing left to even think about cashing in? As for Tiff and Trish, will their friendship end because of ambition?

Solo Sikoa & JC Mateo w/ MFT VS Jimmy Uso & LA Knight!

The Usurper of the Table used his entire “family tree” to take the US Championship from Jacob Fatu, but now he’ll have to answer to Big Brother Jim! Will the Imperial Unit keep Solo at 100%? Or will Jimmy and the Mega Star keep it 100 and build momentum going into Saturday Night’s Main Event?

SmackDown returns as Knight makes his entrance to join Jimmy in the ring. That leaves Solo and the MFT to make their entrance. The teams sort out and Solo starts against Knight. They circle, but Loa takes as wipe! Solo CLOBBERS Knight int he distraction! Solo CLUBS Knight, talks trash, then whips Knight, only for Knight to NECKBREAKER! Knight stomps a mudhole into Solo, “YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!” Knight stops as the ref counts to tag Jimmy in. Knight runs, taunts JC, and he KNEES Solo! Jimmy does the same before he HIP ATTACKS! Cover, ONE! Jimmy stands Solo up but Solo UPPERCUTS Jimmy down!

The fans rally but Solo RAMS Jimmy into the corner. Solo digs his shoulder in, JC tags in and ROCKS Jimmy. JC ROCKS Jimmy again, RAMS him again and again, then stops as the ref counts. JC whips, Jimmy goes up and over to UPPERCUT! And mule kick! And then pop, lock ‘n’ UPPERCUT again! SAMOAN DROP! The fans cheer, Jimmy covers, ONE!! JC is tough but Jimmy stands him up. JC DECKS Jimmy with a right hand! JC stands Jimmy up, DECKS him again, then tags Solo. The fans rally as Jimmy fires off on Solo and JC! Jimmy CHOPS, runs, but Solo trips him! Solo drags Jimmy out to SMACK him off the desk!

Solo fireman’s carries, SAMOAN DROP on the desk! MFT soaks up the heat while SmackDown goes picture in picture.

Solo talks trash as he stands over Jimmy on top of the desk. Solo watches Jimmy flounder, then brings him into the ring. Solo watches Jimmy go to the corner, then runs in, HIP ATTACK! Solo soaks up more heat, looms over Jimmy, and he HEADBUTTS Jimmy down! Solo stalks Jimmy to the ropes, CHOKES him on the ropes, and even CLAWS Jimmy’s face! Jimmy endures, Solo stops as the ref counts, but that lets JC CHOKE Jimmy! Knight protests but the ref misses it. JC tags in, then he whips Jimmy to a corner. JC runs up to ELBOW Jimmy! Jimmy flops down and JC tags Solo back in. Solo looms over Jimmy, drags him up, but Jimmy fires hands!

Solo reaches out but Jimmy keeps him back! Jimmy fires hands, reaches out, but Solo whips him away into buckles! Jimmy falls, clutches his face, and SmackDown returns to single picture as Solo tells him he should’ve stayed in the family! Solo runs corner to corner, HIP ATTACK! Solo seethes as he goes corner to corner again, HIP ATTACK misses! Solo hits buckles and both men are down! Jimmy and Solo crawl, hot tag to JC and he drags Jimmy away! JC hoists Jimmy up, and hits a BIG back suplex, only for Jimmy to land out !JC blocks a kick, but not the DRAGON WHIP! Both men are down again and the fans fire up!

Jimmy and JC crawl, Jimmy staggers, hot tag to Knight! The fans fire up as Knight rallies on MFT! Knight throws hands, “YEAH YEAH! YEAH!” Knight whips, JC reverses, but Knight LEAPINGN LARIATS! Knight whips, JC reverses, but Knight dodges in the corner! JUMP NECKBREAKER! The fans fire up again and Knight kicks JC for the B- NO, JC powers out! JC runs up, Knight BOOTS him! Knight dodges Solo’s cheap shot to CLOBBER Solo! JC rolls Knight, TWO! Knight kicks, ROCKS, but JC fireman’s carries !Knight slips free to REVERSE DDT! Knight sets JC in place, then goes to the corner!

The fans fire up as Knight climbs, tag to Jimmy before “L! ! KNIGHT! YEAH!” BOX JUMP ELBOW DROP! USO SPLASH!! Cover, SOLO BREAKS IT! The fans are torn but Solo drags JC to their corner. Solo tags in, storms up on Jimmy, and Solo stands Jimmy up. Solo tells Jimmy that they’re blood! The fans chant “SOLO SUCKS”! SAMOAN- NO, Jimmy ducks and SUPERKICKS! Jimmy runs, but Solo KICKS! SPINNING SOLO URENAGE! Cover, KNIGHT BREAKS IT! The fans fire up again but JD whips Knight. Knight reverses to TOSS JC! Knight WRECKS JC into the desk! But now Knight finds himself surrounded by Tongans.

And wait, Paul Heyman is still here!? He has the Rollins phone! Heyman tells Knight to calm down, he’s not doing anything. TALA BOOTS KNIGHT!! BUT JIMMY ROLLS SOLO! JIMMY & KNIGHT WIN!

Winners: Jimmy Uso & LA Knight, by pinfall

Jimmy hurries away as MFT pursues! But Solo blames Heyman because he TOLD Heyman to stay outta here! Heyman is worried now that Solo’s anger is aimed at him. But Knight gets Solo with B F T!! The fans fire up and Knight tells Heyman to watch his ass! But Knight should take his own advice! BRON BREAKKER is in the ring!! Knight turns around, into the SUPER SPEAR!! BRONSON REED IS UP TOP!? TSUNAMI!! The fans are torn as Bronson shouts that this is THEIR WWE! Security rushes out here for the third time tonight, but Heyman has the monsters stand down. Will Knight even be able to stand up to face Rollins?

As for Jimmy, will he give Solo some tough love by taking the United States Championship from him? Or will Solo’s new brothers in arms stop at nothing to make sure he keeps it?

My Thoughts:

A great SmackDown as the go-home to the big Atlanta weekend, and not a lot in the way of “Go-Home Syndrome” other than a big Gunther VS Goldberg recap package at the hour mark. There was also confirmation that some rumors out there are right: Jelly Roll is getting involved for an in-ring program. Logan interrupting his concert was a touch surprising, but SummerSlam is coming and that is very much a PLE worth Logan Paul’s time/paycheck. Drew getting the jump on Orton was good, too, that adds to Orton VS McIntyre for SNME, and I feel like we’re getting Orton & Jelly VS Logan & Drew, but maybe not cuz I don’t see Drew caring for Logan’s stuck-up personality. But maybe it’ll be just like Logan teaming with Cena, where the blame for the loss is put on Logan.

Aleister VS Truth was a rather short match but it was a good win for Truth to get one over on Aleister. And clearly the real feud is Aleister VS Priest after Aleister beats Priest down like that. Those two can have a great couple of matches building towards SummerSlam and some sort of title opportunity, and there might even be potential for them as allies should the fight “help them find respect for each other.” The two just work so well aesthetically together, it wouldn’t surprise me if they tried that for a stretch.

Great tag title match, a little surprised it wasn’t the main event, but considering what we got from Knight, Heyman, and Solo’s “Family Tree,” it makes sense in retrospect. The Wyatts winning was certainly the right move to me, they certainly needed something like this, and at least they did it using Heelish numbers game tactics. The rest of the tag division being upset about it, and being upset with each other, was good stuff, and certainly an interesting move for Andrade & Fenix to stick together as a team. Also it kinda fits that Los Garza wasn’t present, they already have tag titles so what do they need to worry about the Wyatts for right now?

Speaking of Knight, Heyman and “MFT,” great promos from everybody, and great brawl to set up the tag main event. Lots of overbooking with how Loa & Tala were ringside and then Heyman returned after that warning from Solo. Heyman of course brought Bron & Bronson with him for that, so while Jimmy & Knight win the match, the go-home math for each of their SNME matches are very different. Jimmy got the win and ran off to “stand tall” because Solo will retain the title. Knight gets beat down because some how, some way, he’ll likely win against Rollins, but that’s all to smokescreen Rollins attempting a cash-in on Gunther VS Goldberg a la WrestleMania 31.

Very good promo from Tiff and Trish but it didn’t really add anything, and it didn’t go very far with Naomi showing up. Jade going after Naomi was really good, too. I can’t be sure who wins between Jade and Naomi when it is No Holds Barred, but whatever damage Jade does to Naomi is reason enough for Naomi not to cash-in on Sunday. And of course Tiff beats Trish, they’re just doing this for another great generational battle like Tiff VS Charlotte was. Charlotte and Alexa had a good promo before the great Fatal 4 Way, and great win for Alexa through it. The math now says she and Charlotte aren’t winning on Sunday.

As I’ve said before, Roxie & Raquel losing would certainly fast track things in the Judgment Day’s newest dysfunction, but with Liv Morgan out for some time, they might try to stretch things out. That makes me think Roxie & Raquel retain and feud with Kabuki Warriors 2v2 on Raw until Liv is closer to her return.
