The Prodigy heard the Chocolate Juggalo talking about this title just last night on ROH on Honor Club, and so he put the ball in Mack’s court. Mack decided to take Nick up on that, so the match is happening now, right here on this special YouTube edition of ROH TV! Will Mack make Nick regret making the offer? Or will Nick show what he can do, now that he’s uncaged?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who shines in the spotlight!

The Code of Honor is not upheld as Nick slaps Mack’s hand away. The fans boo, the bell rings, and Nick runs up to chicken wing Mack! Nick turns Mack but Mack powers up and out! Mack runs and CLOBBERS Nick! Nick bails out, the fans fire up, and Kip calms Nick down. Kip gives Nick some coaching, then he tells Willie to watch himself. Nick shakes out his arms, gets in the ring, and he circles with Mack. They tie up but Nick kicks low! Nick fires a haymaker, then a CHOP! Mack just frowns! Nick CHOPS again, Mack is still not impressed. Mack eggs Nick on so Nick CHOPS again! Mack runs up, Nick sidesteps and shoves Mack.

Mack comes back to FLYING ARM-DRAG! Then he DROPKICKS Nick down! Nick bails out again while the fans fire up. Mack storms out after Nick, brings him up, and CHOPS! The fans “WOO~” and Mack struts as he follows Nick. Mack SMACKS Nick and the fans cheer. Mack and Kip talk some trash, and Mack refreshes the ring count. Mack brings Nick around, Kip says don’t think about it! Mack and Kip argue, but that lets Nick POST Mack! The fans boo but Kip & Mother Shayna cheer. Nick then drags Mack up to THROW him into railing! Nick stands on the barriers, soaks up the heat, and grins as he looms over Mack.

Nick hops down to drag Mack up and into the ring. The fans rally but Nick says HE’S the man! Nick drags Mack around, stomps him, then paces. Nick stomps Mack more, then puts Mack on the ropes to CHOKE him! The ref counts, Nick backs off, and Shayna SLAPS Mack! Shayna’s one mean mother but Nick drags Mack up. Nick fires a haymaker, then he stomps Mack in the corner. Nick puts some stank on it, and he CHOPS! The fans boo but Nick stands Mack up. Nick winds up to CHOP! Mack SLAPS Nick back! Mack is mad now and the fans fire up. But Nick CLAWS Mack’s eyes! The ref reprimands, Nick stops at 4, and Shayna coaches her “baby.”

Nick storms up on Mack, whips him, but Mack blocks! Nick KNEES low, whips again, and KNEES low again! Nick gloats, the fans boo, but Nick whips again. Mack rolls Nick up! TWO! Nick kicks low, runs, but Mack POP-UP HAYMAKERS! The fans fire up while both men are down! The fans rally up, Kip and Shayna coach Nick, and Shayna says the fans need some manners. The fans chant “MANNERS! MANNERS!” Nick and Mack stand, Nick staggers, but Mack LARIATS! And ELBOWS! And scoops to swing and SLAM! Mack sets up, says “WOOP WOOP!” STANDING MOONSAULT! Cover, TWO!

Nick survives but the fans rally for Mack. Mack kicks Nick, but Nick turns the stunner into a backslide! TWO as Mack escapes! Mack BODY BLOWS, but he needs to catch his breath. Nick ROCKS Mack, goes to a corner, but Mack runs in! Nick goes up and over, cross-leg victory roll! TWO!! Mack escapes in time, and he runs back in, but Nick dodges! Mack hits buckles, Nick reels him in and has the chicken wings! Nick turns Mack, but Mack powers through! Kick and STUNNER!! Nick falls right over, Mack crawls to the cover, TWO!! Nick survives and Mack is stunned! The fans rally for Mack as he climbs up a corner, but Kip is there!

Kip grabs at Mack, Nick grabs at the ref! The ref reprimands, Mack kicks free, and Mack FROG SPLASHES, only to FLOP as Nick moves! Nick hooks the arms! KILLSWITCH!! Cover, Nick wins!

Six Man Tag: Shane Taylor Promotions VS AR Fox & The Outrunners!

The Infantry & Big Bad Shaney T. Boy want to take over ROH, and with the titles vacated, what better place to start than the ROH Six Man Tag Division? Will they show ROH how to rumble, bad man, rumble? Or will the #Foxrunners hit STP with a Total Recall?

The trios sort out, but STP just attacks from behind! The fans boo but the bell rings and STP mugs Fox. They put Fox in a corner, Carlie Bravo talks trash while he pinches Fox’s nose. Carlie CLUBS the nose, whips Fox to ropes, but Fox ducks ‘n’ dodges to tilt-o-whirl and waistlock. Bravo switches, Fox switches, but Bravo bucks the O’Conner. Bravo runs up but Fox SLINGBLADES! Fox drags Bravo over, CLUBS him, then tags Truth Magnum. Truth wrenches but Bravo throat chops! Bravo stomps the foot, then he runs Truth into the buckles! Bravo tags Shawn Dean and The Infantry double whips. Truth KCISK Bravo, ROCKS Dean, then fires CHOPS!

The fans rally as Truth DROPKICKS Bravo! And DROPKICKS Dean! Truth fires up, he tags Turbo, and the Outrunners double whip. They BODY BLOW, KNEE LIFT, and then hit a BIG back suplex! The fans fire up with Turbo, but Dean tags Shane Taylor himself. The fans rally as Turbo and Shane circle. They tie up, but Shane ROCKS Turbo! Then DECKS him! Shane talks trash, Bravo mocks the fans, and Shane eggs everyone on. Truth steps up but the ref has him stand down. Shane headlocks Turbo, Turbo endures, and Turbo powers up and out. Truth tags in and DROPKICKS Shane! Turbo tries but that’s too much to scoop!

Shane takes a swing, Turbo dodges, and the Outrunners DOUBLE DROPKICK! Shane falls, the fans fire up with The Outrunners, but STP regroups. The Infantry coaches Shane up, and Shane CLAWS Truth’s face! The fans boo, but Dean drags Truth to the apron for the SLAM! Bravo hits a GUILLOTINE KNEE DROP, then Shane hits the GUILLOTINE LEG DROP! Turbo & Fox reprimand but STP says that’s what it is, boy! That’s how they get it done! Shane storms in and says this is HIS house! But the fans rally up for Outrunners and that annoys Shane. Truth fires hands, but Shane ROCKS Truth in return!

Shane winds up and he CHOPS! Dean says, “That’s a man! That’s a man right there!” Bravo wants in so Shane tags him. Bravo JABS, JABS, and JABS! Bravo pops, locks, mocks the Outrunner spin, and he CHOPS! But Truth just gets mad! Truth pops ‘n’ locks and CHOPS in return! Then CHOPS again! Bravo TACKLES Truth to the corner, and Bravo digs his boot in. Tag to Dean while even Anthony Ogogo talks trash. The Infantry RAM Truth into the corner, Dean stomps away, and he digs his boots in. The ref counts, Dean backs up, and Dean runs in for a BRONCO BUSTER! The fans boo but Bravo says PAUSE, stop doing that!

Dean drags Truth to a cover, TWO! Dean kicks Truth, brings him around, tag to Bravo. BACK SUPLEX NECKBREAKER COMBO! Cover, TWO! Truth toughs it out and the fans rally up, but Bravo keeps Truth from his corner. Truth reaches out, fires hands on Bravo, and repeat! Truth swings, Bravo gets around to back suplex! Truth lands out, ELBOWS Shane, ROCKS Dean, but he and Bravo DOUBLE LARIAT! Both men are down and the fans fire up! Bravo and Truth crawl, but Dean slips in and SMACKS Fox! Turbo stares Dean down, but Truth BACKDROPS Dean! But Shane YANKS Turbo down!

Bravo drags Truth back while Shane sends Turbo into barriers! But Truth BOOTS Bravo away! Hot tag to Fox! Fox BOOTS The Infantry, then goes up the corner! DOUBLE CANNONBALL! The fans fire up with Fox, but Dean kicks low! Dean reels Fox in, but Fox suplexes for ANARCHY! Shane runs up and BODY SHOTS! Shane whips, Fox grabs ropes, but Shane runs up! Bravo survives and keeps STP in this, but the fans rally behind Fox. Fox brings Bravo up but Bravo JAWBREAKERS! Bravo brings Fox around, fireman’s carries, but Fox slips free! Fox shoves Bravo, but the CARLIE CROSSOVER catches him! Bravo suplexes for a FALCON ARROW! Cover, TWO! Fox survives but Bravo tags Dean. The Infantry drags Fox up, set him up, and- NO, Fox BOOTS first! Fox fights free of Dean, hot tag to Turbo! Turbo rallies with haymakers on The Infantry! Then scoop and SLAM for Dean! Scoop and SLAM for Bravo! Turbo roars, but Shane’s back! Turbo tries again, and he SCOOP SLAMS Shane!!

The fans are thunderous for Turbo, and Truth joins in! They SPLASH The Infantry, then trade to SPLASH again! BULLDOG LARIAT COMBO! The fans fire up with The Outrunners as they pump up, but Shane SHOVES Turbo into Truth! The fans boo but STP regroups to mug The Outrunners. Shane runs up, but The Outrunners DUMP him out! Then they TOSS Bravo out onto Shane! The fans fire up, but Dean rolls Turbo! TWO, and Truth scoops! SLAM! And now they pump it up! “Turbo Floyd! You son of a b*tch!” The Outrunners shake hands, and Fox FLIES out onto Shane & Bravo while The Outrunners DOUBLE ELBOW DROP!

The Vanilla Baby & Big Shotty are feeling good, feeling ready for their match. It’ll be quick and easy! Wait, why isn’t Lee dressed then? Duh, cuz it’ll be quick ‘n’ easy. Good point. So who is it again? “It’s Tom La Ruffa…” “Never heard of him.” “And we got Beef.” Wait, the guy’s name is Beef? Yep. He must be a real tough guy. Get it? Beef, meat, tough meat. A bit of a stretch. Okay, here’s a better joke. Take Beef, put him in a blender, take Vanilla Baby in the blender, and what do you get? Vanilla Beef. You hate it, huh? Lee says enough jokes. Lee is Big Shotty, Blake’s the Vanilla Baby, they gotta take this a bit more seriously.

Wait, why is Blake on his phone? Texting his trademark guy. What do you get mixing Lee and Blake? An ice cream swirl! Time to trademark “The Swirl!” Lee says okay, win the match first, then worry about the team name. Too late, message sent. See you out there. Blake is thinking ahead, but is he putting the cart before the horse? Or will Blake & Lee be fresh like Wendy’s?

Alex Zayne VS Jay Lethal!

The Sauce spiced things up last night, though his team did lose the 8 Man Tag. But can he get red hot again? Or will the Franchise Player be able to stand the heat?

The Code of Honor is upheld, fans applaud, and the bell rings. The two circle, the fans cheer for “Black Machismo!” Lethal struts a bit, then ties up with Zayne. Lethal headlocks, Zayne powers up and out, but Lethal RUNS him over! Lethal does a bit of the savage strut, then things speed up. Lethal handsprings, but Zayne catches him to a waistlock! Zayne shoves Lethal away, bails out, but Lethal DIVES right onto Zayne! The fans fire up and Lethal goes back to the apron. Lethal hears the fans cheer, so he decides to go again! But Zayne rushes in and DROPKICKS Lethal out! Zayne builds speed, FLIES, but has to roll through as Lethal slides in!

Lethal comes back and DIVES! Direct hit into Zayne again and the fans fire up! Lethal signals for one more and the fans fire up again. Lethal builds speed again, but Zayne again gets up! Zayne jumps up and over, then ENZIGIRIS Lethal down! Zayne aims to INSIDE-OUT CORKSCREW! Down goes Lethal, the fans fire up all the same, and Zayne puts Lethal in the ring. Cover, TWO! Lethal put some stank on that kickout but Zayne keeps on him. Zayne wrenches, whips, but Lethal reverses. Lethal clinches to LETHAL COMBINATION! The fans fire up and Lethal says time to go up! Lethal goes to a corner, rallies the fans, and he climbs up!

Lethal says Hail to the King! MACHO- NO, Lethal has to roll through as Zayne dodges! Both men run up and they DOUBLE LARIAT! Both men stagger, run back up, and DOUBLE LARIAT again! They both drop to their knees but they both rise up again. The fans rally and duel, Lethal dodges a lariat to handspring, but Zayne catches him! Lethal switches, GERMAN SUPLEX, but Zayne lands out! SOMERSAULT HEEL KICK! Lethal is down but so is Zayne and the fans rally up! The ref starts a standing count, but both men sit up at 4 of 10. They stand at 6, and Zayne fires a forearm! Lethal fires a forearm in return!

Zayne huffs ‘n’ puffs, Lethal eggs him on, so Zayne fires a forearm! Lethal undoes the wrist tape and the forearms go back and forth! The fans fire up, Lethal trips Zayne, and he steps through! “WOO~” and- NO! Cradle counter, TWO!! Lethal escapes in time and he goes to a corner. Zayne runs up, Lethal BOOTS him away and goes up. But Zayne runs up to DRAGON-RANA! Zayne waits, Lethal stands, and Zayne scoops! BAJA- NO, Lethal lands out of the flipping side slam! Lethal stands Zayne up, CUTTER! Fireman’s carry, FLAPJACK, and then LETHAL INJECTION! Cover, Lethal wins!

The fans cheer as THE Franchise Player of ROH, one of the best champions in the history books, seals the deal! And Lethal makes sure to honor the Code of Honor as he helps Zayne stand and shakes his hand. Will these two run it back one day? Will Lethal get to go for gold once again?

It was the opening night for The Naked Gun 2025, and he got to hang out with his good pals, Chuck Taylor, Orange Cassidy & Hook. PWH says no, QT Marshall was not invited. QT is not that fun to be around, and is just an a-hole. They clearly had a much better time without QT, but will QT continue to goad PWH?

QT Marshall w/ Aaron Solow VS The OXP!

Well, speaking of (the self-proclaimed) God’s Gift to Wrestling, he’s set for action, but he first gets the mic. The fans boo, but QT smirks and says, “Are you guys booing me?” “YES!” “C’mere, kid.” OXP steps up while the fans chant, “You Suck! You Suck!” QT says this is OXP’s debut, how do they know if he sucks? But OXP, to be honest, QT saw him backstage and he looks awfully familiar. Where does QT know him from? OXP says he might’ve been his own character, Diego, on the Karate Kid spinoff, Cobra Kai. The fans cheer, and QT says that is pretty impressive. Cobra Kai, huh? So he knows Paul Walter-Hauser?

Well, then, “Diego,” QT will tell you what he told PWH: QT doesn’t get paid to pretend to beat people up. OXP can take his ass back to Hollywood where he belongs. What does he say? The fans boo but QT says leave the wrestling to the professionals. OXP says his answer is… HAYMAKER! The fans fire up, the bell rings, and QT is mad now. QT runs up, but OXP HEEL KICKS! OXP fires fast hands on QT, then whips corner to corner. QT reverses, OXP goes up and over, then rolls and runs! OXP ducks ‘n’ dodges to RANA! The fans fire up with OXP and he shakes the ropes! OXP spins, but QT catches him! POWERBOMB!

QT soaks up the heat, then he drags OXP around. QT rains down fists, tells the ref to back off, then he mocks the crane stance! QT then just stomps OXP down! QT drags OXP up, scoops him, and SLAMS him! OXP writhes, QT runs, and QT drops a knee! QT soaks up more heat, then he drags OXP up. QT whips OXP, but OXP tiger feints to TORNADO KICK! The fans fire up as QT is dazed! OXP builds speed, springboards, and TORNADO DDTS! QT flops around, OXP covers, TWO!! QT survives and OXP grows frustrated. The fans rally up for OXP and he feeds off the energy. OXP builds speed, springboards, but QT DECKS him outta the sky!

QT drags OXP up, for the DIAMOND CUTTER! Cover, QT wins!

OXP showed promise, but QT showed he’s got that mean streak. QT has Solow bring him the mic again and QT has them cut his music. The fans still chant, “YOU SUCK! YOU SUCK!” but QT says yes, OXP sucks but he did alright. QT has Solow sit OXP up, and QT tells OXP, “Do me a favor and send Paul Walter-Hauser this message.” Wait, whose music is that? IT’S PAUL WALTER-HAUSER! QT is shocked to see PWH, the Progress Wrestling Proteus Championship, actually accepted the invite! PWH dares QT to bring it, but QT sends Solow first! PWH BOOTS Solow down! Then PWH stands Solow up, hammerlock, HAUSE-CALL FLATLINER to the floor!

The fans cheer as now PWH storms into the ring to confront QT! QT says okay, bring it! The fans fire up as QT says they can go right now! That’s what they want, right? The fans cheer for it, and PWH puts up his dukes. QT says nah, but then tries a sucker punch! But PWH catches him to a RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! KOKESHI HEADBUTT! QT flounders to a corner, PWH storms up, but QT kicks low! QT DECKS PWH! The fans boo but QT calls his next shot! QT stands PWH up, “This ain’t Hollywood, idiot!” DIAMOND- NO, PWH denies the cutter! BIG back suplex! PWH runs to LARIAT QT up and outta the ring!

The fans fire up again, and PWH helps OXP stand up. PWH tells QT, “You invited me, and I showed up. I’ll see you soon!” Could that mean PWH wants QT in Philly?

The Dark Order speaks.

Alex Reynolds says, “We once again find ourselves in this familiar place, coming off of a tough loss against Volador, Rugido and Magnus. But in a weird way, losing is essential to our success. The more we lose, the more we want to win. And that is what makes us dangerous.” John Silver points to his biceps and says, “Check it out! Meat Man! And no matter what happens, we keep coming, we keep coming, oh ho we keep coming!” Evil Uno says, “Damn right, John! Because you can look into the history books and see a bunch of defunct tag teams, trios and stables that did not survive the fall!

“And that’s what makes Dark Order different. Because we fall down, we keep getting up. We fall down, we keep getting down. We fall down, we keep getting up! So it will only make the prize that much sweeter when we do get there. Because Dark Order is forever.” But how long will it take for them to finally reach the promised land?

Adam Priest, JD Drake & Anthony Henry put this away by hitting Josh Fuller with the ENZIGIRI URENAGE COMBO, but they don’t show a lot of respect with how Priest drags Fuller up to beat him down! The Workhorsemen add on, but The Dark Order rushes out here! They TOSS Drake, then ROCK Priest and Henry! Drake gets his guys outta there, and the fans cheer The Dark Order. Will Dark Order reestablish themselves once again by putting in the work?

After Hechicero VS Jordan Oliver…

The Alchemist of Lucha Libre makes #CloutCutter Oliver tap out to the Double Omoplata, but he won’t let go! He even throws haymakers! Hechicero makes Oliver suffer, until BANDIDO appears! The fans cheer as THE ROH World Champion storms out here, but Hechicero retreats! The Wizard tells the Outlaw that they’ll meet soon enough. Will Bandido make sure Hechicero doesn’t get the upper hand at Death Before Dishonor?

The Premier Athletes w/ Mark Sterling VS Neon & Mascara Dorada!

“Smart” Mark Sterling again interrupts Bobby Cruise’s introductions to give his own. “Everybody knows Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese, and they are THE Premier Athletes! Now folks, you can’t really tell by looking at their physiques, but the Premier Athletes enjoy a little cheat meal from time to time. And when they do, it’s certainly a hot dog with a beautiful drizzle of ketchup, as well as a nice slice of New York style pizza! Not like the trash they serve in Chicago!” The fans boo, Chicago dogs and Chicago deep dish are sacred here! But Sterling says the Athletes can’t wait to get outta here.

But before they do, Chicago gets to join in on their pregame cheer. When Sterling says, “Athletes,” you say, “Rule,” and NOTHING ELSE! “Hands in, boys. Ohhh… ATHLETES!” “SUCK!” Got ’em again! Will Sterling ever learn the lesson? Or will El Sky Team help get it through their heads?

The fans already rally for “LUCHA LIBRE! LUCHA LIBRE!” The teams sort out, Nese steps up and offers the Code of Honor to Neon. Neon accepts, and it is surprisingly not a trap by Nese. The bell rings, the two circle, and the fans rally up. The fans cheer on “MEXICO! MEXICO!” Nese gets annoyed by that, but he and Neon feel out the knuckle locks. Nese then kicks, headlocks, and hits the takeover. Nese mocks the chanting, but Neon headscissors. Nese moves around, headstands, pops free, and headlocks again. Neon rolls, slips free, and facelocks. Nese fights up, wrenches free, but Neon flips using the ropes.

Neon wrenches to wristlock but Nese goes for the mask! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but the two end up in a corner. Nese pushes Neon, then ELBOWS him! Nese shouts, “ATHLETES!” The fans shout back, “SUCK!” Nese whips corner to corner, Neon goes up, up, and front-flips over! Neon keeps moving and he RANAS! Nese bails out, Daivari runs in, but Neon wrenches and SOBATS! Neon goes up the corner, double jump and FLYING ARM-DRAG! The fans fire up, Neon keeps going, tilt-o-whirl RANA! The fans fire up and Neon brings Nese back in. Nese throat chops! The fans boo while Neon falls to the apron.

The fans tell Nese off but he just soaks it up. Nese runs, but Neon dodges! Mascara Dorada FLYING ARM-DRAGS! Daivari tags in, he runs up, but the luchadores dodge to DOUBLE SUPERKICK! Daivari tumbles out now, and El Sky Team builds speed! But Nese trips Dorada! And Daivari CLOBBERS Neon! Daivari stomps away on Neon, Nese HAMMERS away on Dorada, and the fans boo them both. Daivari drags Neon up, whips him to a corner, then runs in and LARIATS! Tag to Nese, and the Premier Athletes mug Neon! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but the Athletes stop. “ATHLETES!” “SUCK!”

Nese stomps Neon, drags him up, and whips him to the ropes. Nese DROPKICKS Neon down, then he covers, TWO! Nese drags Neon up to bump him off buckles. Tag to Daivari, Daivari stomps Neon, and Daivari CHOPS! The fans tell the Athletes off, but Daivari tags Nese back in. They mug Neon, and Nese just fires haymaker after haymaker! The ref reprimands, but Nese keeps Neon away from Dorada. Nese has the arms, then he fires crossface forearms! Nese shoves Neon down, then tags Daivari. The Athletes run in, Neon dodges, and Dorada GAMANGIRIS The Athletes away! Neon then springboards to DOUBLE MISSILE DROPKICK! The fans fire up, Neon bails out so Dorada steps in. Dorada dodges double lariats to use Nese to get up, and he RANAS Daivari! Dorada dodges Nese to flip and RANA! The fans fire up, Dorada DROPKICKS Nese! Dorada hurries out to the apron, he RAMS Daivari and slingshots, somersaults, CUTTER! Cover, TWO! Dorada calls Neon in, but Sterling gets on the apron! Neon storms up to Sterling, but Nese DECKS Neon! The fans boo but then Dorada CLOBBERS Dorada!

Nese kicks Neon out, then he and Daivari DOUBLE POWERBOMB Dorada! Cover, NEON BREAKS IT! The fans fire up but Nese is furious! Nese ROCKS Neon, Daivari ROCKS Dorada, and the Athletes coordinate. They whip the luchadores at each other, but El Sky Team dosido to DOUBLE SUPERKICK! Sterling gets on the apron again, but he gets DOUBLE SUPERKICKS! Dorada & Neon each go up a corner, and we get a 450 SPLASH from Dorada, and an IMPLODING SWANTON from Neon!! Cover, El Sky Team wins!

And once again, The Premier Athletes LOSE! Sterling keeps finding excuses to expunge such things, but is there no excuse this time? Will El Sky Team not just be CMLL World Trios Champions but soon grab belts here in ROH?

My Thoughts:

A great ROH, but wow, 95 minutes? This might as well have been a regular cable network episode or something. Though, as I said last night for the regularly scheduled ROH, this special Friday episode is probably so they don’t break kayfabe with how AEW & ROH are gonna be in the UK next week leading up to Forbidden Door. And they sure shoved a lot of stuff into this for little more than filler and matches that kept established names sharp. Marina of course squashed Marti, Billie of course beat Allysin, Hechicero of course squashed Jordan Oliver. Though, they did use that for one last confrontation of Bandido and Hechicero as Bandido saves Jordan Oliver.

As I also said last night, Bandido more than likely retains the title at Death Before Dishonor, coinciding with him and Brody King not winning the AEW tag team tournament. Blake & Lee had a good promo to start talking about team names, and of course they beat Beef & La Ruffa. Priest & Workhorsemen were here tonight but I’m disappointed we didn’t get a “reunion” of Beef with those guys, it felt like that story was going somewhere. Maybe ROH considers it for after Death Before Dishonor as they figure out the Six Man Tag title situation. Same goes for Dark Order. Can this finally be where Dark Order wins the big one?

In all honesty, same for Shane Taylor Promotions. Great Six Man Tag with Fox & Outrunners, but I suppose Fox & Outrunners winning was fine because the fans love all three of those guys. Zayne VS Lethal was great, and I do like that Lethal won, just not sure what title that leads him to. Good stuff with the growing feud of QT and PWH, with OXP (Justin Ortiz) having a great showing in his ROH debut. But of course QT wins, he insults celebrities and actors that wanna get into pro-wrestling, and then has a great interaction with PWH. It certainly feels like QT VS PWH is going to be an ROH thing, maybe even part of Death Before Dishonor.

Speaking of DBD, I’m a little surprised we didn’t get Athena’s response to Mina Shirakawa’s promo, but maybe they save that for next week. They could/should even find a way to plug Athena VS Mina on AEW, but that might confuse some fans given Toni VS Athena is first. A little surprised Nick VS Mack wasn’t the main event given it was for the title, but I suppose ROH guessed that title match was the only reason anyone would tune in. Put it on at 7 PM Eastern, it’s done, viewers go about their night, possibly even watching WWE SmackDown at 8 PM Eastern, just like me.

Oh, and of course The Premier Athletes lose again. Neon y Dorada looked great as always, though there was some clunkiness born from how the luchadores wanna go super fast but Nese & Daivari aren’t really built like that. Turns out, Mistico and MJF have set up something big in CMLL, a Title VS Mask match, so yeah, MJF is going to drop the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Championship and be very desperate to get the AEW World Championship back. It would be pretty cool if, even for a short stretch, El Sky Team brought the ROH World Six Man titles to CMLL.
