Naomi is NOT medically cleared!?
As much as everyone wanted the Women’s World Championship match tonight, WWE could not allow Naomi to compete tonight. Will the champ be alright with just weeks to go before Clash in Paris?
CM Punk is here!
Quebec City, Quebec fires up for The Best in the World, because “IT’S CLOBBERIN’ TIME!” Punk high-fives fans along the aisleway as he goes to the ring. Punk grabs a mic while he revels in the fans chanting his name. “Is it great to be alive on a Monday night in Quebec City or what? You make it real hard for me to stay angry, but then I think about how I should be World Heavyweight Champion right now. I should have gold around my waist, I should be here representing this company and you people as champion and I’m not. So I’m a little bit angry about it. I have a Seth Rollins problem.”
The fans are torn on that name, but Punk says the self-professed Visionary can’t even see what’s in front of his face, and that is he is trying his best to BE CM Punk and failing miserably. Did everyone see SummerSlam? The fans cheer and Punk says he climbed to the top of the mountain for the first time in 12 years and become world champion in the WWE. The fans cheer that! Punk appreciates the cheers and the chants, but he feels he let us all down because he isn’t champion right now. He will say this, but if you thought before he was relentless, if you thought before that he was obsessed, after realizing that goal and holding the gold in his hands…
He promises us now, he is even more possessed to regain the title. They say hate the player, not the game. Punk doesn’t hate the game, he cashed in on many an individual. But he does hate the player, he hates Seth Rollins. Rollins followed in his footsteps, pretended to be Punk, and pretend to be hurt to lower everyone’s guard to cash in. The problem is, Punk is gonna get the title back, take it from Rollins, and then Rollins won’t have to pretend because Punk will break Rollins’ legs. But then LA Knight shows up! The fans cheer as The Mega Star makes his way to the ring! Knight then grabs a mic, and he offers a handshake?
Punk shakes Knight’s hand and the fans cheer. Punk asks if Knight has something to say, and the fans say, “YEAH!” Knight says of course, so LEMME TALK TO YA! SummerSlam, man, let’s be honest. Everyone here and everyone in the world knows Punk was robbed. Punk climbed the mountain, rose to the moment, beat Gunther and became World Heavyweight Champion once more. Knight will say that Punk, beyond a shadow of a doubt, deserves his rematch. Absolutely! Punk says, “YEAH!” Knight says, “YEAH!” The fans say, “YEAH!” Knight then adds, “But…” Knight was having his match that had nothing to do with Punk, and what’d Punk do?
Punk can’t contain himself! He attacked Rollins, gets Knight disqualified, and now Knight lost his opportunity! Knight understands, but it was wrong place, wrong time. “YEAH!” Punk sighs but Knight says this isn’t a problem and Knight wants it to stay that way. But see, if Punk wants to gets Rollins, get Rollins and whip dat ass! But do it on your time! Do it after the bell! Cuz at this point, Punk deserves his rematch, should get his rematch, but he should get it after Knight gets his. Punk says, “Oh… Okay, I think I see your perspective. But I think they words you’re looking for are, ‘Thank you, Mr. Punk, for preventing Seth Rollins from ending my career.'”
Did Knight really think he could win after Rollins stomped his head into the concrete like a coconut? No. So you’re welcome for saving your life and your career. Punk IS a former World Heavyweight Champion, not something Knight can claim to be. So the line starts with Punk, get to the back. YEAH. Knight says wow, hopefully Punk got what he wanted, because some fans did chant, “Thank You, Punk.” But Knight wants to use a different word from “Thank” in front of “You,” if you get his meaning. What Knight is saying, Punk has been a world champion. 12 years, a long drought, long overdue, but Knight hasn’t even been there, so way more overdue.
Punk once said there was levels to this, and he’s right. So as great as Punk was, he ain’t on Knight’s level! What Knight is telling Punk is that in the spirit of not having a problem and keeping it that way, Knight will do Punk two favors. 1) Knight will forget Punk did what he did in crossing the line, so long as he doesn’t do it again. And 2) Knight will go beat Seth Rollins, become World Heavyweight Champion, and then… then Punk can be Knight’s first successful title defense! YEAH! Oh, Knight is doing Punk a favor? Then in the spirit of no problems here, Punk doesn’t want one, they both have a Rollins problem…
Then listen partner: Punk is the Best in the World. So- “Ladies and gentlemen…!” Punk says he wasn’t even done! But The Oracle, Paul Heyman, leads the way for Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed, and Heyman adds a bit of French before admitting he just wants to get out of their “guttural” country… The fans tell Heyman and Rollins off but Heyman says they need subtitles. But speaking of guttural, Knight should get into the favor business with CM Punk. You start trading favors with that men right there and it will cost you everything! Your self-respect, your position in WWE, half of your career, years off your life, and-
Punk says okay, crybaby, is Heyman gonna piss his pants and talk all night? Or does he want Punk to punch him in both his chins? Or maybe he’ll punch Bron-Bron out! Someone’s getting punched! C’mon down! The fans fire up for that but Heyman, Bron & Bronson laugh at that. Heyman says he did teach Punk something after all. That is one hell of an idea! Let’s do that tonight! CM Punk & LA Knight (YEAH!) VS “The Future of the WWE” Bron Breakker & “The Tribal Thief” Bronson Reed! That challenge is for tonight! Punk and Knight look to each other, and Knight steps up to say maybe Heyman can’t get it through his big, fat head!
Knight and Punk aren’t here for the two goofs in front of ’em! That walking shoe locker and the dog! Punk says enough talk, challenge accepted! Knight says Punk doesn’t talk for him! But he DOES accept it! They wanna get kicked? They’ll get stomped out tonight! YEAH! Heyman says deal, see you later tonight. Heyman leaves, but Bronson has to keep Bron from doing this now. Bron says, “You’re 47! What’re you gonna do?!” Heyman & Bronson get Bron to stand down, but who will be left standing after tonight?
The Judgment Day meets in the clubhouse.
Finn Balor says he doesn’t care what anyone says, Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez did great last weekend. W-Wait, what’re they saying? JD McDonagh says to ignore the haters. Finn wants to talk about what’s going on with Naomi. More importantly, what is going on with the Women’s World Championship? And then Dominik walks in with El Grande Americano! The others ask why HE is here. Dom says they’re talking strategy for the match. So Dom is just bringing him into the clubhouse? Finn wants to talk with Dom. In private. Finn & Dom go off to the side, and Finn says he can read the room: The others don’t want Grande here.
Dom says okay, maybe, BUT Dom is the King of Lucha now so… He’s using Grande to his advantage before the match at TripleMania. Oh, good idea. Especially if he can help Dom take that AAA Mega Championship and bring it into The Judgment Day! Exactly what Dom is thinking. Trust Daddy Dom. Finn says he trusts Dom. They fist bump, and Dom tells Grande time to head out and talk strategy. Grande follows, and Finn says back to what he was saying: maybe Raquel & Roxie talk with Adam Pearce about the world title situation. They say good idea, and head out. If Naomi can’t compete, will someone else swoop up that gold?

Now that was some underhanded teamwork! But it’ll be every hombre for themselves this Saturday. Will there be a new AAA Mega Champion one way or another? Or can El Hijo Del Vikingo survive the Fatal 4 Way that’s coming?
Sami Zayn talks with Adam Pearce in his office.
Sami says he doesn’t wanna take too much of the Raw General Manager’s time, but he just wanted to know if there’s been a decision on Seth Rollins’ challenger for Clash in Paris. Pearce says no, there has not. Well, Pearce has a lot of guys angling for this, but Sami has talked about this too much, no more talk. He wants to be World Heavyweight Champion, he just wants a chance. Pearce says he can’t make a promise, but Sami has Rusev tonight. If Sami wins tonight, then they can talk. Sami appreciates that. But then in steps Sheamus, and he brings up that Pearce wanted to see him. Pearce says yes, and it is good Sheamus is here now.
Whatever this is between Sheamus and Rusev, Pearce cannot have it happen again, and certainly not tonight. Period! That’s from Pearce. Oh, and who is gonna stop him? Sami says hey, he knows Sheamus has his beef with Rusev, but tonight’s match is really important. As a friend, please do not get involved, okay? Sheamus says okay, Sami has his word. But the second the match is over, that Bulgarian bastard is all Sheamus’. Sheamus heads out and Sami has to leave it at that. Can the Underdog from the Underground take one step closer to the goal? Or will the Son of Thunder strike him down?
Iyo Sky talks with Adam Pearce.
The Genius of the Sky understands if Naomi can’t compete, but she still wants the title match she was promised. Pearce understands that in return. The only thing he can say is that Naomi can’t compete tonight. But as soon as we know anything else, he promises Iyo will get her chance. Raquel & Roxanne win and taunt poor Iyo. Not having a title match is actually good for Iyo. Now, Iyo doesn’t have to lose to Naomi again. But hey, if they’re done, maybe Roxie & Raquel can talk opportunities. Iyo says she came to Quebec to fight, so maybe she fights Roxie? Oh, Pearce loves that idea. It is official! Iyo smiles, and tells Roxie, “See you tonight.”
Roxie frowns but she and Raquel really stepped into it. Will Roxie have to eat crow in Quebec?

Raw returns as MFT is ushered out of the building.
Adam Pearce is on the phone with Nick Aldis about this, but then a ref reports on the situation with Rusev and Sheamus. They’ve managed to separate the two, but Pearce says that’s what they said last week. Make sure those two stay separated, and now! The ref heads out, and now The New Day & Grayson Waller walk up to bother Pearce. They want Penta to be stopped! He tried to destroy Xavier Woods’ 12 THOUSAND dollar hat, while also trying to hurt The New Day! Pearce should fine him, suspend him, and ban him from wearing hats! Pearce says if they have a problem with what Penta did to that sombrero, Woods will take Penta on in a match next week!
Does that work for everyone? GOOD! Now no one follow him, he has a lot to deal with! Pearce storms off, Woods says it wasn’t a sombrero, and Kofi says this isn’t what they were talking about! The New Day & #BigG continue to complain, but will they be even more upset if they lose to Penta?
Bronson Reed speaks.
“I just want to take a moment to get something off my chest. I became a big star because I attacked Seth Freakin’ Rollins, and I earned his respect. So much so that he invited me into The Vision. But Roman Reigns… I don’t want your respect! I’m reading online and social media that I schoolyard bullied you. And that’s accurate, because I punked you out like a fifth grader in front of his schoolyard friends not once, but twice. And the only reason it hasn’t happened a third time is because you haven’t manned up to me for a third time.
“But when you do, Roman, I’m gonna ad to my collection. And I’m gonna keep adding to my collection until you acknowledge your Tribal Thief! TSUNAMI!!” When and where will we see thief and chief throw down in the yard?

Becky endures, flails, rolls, but Maxxine cartwheels through! Then she LARIATS! Maxxine storms up on Becky to fire hands in the corner!
The ref counts, Natty coaches Maxxine, but Maxxine stomps a mudhole! Becky bails out, Maxxine lines up a shot, and Maxxine runs to WRECK Becky with a dropkick! The fans fire up, Maxxine puts Becky in, and then Maxxine climbs! Maxxine is up top, for a CROSSBODY! Cover, TWO! Becky is tougher than that but Natty coaches Maxxine to focus. Maxixne has the legs, steps through, but Becky kicks her away. Maxxine comes back to LEG LARIAT! The fans fire up and Maxxine has Becky in the corner! Maxxine O’Conner Rolls, TWO! Becky has the O’Conner, with ropes! Natty points it out and the ref sees! Maxxine rolls Becky, TWO!
Becky has the DISARM-HER!! Maxxine TAPS, Becky wins!
Winner: Becky Lynch, by submission (still WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion)
Becky acts like this justifies what she was saying, but then Natty storms in. Becky backs off, but just to sucker Natty in! BOOT!! The fans boo but Becky runs away from The BOAT! Becky says no one talks to her like that, this is HER division and HER championship, so she does what she wants! But then who else will step up to the Big Time?
Seth Rollins and The vision are backstage.
They are in their private suite, and Rollins says boys, it has been an incredible week! They are on top of the world! And Rollins came to this DUMP of a town, expecting to have to deal with a CM Punk problem. But turns out, Punk has an LA Knight problem! And Knight now has a CM Punk problem! And now the two of them… Well, thanks to Heyman here, they’ve got a Bron Bron problem, which means Rollins has no problems at all. In fact, Rollins feels like taking the night off. Tonight is Bronson’s, tonight is Bron’s. He wants them to stack bodies while he goes to the private jet. But will Rollins really be satisfied watching the main event from a screen and not in person?
Bayley speaks.
“Um, I’m not sure how to start this, but… I honestly don’t even know how i got here right now. I’ve been doing this for… Almost 13 years, and I’ve never felt the way I feel. Now I in a way want more, but feel less. I want more and feel nothing. I think it’s my fault. I think in my process of my whole career, the Role Model has… It meant something before I even called myself that, and I was treated like one before I even saw myself as one. Then I started to realize I can make a change, I can be an asset to the division. By being a role model, by being that person that people came to, by being that people could talk to, whether that was in the ring or on the other side of that barricade.
“And now I’m here, by myself. By myself. And I feel everything leading up to where I am right now has gotten me nowhere. I sit here without anything to show you, without a championship, without any wins. In this last year, I can’t remember a moment where I felt proud of myself. And it’s my fault. It’s my fault.” Bayley takes a moment to calm herself, but then we fade to black while old audio of, “DING DONG! HELLO~!” plays. Just what could be happening in the mind and heart of the once super positive Bayley?
Backstage interview with Lyra Valkyria.
Jackie is with The Morrigan and brings up the “very vulnerable” Bayley feeling isolated. She and Bayley were once friends, so how does Lyra feel seeing Bayley like that? Lyra says she hopes Bayley is okay, she had no idea how she felt. But at the same time, how could Lyra have known when Bayley shut her out? That wasn’t because of what Lyra said, right? No, Lyra stands by what she said, Bayley is why Lyra can’t challenge Becky anymore for the title that meant the world to Lyra. Lyra meant what she said, time to go their separate ways, but… Whatever is going on with Bayley, that’s not on Lyra. Bayley is on her own.
Lyra heads out, but was Lyra saying that more as a defense? Or as a way to convince herself of the truth?
Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer cross paths.
La Primera tells Iyo that she’s not the only one promised a title match. Vaquer then leaves, her point having been made. Will Vaquer still get her match with Naomi in Paris? And then Rhea Ripley walks in! Rhea says she’s sorry, she was looking forward to seeing Naomi VS Iyo but then… Iyo knows, Roxie shouldn’t have beat her! Rhea agrees, and Roxie couldn’t beat Iyo if it were fair. Kairi & Asuka should’ve just listened to Iyo, and Rhea knows Iyo and the Kabuki Warriors are still friends, but… Can Iyo still trust them? Iyo knows what Rhea is trying to say but she doesn’t appreciate. They ARE her friends! So stay out of it!
Iyo heads out, only further frustrated. But does Rhea have a point? Did Asuka & Kairi really have Iyo’s best interests at heart? Or can they all still smooth things out?
CM Punk & LA Knight VS Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed w/ Paul Heyman!
The Best in the World and the Mega Star both want after Seth Rollins and the World Heavyweight Championship, but who doesn’t at this point? So with that common enemy in mind, can Punk & Knight work together to get through the goon squad? Or will The Unpredictable Badass & The Colossal Aussie make The Visionary proud by crushing his enemies?
The teams sort out, but Bron & Bronson just CLOBBER Punk & Knight! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but this isn’t a match so there’s nothing to be done! Bronson bumps Knight off buckles, RAMS him again and again, then knocks him down. The bell rings, Bronson ROCKS Knight, and Knight falls against the ropes. The fans cheer the “SHOE-LA FALA!” and Bronson tags Bron. They mug Knight while Heyman in fact wears the Shoe-la Fala, then Bron whips. Knight KICKS Bron away, then dodges his lariat to ELBOW him down! Knight finally throws off his vest, and he wrenches Bron’s arm to YANK, YANK, YANK!
The fans cheer as Knight just YANKS the arm again and again! “YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!” Then Knight wrenches to short arm LARIAT! Tag to Punk, he wrenches to YANK, YANK, YANK! The fans cheer “YEAH!” even for Punk, then Punk tags Knight back in. They mug Bron and the fans “YEAH!!” Knight drags Bron up, tags Punk back in, and the mugging continues. Punk fires hands on Bron, the fans rally behind him, and Punk whips. Bron grabs ropes to stop himself, but Punk LARIATS Bron up and out! Bronson runs up, Punk dodges to LARIAT! Bronson is a bit bigger than Bron so Punk LARIATS again! Bronson is still too big to get up and over!
Punk tags Knight, Knight runs to LARIAT, but Bronson is still too big, even for Knight! Knight frowns, so he and Punk run together! DOUBLE LARIATS send Bronson up and out! The fans fire up for LA & CM while Raw goes to break.
Raw returns and now Bron RAMS Punk into a corner! Bron RAMS Punk again and again, but stops as the ref counts. Bron argues with the ref, but that lets Bronson get a cheap shot in! Bron taunts Knight, the ref keeps them back, and Bronson CHOKES Punk! Bronson stops, Punk sputters, and Bron scoops Punk for a BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Bron does pushups just to show off. The fans boo but Bron drags Punk into a half nelson and chinbar. The fans rally as Punk endures. Punk reaches back, rises up, and he JAWBREAKERS free! Bron flounders but Bronson tags in. Bronson CLOBBERS Punk! Bronson mocks Knight by spelling it out, then he AX HANDLES Punk!
Bronson clamps onto Punk with a neck wrench. The fans rally for Punk as he again endures. Punk reaches up, stands again, and he JAWBREAKERS free again! Punk goes to a corner, Bronson runs in, but Punk BOOTS him! Bronson comes back, Punk dodges, and Bronson hits buckles! The fans fire up and Punk hot tags Knight! Knight fires off on Bronson, “YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!” Knight winds up, ROLLING LARIAT! Bronson stays up so Knight runs to LARIAT! Bronson still stays up, so Knight LARIATS! Knight runs, ducks ‘n’ dodges, and LEAPING LARIATS! The fans fire up and Knight shoves Bronson into a corner! Bronson bounces off buckles, into the JUMP NECKBREAKER!
The fans fire up and Knight waits on Bronson. Kick and- NO, Bronson powers out of the cravat, scoops, but Knight slips out to REVERSE DDT! Knight rolls back to his feet, then he goes up a corner! The fans spell it out with him, “L! A! KNIGHT! YEAH!” Bron runs up but Knight LEAPING LARIATS Bron! Knight bumps Bron off buckles, but Bronson SPLASHES him! The fans boo but Knight sputters on the mat. Bronson looms over Knight, stalks him to the apron, and then Bron tags in. Bron aims, FLYING BULLDOG onto the desk! Bron wipes out Knight, jumps up onto the desk, and Quebec barks it up while Raw goes to break.
Raw returns once again, and both Knight and Bron are down from another collision! They crawl, the fans rally up, but Bron grabs Knight’s hand! Knight reaches out for Punk, but he throws haymakers on Bron! The fans rally, but Bron reels Knight in for an EXPLODER! Bron tags Bronson, Bronson stomps Knight in the ribs, then he drags Knight up. The fans rally, Bronson whips, and he ELBOWS Knight down! Bronson raises his one to the sky and the fans boo. Bronson drags Knight up, he whips hm to ropes, but Knight sunset flips! Bronson stays up to HIP DROP but misses as Knight moves! The fans fire up as Knight crawls, but Bron hurries after Punk!
Punk sees Bron coming from around the way, and he jumps down to confront him! The ref reprimands them both but this just means Knight has no one to tag! Bronson CLOBBERS Knight! Bronson then drags Knight back to SENTON! Knight sputters, Punk is frustrated, and Bronson covers, TWO! The fans fire up but then Bronson BLASTS Punk off the apron! Bronson tags Bron, then Bron climbs up! Bronson electric chair lifts Knight for the STEINER BULLDOG! Cover, Punk breaks it! The fans fire up, but then Bronson TOSSES Punk back out! Bron tags Bronson in, and Bronson paces around Knight.
Bronson gives Knight his last rites, then SENTONS but misses as Knight moves! The fans fire up and Punk rises! Punk calls to Knight, Knight crawls over, hot tags to Bron and Punk! The fans fire up as Punk BOOTS Bron down! And LARIATS! Punk whips, CALF KICKS, then he reels Bron in. Punk mocks the barking to snap suplex! The fans fire up, Punk runs in and SHINING WIZARDS! Punk then whips Bron to another corner, another SHINING WIZARD! Short arm LARIAT, and Punk goes up a corner! Bronson gets up but Knight BLASTS him! Knight then WRECKS Bronson with a dropkick, and Bronson hits the desk!
Punk takes aim, MACHO ELBOW! The fans are thunderous as Punk finally takes off his shirt! Punk throws that to the fans, then he says night-night! But wait, SETH ROLLINS IS HERE! Rollins pulls off another fake-out and he CLOBBERS Punk!
Winners: CM Punk & LA Knight, by disqualification
The fans boo as Rollins, in his hot pink vest and slacks, stomps away on Punk! Knight hurries in but Rollins & Bron stomp him! The Vision regroups to mug Punk & Knight, but here comes JEY USO! Main Event Jey missed last week, he won’t miss another one! Jey has a chair and he seethes as he glares at Bron. Bron eggs Jey on, so Jey storms up the way! Jey JAMS Bron up, then winds up to SMACK Bron down! The fans fire up but now Bronson dares Jey to do the same! Jey dodges Bronson to go for Rollins! Rollins runs away, Bronson SMACKS the chair! Jey fires haymakers, “YEET! YEET! YEET!” Pop, lock ‘n’ put some stank on the HAYMAKER!
Jey then gets the chair again, to SMACK Big Bronson on his big back! The Vision regroups at the ramp as they retreat! And Pearce is here to say, “Seth, Seth, Seth… Y’know, it would be so easy to come out here and be so angry at you. Think about this, Seth: You’re a liar; you’re a master manipulator; you disrupt main events; and now you and your buddies are out here trying to injure your fellow superstars. But Seth, I’m not gonna be angry about it. Instead, I’m gonna see all of this as an opportunity.” The fans like where this is going. Pearce says this opportunity is for everyone, and for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Because Seth FREAKIN’ Rollins, it is simple: You just earned a freakin’ opportunity to defend your freakin’ World Heavyweight Championship at CLASH IN PARIS! Against Main Event Jey Uso! “YEET!” And LA Knight! “YEAH!” Rollins knows what’s coming and hates it. AND C M PUNK! A FATAL 4 WAY, and it is OFFICIAL!! Rollins says Pearce can’t do that, Heyman protests that Pearce is doing that, but the contenders start arguing! Knight shoves Punk so Punk TACKLES Knight! Jey is in the drop zone, and Rollins stands on Punk to keep him down! Bronson goes up, TSUNAMI for Jey!! The fans boo but Bron puts Knight back in the ring.
Rollins aims, Knight sits up first, CURB STOMP! Rollins & The Vision tell refs and security to back off! Rollins aims again, mocks the “YEET~!” and he CURB STOMPS Jey! Rollins says that’s two out of three, and he saved the best for last. Bron & Bronson hold Punk in place as Rollins mockingly asks, “Look in my eyes, what do you see?” Punk shouts at Rollins that he’ll get him, but Rollins says as long as he breathes, Punk will never again hold the world title! CURB STOMP for Punk!! The Vision stands tall, but will they have it all in the WWE? Or will the Clash in Paris bring his reign to an end?
My Thoughts:
A great episode of Raw, but hopefully Naomi isn’t too badly hurt or something. I could also see them pretending she wasn’t cleared, because really, it didn’t feel like Iyo was winning the title and it’d just hurt her standings. Either way, I did like how they’re building towards Iyo VS Asuka with this. Asuka & Kairi “mess up” the match, Iyo is mad at her and Asuka is mad in return, and I think Rhea is gonna end up dragged into that feud. If Asuka has Kairi, then Iyo will need a new friend to back her up. But then after a tag match, I’m sure we get Asuka VS Iyo as a standalone match, maybe even for Clash in Paris.
We still got a good Women’s Intercontinental Championship, though we also knew Maxxine would lose. Becky beating up Natty surely means Natty gets a match with Becky now. I thought we were getting Nikki Bella showing up tonight, but maybe Nikki returns next week to finalize something for Clash in Paris. Great promo from Bayley, because it is clearly teasing a new, darker Heel persona for Bayley. Lyra had a good promo, too, trying to put Bayley’s feelings on just Bayley. Crazy Bayley feuding with Lyra will be a really good feud, can’t wait to see it.
Very good stuff with Judgment Day, and I like how they were wary of Dom bringing Ludwig Kaiser Grande Americano to the clubhouse. Dom & Kaiser Grande VS Styles & Dragon Lee was a great opening match, and the Heels winning with the loaded mask was done in a very clever way. But if this factors as the go-home math to TripleMania this Saturday, I feel like that means Vikingo retains. Very good promo from Sami with Pearce and Sheamus, and a great match from Sami VS Rusev. I should’ve figured MFT would show up to get back at Sami, I wonder if this is a sign Sami moves to SmackDown. After all, LA Knight is now officially part of Raw so it’d count as a trade. Rusev and Sheamus brawling on their own again was great, and seriously, Donnybrook match needs to be made.
And very good stuff in this Rollins & The Vision story. Good opening promo from Punk and Knight, because they were obviously going to argue about who gets Rollins first. Then naturally, Heyman joins in and redirects things to the tag match main event. Good promo from Jey and Knight, and I do appreciate Knight addressing the theories from last week. Great main event match but obviously Rollins was tricking us again. The Fatal 4 Way news is great, and it certainly protects everyone, no matter who wins and who loses. The brawl to end the show was a little surprising, but I suppose The Vision needed to look strong after throwing the match. Plus there is plenty of time for the Faces to stand tall before the PLE.
My Score: 8.8/10
