She must’ve forgot who the Difference Maker of Evolve is. Yeah, I might be waiting on my rematch, but this is still the Kali Armstrong Show. So PJ, I’ll see you in the main event tonight, and we gonna see who the most dominant woman really is. Straight like that.”

The Space Cowboy & “Gnarly Harley” are so confident they’re the top team in Evolve that they accepted a challenge from Timothy Thatcher. Now, the Professor of Pain isn’t facing them directly, but he says he’s got just the guys for this one. Who will the Blue Chippers be facing? Jax & Harley are already talking trash about pipsqueaks and nerds, but no, it’s O T M! Bronco Nima & Lucien Price know about the grid iron and the grind, will they tackle these boys for loss? Or can Jax & Harley somehow get out the mud?

The teams sort out and Price starts against Harley. Harley pumps himself up, runs up, but Price dodges to RUN Harley over! Harley says okay, okay, hold on. Harley runs up again, but Price dodges to then scoop and SLAM! The fans fire up while Price stalks Harley to the ropes. Harley tags to Jax, so Price tags Nima. Nima blocks a kick, spins Jax, but Jax fights the lift. Jax ELBOWS Nima, headlocks, but Nima powers up and fires body shots. Nima wrenches free but Jax BODY BLOWS! Jax headlocks, Nima body shots, and he pries the hold open. Nima then headlocks back, the fans rally, but Jax pulls hair to put Nima on the ropes!

Jax powers out, Nima turns that around, and they RAM shoulders! And RAM shoulders! Jax kicks low, brings Nima around to wrench and YANK the arm, then CLUB the arm! Jax BODY BLOWS, tags Harley, and Harley goes up to AX HANDLE! Harley wrenches, knuckle locks, and he KICKS away on Nima! Tag back to Jax, he goes up, but Nima pulls Harley into the AX HANDLE! Harley clutches his arm and Jax is stunned, but Nima wrenches him to RAM shoulders! Nima UPPERCUTS the arm, YANKS it, and then grinds Jax down. Nima drags Jax over, tags Price, and OTM double whip to DOUBLE ELBOW!

Nima sits Jax up to BASEMENT LARIAT! Price covers, TWO! Price drags Jax up to scoop, but Jax slips free to shove Price to the corner. Jax runs up but Price dodges. Price runs up and SPLASHES! Then he SUPERKICKS Harley! Price dodges Jax to FLAPJACK! The fans fire up with Price, he high-fives Nima, and he drags Jax up. But Jax RAMS Price to the corner! Harley tags in, Price THROWS Jax out, but Harley CHOP BLOCKS Price! Harley KNEES the knee again and again, then steps over for a KNEE JAMMER! Harley swings in Nima but Nima gets back. Harley ROCKS Price int he corner, tag to Jax, but Price throws hands!

Harley SWEEPS the legs! Jax storms up and drags Price around, to then hook up an arm, a leg, and he hits a SHIN BREAKER! The fans boo but Jax stomps Price’s leg. The fans rally, Jax drops an ELBOW on the leg, and he pulls on the foot. Jax tags Harley, he takes the other leg, DOUBLE LEG DDTS! Cover, TWO! Price toughs it out but Harley stays between him and Nima. Harley thrashes that facelock, but Price fights forward with one good leg! Harley CLUBS Price and ELBOWS Nima! Tag to Jax, they get Price up, KNEE SMASH into the BACKSTABBER! Cover off Targeting, TWO!! Price survives but Jax ROCKS Price!

Jax tags Harley, they set Price up in the corner, and Jax sends Harley in. Price dodges Harley! Then he dodges Jax! Hot tag to Nima! The fans fire up as Bronco stampedes like a bull! LARIAT for Harley, ELBOW for Jax, and BOOT to LARIAT for Harley! Jax is up, Nima gets around, atomic FACEBUSTER! Then he picks Harley up for an atomic FACEBUSTER onto Jax! The fans fire up for the #Nightshift and Nima winds up. He has targets on the ropes, BRONCO BUSTER on Harley! BRONCO BUSTER on Jax! And repeat! Nima keeps going, it’s #G-Ride forever! Then a JUMP KNEE DROP on Harley! Cover, Jax breaks it!

The fans boo but Jax stomps away on Nima! The ref reprimands, but Price drags Jax out! LARIAT! Price huffs ‘n’ puffs, Nima has Harley, but Harley cradles, TWO! Nima escapes, but Harley BODY BLOWS! KNEE LIFT! Mule kick! Harley runs, but into a scoop and POWERSLAM! The fans fire up and Nima tags Price! OTM gets Harley up, PAID IN FULL! Cover, OTM wins!

Jax & Harley weren’t ready for OTM because OTM was ready to Evolve! That’s a touchdown and then some for Nima & Price, and Timothy Thatcher applauds. Will OTM soon run the tag division from Evolve to NXT and beyond?

“Come get your Issue! PJ Vasa is the most dominant force to ever step foot in Evolve! Kali, I hope you smart enough to be afraid. Because you ain’t fighting to win, you fighting to survive! This ain’t no debut, this is a warning! Evolve belongs to ME!”

Karmen Petrovic VS Zena Sterling!

The Blackbelt Beauty wants to prove she’s not only ready to Evolve, but to head for gold. However, she’s being set up against the 5’7″ Ukrainian Warrior Princess. But will Karmen be able to figure out this living oxymoron? Or will everyone soon remember the name, “Zena Sterling?”

The bell rings and the two circle. Zena wants that Test of Strength, Karmen steps up, and they knuckle lock. Zena powers Karmen right to the corner! The ref counts, Zena steps back, and the two reset. They feel things out, knuckle lock again, and they go shoulder to shoulder. Zena is surprised Karmen is staying up, and Karmen kicks, wrenches, and TRIPS Zena to a cover, ONE! Karmen headlocks and grinds Zena down. Zena fights up, powers up, but Karmen holds on tight! The fans rally, Zena fights up again, and Zena lifts! Karmen holds on and thrashes the hold! Zena powers up to THROW Karmen off, then she clamps onto Karmen’s arm.

Karmen headscissors, Zena powers out to have the leg, then goes back for the arm. Karmen fights up, Zena cranks the arm, but Karmen steps over to get the armlock for herself! The fans applaud this technical exchange, but Zena powers up and out to then RUN Karmen over! Zena frolics and smiles before she reels Karmen in. Zena suplexes high and hard, and the fans cheer. Zena powers up, runs up, and BACK BODY BLOCKS! Zena smiles as Karmen flounders, and Zena snapmares to a cover, TWO! Zena clamps onto Karmen with a chinlock! Karmen endures, the fans rally, and Karmen fights back up.

Zena shifts to underhooks and she BUTTERFLY SUPLEXES! Then she clamps back onto Karmen with another chinlock! Karmen continues to endure and the fans continue to rally. Karmen fights up, wrenches out, and she avoids a lariat to then run, but she runs into a scoop and SLAM! Cover, TWO! Zena is already frustrated and the fans rally for Karmen. Zena huffs ‘n’ puffs and storms up on Karmen, but Karmen cradles! TWO, and Karmen mule kicks! Karmen runs, tilt-o-whirl and SPLASH! Cover, TWO! The fans rally again and Karmen goes to ropes. Zena runs up, but Karmen CHOPS! And BODY SHOTS!

Karmen dodges a lariat to serve up SOLE FOOD! Zena stumbles, slumps against ropes, and Karmen SLIDING KICKS! Then Karmen rises up on the apron! ROUNDHOUSE! Tate Wilder talks with Trill London.

The Modern Day Cowboy says, “I cannot wait for tonight, dude.” Trill agrees, he’s been itching to get in. Tate says yeah, he’s stacking up wins, got a big one over Brooks Jensen with that bull rope match, and now he’s got his eyes on that Evolve Championship. Trill says if they get this win tonight, Tate’s name will be in the conversation. Tate says yeah, and what better way to get Jackson Drake’s attention than by beating his boys, Swipe Right! And Trill’s a good partner to go into battle with. Trill says time to make some magic. Sean Legacy checks in and says after that boost last week, he was hoping Tate would choose him as a partner.

Tate says it’s nothing against Sean, he just felt Trill would be good to get in the mix. Trill stood out on LFG, he has Michelle McCool’s stamp of approval, so that’s good enough for Tate. Sean says he understands, and Tate says he knew he would. Tate & Trill head out, and Sean says he’ll have to watch this from the VIP Lounge. Will things get wilder with Tate & Trill throwing hands with Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes?

The Cowboy and the Prince of Darkness are ready to shine bright, but this is their first time together and it is certainly an eclectic combination. But will they be able to block Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes from success? Or will it be V’s up for the Vanity Project as always?

The teams sort out and Trill starts against Smokes. Smokes mocks the football player with the Heisman pose, then runs up, but Trill hurdles right over! The fans cheer, Smokes comes back, but Trill handsprings over! Trill then jukes and headlocks. Smokes claws at the hold but Trill hits the headlock takeover. Smokes pulls hair, headscissors, but Trill kips free! Trill arm-drags and has the armlock on! The fans rally, Trill grinds the arm, and Tate tags in. The fans cheer the Cowboy as he slingshots to AX HANDLE! Tate wrenches and wristlocks Smokes, then goes up, up, and YEEHAW HOTSHOTS! Smokes clutches his arm, but Tate slingshots in and wrenches again.

Smokes KNEES low, tag to Brad! But Tate JAPANESE ARM-DRAGS! Then he wrenches and wristlocks Brad to tag in Trill. Trill lines up the shots, slingshot AX HANDLE! The fans cheer on that innovation and Trill whips. Brad reverses, Trill handsprings up and over! Wheelbarrow and arm-drag, then a DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! Brad stays in this but he goes to a corner. Trill is after Brad, whips him corner to corner, but Brad reverses. Trill ELBOWS back, goes up, but Brad distracts so Smokes can HOTSHOT Trill! Trill flops down, Brad stomps and clubs him, then clamps on to CLUB him some more! The fans boo but Brad says HUNDOS!

Brad puts Trill in the corner, tags Smokes, and they say time to swipe right! Smokes sends Brad it and he RAMS Trill! Feed to the BOOT! Cover, TWO! Smokes is upset with the count but he stomps Trill down. Smokes stands Trill up but Trill fires haymakers! Smokes SMACKS Trill down, then he drags him to the corner. Tag to Brad, snapmare and NECK SNAPPER, then a basement DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! The fans rally for Trill but Brad huffs ‘n’ puffs. Brad stomps Trill to another corner, then CLUBS him! And CLUBS him! And CLUBS him again! Jackson likes what he says, but Trill hits back! Brad shoves Trill to the corner, tag to Smokes.

Smokes stomps Trill down, talks trash, and rains down fists. The ref counts, Smokes basks off and he mocks Trill. Trill fires haymakers! Smokes wobbles, Trill leaps, but Smokes catches him! Smokes RAMS Trill into the corner, tags Brad, and they again wanna swipe right. But Trill ELBOWS Brad away! And BOOTS Smokes! Trill shouts out Jeff Hardy, WHISPER IN THE WIND! The fans fire up and Trill crawls, hot tag to Tate! The fans fire up as Tate LARIATS Brad again and again! Then he ducks ‘n’ dodges to FLYING SHOULDER TACKLE! The fans fire up again and Tate kicks low! Suplex and ANARCHY! Cover, TWO!

Brad survives, Tate is frustrated, and Legacy is in the VIP Lounge watching this closely. Tate hauls Brad up, but Brad jackknife bridges! TWO, and Brad runs up to KNEE Tate down! Tate flounders, Brad staggers, tag to Smokes! Tate dodges Smokes but Brad catches him, and Smokes BLASTS Trill! Smokes covers, TWO! Smokes is frustrated but Jackson says they’ve got this. Tag back to Brad, he drags Tate up while Smokes climbs, but Trill GAMANGIRIS Smokes! Tate victory rolls Brad, TWO! DROPKICK! Brad tumbles out and regroups with Smokes! Trill throws off the shirt so he can build speed, and he FLIES! Direct hit at the ramp!

Jackson hurries to help his guys to their feet, but Tate’s up top! SUPER TRUST FALL! Down goes Vanity Project and the fans fire up! Tate puts Brad in, goes back up, and WILD RIDE MOONSAULT! Cover, Tate & Trill win!!

Arianna Grace is here!

The Pageant Queen returns, and she goes right to the VIP Lounge. Chuey Martinez is there to interview her, asking what she’s even doing. Arianna takes the mic from him to say, “You’re welcome. Look, I would be excited, too, getting to see Arianna Grace live and in person. This must be a dream come true for you. My biggest regret in life is that I’ll never get to meet me. I just couldn’t deprive Evolve the opportunity of a lifetime: Seeing me!” The fans are torn, but Arianna takes her seat so she can enjoy more of her own company. But will she enjoy watching tonight’s main event?

Kali Armstrong crosses paths with Kendal Grey backstage.

The former champ tells the current champ, she did her thing at Succession, hat off to her. Kendal thanks Kali, and says the title win was the biggest moment in her career yet. Kendal says Kali still set the standard for Evolve, she respects Kali, but she’s got it from here. Hey now, not too much. Kali vows that once she’s done with PJ Vasa, she’s coming right back for that title. Kendal says okay, but she’ll have to wait. After Lainey Reid at Gold Rush is Chantel Monroe on December 3rd. Kali says bet. Will the Difference Maker get through #PNasty to be right in line for a Succession sequel? Or will everyone in Evolve soon have Issue with PJ Vasa?

Drake Morreaux speaks.

If there’s one thing we know down in the Bayou, it’s how to have a good time at anything we doing, and yes, that includes whoopin’ some ass. The fans cheer as the Evolve Women’s Champion and her bestie make their way out. They high-five fans as they go around the way, and well, seems Arianna won’t get the VIP Lounge all to herself anymore. They tell her to sit up and make room. Arianna forces a smile, and then decides to not stay if they’re gonna be here. Kendal & Carlee say bye bye!

“Harley Riggins, Jax Presley, did you enjoy the present I got you? Because I sure did! OTM did me a favor, and I appreciate those guys. But now, you two need a bit of respect. I think you need to focus on the ID talent. Guys that go out there every night, bust their ass, in a world where the future is unknown. Why do they do it? Because they wanna be here! They’re not like you two, who just do it for some clout. They love this! So, Harley, Jax, what you need is to see an ID Showcase. Marcus Mathers & Aaron Rourke VS Mike Cunningham & Cappuccino Jones. They’re gonna show you what tag team wrestling should be.”

WWE Evolve Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Kali Armstrong VS PJ Vasa!

The Evolve Women’s Championship aside, this is a “title match” in the sense that the winner here proves she is THE Alpha Female of Evolve! Will the Difference Maker still be the game changer? Or will it be game over after tonight?

The big match introductions are given, and it is time to see who is really next in line!

The bell rings and the fans rally up as the two stare down. They tie up, the fans cheer, and the two break. The two circle, tie up again, and Vasa pushes Kali around. They end up in the corner, the ref counts, Vasa pulls hair, and Kali protests. The ref reprimands, Vasa stops at 4, and Kali is mad now. The two reset and circle again while the fans rally up. They tie up, the fans duel, and Vasa headlocks. Kali powers up and out, Vasa RUNS her over! Vasa taunts Kali that she’s not big and strong enough. Kali huffs ‘n’ puffs as she gets back up and circles with Vasa again. They tie up, Kali rolls Vasa, ONE! Vasa runs up, but into an O’Conner Roll, ONE!

Kali ROCKS Vasa, whips her, but Vasa reverses. Kali goes up, Vasa stops the over, but Kali RANAS Vasa away! Then DROPKICKS! Vasa tumbles out and the fans fire up! Kali says this is still HER ring! Vasa says shut up, but she throws a bit of a fit while Evolve goes to break.

Evolve returns and both women rush the other! Kali ducks but Vasa keeps moving, and Vasa BODY CHECKS Kali on the rebound! The fans fire up while Kali flounders to a corner. Vasa runs up, Kali dodge, and Kali fires off fast hands! Kali stomps Vasa, runs corner to corner and back again, to RAM Vasa! Vasa sputters, Kali reels her in, and the fans fire up for the BIG suplex! Cover, TWO! Vasa toughs it out but the fans rally up. Kali says okay, and she builds speed. But Vasa fireman’s carries to HOTSHOT her off ropes! Kali flounders, Vasa stomps away on Kali and puts her in the corner. Vasa fires body shots, but stops as the ref counts.

Vasa taunts Kali, fires more hands, and the fans duel. Kali goes to another corner, Vasa brings her around, and she HEADBUTTS Kali down! Cover, TWO! Kendal & Carlee are worried watching Kali be dominated like this, but the fans continue to rally. Vasa talks trash, slaps Kali around, then flexes on her. Kali snarls and fires haymakers! Kali runs, but into a SAMOAN DROP! Cover, TWO! Kali survives but Vasa clamps on with a chinlock. Vasa squeezes tight but Kali endures. Kali fights up, fires body shots, but Vasa CLUBS her down! Vasa drags Kali back up, scoops her, and SLAMS her! Vasa then ELBOW FLOPS as Kali moves!

The fans rally as Kali goes to the ropes. Vasa snarls, runs up, but Kali dodges to ROCK her again, and again, and again! Then she rope-a-dopes for the HAYMAKER! Kali ELBOWS Vasa, LARIATS her, then ducks the retaliation to SNAP POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Kali is surprised, as is Carlee, but Vasa is still in this. Kali drags Vasa up, bumps her off buckles, and Kali fires body shots! Kali stomps away on Vasa, then runs corner to corner and back again. But Vasa uses the ropes as defense! The ref has to stop Kali in her tracks! Kali is furious but Vasa stays in the ropes. Then Vasa CLAWS Kali’s eyes behind the ref’s back!

The fans boo but Vasa is after Kali with a fireman’s carry! And THE ISSUE!! Cover, Vasa wins!

Winner: PJ Vasa, by pinfall (NEW #1 Contender to the WWE Evolve Women’s Champion)

It may have been very underhanded, but Vasa just got the biggest win in her short Evolve career! Kendal is already fired up as Vasa calls her out, but then Chantel Monroe CLOBBERS Kendal! Carlee is furious with the Showstopping Diva, but will Kendal be the one to get revenge once Evolve is back from Thanksgiving break?

Jax Presley & Harley Riggins regroup backstage.

Harley is upset over that loss, but also that Thatcher thinks the WWE ID guys are better than them!? Jax has Harley calm down, and says they know that anyone out there will get broken in half. Good point. Make the call. Jax gets on his phone, speed dials, and simply says, “Yo.” Who are the Blue Chippers calling in as backup? Will this mystery person help them prepare during Thanksgiving break for any and every team out there?

My Thoughts:

A very good episode for Evolve before going on break. Gold Rush is a bit of an odd speedbump in Evolve’s plans, feels like something that will be/should be corrected with this Thanksgiving break they’re taking. Commentary is at least keeping kayfabe with how Jackson Drake VS Sean Legacy and Kendal Grey VS Lainey Reid are happening. Given how things are going, Evolve sure wants Tate Wilder to be a top guy, he had a good promo with Trill and Legacy, then got a very good win off Swipe Right. This mostly helped Trill, he needed something after those losses to start Evolve. Personally hoping Legacy wins at Gold Rush so that he and Tate will start a program on the other side.

In the Women’s Division, Kendal winning against Lainey still has to be the plan. Kendal has Chantel after her, and now PJ Vasa wins the next title opportunity off of Kali Armstrong. Really good main event tonight, Vasa’s win could signal Kali moving up to NXT with the New Year. Now, Kendal surely gets through Chantel on December 3rd, but Vasa might be a different story. Kendal’s already got the WrenQCC to fall back on in NXT, so Vasa taking over Evolve for herself could be a big part of the 2026 plans. Especially with more and more new names coming in, such as Zena Sterling. I’m surprised Sterling lost, but Karmen really did need this to stay afloat.

And good stuff with The Blue Chippers VS OTM. Great win for OTM, they also needed this to stay afloat. But the loss also puts some pressure on Jax & Harley acting like they’re the top dogs already. Not sure who Jax called, but they could bring another big name in as the counter to Thatcher. That WWE ID tag is intriguing, with it being Cunningham and not Jack Cartwheel teaming with Cappuccino Jones. Though at least Mathers & Rourke are teaming again, I still don’t know why they separated the two after bringing them in as a team. Though, something tells me Rourke will ditch Mathers or something to show he has gone Heel.
