Instead of Dick Togo being out here, it’s the Murder Machine instead! Though, he prefers to be called “El Hijo de Dick Togo,” so there’s that… Eithe rway, Sho insists on speaking… “Oi, oi, oi! Osaka is a dump as ever. The worst place in Kansai by far! The food is terrible here! What the hell is good about takoyaki? I AM Dick Togo! And that means I’m the senior here. Shuji, Despy, you guys are my kouhai! And kouhai are supposed to listen to their senpai! And if you won’t listen, these guys will beat you up!” And then Evil & Fale attack! Sho laughs at them all for being idiots, and the brawl spills out of the ring!

The fans boo, Sho argues with the ref, and now things move into the crowd! Evil tears down the plastic railing to BOWL Despy into chairs! Shuji and Fale brawl off in another part of the crowd, and Despy SMACKS Evil with a fan’s hand fan! Despy thanks the fan as he hands her back her fan, then he goes back to Evil. But Evil CLAWS Despy’s face! Sho joins in and helps mug Despy! Fale and Shuji continue to brawl, Sho again distracts the ref, and Evil CHOKES Despy with camera cable! Then he CLAWS Despy’s back! Shuji SMACKS Fale! Fale CHOPS Shuji! Evil puts Despy back in the ring and the ref rings the bell.

The fans rally but Evil CLAWS Despy’s back! Evil stomps Despy, covers, ONE!! Another cover, TWO! A third cover, TWO!! Despy survives, but SHO rings the bell! Sho declares his team the winners, but the ref and the timekeeper tell him to cut it out! The fans boo, but Shuji chases Sho! Only for Fale to BODY BLOW Shuji! Fale drags Despy up, bumps him off buckles, then tags Evil. Evil has the merch shirt, and he CHOKES Despy with it! The fans boo, but Evil gets away with it while the ref is busy with Shuji. Cover, TWO! The fans rally behind Despy but Evil drags him up, just to TOSS him out! Evil then distracts the ref so that Sho can stomp away on Despy! Sho whips Despy hard into railing, then puts him back in the ring! Evil hurries to cover, TWO! Despy survives and Evil is frustrated, but Evil tags Fale. Fale storms up on Despy, stomps him down, then CLUBS him down. Then he BLASTS Shuji for good measure! Fale goes back to Despy and clamps on SHOULDER CLAWS!

Despy endures as Fale squeezes tight! The fans rally but Fale turns Despy away from the corner. Shuji storms in and CLUBS Fale! The fans cheer, but Fale ROCKS Shuji! Fale BODY BLOWS Shuji and Shuji tumbles out of the ring. Fale goes back to Despy, Despy fires body shots, then a haymaker! Despy fires more shots, then runs, but into a scoop and SLAM! Fale runs to BIG ELBOW FLOP as Despy moves! The fans fire up and Despy crawls, hot tag to Shuji! The fans cheer as Shuji BLASTS Evil! Evil almost falls on Sho! Shuji LARIATS Fale in the corner! Shuji runs to LARIAT Fale down!

The fans fire up again and Shuji calls to Despy. They try again, DOUBLE- NO, Evil BOOTS Despy away! Evil gets in the ref’s face, and Sho attacks! To no effect… Shuji storms upon Sho, but Sho DUMPS Shuji out! Fale YANKS Shuji down, stomps him, and Sho plants the Spoiler Choker on Despy! Evil points it out, the ref reprimands but Despy argues his innocence! Evil then LOW- NO! Despy stops the low blow to LOCO MONO! Then underhooks and PINCHE- NO! Evil fights free, wrenches, EVERY- NO! Despy slips through, O’Conner Rolls, with tights! TWO!! But into a CHAIR SHOT from Sho!! The fans boo but EVERYTHING IS EVIL!! Cover, House of Torture wins!

With Desperado & Shuji falling, that opens up some space at the top of the block. But will the Joker & Rook leave the War Dragons behind BARS? Or will Osaka see that Takagi’s & Drilla’s time has come?

The teams sort out and Oleg starts against Takagi. The fans rally up already as these two circle. They feel things out, fight for the clinch, but Oleg jukes Takagi. They go again, Oleg waistlocks then gut wrenches, but Takagi has the ROPEBREAK! The ref calls the break, Oleg lets go, but Takagi ELBOWS him! Takagi kicks and CLUBS Oleg, headlocks, but Oleg powers up and out! They RAM shoulders but neither man falls. Oleg runs now, and he RAMS Takagi! Takagi rebounds to RAM Oleg, Oleg rebounds, but into an ELBOW! Takagi runs, but Oleg RUNS him over! The fans cheer and Oleg brings Takagi up.

Oleg whips Takagi to the corner but Takagi reverses. Takagi runs in, but Oleg dodges! HIP- NO, Takagi arm-drags to counter! Takagi then dodges Oleg’s lariat to RUN Oleg over! But Oleg’s right up! The fans cheer the standoff, and Takagi backs up. Tag to Drilla, and Oleg tags Yano. Yano says hold on, Drilla is scary! Drilla is confused, and tells Yano to go for the corner pad then. Really? Then Yano offers Drilla a chance to take the other white corner pad. The ref reprimands, but they both go for the buckle pads! Yano unties his faster, and he SMACKS Drilla! The fans cheer, the ref reprimands, and Drilla just frowns.

Yano dodges Drilla, throws the buckle pad to Drilla, and while the ref reprimands, Yano claims he’s just too smart. But then Drilla throws the buckle pad back, and DROPKICKS Yano down! The fans cheer, Oleg runs in, but Drilla DROPKICKS him, too! Drilla then WRECKS Yano with a dropkick through the ropes! The fans cheer as Yano hits railing! The fans bark with Drilla, then he drags Yano up. Drilla puts Yano in the ring, KNEE DROPS, then covers, TWO! Drilla stays cool and the fans rally up. Drilla drags Yano up, whips him to the War Dragon corner, then tags Takagi. They double whip Yano to ropes, and DOUBLE SHOULDER TACKLE!

The fans cheer, and they join in with the “OI! WOOF! OI! WOOF!” Takagi ELBOW DROPS, then covers, TWO! Takagi clamps onto Yano with a chinlock and he squeezes tight! The fans fire up, Drilla snarls and runs, but into a CHOP! And CHOP! And DOUBLE CHOP! Drilla falls, but he’s right back up!? And he CHOPS and ROCKS on repeat! Drilla reels Oleg in, but Oleg’s still too big to suplex! Or is he!? Drilal gets Oleg up and over for the suplex! Takagi BLASTS Yano, Drilla covers, TWO! Oleg is still in this but the fans rally up for Drilla. Drilla goes to a corner, climbs up, but Oleg ROCKS Drilla first!

Oleg climbs up, gut wrenches, and SUPER GUT WRENCH SUPLEX!! Cover, Takagi breaks it! Takagi HEADBUTTS and HAMMERS away on Oleg’s side! Drilla climbs, Takagi brings Oleg up, but Oleg CLUBS and SHOVES Takagi into Drilla! Oleg fireman’s carries Takagi, then adds Drilla to the stack?! The fans go nuts, but Drilla slips free! The teams sort out and Yota starts against Hashi. The fans cheer and rally up with the bell. They duel between “YO~TA! YO~TA!” and “YOSHI-H’SHI! YOSHI-H’SHI!” The two tie up, Hashi waistlocks, but Yota wrenches out to wristlock. Hashi slips through, wrenches back, and hammerlocks, only for Yota to slip out the back. Yota full nelsons, spins Hashi to a cravat, then snapmares to headlock, only for Hashi to slip out the back. Hashi hammerlocks but Yota fires back elbows. Yota reaches back and brings Hashi around into a headlock. Hashi powers up and out, but Yota RUNS him over on the return!

The fans cheer while Yota paces. Yota whips Hashi to ropes, but Hashi grabs ropes to stop himself. Hashi BOOTS Yota away, Goto tags in, and Bishamon DOUBLE SHOULDER TACKLE! Then ZANMAI! The fans cheer but here comes Gabe! Goto kicks Gabe and snap suplexes him onto Yota! Gabe tumbles away, Bishamon stands Yota up, and “SE~ NO!” BEAT THE DRUM! The fans cheer, Goto stomps Yota, then Goto brings Yota up to CLUB him on the neck. Goto puts Yota in a corner, CHOPS him, then whips corner to corner. Goto runs up, Yota dodges, and Yota CHOPS in return! Yota gets space, but Gabe storms up to BITE Goto on the head!

The fans are torn but Red Shoes reprimands, and even Yota is upset with Gabe. Gabe SMACKS Goto off buckles, Yota basement DROPKICKS! Yota BLASTS Hashi for good measure, and Gabe drags Goto to the outside. Gabe whips Goto hard into railing! Then Gabe pulls railing apart so he can bring Goto into the crowd! Yota brings Hashi out to the other side, but also into the crowd. Gabe BOWLS Goto into chairs! Not quite a strike, but he keeps after Goto. Yota fires hands on Hashi, Gabe talks some trash, and Gabe soaks up cheers and jeers. Gabe drags Goto back to ringside, ROCKS him with a right, but Goto fires CHOPS in return!

Gabe SMACKS Goto down, Yota calls to Gabe, but Gabe whips Goto into more railing! Gabe backs off for Yota to handle now and the fans rally up. Yota puts Goto in the ring, then covers, TWO! Yota sits Goto around into a CAMEL CLUTCH! Goto endures and the fans rally up. Goto fights to get an arm free, but Yota lets go to then scoop and SLAM! Yota runs and SPLASHES DOWN! Cover, TWO! Yota WRECKS Hashi with a dropkick for good measure, then he goes back to Goto. Gabe wants in, Yota grins and brings Goto up. Yota whips Goto to the corner, then tags Gabe. Gabe CHOPS Goto, CHOPS him again, and CHOPS him again, and again, and again!

Gabe tops it off with a HEADBUTT, and he paces around. Gabe mocks Hashi with flexing, and now Yota sneaks a shot on Goto, Gabe brings Goto up, but Goto CHOPS, CHOPS, and CHOPS! Gabe CHOPS in return! Goto goes to a corner, Gabe whips him corner to corner, but Goto reverses! Only to run into a BOOT! Gabe runs, but Goto follows and LARIATS! The fans fire up while both men are down! Goto and Gabe crawl while the fans rally up, but Gabe chooses NOT to tag?! Goto hot tags Hashi! Hashi CLOBBERS Gabe, BLASTS Yota, and the fans fire up! Hashi whips Gabe to the corner, runs in, and ELBOWS!

Hashi then whips to ROCK Gabe, CHOP Gabe, and turn him for a NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Gabe stays in this and the fans rally up again. Hashi drags Gabe up, reels him in, but Gabe fights the fisherman! Gabe fires body shots, but Hashi ROCKS Gabe! Hashi runs, but Gabe catches him to a clinch! EXPLODER! The fans fire up while Gabe snarls, and they bark along with Gabe. Gabe drags Hashi up, reels him in, but Hashi fights the lift! Gabe CLUBS Hashi, tries again, but Hashi still resists. Gabe DOUBLE CHOPS Hashi on the back! Hashi just glares at Gabe! Hashi winds up and CHOPS! The fans fire up while Gabe grins.

Gabe comes back to CHOP! Hashi walks that off and comes back to CHOP! Gabe CHOPS, Hashi CHOPS, and repeat! The fans rally as the CHOPS go back and forth, but Gabe CHOPS Hashi high! Gabe talks trash and pie faces Hashi, but Hashi CHOPS! And CHOPS! And CHOPS again! Gabe wobbles, Hashi CHOPS again! And CHOPS again! Gabe staggers but he eggs Hashi on! So Hashi CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS! The fans fire up and Gabe staggers to ropes. Gabe snarls again, goes back and LARIATS Hashi! Cover, TWO!! Gabe gets moving, but Hashi BOOTS the Comebacker to LARIAT in return! The fans fire up while both men are down!

Gabe and Hashi crawl while the fans rally up. And this time, hot tags to Yota and Goto! Yota runs up but Goto LARIATS! Goto hurries after Yota in a corner, whips him corner to corner, then MURAMASA! And then SAIDO! Cover, TWO! The fans rally up and Goto storms over to Yota. Gabe fireman’s carries but Yota fights with elbows. Goto still powers Yota up! But Yota slips free! Goto RAMS Yota into the corner, then ducks down for Hashi to LARIAT! Hashi feeds Yota to Goto for the clinch. Hashi runs, GOTO GO TO HUNTER! Cover, Gabe breaks it! Gabe tells Yota, “Koi! <C’mon!>” But Hashi TOSSES Gabe!

Goto hauls Yota up, Hashi helps out, and G Y R! Cover, TWO!! Yota survives and the fans rally up again! Bishamon drags Yota back up, and now they try the dragon sleeper! But Gabe gets in and DECKS Hashi! Gabe BOOTS Goto, runs, but into the fireman’s carry! USHIGOROSHI! But Yota reels Goto in, ORANGE CRUSH! All four men are down and the fans are loving it! Gabe flops out of the ring, Hashi slowly rolls out, and the fans rally as Goto and Yota stir. The dueling between “GO~TO!” and “YO~TA!” is strong, but Yota fires a forearm first! Goto fires back, Yota fires again, and repeat! The forearms pick up speed and the fans rally again!

Yota ROCKS Goto, fires more shots, then ROCKS Goto again! But Goto catches Yota to a wrench and URA GTR! Goto runs, into a GENE TRIGGER! Yota adds a HEADBUTT! Goto falls, Yota roars, and the fans fire up again! Yota aims from the corner, but Gabe tags in! Gabe and Yota argue about who is getting the job done, but Goto runs up! Yota waistlocks, Gabe UPPERCUTS, and then Yota DECKS Goto! Hashi runs in, they both dodge, and they DOUBLE HEADBUTT! Then Gabe & Yota drag Goto up, DOUBLE SUPLEX! The fans fire up and Yota brings Goto back around. Gabe lines up the shot, and they DOUBLE KNEE SANDWICH!

Gabe and Yota get on the same page now, and they wait on Goto. Gabe runs, but Hashi anchors Yota! Goto ducks the Comebacker to UPPERCUT! And HEADBUTT! Gabe STRAIGHT RIGHTS, then clinches! Yota runs up, but Goto slips away, GENE BLASTER hits Gabe!! The fans fire up, Yota is stunned, and Goto fireman’s carries! FIERCE FLASH!! Bishamon then gets Gabe up, dragon sleeper, and SHOTO!! Cover, Bishamon wins!!

Winners: Bishamon, by pinfall (gain 2 points; Gabe & Yota earn 0)

It was for just a moment, but that smallest bit of dysfunction between the rivals cost them this win! Did this loss also just cost Gabe & Yota the playoffs?

As for Bishamon, Goto gets the mic first, and he thanks everyone for coming out tonight. “This February, I won the world heavyweight title for the first time right here in Osaka. But right now as you see, I don’t have that title. Some may think the Goto Revolution is over, but during that time, Yo-chan was always in my corner. And with your support, all of you were, as well. Plus, there’s someone who wanted to join the Goto Revolutionary Army, a young gun as well. The Goto Revolution is not over yet!” Goto looks to Young Lion, Katsuya Matsumoto, and says, “You are already a great Revolutionary.”

The fans applaud and Matsumoto nods in thanks. Goto continues with, “We, Bishamon, will take our fourth trophy. Nobody can stop us from doing what nobody has done before! Please continue to support us!” The fans cheer again, and Goto says, “Let’s end with the Goto G! What G? I know, I know. Matsumoto, you know what G I’m talking about.” Matsumoto thinks about it, and says “Tag” has a G in it! That’s right! Therefore, the G in World Tag League stands for GOTO! The fans cheer and Bishamon is leading the block, but will this still be their tournament for the taking?

My Thoughts:

Another great round for A Block, and even that last place match was awesome. But I should’ve figured Yujiro & Chase would cheat to get their win, and it probably will be their one win, I don’t see them beating Desperado & Shuji. Though who knows, because I’m not sure Despy & Shuji win their final match when they’re now 3-3 after getting cheated by Evil & Fale. Four teams at 4-2, and there are quite a few scenarios.

Bishamon and War Blaster are the other teams with wins over Evil & Fale, but we’re talking playoffs with two spots per block. I have a pretty good feeling that Evil & Fale cheat Yano & Oleg to win, but then they have to hope Taichi & Kojima can beat Gabe & Tsuji OR for War Dragons to beat Bishamon. Evil & Fale can get in as the second seed, unless both Bishamon and War Blaster win. Honestly, that’d be the best scenario, as Evil has his NEVER Openweight Championship to focus on.
