Lexy Nair is with Vanilla Baby, and she notes the tough loss for “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson to Ace Austin. How does that affect Blake’s focus for Survival of the Fittest? Blake says, “Affect me? I have been undefeated in ROH for over a YEAR! And how fitting is it that last year at Survival of the Fittest, Vanilla Baby was born. And this year becomes a big celebration when I become ROH World Champion. And as for Ace Austin, he got lucky against my boy, Lee Johnson. And I’ve been thinking, since I’m so familiar with Ace, who’s gonna be my first title defense? And I think I’m gonna skip Jay Lethal and go right to you, Ace.

“So you and me, Ace, for the ROH World Championship after I win Survival of the Fittest.” Vanilla Baby is confident as he’s ever been, but will he taste sweet, sweet victory? Or will he have a meltdown in tonight’s main event?

ROH Women’s Pure Championship Tournament Finals: Deonna Purrazzo VS Billie Starkz!

The Virtuosa is a true trailblazer, helping build the original Women of Honor Division, becoming the inaugural WOH Champion, and eventually becoming THE ROH Women’s World Championship in 2022. Perhaps following in her footsteps, the young Minion 400,237 & 3/4ths has risen up the ranks, becoming the inaugural ROH Women’s World Television Champion. It is a generational battle to crown another inaugural champion, but who is the one to make #Herstory immortal?

The introductions are made, the belt awaits, and we see whose legacy is most Pure!

The Code of Honor is upheld, the bell rings, and Deonna catches the cheap shot! Billie fights around, reaches out already, ROPEBREAK! Billie already uses her first and it’s not even 30 seconds in! Deonna smiles and the two reset. They tie up, go around, and Deonna puts Billie in the corner. The ref calls the neutral break, and Billie SHOVES Deonna! Then SPITS at her! Deonna shoves back, Billie shoves again! Billie dodges to waistlock but Deonna spins to hit a headlock takeover. Billie keeps her shoulders up, fights up and powers out, but Deonna RUNS her over! The fans cheer and Deonna keeps moving, but Billie drops down.

Deonna sidesteps Billie to arm-drag! Deonna has the armlock, drags Billie around, and shifts to chinbar. Billie endures, the fans rally, and Billie BITES Deonna’s thumb! Billie rises up, powers Deonna to a corner and pie faces her. Billie whips corner to corner, but Deonna goes up, around, and rolls her up, to then go for the arm! FUJIWARA ARMBAR! Billie rolls to a cover, TWO! Billie kicks and whips but Deonna reverses to TOSS Billie out! The fans cheer and Deonna builds speed! But Billie ducks the baseball slide! And she RAMS Deonna into barriers! The fans fire up and Billie throws off her armbands. Billie has the motorcycle stretch, and she STOMPS Deonna into the steel steps!

The ref reprimands Billie and checks on Deonna, and Billie drags her up into the ring. Billie fires up the fans, then has the Dublin Grin on Deonna. The fans rally, Billie clamps onto an arm and grinds the top wristlock. Deonna endures, fights up, but Billie CLUBS her! The fans rally and duel, Billie snap suplexes, then she floats to the cover, TWO! Deonna goes to a corner, Billie fires off forearms again and again! Billie hears the fans cheering Deonna and she grinds her forearm into Deonna’s face. The ref counts, Billie stops, and Billie whips corner to corner. LARIAT in the corner, then a DDT right out of it!

The fans cheer and Billie storms over to Deonna to cover, TWO! Billie already grows frustrated but she sits Deonna up. Billie half nelsons, can’t get the full, so she settles for the chinbar. The fans rally as Deonna endures. Deonna fights up, up, and arm-drags Billie away! Billie comes back, facelocks, but Deonna fights the lift. Billie CLUBS away on Deonna, Deonna wrenches free, and she short arm LARIATS! The fans rally, Deonna runs again, and she WRECKS Billie with that dropkick this time! Billie flounders on the floor but Deonna fetches her. Deonna whips but Billie reverses, and Billie POSTS Deonna!

Billie hobbles over and stands Deonna up to fire forearm after forearm against the post! The fans fire up as Billie fires a flurry! Billie then runs up, but Deonna ducks! Lariat hits POST! Billie clutches her arm, Deonna grabs the other, and Deonna WRINGS Billie out! Deonna refreshes the ring count, stalks Billie to commentary, and she stands on Billie’s hand! Ripcord and RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP into the desk! The fans fire up and Billie is practically stuck against that edge! Deonna puts Billie in the ring, stalks her, but Billie manages to SUPERKICK! Billie runs, but into a BOOT! Deonna then clinches, FLATLINER, and KOJI KLUTCH!!

Billie endures, pushes through to a cover, TWO! Billie blocks a kick to KNEE Deonna! Billie runs, ducks Deonna’s lariat, then wrenches to KNEE SMASH and HEEL KICK! Deonna LARIATS through! The fans fire up while both women are down! The fans rally up while Deonna and Billie stir. Billie crawls, the fans rally harder, and the two pull hair! Billie fires a forearm! Deonna fires back! Just short of 14 minutes, The Virtuosa completes the masterpiece, and she is truly the greatest technical wrestler in the ROH Women’s Division! Will Deonna continue to define ROH then, now, and forever? And of course, Queen Aminata steps out here to shake Deonna’s hand. They agreed that as soon as Aminata is 100%, she’d get her shot. 30 Minute Ironman Match: Lee Moriarty VS Nigel McGuinness!

Speaking of Pure Wrestling, we get another round from both these icons of technical wrestling. #TAIGASTYLE won the first time, but then Nigel used his technical wizardry to win that Technical Spectacle Fatal 4 Way. So to settle this once and for all, it isn’t even about Pure Rules or Pure Titles (though Nigel brings his OG Pure Championship with him), but about who has pure grit! Who proves they are truly pure ROH?

The Code of Honor is upheld, the bell rings, and the fans are already losing their minds over this dream rematch. The two circle, the clock is ticking, and the fans rally up again. The two tie up, Nigel clinches, but Lee slips through. Nigel still whips but Lee reverses. Nigel stops, goes under, dodges a kick, and waistlocks. Nigel baits Lee with chances for headlocks and a leg pick. Nigel then leapfrogs, then slides under, then trips Lee to get the toehold. Lee rolls to THROW Nigel, and Lee hurries to facelock. Nigel wrenches and WRINGS Lee in return! Nigel brings Lee up, the fans cheer, and Nigel snapmares.

Lee rolls through, wrenches, wristlocks, but Nigel spins and breaks Lee’s grip to slip through. Nigel waistlocks, Lee elbows free, but Nigel yoyos in the ropes! LET’S KILL- NO, Lee just steps aside. Nigel smirks as he pulls up on the lariat and the fans cheer. Lee and Nigel reset and circle again just 90 seconds in. The two tie up, Nigel wrenches and wristlocks again, but Lee spins, slips through, wrenches to wristlock, but Nigel wrenches through. Nigel slips through and wrangles Lee with a top wristlock! Lee kips up, Nigel wrangles him again, and repeat! Lee spins, stands, squats, and steps around to then use the British escape! Lee has the cravat and the fans cheer!

Nigel powers up and arm-drags, but Lee holds on! Nigel fights up, but Lee avoids the swim move to cravat again! Nigel powers Lee to the ropes, the ref counts, and both men let go. The fans applaud the sportsmanship as the two reset at three minutes. They feel things out, tie up, Nigel waistlocks to full nelson. Lee uses his own leg for leverage and breaks fere, then he hammerlocks. Nigel reaches back, headlocks, but Lee powers up and out. Nigel RUNS Lee mover, runs, but Lee drops down to then DROPKICK! But Nigel yoyos! Lee still dodges the lariat, O’Conner Roll, TWO! Nigel has the rollup, TWO!

The fans are stunned but Lee smiles. Nigel shakes out the arms, he may have taken the tactical approach so as not to suffer longer. Nigel and Lee reset, circle again, and the fans rally up again. But then Lee bails out as the fans sing for Nigel. Lee taunts the fans, but also maybe grinds time to make it harder on Nigel. Nigel offers to hold the ropes open for Lee, but Lee jumps up and over. Lee and Nigel reset, tie up, and Nigel facelocks. Lee endures, wrenches out, and wristlocks. We hit five minutes as Nigel spins, squats, drops, breaks the wristlock, and then wrangles Lee! The fans cheer, Lee fights around, ROPEBREAK!

Nigel lets go and Lee remembers, not Pure Rules, he has unlimited breaks. Lee then ankle picks! But Nigel twists Lee’s ear! The ref reprimands, Nigel lets go, and Nigel reels Lee in for a standing armlock and chinbar. Lee endures, rolls to arm-drag, and the fans applaud. Nigel sits up, fights around, and Nigel pushes on that armlock. But Lee has the cording hold to push back! Nigel tries again, Lee puts pressure on the cording hold, but then Nigel slips through and wrangles Lee to then SLAM the arm! The fans cheer and Nigel drags Lee up. Nigel wrenches Lee again, brings him down, and then steps over to HIP DROP the arm!

The fans cheer while Lee clutches the arm. Lee backs away to the ropes and Nigel gives him time. The two reset, Nigel shoots in to get the armlock, and he wrangles Lee, but Lee breaks the grip, spins and wrenches, but Nigel slips through to cravat, then UPPERCUT! The fans applaud and Lee backs off to the corner again. Nigel says clock is ticking, but Lee shakes out the arms. Nigel storms up, brings Lee out and wrenches, but Lee rolls, handsprings, and then wrangles Nigel into a COBRA TWIST! The fans cheer while Nigel endures! Nigel fights, clasps his hands together, and he breaks the twist to switch it onto Lee!

The fans cheer as now Lee endures the COBRA TWIST! Lee fights his way over, reaches out, ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, and Nigel borrows from Bryan Danielson: He has ’til five! Lee YANKS Nigel into the ropes! Then 619! The fans cheer as Lee shakes out his arms and goes up the corner. But Nigel trips Lee up! And then LONDON- NO, Lee pushes free and bails out! We’re approaching 10 minutes and Lee is playing good prevent defense. Nigel storms out after Lee, we only get a ten count here. Nigel makes sure to refresh that, and he taps Lee on the shoulder. Lee turns around, into a CHOP! The fans cheer but Nigel shakes out his hand.

Nigel drags Lee up, pushes him against the barriers, and RAMS him! And UPPERCUTS! Nigel gets space, he runs back in, and he UPPERCUTS Lee again! The ring count climbs, Nigel revels in the cheers, and he refreshes the count again. Nigel drags Lee up, puts him in the ring, but Lee catches Nigel to a cradle! LEE SCORES AGAIN!

Nigel is stunned, but Lee CLOBBERS Nigel! Lee CLUBS away, stomps him in the corner, but stops as the ref counts. Lee sneaks mule kicks, then swaggers across the ring. The fans fire up, Lee goes back to Nigel and drags him up. Lee whips corner to corner, Nigel reverses, wrenches, and HAMMERLOCK DDTS! Lee writhes, clutching the arm, but Nigel gets the arm. Nigel whips Lee, Lee sunset flips, but Nigel stays up! Nigel spins through and SLAMS the arm! Nigel then wrenches Lee, drops down, modified arm scissor! Lee endures, pushes up, stacks Nigel, TWO! Nigel keeps on the arm but Lee scuffs Nigel with his foot.

Lee fights up to another stack, TWO! Lee escapes to SPINNING TOEHOLD! Lee traps that leg, twists the other, and the fans rally as Nigel endures. Nigel’s shoulders are down, TWO as Nigel sits up! Nigel reaches out, the fans rally, but Lee puts on the pressure. Nigel kicks and pushes free, the fans rally for Nigel, and Nigel clamps on, LONDON DUNGEON! ROPEBREAK, Nigel lets go, but Nigel drags Lee up. Nigel puts Lee in a corner and YANKS the bad arm. Lee goes to another corner, but Nigel wrenches and WRINGS that arm hard! Lee writhes, Nigel sits him up, KICK to the back! The fans cheer, the kick was good!

Nigel stalks Lee, grabs the arm, and KNEE DROPS on it! Nigel CLAWS Lee’s face, reaches back, TWISTS an ear, then flips Lee over! Nigel has an arm trapped, he pulls on the other, and Nigel makes it a RECLINER! Lee flails, kicks, but he’s stuck! Lee rolls, goes for legs, but Nigel uses that to TWEAK Lee’s arm! We pass 15 minutes, Nigel gets Lee in a corner and puts him up top. Nigel throat chops, throat chops, and then throat chops again! Lee sputters, Nigel goes up, but Lee stops the lift! Lee pries free, body blow after body blow! Nigel falls back, Lee rises up, and Lee leaps! CROSSBODY! Cover, TWO!! Nigel survives but time is running out!

Lee staggers up, runs, but Nigel avoids the flash elbow! LONDON DUNGEON!! Lee fights, reaches out, ROPEBREAK! Nigel grows frustrated as Lee just keeps surviving! Nigel hurries to get Lee up, hammerlocks, and RAMS him into a corner! Lee slumps against the buckles but Nigel UPPERCUTS the bad arm! And UPPERCUTS again! Nigel hammerlocks, but Lee reverses to RAM Nigel now! And RAM him again! And again! Lee drags Nigel around, but Nigel fights the suplex! Nigel wrenches, UPPERCUTS the arm, and he whips Lee! We’re under 12 minutes left as Nigel CHOPS Lee! Lee CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS! Nigel pokes Lee in the eyes! The ref reprimands but the fans fire up! Nigel hurries after Lee, puts him in a corner, and UPPERCUTS! Nigel runs corner to corner, comes back, but Lee dodges! Lee runs in, but Nigel dodges! Lee POSTS himself! Nigel hurries to hook the arm, takedown and LONDON DUNGEON!!! LEE TAPS, Nigel scores!!

Nigel is finally on the board, but we’ve got just over 10 minutes left! Nigel stomps away on Lee, stomps that arm, and goes after it again, LONDON DUNGEON!! But Lee arm-drags, hooks Nigel in a high stack, and LEE SCORES AGAIN!

Lee: 3; Nigel: 1

Nigel is again stunned and the fans are torn! Nigel has to hurry now, and he brings Lee up. Nigel WRINGS the arm again, Lee is hurting, but Nigel hammerlocks him and STO on the arm! Lee writhes, Nigel looms over him, cover, ONE!! Lee eggs Nigel on so Nigel stands him up. Nigel wrenches the arm, wrangles Lee, we have 9 minutes left as Nigel drops a LEG on the arm! ARM SCISSOR! Nigel puts on pressure, Lee’s shoulders are down, TWO as Lee sits up! Nigel throws down an elbow, LONDON- NO, Lee fights the turnover, so Nigel drops into an ARMBAR! Nigel can’t hold on, maybe got hit down low, and Lee slips away.

“This is Wrestling!” as Lee and Nigel each clutch their hurting bodies. Both men rise up, and Lee UPPERCUTS! Nigel UPPERCUTS! The UPPERCUTS go back and forth and the fans rally up! Time ticks away as the UPPERCUTS go faster and faster! Lee UPPERCUTS again and again, then he puts Nigel in a corner for more UPPERCUTS! The ref counts, the fans are torn, but Lee lets off at 4. Lee whips Nigel corner to corner, shakes out the bad arm, but Nigel dodges his boot! KICK and CLUB! Cover, TWO! Lee survives again but Nigel is not deterred. Nigel sees the clock, he hauls Lee up, LONDON… DUNGEON!!

Lee endures again, fights around, but Nigel hooks the legs! TECHNICAL SPECTACLE!! Lee sees the clock, rolls back, but ends up in a TRIANGLE CHOKE! Lee tries to stack this, but Nigel is pushing back against his own legs! Lee makes it a stack after all, TWO! Nigel holds that Triangle Hold, but Lee finds fingers! Nigel shifts, to use the LEBELL LOCK!! Lee endures, reaches out, and he shifts around, ROPEBREAK!! Lee survives by a literal foot and we hit the final five minutes! The fans rally and Nigel wrenches, hammerlocks, and DDTS again! Nigel keeps after the bad arm, pushes Lee around, LONDON- NO, Lee flips it to a cover again, TWO!!! Nigel escapes, but the two stand off again!

Lee and Nigel feel things out, Lee with the Inoki leg guard! Nigel tries to figure out the puzzle, goes for a foot just to YANK the leg! Nigel gets the foot again to TWIST! Lee writhes but he still fights back. Nigel drags Lee, steps through, Lee kicks free! Lee ducks ‘n’ dodges, they bump into each other! Nigel yoyos, LET’S KILL IT!! Cover, TWO?!?! Lee survives and Nigel is stunned again! Lee bails out as we hit the last three minutes! Shane Taylor is there to coach Lee, and he also stands in Nigel’s way. The ref warns Shane, and Lee runs up! FACELOCK GUILLOTINE! Nigel endures, the ring count is climbing, and Lee lets go at 6!

Nigel flops down, Lee rolls into the ring! Nigel is still down at 8! Nigel springs to life and slides in, 9.9!! But now we hit the two minute warning! BORDER CITY STRETCH!!! Nigel rolls it?!? NIGEL SCORES!!!

Nigel is still a step behind but we have 90 seconds left! Shane says it’s fine, just focus on defense! The fans are rowdy as Nigel rises, and Lee shakes out the bad arm. Nigel CLUBS Lee, whips him corner to corner, but Lee reverses. Lee runs up, Nigel dodges and waistlocks! Lee holds the ropes, REAR HEADBUTTS, but Nigel comes back! Meeting of the minds and both men fall back! The final minute is here and the fans are thunderous! The fans rally but Shane tells Lee to just take time. Lee says nope, and Nigel drop toeholds him! SPLADLE! NIGEL SCORES!!!

We’re all tired up, and under 30 seconds!! Lee is panicked, Shane says he should’ve just listened! NIGEL ROLLS LEE! NIGEL SCORES AGAIN!!!

Lee: 3; Nigel: 4

Shane is furious that Nigel took the lead! But time is running out! The ref is checking Lee, and Shane DECKS Nigel!!! Shane shoves Nigel in but there’s only 4 seconds! Cover, LEE SCORES?!?!?

Lee: 4; Nigel: 4

BUT TIME IS UP!!! WE END ON A TIE!!! The fans call BS, and Lee only ties this up because of Big Bad Shaney T! The fans want sudden death overtime, they want Shane to be ejected, but Shane says better than a loss. Lee wants to talk with someone. Lee gets a mic, and he says, “Hey, hey, I don’t know where you think you’re going, Nigel! You challenged me to this match to prove who is the better wrestlers of the two of us. We a re 1-1 and that is not good enough! So get your ass back in this ring, cuz we’ve got a score to settle!” The fans like the sound of that! And so does Nigel! We ARE getting sudden death overtime!!

The bell rings again, and the fans are all fired up! Lee and Nigel get face to face, and then Nigel SLAPS Lee! Then rollup, with tights, TWO!! Lee staggers up, into a backslide! TWO! Lee stands, headlocks, but Nigel powers up and out to then sunset flip! TWO!! Lee survives again and the fans fire up! Lee hurries after Nigel now, headlocks, but Nigel powers up and out. Callis has his family sipping from the well of entitlement. But Moxley was raised on Ohio tap water! The fans cheer that! Moxley is “fortified by that Ohio tap water and Cheese Coneys. So, Konosuke Takeshita, tomorrow night, if you wanna gain any ground in this tournament, you are gonna have to take it by force!”

ROH Women’s World Television Championship: Mercedes Mone VS Red Velvet!

The CEO took the interim title from Mina Shirakawa, then she defeated The Chef when it was time to “unify” the belts. #UltiMone may have 13 belts, but is her luck about to run out? Or will the Money Train not stop for anyone?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who’s truly undisputed!

Velvet CLOBBERS Mone before the bell! The fans fire up as the scrap is on! Mone turns things around to rain down fists! Velvet rains fists back down, the fans duel, and both women get up! Mone aims with her TBS title, but the ref stops her! Mone is upset, but then Velvet cradles! The ref takes his time putting the TBS title aside, he’s missing it all! Velvet would’ve won twice over by now, but the ref’s finally there! TWO!! Mone and Velvet roll around and around, ONE, ONE, ONE, someone settles, TWO!! Mone kicks, Velvet blocks to ROCK Mone! But now Mone blocks and SLAPS Velvet! Velvet blocks another kick, she spins Mone to KNEE her! And SUPERKICK!

The fans fire up and Velvet STANDING MOON- FLOP! Mone dodges, runs, and BASEMENT CODE BREAKER! Cover, TWO! Velvet survives but Mone drags her up to then hit a BIG back suplex! Velvet endures, the fans rally, and Velvet rights up. Velvet fires body shots but Mone THROWS her down! The fans rally and duel while Mone stalks Velvet to a corner. Mone digs her boots in again, but stops at 4. Mone drags Velvet up, the fans rally and Velvet fires body shots. Mone KNEES Velvet low, snap suplexes, and that’s Una Amiga! And then Dos Amigas! The fans rally as Mone hits THREE AMIGAS! But she’s not done, she’s gonna do like she did Kris Statlander at Full Gear! But then Velvet fights the fourth so Mone THROWS her down! Mone wags her finger, steps on Velvet as she goes to the corner, and Mone climbs up.

Mone FROG SPLASHES, but onto knees! The fans fire up as Velvet goes to the corner and Mone flounders. Mone runs back up, though, and KNEES Velvet down! Cover, TWO! Mone shrieks in frustration, and she dribbles Velvet’s face off the mat! Then smears her face into the mat! Mone taunts Velvet, “You’re no champ. You’re pathetic.” Mone pushes Velvet around, says this is HER show, then stands Velvet up. Mone tells The Chef to get back in the kitchen and make Mone her dinner! But Velvet fires body shots and haymakers! Mone slips around, she ducks an elbow, but not the DDT! The fans fire up and Velvet runs to DOUBLE KNEE Mone in the ropes!

The fans fire up and Velvet YANKS Mone back, then wheelbarrows to BULLDOG! Cover, TWO! Mone is tougher than that but Velvet stays cool. The fans rally while Mone crawls to a corner. Velvet storms over, the fans chant “Stir It Up!” Velvet digs her boot in while mocking the CEO Dance! She does the splits, stirs it up, gets a taste, and then steps off at 4. Velvet then runs corner to corner, but Mone dodges! Mone gets Velvet in the ropes, DRAPING BACKSTABBER! Velvet flounders out of the ring to save herself and Mone is again frustrated. Mone builds speed and slides, but into the apron skirt trap! Velvet fires off fists on Mone and the fans fire up!

Velvet lets off as the ref counts, and she dumps Mone down! Velvet swings Mone, but Mone TIGER FEINT KICKS her for it! Then Mone goes up, and METEORA to the floor! Mone drags Velvet up, puts her in the ring, and the fans rally up again. Mone grins as she soaks up cheers and jeers, then steps in, only for Velvet to cradle! TWO, and both women hurry up! Mone hits a BACKSTABBER! Velvet flounders, Mone runs, METEORA against ropes! Cover, TWO! Velvet survives and the fans rally up again! Velvet crawls, slumps against Mone, but Mone huffs ‘n’ puffs in frustration. Mone looms over Velvet, even as Velvet swipes at her.

Mone drags Velvet up, Velvet fights the Gory Especial, and Velvet RAMS Mone into the corner! But Mone swings things around and SMACKS Velvet off the buckles! Mone puts Velvet up top, DOUBLE CHOPS her on the back, then climbs up. Mone hooks the arms for an elevate Gory Especial! But Velvet fights with elbows! The fans cheer as Velvet turns around, and ever so carefully tightrope walks, SUPER VICTORY ROLL! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives and now Velvet shrieks in frustration! The ref checks Mone, she is somehow still in this, but Velvet paces. Velvet drags Mone up, snap suplexes, and then roll through to a GROUND DRAGON SCREW!

Velvet runs, and STIRS IT UP!! Cover off the kick, TWO?!? Mone survives and Velvet is beside herself! Velvet winds up, but Mone stops the haymaker! And BACKSTABBER again! Then Mone gut wrenches, for CIPHER UTAKI! Cover, TWO!!! Velvet survives again and the fans are all fired up! Mone is freaking out, but she calms herself down to bring Velvet back up. Mone hoists Velvet up top, CHOPS her, then climbs up again. Mone scoops, but Velvet fires knees! Velvet turns around again, goes up top, but Mone CLAWS eyes! Mone gut wrenches again, and she’s gonna do Velvet like she did before! But Velvet SUPER RANAS through!!

The fans are thunderous and Velvet hits MAMA’S KITCHEN!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?! Mone survives and no one can believe it!! Velvet herself is reeling, but she calms herself down. The fans rally and duel, “STIR IT UP!” “C E O!” Velvet has the legs, Mone kicks her away, but Velvet comes back. Mone kicks legs, then YANKS Velvet into the ropes! Rollup and highs tack, TWO!! Velvet is still in this but Mone has had it with her! Gory Especial, MONEY- NO, Velvet slips through and wheelbarrows again! VICTORY ROLL FACEBUSTER!! Cover, TWO!!! Velvet is heated but Mone catches her in a victory roll! TWO, and Velvet has it! TWO!!

Both women stand, HEEL KICK! Cover, TWO! The “Quick Stir” didn’t do it, but time for another- NO! Mone stops the Kitchen to snapmare and STATEMENT MAKER!!! Vacant ROH World Tag Team Championships: Sammy Guevara & The Beast Mortos VS Adam Priest & Tommy Billington!

These titles have been on quite the roller coaster ride just this year. Dustin Rhodes goes down with injury, and the Spanish God decides to betray the Sons of Texas by choosing RUSH! But now El Toro Blanco has gone down with injury, so Sammy calls upon another LFI teammate to be his tag partner. But will Sammy and Mortos make it through this match and bring these titles to the main event? Or will #AllGenres and The Dynamite Kid shock the world by winning on their first try?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see who keeps things tranquilo!

The teams sort out and Tommy steps up right away. Sammy and Mortos poll the fans to see who should start. They cheer Mortos, but they boo Sammy! Sammy wants to double check. Mortos? “YAY~!” Sammy? “BOO~!” Well, fine, Sammy will start! The Code of Honor is not upheld as Sammy just flips Tommy off. The bell rings, the fans rally for Tommy, and the two circle. They tie up, Sammy waistlocks, and he SLAMS Tommy down! Sammy spins to soak up heat, then he struts around. Tommy stands up and the fans rally up. Sammy turns around into a CHOP! Tommy CHOPS again, but then Sammy dodges.

Tommy headlocks, Sammy powers up and out, but Tommy RUNS Sammy over! Tommy then headlocks again for the takeover and the fans cheer. Sammy fights around, Tommy has the cording hold, and Sammy tells commentary that Tommy is cheating! The fans rally, “We Want Mortos!” Tommy arm-drags Sammy, Sammy fights up, and Sammy CLAWS Tommy’s face! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Sammy soaks up the heat. Sammy says they have him, the Spanish God, the best wrestler on the entire roster! Sammy headlocks, Tommy powers up and out, hurdles and then MONKEY FLIPS! The fans fire up, and Tommy hops on for a sleeper and ROLL?!

Tommy has Sammy caught in a STUMP PULLER! Sammy fights free, hurries out of the ring, and Tommy waits on him. Sammy slowly returns, and he points to Mortos. The fans cheer for “BEAST! BEAST! BEAST!” Sammy winds up, and he tags Mortos in! Tommy tags Priest and Priest RAMS Beast, but he practically bounces off him! Mortos eggs Priest on, Priest CHOPS! And CHOPS! Mortos shoves Priest, eggs him on more, so Priest stomps a foot! Priest headlocks, Mortos powers up and out, but Priest dodges! Priest CHOPS away in the corner, then climbs up to rain down fists! The fans count, Priest says oh now they cheer! He winds up at nine, but Mortos grabs him!

Mortos carries Priest off the corner to THROW him down, and Sammy gets on commentary?! Sammy says Mortos IS a beast! That’s why LFI is unstoppable! Tonight, the tag titles stay with them! Mortos suplexes but Priest fights it! Sammy says unfortunately for the viewers, Sammy has to go do work so we’re stuck listening to Caprice and Riccaboni. Priest reaches out, tag to Tommy! Tommy climbs up to FLYING SUNSET FLIP! Mortos wobbles, Priest DROPKICKS him into the cover! TWO, but Tommy HEADBUTTS! Tommy whips and DROPKICKS! Cover, ONE!! Tommy keeps on Mortos, he tags Priest, and they double whip.

The fans rally as Mortos breaks the lariats, but then runs into a DOUBLE BACKDROP! Sammy protests as Tommy GOURD BUSTERS Priest onto Beast! Cover, TWO! Mortos is tougher than that but Priest stays cool. Priest brings Mortos up, UPPERCUTS, and he headlocks. Mortos powers up and out, but Sammy KNEES Priest! Mortos then CLOBBERS Priest! And he BLASTS Tommy! The fans fire up with Mortos, and he drags Priest up to snapmare and NECK TWIST! Priest writhes, Mortos covers, TWO! Mortos drags Priest up, wrenches, and he tags Sammy. The fans boo but LFI mugs Priest. Sammy soaks up more heat while Priest staggers.

Sammy intercepts Priest to RAM him into a corner! Sammy snap suplexes, covers, TWO! Sammy stomps Priest down, drags him up, and scoops to SLAM! Sammy points to the corner but the fans boo. Sammy climbs up, says he’s loco, and then hops down just to SUPERKICK! The fans boo but Sammy grins. Sammy tags in and the fans cheer! Beast drags Priest up to SMACK him back down! Priest flounders all the way out of the ring, and Mortos goes out to CHOP him! Priest CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS, but Mortos kicks low! Mortos shoves Priest in, tags Sammy back in, and the fans boo. LFI double whips Priest to the corner, then Mortos send Sammy in.

Priest pops Sammy up but Sammy lands on the apron. Sammy ROUNDHOUSES Priest, Mortos spins Priest around, BACKSTABBER! Sammy goes up to DIVING STOMP! Then he BLASTS Tommy for good measure! Cover, TWO! Sammy soaks up more heat, then tags Mortos back in. The fans cheer Mortos and he drags Priest up. But then Mortos tags Sammy back in and the fans boo. Sammy CHOPS Priest, tags Mortos back in, and the fans cheer! Mortos SMACKS Priest, then climbs up the corner! Mortos rains down fists and the fans count along! Mortos winds up, but Priest BITES Mortos’ hand! And he ELBOWS Sammy!

Sammy grabs Priest, Mortos runs back in, and he SMACKS Priest back down! Tag to Sammy, the fans boo, and Sammy CHOPS! Tag to Mortos, the fans cheer! Priest kicks but Mortos SMACKS back! Tag to Sammy again, but Priest ELBOWS him down! And he BOOTS Mortos! Priest leaps, FLYING DDT on Mortos! The fans fire up while both men are down! Priest crawls, reaches out, and he rises up to hot tag Tommy! The fans cheer as Tommy LARIATS Sammy, arm-drags Mortos, then arm-drags Mortos again! Headlock on Sammy, and he hits a TAKEOVER RANA COMBO! Tommy hurries up a corner, MISSILE DROPKICK on Mortos!

Tommy hurries to cover, TWO! The fans fire up and Tommy brings Mortos up. Tommy runs, but Sammy JUMP KNEES outta nowhere! Sammy feed Tommy to Mortos, POP-UP SAMOAN DROP! Sammy BLASTS Priest for good measure, Mortos covers Tommy, TWO! Mortos snarls and the fans rally up. Tommy goes to ropes, Mortos brings him up, and Sammy climbs! Mortos Electric Chair Lifts Tommy, but Tommy victory rolls to avoid Sammy! Cover, TWO! Tommy dodges Sammy again and hot tags Priest! Priest goes up and he MISSILE DROPKICKS Mortos into Sammy! Priest whips Mortos to a corner and CHOPS!

Priest whips corner to corner, Mortos reverses, then Mortos runs in, only for Priest to dodge! Mortos’ knee hits buckles and he tumbles out of the ring! Scorpio rains down fists on Dean in the corner, and he goes to TEN fast! Then he BITES Dean’s forehead! The ref reprimands, Scorpio brings Dean over, tag to Darius. They double whip to then ELBOW down! Darius arm-drags Dean, wrenches him, and CHOPS him! Tag back to Scorpio, he goes up to STOMP the arm! Scorpio wrenches Dean, tags Dante, and Dante jumps, rolls, and LEAPFROG ATTACKS the arm!

Darius slingshots up and over and he throws hands and CHOPS on The Infantry! Then ENZIGIRI for Dean, and a LARIAT to send Carlie up and out! Carlie tumbles, Darius runs up and BLASTS Shane! He BOOTS Dean, goes up, then leaps over Dean to then dodge, redirects, and STANDING SPANISH FLY! Then he DIVES onto Shane! The fans fire up as Air Wolf bulldozes STP! But then Carlie DAREDEVIL DDTS Darius down!

The fans fire up as Carlie kips up and gest on the barrier! Carlie fires Columbus up for STP, then he drags Darius up to put in the ring. Dean is there to stomp Darius, then cocky covers, TWO! Dean drags Darius up, bumps him off buckles, and tags Shane. Shane CHOPS Darius and the fans fire up! Dean says, “That’s a man! That’s a man right there!” Shane stalks Darius, but Darius CHOPS! Shane shakes his head, that’s not the same as his chop. Darius CHOPS, Shane BODY BLOWS! And BODY BLOWS! And BODY BLOWS again! The ref counts, Shane BODY BLOWS yet again! Shane whips Darius hard into the corner!

Darius falls back, Shane taunts Christopher Daniels, then he taunts Darius. Shane drags Darius up, talks trash, but Darius fires body shots and UPPERCUTS! Darius CHOPS, and CHOPS, but Shane shakes his head. Shane bobs ‘n’ weaves and HEADBUTTS! URENAGE! Then SPLASH DOWN! Cover, TWO! Darius toughs it out but Shane tags Dean. Feed to the SLINGSHOT SPEAR! Cover, TWO! Darius is still in this but Dean stomps him down. Tag to Carlie, The Infantry gets Darius up to double whip. Darius KICKS Dean, SMACKS Carlie, then fires off more hands! Carlie shoves, wrenches, clinches, and SUPERKICK into the SIDEWINDER! Cover, TWO!

The fans rally as Darius survives again. Carlie clamps onto Darius for a GROUND COBRA, and Carlie HAMMERS Darius to the beat of “S T P! S T P!” Carlie then kicks Darius around, bumps him off buckles, and he tags Shane. Shane tags Dean, The Infantry sends Shane in for a SPLASH! Carlie whips but then “PSYCH!” Dean is sent to BLAST Scorpio & Dante while Carlie SPLASHES Darius! Dean runs in now, JUMP ELBOW! Then Dean FLIES to take out Dante for good measure! The fans fire up as Dean goes Top Gun! Dean then returns to the ring, but Darius DROPKICKS him down! The fans rally as both men crawl!

Dean and Darius reach out, hot tags to Carlie and Dante! Angel Dorado bobs ‘n’ weaves to fire off haymakers on Bad News & Tattoos! Then he runs, uses Carlie as as step, POETRY IN FLIGHT to take out Shane! Carlie is mad now, and he runs up, only for Dante to go up, out, and around! GAMANGIRI! Dante springboards to CANNONBALL Carlie! Dante keeps going, he box jumps to SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY onto Shane! Mule kick for Dean! SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY on Carlie! Cover, TWO! The fans fire up for the one man shock ‘n’ awe, but Dante gets Carlie up. Dante whips, Carlie reverses, and TRISH ADORA trips him up!

The fans boo as AfroPunk tips the scales, and does the “Shmoney dance” just to taunt Dante. Carlie runs, but now LEILA GREY trips him up! The Last Baddie Standing and the AfroPunk get in the ring! The fans fire up as Adora pokes Leila. Leila takes off her heels! Adora pie faces Leila, so now the earrings come off! Leila THESZ PRESSES Adora for fast hands! The fans are all fired up as these two scrap all the way out of the ring! But then OGOGO gets in the ring! But then so does The Fallen Angel! Daniels may be retired, but he can still hit ANGEL’S WINGS!! The fans are thunderous, and now Dante and Carlie stagger around.

The fans fire up, Carlie runs up, but Dante jumps up and over! Darius SLINGSHOTS Carlie into the CUTTER from Dante! Cover, Dean breaks it! Dean drags Dante up, whips, but Dante reverses to TOSS Dean! Tag to Darius, Shane storms in! Darius kicks, Shane blocks to KNEE him down! Dante springboards, TORNADO DDT on Shane! But Carlie RAMS Dean, and slingshot CUTTERS on his own! Carlie dodges Scorpio, then CARLIE CROSSOVER! Carlie dodges Darius, Darius back shim up, Dean runs up! Darius puts Dean on the apron, rolls, but Dean tags in! PELE on Carlie, Dean slingshots, but Darius KICKS the spear down!

Darius hauls Dean up, suplexes, but Dean waistlocks. They go to ropes, and Shane SMACKS Darius! Dean rolls Darius, with tights! STP WINS!!!

The bell rings and fans taunt Ricochet with “BALD! BALD! BALD!” Castle offers a Code of Honor handshake, but Ricochet says he’s not touching the hand. Castle says in ROH, you follow the damn Code of Honor! Ricochet says fine, and he forces himself to shake Castle’s hand. The fans cheer, but Ricochet wipes his hand off. Castle bails out and Ricochet poses. Castle shimmies and shakes it off and double checks the ring count. AEW title, AEW rules, so it’s a 10. Castle hustles back in, but then hops back out. The fans cheer and Castle flexes. Castle claps it up with his “Boys,” and they clap train around the ring. It’s just not the same without The Boys, Brandon & Brent, but the fans still cheer as the train gains speed. Castle then slides in, but slides out to avoid Ricochet’s elbow! Castle then leg picks, gator rolls, and waistlocks to gator roll again! And again! Castle ELBOWS away, then SPLASHES down! The fans cheer and Castle waistlocks to drag Ricochet up.

Ricochet fights but Castle holds onto the waistlock to roll him again. Castle holds Ricochet down, and he says he’s gonna make Ricochet poop his pants?! The fans cheer for that but Ricochet panics while Castle squeezes with the BEARHUG! Castle CLUBS and SLAPS Ricochet around! Castle then SPLASHES down! And he gut wrenches to shake Ricochet around and around. Ricochet fights free, blocks a shot, but not the BACK ELBOW! Ricochet tumbles out, throws a fit, and then he BOOTS a Boy down! The fans boo and Castle is furious! Castle hurries out while the others fan off the fallen Boy.

The fans tell Ricochet he done messed up! Castle runs up, Ricochet gets his leg! HOTSHOT on the knee, then Ricochet FOSBURY FLOPS! The fans are torn but Ricochet stares down the front row. Ricochet mocks the fans for having no chants now, then he argues with the ref. Ricochet gets Castle up and into the ring, then CLUBS him down! Ricochet runs and CLUBS him again! Ricochet AX HANDLES Castle down. Ricochet then runs, STONE COLD ELBOW! The fans boo but Ricochet says shove it! Ricochet stomps Castle, mocks the Peacock by flapping wings like an eagle. The fans have a chant now: “RICO-S*IT!”

Ricochet kicks Castle, shoves him, and CHOPS him down! Then he KICKS Castle in the back! Cover, ONE!! Castle fires up but Ricochet is on him first. Castle blocks the buckle bump, so Ricochet CLUBS him in the back! The fans rally for Castle and insult “RICO-S*IT!” Castle ROCKS and CHOPS Ricochet and the fans fire up! Castle ROCKS Ricochet again, CHOPS him in the corner, then fires off fast hands! The ref counts, Castle KNEES Ricochet again and again, then whips corner to corner. Castle runs up, blocks a boot, but Ricochets reels Castle in and jumps over! JUMP KICK, leg sweep, COMBINACION CABRON!

The fans boo as Ricochet mocks Naito with tranquilo, then he covers, TWO! Ricochet soaks up heat, then he stalks Castle to the ropes. Ricochet drags Castle to the drop zone, goes up the corner, but Castle slow rolls away! The fans cheer and Ricochet is annoyed. Ricochet goes out the side to intercept Castle, and he puts Castle back in. Ricochet calls his shot as he climbs, but Castle slow rolls away again! The fans cheer, Ricochet is frustrated, and Ricochet storms after Castle. Ricochet puts Castle in, “GOING UP!” But then he sees Castle is already rolling, so he goes to the far end. The fans chant “ROLL FOREVER!” as Ricochet slides in.

Castle snatches Ricochet to the gator roll! And gator roll! And gator roll! Deadlift, but Ricochet elbows free! Handspring, but into a waistlock! GERMAN SUPLEX! Both men are down and the fans fire up! A standing count begins, and Castle roars as he rises up! Ricochet stands, but Castle shoots in for a THROW! The fans fire up with Castle again, and he storms up on Ricochet. Castle blocks a kick, YANKS Ricochet in, ATHLETIC PLEX! The fans fire up with Castle and he runs corner to corner to KNEE! And LARIAT! And then SLING-DOG! Cover, TWO! Ricochet survives but Castle has the wristlock.

Castle drags Ricochet up, the fans rally, and he KNEES Ricochet in the face! Castle Alabama Lifts, but Ricochet sunset flips it! Cover, Castle rolls through! Ricochet reels him in, but Castle powers free! Ricochet wrenches and DREAMCAST KICK! Then LIONSAULT! Cover, TWO! STANDING SHOOTING STAR! Cover, TWO!! Castle survives and the fans fire up! Ricochet taunts the fans, they taunt him with “BALD! BALD! BALD!” Ricochet aims from a corner, locks ‘n’ loads, SPIRIT- NO, Castle ducks! And Alabama Lift! BANGA- RANA!! Ricochet is up to V-TRIGGER! Then a SLICED BREAD! Cover, TWO!! Castle survives again!

The fans fire up while Ricochet is shocked! Ricochet is also frustrated, and he thinks on what he has to do now. Ricochet drags Castle to the drop zone, then BUZZSAWS him down! Ricochet goes up the corner, and up, and PHOENIX SPALSH, but he has to roll through as Castle moves! Castle pops Ricochet up, but Ricochet grabs the corner! Ricochet gets to the apron, blocks a shout to ROUNDHOUSE, then he brings Castle up. Ricochet aims for the outside?! Ricochet suplexes, but Castle lands on the apron! Castle suplexes, Ricochet lands in the ring! Ricochet suplexes, Castle goes to the other side of the corner!

Castle drags Ricochet out to the apron, they scrap, and Ricochet ROUNDHOUSES again! Ricochet runs up, but Castle clinches! APRON EXPLODER! Both men fall to the floor, but Castle rises back up! The fans fire up with Castle, and he brings Ricochet back around. Castle just THROWS Ricochet on the floor! Castle then drags Ricochet up to put him in the ring, and he hurries to lift again! But Ricochet slips free, rolls Castle, with tights! TWO!! Alabama Lift! BANGAAAARANG!!! Cover, TWO?!?! Ricochet survives and Castle cannot believe it! Ricochet flounders out of the ring, stumbles around, and Castle hurries after him.

Ricochet shoves Castle, then throws a Boy at him! Ricochet hurries into the ring, Castle hurries after, SPIRIT GUN!!! Cover, Ricochet wins!

ROH World Championship Survival of the Fittest: Bandido VS Blake Christian VS Sammy Guevara VS The Beast Mortos VS Hechicero VS Komander!

The Most Wanted was meant to face El Toro Blanco 1v1, but as mentioned earlier tonight, an injury has sidelined Rush once again. But as Vanilla Baby put it not too long ago, Rush’s misfortune is everyone else’s gain! But will Blake be undefeated even through this insane six way match? Will the conspiracy of Sammy, Mortos y Hechicero succeed? Or will the Ace of Space prove he has what it takes, just like he did one year ago?

All six introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who overcomes the odds here in Ohio!

The bell rings and the alliance already groups together. Bandido and Komander decide to counteract that, and the fans cheer them on. Sammy gets on the corner, but fans boo him like before. Bandido stands on the corner, the fans cheer! Sammy gets back on the corner, the fans boo. The fans rally up for “BEAST! BEAST! BEAST!” Mortos stands on the corner and they cheer! Sammy stands on the corner, they boo. Hechi stands on a corner, the fans cheer! Sammy gets more boos. Blake bails out as the essential odd man out, but Bandido and Komander pursue. But then the alliance attacks them 3v2!

The fans boo, Blake backs off, and the mugging continues. Sammy CHOPS Komander, flexes, and talks more trash. Sammy then whips Komander hard into railing! Hechi stomps Bandido, Blake watches from the stage, and Mortos puts Komander in the ring. Mortos snapmares Komander, Hechi BOOTS Bandido out of his seat! Sammy claws at Komander’s mask! The fans boo as Sammy RIPS at the mask! Komander holds on for dear life, but he just gets mugged again! Hechi keeps after Bandido on the outside while Mortos CHOPS Komander! The fans cheer Mortos, they boo Sammy, and Hechi leaves Bandido behind to help his amigos.

Mortos snapmares Komander, he and Hechi stomp away, and Blake cheers them on. But then he gets their attention, and realizes he’s 3v1. Blake says hold on, guys, he didn’t mean anything by it. But now he’s surrounded! He goes up and over Hechi to APRON SPEAR! Then he GAMANGIRIS Mortos! Sammy runs up, Blake dodges, shifts, redirects, handsprings, but Sammy hurdles, backflips, and DROPKICKS! Blake tumbles out, the fans boo, but Sammy soaks it up. Sammy struts, poses, and builds speed. But Blake slingshots in and STANDING SPANISH FLIES! Cover, TWO! Sammy survives but now Blake swaggers.

Mortos is back, he runs up, SLING-DOG! Then he gets Blake up to whip and scoop, CIPHER UTAKI! Jay Lethal is seen watching this backstage and he continues to be disappointed in Blake. Sammy, Mortos y Hechi regroup and high-five. They stand together, but then Sammy SUPERKICKS Hechi! LFI over DCF, SPEAR from Mortos! The fans fire up, but then Sammy HAMMERS away on Hechi! Mortos stomps Hechi, Sammy joins in, and they drag Hechi up. Mortos winds up, and he SMACKS Hechi down! The fans fire up and Sammy pats Mortos on the back. LFI puts Hechi in a corner, the fans cheer Hechi on and he fires CHOPS!

Mortos SMACKS Hechi, he and Sammy stomp mudholes in, and the fans boo. Mortos goes to the other corner, Sammy whips him in, but Hechi dodges to wrench and redirect him! LFI collides, STEP-UP KNEE for Mortos! Scoop and BACKBREAKER for Sammy! The fans fire up with Hechi, but then Komander y Bandido DOUBLE FLYING ARM-DRAG! they DOUBLE SUPERKICK Hechi, and Blake returns. Blake says he’s go this! FOSBURY TOPE on Hechi! Blake puts Hechi in, he tells Bandido and Komander they should work together now. Bandido and Komander say yeah, no. DOUBLE KICKS on Blake!

The fans fire up as Bandido y Komander whip Blake in, Komander SPLASHES and Bandido BACK ELBOWS! Komander runs at Hechi but is put on the apron! Bandido dodges Hechi, sends him at Blake, then dodges them both! Bandido says dance, partner! Bandido does a dance, goes up and up, TORNILLO! Down go both Blake and Hechi! The fans fire up and Bandido gives Komander the boost! Salute and DOUBLE DDTS! The fans fire up with Komander and Bandido, and now these two are alone in the ring. The fans fire up for them both, Bandido whips Komander so he can run, tilt-o-whirl, pop-up, and then balances so he can SUPER TRUST FALL onto Blake, Hechi y Sammy!

Bandido FOSBURY FLOPS onto Mortos! The fans fire up and Bandido goes back to the ring. He and Komander meet again, and the fans rally as the amigos stare down. But then Blake runs up, they kick him! And double whip, DOUBLE ELBOW, then another whip for a DOUBLE HIP TOSS FACEBUSTER! Then wheelbarrow and lift, torture rack, ASSISTED BACKBREAKER! Then they sit Blake up, Bandido gives Komander the boost to DROPKICK Blake! AND RANA Hechi! The fans fire up and the amigos are alone again. They talk it out, but Sammy JUMP KNEES Bandido! And SUPERKICKS Komander!

The fans boo but Sammy says HE will be the “effin’ World Champion!” But he gets double kicks for all his gloating! The amigos double whip, Sammy reverses to send Bandido away, but Bandido dodges and Komander trips Sammy up! Bandido torture racks, X-KNEE, and then CIELITO LINDO!! Cover, Komander ELIMINATES Sammy! The fans cheer as Everyone’s (least) Favorite Pillar is the first one out. But then Mortos runs up and he CLOBBERS Bandido y Komander! POP-UP SAMOAN DROP on Komander! Torture rack for Blake, BACKBREAKER DROP! Hechi runs up, Mortos dodges, SPEAR!!

The fans cheer on “BEAST! BEAST! BEAST!” Mortos runs up on Komander but Komander GAMANGIRIS! Komander springboards and FLYING POISON-RANAS!! Bandido GERMAN SUPLEXES Mortos! Both amigos stand, but Blake is up top! Blake uses them as steps to get a DESTROYER on Mortos! Hechi LARIATS Blake, DOUBLE LARIATS Bandido y Komander, then runs up to RANA DRIVER!! Mortos! Cover, Hechi ELIMINATES Mortos! The fans boo but now there are no more LFI! We’re already down to four, Hechi STEP-UP KNEES Blake! Hechi sits Blake down, but Komander runs up to kick Hechi!

Komander hops on, but Hechi stops the Code Red to make it a POWERBOMB! Then he body scissors Bandido, cradle, TWO, but REVERSE MONKEY FLIP into the ARMBAR!! Blake storms up, but Hechi catches him to a cradle?! DOUBLE COVER, TWO!! Blake and Bandido each escape and the fans rally up. Hechi rises up, he goes for Komander, and he CHOPS! The fans rally, Hechi UPPERCUTS Komander, and he BOOTS Bandido! Hechi runs up, Komander dodges, and he sweeps Hechi’s legs out! Blake runs up on Bandido but Bandido TOSSES him! Komander GAMANGIRIS Hechi, Bandido fireman’s carries!

Komander goes up, Bandido WASTELAND SLAMS Hechi! Bandido and Komander both go up, but Blake goes after them both! Blake then slips around, SUPER POISON-RANA SPANISH FLY COMBO!! Blake then runs up on Hechi, springboard and CUTTER! Blake runs, handsprings, LETHAL INJECTION on Komander!! Cover, Blake ELIMINATES Komander! Revenge from last year’s Final Battle, and now Blake’s odds improve by just that much. The ref checks on Bandido, he is okay to continue, so Blake waits on him. Bandido slowly rises up, Blake signals to Hechi that they should work together. Hechi agrees, and he CHOP BLOCKS Bandido!

Blake stomps away on Bandido, digs his boot into Bandido’s neck, and Hechi drags Bandido around. Hechi drags Bandido’s leg into the ropes, and he STOMPS it! Bandido writhes, the fans are torn, but perhaps so is Bandido’s leg. Hechi goes up, dazzles with his magic, but says no mas! But then Blake rolls Hechi! TWO, and Bandido rolls Blake up! TWO, and Hechi rolls Bandido up! TWO!! Hechi BOOTS Blake, SMACKS him down, then runs up on Bandido. Bandido DUMPS Hechi, Blake runs up, SUPERKICK on Hechi! Bandido runs, and he uses Blake to get up and FLYING RANA Hechi to the floor!

The fans go nuts, Bandido goes to the apron, but Blake runs up! Bandido pops Blake up, FLAPJACK onto Hechi!! The fans are fired up with Bandido as he rises up! Bandido has his choice, and he drags Blake into the ring. Bandido goes up, up, and Latino Heat! FROG SPLASH!! Cover, TWO!! Blake survives, Bandido is stunned, but the fans fire up again! Then Hechi hammerlocks Blake to swing him, WIZARD BACKBREAKER! All three men are down and the fans fire up back up! “This is Awesome!’ as Hechi rises, and NAVARRO DEATH ROLL on Blake’s legs! Blake endures, fights around, pries the hold open, so Hechi abandons him to jump on Bandido! ROPE SLEEPER! Blake is up, Bandido BOOTS him away! Blake comes back, Bandido jumps up, and he sunset flips Blake! Bandido ELIMINATES Blake!!

The fans fire up and Blake is stunned! As confident as he came into this, Blake is out! And he fires off hands! Blake’s a sore loser! The ref reprimands, but Blake has Bandido’s bad arm! DARK SACRIFICE!! Blake leaves his mark on this match, and now Hechi has a bull’s eye to target for! Hechi goes after Bandido and he drags him up. Hechi CLUBS away on the arm, and he WRINGS it out! Hechi leaves Bandido behind to drag the steel steps over. The fans boo and the ref wants Hechi to hold on. Medical needs to check Bandido. Doc Sampson checks the arm while Hechi paces. The fans rally for Bandido but Hechi wants a decision.

Hechi gets impatient, the ref keeps him back, but what is the answer? Bandido is frustrated one way or another, and he manages to rise up. Hechi is chomping at the bit, and he grabs a chair! Hechi brings the chair, the ref tells him to stop that! They argue over the chair, Hechi is furious again, but Bandido is up! Hechi and Bandido fire shots! The fans fire up as Bandido CHOPS, CHOPS, and CHOPS! But Hechi DROPKICKS Bandido down! Hechi tells fans to shut up! Then he CHOPS Bandido in the corner! The fans rally harder for Bandido but Hechi SMACKS Bandido again and again! And again!

Hechi whips corner to corner, Bandido manages to reverse and LARIAT! Bandido runs, Hechi follows, STEP-UP KNEE! Bandido flops to the apron, Hechi goes out after him, and he brings Bandido up. Hechi suplexes, and APRON FALCON ARROWS! Bandido flops back down and Hechi talks trash right to the camera. Hechi then brings the steel steps around, sits them up on their side, and then goes back to Bandido. Hechi CLUBS Bandido, drags him back up to the apron, and he reels Bandido in. Bandido fights the lift, and then Alabama Lifts! But Hechi fights free, fires shots, and he HEADBUTTS Bandido even!

Hechi runs up, STEP-UP KNEE! Bandido slumps back onto the steps, and Hechi slingshots! ELBOW DROP only gets steel as Bandido moves! The fans fire up as Hechi tastes his own medicine! Bandido then builds speed and DIVES to wipe Hechi out at the ramp! The fans fire up again and Bandido hurries to put Hechi in the ring. Bandido climbs, aims, and SHOOTING STARS! Cover, TWO!!! Hechi survives and the fans are all fired up! Hechi eggs Bandido on, so Bandido CHOPS! Bandido fires up and eggs Hechi on! Hechi insults Bandido, so Bandido CHOPS! Hechi shoves Bandido to FLAPJACK! Then a chicken wing and roll, into the ROLLING NELSON CRADLE! Cover, TWO!!!

Bandido escapes by nanoseconds and Hechi is frustrated. The fans rally up, Hechi and Bandido rise, and Bandido runs! He manages to wheelbarrow, and he pops up to the shoulders to POISON-RANA! Bandido keeps moving, but Hechi tilt-o-whirls, only for Bandido to cradle! BANDIDO WINS!!

ROH Media catches up with Mercedes Mone.

They find Mone clutching her TBS Championship while she sits on a spare staircase. The reporter says it was a tough loss, but being down to 12 belts isn’t so bad. Maybe 13 was just unlucky. Mone seethes for a moment, but then calms down. Leila walks in and tells Mone, from one Baddie to another, Mone’s still one badass b*tch. Mone tells Leila to GTFO! Who does she think she is!? Uh, she’s Leila Grey, the Last Baddie Standing. And she may just be the next TBS Champion. Is Mone doing anything tomorrow? NO! Get outta here! Mone is leaving Ohio!

The CEO storms off into the night, but SURPRISE! Leila is getting her TBS Championship match for Collision! Will Leila soon make TBS into “The Baddie Show?”

 

ROH Women’s World Championship: Athena VS Persephone!

The Fallen Goddess, the Minion Overlord, the American Joshi, the ROH Gatekeeper and THE ROH Forever Champion stands at 1095 DAYS on top of this division! But if there’s one true constant in life, it is that things change. Will the Goddess of Death bring about that change like the color of the leaves? Or will Athena survive her third Final Battle?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see if the Fallen Goddess finally falls!

The Code of Honor is not upheld and the bell rings. The fans duel, “FOR-E-VER! FOR-E-VER!” “NEW CHAMP! NEW CHAMP!” The two stare down, then circle, and they feel things out. They tie up, go around, and Perse puts Athena in the corner. The ref counts, the two let off, and then tie up again. Athena powers Persephone to a corner now, but the ref counts. Athena lets off, but they tie up again. Athena slips around, trips Perse, and SLAPS her on the back of the head! Athena cheers herself on, says this is HER show, then calls for knuckle locks. But then she keeps changing hands on Perse, then makes it a dance!

Perse SLAPS Athena! The fans fire up, and now they knuckle lock for real. They go shoulder to shoulder in a Test of Strength, Perse bends Athena, but Athena fights up to TRIP Perse! Cover, ONE as Perse gets a hand up! Athena shoves the hand down, ONE as the other hand comes up. Athena puts that hand down, TWO as Perse bridges up! Athena DROPS onto Perse, TWO as Perse bridges up! Athena rolls forward, both women roll back up, but Athena gets under Perse to kick her up. Athena wheelbarrows to THROW Perse! Athena runs up, Perse blocks the leg lariat, but Athena RANAS! Perse RANAS back, Athena tumbles, and Perse kips up!

The fans fire up and Athena scowls. Athena bails out to take a timeout, but the fans are torn. Diamante is there to coach Athena up, give her a neck rub, and the ref starts the ring count. Perse waits but Athena takes her time. Athena tells the fans to shut up, this is her show. Athena steps back in, again offers the Code of Honor, but Perse accepts it this time. And avoids the cheap shot! Perse ROCKS Athena, CHPOS Athena, and DECKS her! Perse whips, Athena reverses, but Perse goes up and over to roll and DROPKICK! The fans fire up again, and Perse goes Matrix to avoid a lariat! Athena avoids the superkick and again bails out.

The fans boo but Perse storms out! Athena ROCKS Perse first! Athena whips, but Perse reverses, and Athena hits barriers hard! Perse then THROWS Athena into barriers! The fans fire up as Perse then drags Athena up. Diamante stays in the way! The fans boo, Perse and Diamante talk smack in Espanol, but then Athena FLYING CODE BREAKERS! Both women are down from that heavy landing, and the fans rally up again. Perse and Athena slowly sit up, and Athena CLUBS Perse first! Athena puts Perse in the ring, Diamante coaches her up, and Athena rolls in. Cover, ONE!! Perse is tougher than that, but Athena KNEES her in the back! And KNEES her in the side!

Athena stalks Perse to a corner, stomps and CHOKES Perse, but she stops as the ref counts. Perse coughs and sputters, but Athena KICKS her in the back! Athena drags Perse up, ROCKS her, and puts her in a corner. Athena whips corner to corner hard and even back body blocks at the same time! Then Athena runs side to side to forearm SMASH! Athena grins as she reels Perse in, SAIDO! The fans fire up while both women are down again. Athena crawls to the cover, TWO! Perse stays in this but Athena snarls. Athena’s back bothers her, too, but the fans rally up. Perse fires body shots on Athena, but Athena KNEES her down! And SENTONS! Cover, TWO!

Perse shakes her head and the fans rally up. Athena huffs ‘n’ puffs as she brings Perse up. Athena ROCKS Perse, stalks her along the ropes, then CLUBS her again! Athena CHOKES Perse, using the cravat for leverage! The ref counts, Athena shouts for him NOT to tell her what to do! But this is all so Diamante can CLAW Perse’s face! Diamante plays innocent but then Athena bends Perse against the ropes! The ref counts, Athena stops, and she goes to the apron. “Who’s the baddest?!” She CLUBS Perse! “Who’s the best in the entire world?!” She CLUBS Perse again! Athena then SMACKS Perse off the apron!

Athena is frustrated by her own back pain, but she gets in the ring and brings Perse up. Athana whips Perse to a corner, runs up on her, but Perse dodges! Athena hits buckles, but she runs back up! Perse avoids the senton! Then she scoops Athena, to BACKBREAKER! Perse runs, springboards, but Atehana avoids the crossbody! Perse belly flops, Athena springboards to SPLASH, but Perse rolls through it! And she lifts Athena to swing and BACKBREAKER! Cover, ONE!! Athena survives, but Perse slaps her around! Perse rains down fists, gives back the trash talk, and the fans rally up.

Perse tells Diamante to shut up, then she drags Athena around. Perse KNEES Athena in the back, KNEES her again, and then steps on her! Perse pulls the arms to SURFBOARD STOMP! The fans fire up and Perse tells Diamante to watch this. Perse goes back to cover, ONE! And ghost pin! TWO! Perse BOOTS Athena! Perse drags Athena up, around, and whips her to the corner hard! Athena falls back after eating buckle! Perse then stands Athena up to CHOP! Perse whips, Athena blocks, but Perse CLUBS Athena down and stomps away at the ropes! The fans fire up and Perse backs off for just a moment.

Perse whips Athena corner to corner, runs up, but into a BOOT! Athena and Perse both run up, Athena slips around to roll up and bridge, TWO! Athena hurries to fireman’s carry, but the back won’t let her lift! Perse ROCKS Athena right in the lower back! The fans fire up while Athena bails out, and Perse pursues. Athena crawls, Perse CLUBS her down, and Perse eggs the champ on. Perse CLUBS Athena, Athena ROCKS Perse! They brawl, Perse ROCKS Athena, and Perse whips Athena, only for Athena to reverses! Perse crashes into railing and the fans fire up! Athena runs up, but Perse dodges! Athena crashes into the railing now!

Athena hobbles, clutches her leg, and her back, but she still targets Perse. But Perse grabs Athena with both hands, and SLAMS her onto the desk! Deja vu, this happened to Billie earlier! The fans fire up and Perse is feeling it! Perse drags Athena up and says that was for commentary. Perse puts Athena in, fires back up, and the fans rally again. Perse runs up and PENALTY KICKS! The fans fire up again as Perse paces. Athena flounders, Perse runs, but Athena scrambles to the ropes! The fans chant “NEW CHAMP!” and Perse gets the legs! Perse YANKS Athena up, but Athena lands out! Perse dodges the lariat, both women run, DOUBLE LARIATS collide!!

The fans are thunderous as both women are down! A standing count begins, the fans rally again, and we again duel between “NEW CHAMP!” and “FOR-E-VER!” Both women rise, and Perse snarls as she crawls over to Athena. Perse fires a heavy forearm! Athena fires back! Perse fires another! Athena fires another! They both stand, they both throw more shots! Athena ROCKS Perse, but she herself wobbles! perse comes back to ROCK Athena! Athena mule kicks, front kicks, then wrenches to BOOT! Athena runs, but Perse wrenches her, tucks her in, and suplexes! Athena fights free, but Perse BOOTS Athena right down!

The fans fire up while Perse hurries to cover, TWO!! Athena survives and the fans fire up again! The dueling continues and both women rise. Perse runs in at Athena to BOOT her in the corner! And then she stomps a mudhole! Perse puts Athena’s leg in the ropes, to KICK it! The fans are torn but then Athena ROCKS Perse! But Perse fires CHOPS in return! CHOP, CHOP, CHOP, then she puts Athena in the ropes. Perse CLUBS away on Athena, then gets space. The fans rally up as Perse then comes back, for a headstand, but Athena slips free! She DROPKICKS Perse to the outside! Perse flounders around and the fans rally up.

Athena builds speed and DIVES! Down goes Perse at the ramp! Athena roars, the fans fire up, and Athena hobbles her way back to the ring. But Perse gets Athena’s leg! Athena BOOTS Perse away, builds speed again, and DIVES, but into Perse’s arms! The fans fire up for the power of Perse, and she FALL AWAY SLAMS Athena to the floor! Diamante is worried as she coaches Athena up, but Athena and Perse both writhe on the floor. The fans duel again as Perse rises up, and Perse reels Athena back in. Canadian Rack, but Diamante makes the save! The fans boo, but Perse runs up to CLOBBER Diamante!

Diamante pays the price for protecting Boss Athena, but now Perse builds speed?! She FLIES and takes out BOTH Athena & Diamante! The fans fire up again and Perse drags Athena up! Perse puts Athena in, goes up a corner, and MISSILE DROPKICKS! But that was a double-edged landing as Perse clutches her back. Perse crawls to the cover, TWO! Athena survives and Perse is frustrated. Perse CLUBS Athena, CLUBS her again, and CLUBS her again! Perse then kneels on Athena’s back, and PULLS on the low Texas Cloverleaf! Athena endures, reaches out, and the fans are going nuts! Athena is caught, but she manages to push up!

Athena claws her way around, and she manages the ROPEBREAK! Persephone is despairing at how close and yet how far she is from the win! Perse runs up, but into a FLAPJACK HOTSHOT! And then tilt-o-whirl, FACEBUSTER! And a BOOT!! Athena whips, Perse reverses, but Athena goes up to QUEDBRADA! Cover, TWO!! Both women are down, perhaps more from exhaustion than anything. But Athena manages to kip up! The back bothers her again but Athena still hobbles over to Perse. Athena drags Perse up, reels her in< ATA- NO! Perse slips free of Ataxia to clinch, lift, but Athena fights! Trip, jackknife, but Perse rolls through?!

Athena Alabama Lifts, but Perse grabs ropes! Athena lets Perse go, Perse kicks low! Perse vows to end this, Canadian Rack and RAZOR’S- NO, Athena slips free to FLATLINER! And KOJI KLUTCH!! Perse endures, flails, reaches out, but Athena has her caught! Athena THRASHES Perse, but Perse pushes up off the mat?! Perse just lifts Athena right up! Athena sunset flips it, TWO, but Athena has the legs! Perse drags Athena down, TWO! Athena stands to then HANDSTAND KNEE DROP! Cover, TWO!! But it’s right back to the KOJI KLUTCH!!! Perse flails, reaches out, claws at the mat again, and fights with her legs!

The fans rally as Perse kicks, kicks, and has the ROPEBREAK!! Perse escapes by a tiptoe, but Athena holds on until 4! The fans fire up again as Athena scowls and snarls. Athena stands and she brings Perse around, to KICK in the chest! “This is MY show!” KICK! “I am the best in the world!” SLAP! “And YOU… You don’t belong here, b*tch!” PIE FACE! Athena winds up, but Perse blocks the kick!! Perse gets Athena in the NORTHERN LIGHTS! Then floats, NORTHERN LIGHTS again! Then another float, FALL AWAY SLAM!! Perse kips up and the fans fire up again! Perse runs, and SPEARS!! Perse roars, she’s not done with Athena yet!

Perse reels her in, Canadian Rack, RAZOR’S EDGE!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?! Athena survives and no one can believe it!! The Queen of the Dead has seen a ghost, but the fans chant “FOR-E-VER! FOR-E-VER!” Perse HAMMERS away on Athena from all sides! Perse then gets an idea, and she goes for a corner. Athena anchors a foot, but Perse STOMPS away on Athena with that foot! Perse goes up, up, but Athena is right on her! SUPER GERMAN SUPLEX!!! Perse lands hard and Athena roars! Athena climbs up, she calls her shot, and Perse stands into the O-FACE!!! Cover, ATHENA WINS!!

Winner: Athena, by pinfall (still ROH Women’s World Champion)

Three consecutive Final Battles, three years and counting, and we are STILL in the Fallen Goddess Era! Diamante and Billie join in the celebration, even hoisting Athena on their shoulders! Will no one ever, for even a moment, stop Athena?

My Thoughts:

A great, maybe even awesome, Final Battle, and they had all the titles outside of the ROH Men’s TV title on the line. I again bring up them needing to make a decision on Nick Wayne and that title, it’s stupid that they didn’t even bother with an interim champion. And sorry to Eddie Kingston and Josh Woods but I skipped their match because of time constraints and also because we all knew Eddie was winning that match. Though I will say as I skimmed, that was really great stuff, and Woods was a solid choice for Eddie to get into singles action this close to Winter is Coming.

Great Women’s Pure Championship match, and a great win for Deonna here, as I knew she would. But seriously, I don’t think even a title match needs an hour time limit. They don’t even break 30 minutes in the men’s matches, make THAT the time limit so that the 14 minutes Deonna and Billie went will feel more dramatic, like they were hitting the halfway point as opposed to the first quarter. Meanwhile, Lee VS Nigel had to go 30 minutes because of Ironman rules, but then they did a great job pushing practically every second out of it. I mostly appreciate that Lee Moriarty doesn’t want to behave like a Heel, he wants to embody the “honor” in ROH, but Shane wants to win by any means necessary.

With that, STP of course bent all the rules in the Six Man title match, but they did a great job of it, too. STP is running hot, and I feel like they need to move in and go for a singles title now. Again I say, figure out what to do with the Men’s TV title. And by that, it should really be Shane getting that title, unless he goes right for the world title. Mone VS Velvet was an awesome Women’s TV title match, and probably the top highlight of the night just on Velvet dethroning Mone. I’ve been saying the “downfall” of Mone needs to begin, this was a great start to it. Leila getting a TBS Championship match is interesting, and no offense to Leila, but I don’t see it happening on Collision. But at the same time, it’d be quite the shocker if Leila did win.

Great ROH World Tag title match, and I guess those really were vacated instead of Freebird Ruled to Sammy & Mortos. I guess AEW/ROH doesn’t do that kind of stuff. But at the same time, you can’t claim Sammy is making history with his third reign (with a third partner at that) if these titles weren’t “vacated.” Great showing for Tommy & Priest, but they’ve still got a way’s to go before they’re quite championship caliber. Ricochet VS Castle was also great, but very clever for Ricochet to use “The Boys” against Castle so that he could retain. Ricochet’s Open Challenge on Collision will now go through, can’t wait to see who he gets.

And ROH of course calls both world titles going back to back as a “double main event,” but both matches were awesome so whatever. Great Survival of the Fittest, and while I figured Sammy and Mortos weren’t winning given they were tag champs, I didn’t think they’d both be the first two out. For that matter, I didn’t think Bandido was surviving, but everyone loves Bandido so this is great to see. Athena VS Perse was also great, but I think the fans were running low on energy after five hours of wrestling from preshow to here.

Perse got so close, but Athena pulls out yet another win, and this is really something. I can’t be sure how Athena makes it another year as champion, but I feel like I said that last year when she again beat Billie. But again, practically no one is really built to beat Athena. Maybe a Survival of the Fittest is needed to give five stars a shot all at once, and they can book it to protect Athena in defeat.
