Bandido to defend ROH World Title against Blake Christian at Supercard of Honor

ROH World Champion Bandido will put the title on the line against Blake Christian at next month’s ROH Supercard of Honor on May 15. Bandido, 31, chases a ninth successful defense since capturing the belt at AEW Dynasty in April 2025, making his first title defense in five months after last defending at December’s ROH Final Battle, while Christian seeks his first ROH title.

The two competitors have met six times previously, including two singles matches, though none of their encounters took place in AEW or ROH. Other confirmed matches for Supercard of Honor include Nigel McGuinness vs. Josh Woods in a Pure rules match, Athena defending the ROH Women’s Title in a Survival of the Fittest against Maya World, Trish Adora, Yuka Sakazaki, Billie Starkz and Persephone, and ROH Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo defending against Diamante.
