Kevin Owens Joins WWE LFG Season 3, Says Coaching Role Keeps Him Close During Neck Recovery
Kevin Owens has signed on as a coach for season three of WWE LFG, replacing The Undertaker alongside Nattie and expressing that the role helps him stay connected to wrestling while rehabbing. In a sneak peek for the April 26 premiere he admitted he was “losing his mind” being off after neck surgery and emphasized his desire to help the next generation after 25 years in the business.
Owens underwent neck surgery in July 2025 and was 8–9 months removed at the time of the clip, with no definitive return date; his last match was against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber 2025 and he shared a brief cardio clip from the WWE Performance Center last November. WWE LFG season three debuts Sunday, April 26 at 10 p.m. ET on A&E, with Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley joining the coaching roster as Performance Center recruits compete for a shot at NXT.
