Lana Recalls Brock Lesnar’s Promo Advice After 2016 Live-Event Battles with Rusev
Brock Lesnar and Rusev never squared off in a one-on-one match on WWE television, but the two did collide at a pair of live events in 2016. In her debut column for Yahoo’s Uncrowned, CJ Perry — better known to WWE fans as Lana — reflected on those encounters and on how her husband’s run intersected with Lesnar during that period.
Perry wrote that Lesnar offered her practical, confidence-building advice on cutting promos, recalling how helpful his guidance was amid the whirlwind of that summer.
