Liv Morgan “doing well” after Raw injury scare, still set for WrestleMania 42 title match
Liv Morgan says she’s “doing so much better than I’m looking” after a scary collision on the April 6 episode of Raw that left her with visible bruising and swelling. The injury, which occurred when Morgan and Roxanne Perez accidentally smashed heads during a blindside attack by Stephanie Vaquer, was discussed on ESPN First Take where Morgan pushed back on critics who call wrestling fake and quipped that Vaquer is lucky she’s “still pretty.”
Morgan remains focused on her challenge for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42 after winning the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble, and told First Take she plans to get her revenge by defeating Vaquer. She was able to appear at an NBA game a few days after the incident, said her family will be in attendance, and has also released a new song and video titled “Trouble.”
