Sheamus Provides Update on Shoulder Surgery and Rehab
Former WWE World Champion Sheamus told OTB Football that a persistent shoulder problem first noticed around May/June ultimately required surgery on December 30 after injections and attempts to push through stopped working. He said the issue flared after the Clash in Paris with Rusev, left his arm immobile at times, and that he has been in rehab since the operation.
Sheamus said he’s “dying” to return and believes he still has a lot to give, promising to deliver his trademark physical “bangers” when healthy, and warned opponents that full North Side Dublin energy will be back. He last worked the November 17 episode of RAW alongside John Cena and Rey Mysterio and was removed from The Last Time Is Now tournament due to the injury.
