The Rock Earned $900,000 in Royalties From TKO, SEC Filing Reveals
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joined TKO’s board in January 2024 and entered an intellectual property agreement with the company. A recent SEC filing discloses he received $900,000 in royalties tied to that agreement.
The filing also shows Johnson was reimbursed $600,000 for certain travel expenses associated with delivering services under the agreement and that he missed several TKO board meetings. The disclosures add further financial detail to Johnson’s ongoing business relationship with TKO.
