Tony Khan Confident in His Creative Instincts After AEW’s 2025 Struggles
Tony Khan says he is fully confident in his instincts as AEW’s leader. At the tail end of 2025, Khan was candid about past creative struggles and acknowledged that he had been involving too many people in the company’s creative process.
Those remarks followed widespread speculation throughout the year about talent input and creative involvement in AEW, with Khan signaling a clearer stance on how the company’s creative direction should be managed moving forward.
