WrestleCon names Ricochet & The Demand vs. JetSpeed and Michael Oku as Supershow main event
WrestleCon announced that Ricochet will team with his Demand stablemates the GOA to face JetSpeed and Michael Oku as the main event of the 2026 Mark Hitchcock Memorial Supershow, thanking Tony Khan and AEW for making exceptions to get the match on the card. In a statement the group said several wrestlers, management and agents helped put the bout together after the original main event fell through.
The initial headliner had been an interpromotional dream match between Ricochet and TNA’s Leon Slater, but TNA pulled Slater from the show citing “partner conflicts.” Around the same time TNA also removed a scheduled MJF vs. Nic Nemeth match for Create-A-Pro, prompting MJF to publicly criticize TNA President Carlos Silva and call the decision “disgusting.”
