WWE Confirms Opening Matches For Both Nights Of WrestleMania 42
WWE confirmed on Raw that the six-man tag of iShowSpeed, Logan Paul, and Austin Theory vs. LA Knight and The Usos will officially open night one of WrestleMania 42, with the match set to air on ESPN2. Raw coverage showed iShowSpeed nervous for his debut but gaining confidence after a training session with The Vision. WWE also revealed that Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi will kick off night two, airing on ESPN.
The build continued on Raw as Lesnar and Femi signed their contracts separately, with Paul Heyman teasing that Lesnar would emerge victorious on Sunday. WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select first reported the opening-match details; the full WrestleMania 42 lineup features marquee bouts including Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton and CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns across both broadcast nights.
