WWE NXT Premium Live Events Headed to The CW in U.S., Great American Bash to Lead Off

WWE announced Tuesday that NXT’s premium live events will air exclusively on The CW in the United States under a new multi-year agreement, starting with the Great American Bash later this summer (date TBA). The deal covers 20 PLEs — including Stand and Deliver, Deadline and Vengeance Day — while financial terms and the exact length of the agreement were not disclosed; it could align with WWE’s five-year broadcast pact that began in October 2024. Outside the U.S., the events will remain available on Netflix.

The CW confirmed the PLEs will air live coast-to-coast, though whether broadcasts will be primetime or afternoon windows like other CW sports properties has not been clarified. WWE promoted the move on its official social channels, and CW President Brad Schwartz called the addition “a natural fit,” saying the events provide a single broadcast destination for NXT Superstars, storylines and championship matches.
