AAA expands Noche de Los Grandes to two nights, begins May 30 in Monterrey

Lucha Libre AAA announced Noche de Los Grandes will be a two-night event across two weeks, beginning May 30, 2026, at Arena Monterrey and airing on Fox for both nights in the same style as Rey de Reyes. The May 30 card currently lists five matches, headlined by a Mask vs. Mask between El Grande Americano and “The Original” El Grande Americano, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. (c) vs. El Hijo del Vikingo for the AAA Latin American Championship, Laredo Kid (c) vs. Rey Fenix for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship, and Pagano & Psycho Clown (c) vs. War Raiders for the AAA World Tag Team Championship.

After a controversial finish on the May 23 episode of AAA on Fox, Rey Mysterio booked an immediate rematch: Laredo Kid — AAA World Cruiserweight Champion since December 2024 — will defend the title again against Rey Fenix on May 30. The previously announced six-woman tag of Bayley, Lola Vice & La Catalina vs. Las Toxicas (Flammer, Maravilla & La Hiedra) is set for June 6, with additional matches expected to be added to both nights’ lineups.
