AEW Sends Well Wishes to Rebel After Terminal ALS Announcement
On Saturday’s Collision, Tony Schiavone took a moment on behalf of All Elite Wrestling to send well wishes to Rebel after the wrestler revealed on social media that she has been diagnosed with terminal ALS. Schiavone told the live audience that AEW is thinking of Rebel and praying for her recovery, noting fans in attendance had brought supportive signs for the former Britt Baker ally.
Rebel’s health struggles date back to 2024, when she entered inpatient rehabilitation after a diagnosis of primary pulmonary lymphoma; surgery later revealed the presence of ALS. In her announcement she thanked Tony Khan and AEW for their support and asked fans for continued prayers as she prepares for the future and a peaceful journey ahead.
