Braun Strowman Waiting on Final Paycheck After WWE Exit
Braun Strowman has not wrestled since April 18, 2025, when he teamed with LA Knight against Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa. WWE notified Strowman in May that his contract would not be renewed, and his deal expired at the end of July; the former Universal Champion now says he is waiting on a final check before considering a return to the ring.
Since departing WWE, Strowman has made clear he won’t rush back without being properly compensated, quipping he’ll get back in the ring “when a dump truck of gold blocks gets dumped on my porch.” He has not announced any immediate plans or a timeline for a comeback as he awaits resolution of his financial situation.
