Chad Gable unmasked as Original El Grande Americano after Mask vs. Mask loss at AAA Noches de Los Grandes
In the headlining bout of week one of Lucha Libre AAA’s Noches de Los Grandes from Monterrey, Mexico, Original El Grande Americano lost a Mask versus Mask matchup to El Grande Americano and was compelled to remove his mask — officially revealing himself as former WWE star Chad Gable. AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio abandoned commentary to head to the ring for the introductions, underscoring the gravity of the main event.
