Charlotte Flair: “Look Out for Kiana James” — Calls Her a Future Main Event Player
Charlotte Flair told ESPN First Take that Kiana James has the makings of a main event player in WWE after meeting the up-and-comer at the Performance Center while both were recovering from knee injuries. Flair praised James as aggressive, athletic and powerful, saying the young talent pushes her to elevate her own in-ring work and is “soaking up every moment” of her opportunity.
Flair also addressed her father Ric Flair’s comments about her career and singled out Cody Rhodes as a current roster member who can “walk the walk and talk the talk.” On-screen, Flair has been embroiled in a SmackDown program with Fatal Influence following a loss to Jacy Jayne, while James — who manages Giulia and competes sporadically — was moved in the 2024 Draft, suffered a foot injury, and has since returned to the SmackDown roster.
