Harley Cameron Defends AEW “Wardrobe Malfunction” After Dynamite Segment
Harley Cameron pushed back on criticism of a comedic backstage moment on AEW Dynamite in which Mina Shirakawa ripped off her shirt, revealing a bra. In an interview with ESPN South Florida, Cameron explained the bit was scripted and argued critics were overreacting, noting that her ring gear is essentially similar and inviting skeptics to watch her matches if they were concerned.
Cameron and Shirakawa teamed for the first time on Wednesday, dropping a match to Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida, after Cameron’s prior run as inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Willow Nightingale. Cameron also reflected on her breakout 2025 and being named Most Improved by the Wrestling Observer, thanking Tony Khan for the opportunity and room to grow in AEW.
