Jim Ross Advises Aleister Black and Zelina Vega to Take Time Off After Non-Competes
AEW commentator and former WWE Head of Talent Relations Jim Ross has publicly advised Aleister Black and Zelina Vega to take some time off when their 90-day non-compete clauses expire. Ross believes a pause can provide valuable rest and perspective for performers transitioning out of WWE and planning their next career moves.
Drawing on his experience in talent management, Ross suggested that a measured break would allow both Black and Vega to recover physically and mentally, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate the best possible creative paths forward.
