Ric Flair Threatens Legal Action Over Alleged ‘Flair’ Trademark Infringement
Ric Flair took to social media to allege that an individual is using his “Flair” trademark without permission and issued a public warning to resolve the matter by Monday. Flair wrote, “Unfortunately, There Is Someone That I’m Very Familiar With Using My Own Trademark FLAIR. I Would Like Anyone…” and said failure to comply would lead to involvement from his attorneys.
The Hall of Famer did not name the party he’s targeting, but made clear he’s prepared to escalate the dispute through legal channels if the alleged infringement isn’t corrected promptly. Fans and industry observers will be watching for any follow-up or official filings after the stated deadline.
