The IInspiration Lose TJPW Princess Tag Titles, Cut Hilarious Post-Match Promo
Recently signed AEW duo Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee (The IInspiration) dropped the TJPW Princess Tag Team Championship to Miu Watanabe and Rika Tatsumi in the semi-main of TJPW YES! Wonderland. The loss marked a quick title change for the former WWE stars, who were credited with a spirited performance in Japan but ultimately came up short against the local tandem.
Backstage footage of the pair’s post-match promo quickly caught attention for its comedic tone: Cassie Lee joked about being dehydrated after an 18-hour flight and getting hit by paper streamers, while Jessie McKay blasted opposing wrestlers for repeatedly targeting her leg and even suffering multiple backside strikes. The IInspiration also quipped about banning streamers, demanding ice-cold water, and insisting they approve opponents’ move lists — a playful send-off after their TJPW run.

United Empire — Will Ospreay, HENARE and Great-O-Khan — defeated Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI and Oleg Boltin in the semi-main event of NJPW Wrestling Dontaku 2026 to win the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championship. The victory hands the titles to the faction and adds another high-profile win to Ospreay’s resume.
The finish came after United Empire wore down YOSHI-HASHI with a relentless triple-team sequence, allowing Will Ospreay to score the decisive pin and secure the new reign for his group. Fans at Wrestling Dontaku were left buzzing as United Empire celebrate their latest championship success.
