WWE Reportedly Cracking Down on Streamers and Reaction Creators
Fightful’s Jeremy Lambert reports that WWE and its legal team have begun issuing copyright strikes and takedowns against a number of streamers and reaction-content creators, reportedly using a company called StreamEnforcement and automated tools to target clips. Bryan Alvarez confirms a recent clampdown over the past three weeks, with several prominent reaction channels dinged and forced to remove material.
The move has surprised many, since WWE previously showcased and promoted reaction videos on its own platforms — including nearly a minute of creators reacting to Tiffany Stratton’s Money In The Bank cash-in — raising questions about the promotion’s approach to organic fan-driven exposure and creator relations.
