Andrade Says He Doesn’t Miss WWE, Wants Matches With Rey Mysterio And Carmelo Hayes
Former WWE star Andrade, who left the company last year, is now working with AEW after legal negotiations cleared him to sign in December 2025. He initially appeared in AEW while still under WWE contract, prompting the company to invoke its non-compete clause, but his attorneys reached a deal that ultimately allowed him to join AEW full-time.
On his Instagram Stories, Andrade stated he doesn’t miss WWE but did express interest in renewed programs with Rey Mysterio and Carmelo Hayes, naming both as opponents he’d like to face again. His comments add fuel to potential dream matches as he continues to build momentum in AEW.
