Chad Gable Reportedly “Sniffing Around” Real American Freestyle, Eric Bischoff Says
On his 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff revealed that Chad Gable is reportedly “sniffing around” Real American Freestyle (RAF), the amateur wrestling promotion Bischoff launched with Hulk Hogan. Bischoff said discussions are taking place but warned contractual issues with WWE could complicate any appearance, and he did not confirm whether talks have directly involved Gable or his representatives.
RAF has been featuring several UFC names recently — including Merab Dvalishvili, Henry Cejudo, Arman Tsarukyan, Frankie Edgar and Urijah Faber — and, with WWE and UFC now both under TKO, Bischoff suggested crossover opportunities are more feasible. If cleared by WWE, a Gable outing for RAF would be a natural return to his collegiate amateur roots.
