Chad Gable Returns to WWE on 6/5 SmackDown
Chad Gable made his return to WWE television on the June 5 episode of SmackDown, reappearing on the blue brand and setting up fresh possibilities for his placement on upcoming programming.
The episode also featured a tense backstage exchange between Sami Zayn and SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis, with Aldis warning Zayn to stay away from Cody and Gunther. Zayn tried to talk his way through the confrontation, but Aldis curtly dismissed him, saying he had other matters to attend to.
