Dallas Edwards Returning to Refereeing After OVW Incident
Former Ohio Valley Wrestling referee Dallas Edwards is set to return to the squared circle after recovering from a medical incident that occurred at an OVW event in March 2026. Edwards, who has been away from active refereeing since the incident, will resume duties following his recovery.
At the March show Edwards was struck during a planned spot and subsequently began convulsing; wrestler Tony Evans moved Edwards out of harm’s way while the match continued. Edwards has been in recovery since that episode and is now preparing to return to refereeing assignments.
