Danhausen Named Poster Boy for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden
WWE has plastered promotional material for the July 18 Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden featuring Danhausen, leaning into his viral link to the New York Knicks with the slogan “Join the uncursed.” The graphic is the featured image on WWE.com for the Fanatics Fest weekend event, and WWE is hinting at Knicks representation on the card after Danhausen’s publicity around “uncursing” the championship team.
Danhausen shared the poster on Twitter calling himself the SNME “poster boy,” and recently discussed the Knicks connection on The Stephen A. Smith Show, though he did not attend the team’s championship parade. No matches have been announced yet; the show will stream on Peacock. WWE will also stage a special Sunday SNME in Atlanta on September 6, with Money in the Bank 2026 pushed back to October 10.
