Defense Seeks Surveillance Footage in Ludwig Kaiser Battery Case
The defense team representing WWE star Ludwig Kaiser has filed a motion seeking access to surveillance footage they believe is relevant to the battery charges against him. The request aims to include the video as part of pretrial discovery.
Attorneys for Kaiser contend the footage could provide important context or potentially exculpatory evidence related to the alleged incident, and have asked the court to compel its production to aid in building their defense.
