Jordynne Grace Faces Medical Setback in Bid for Pilot’s License

WWE star Jordynne Grace revealed via Facebook that her pursuit of a pilot’s license hit a major roadblock after failing to obtain FAA medical clearance ahead of a planned first solo flight. Grace, who had already passed the written exam, said an ADHD diagnosis is a disqualifying condition; she’s resubmitting her application but faces a long, invasive and costly process that includes discontinuing medication for 90 days and undergoing an $5,000 neuropsychological evaluation with eight to 10 hours of testing to prove she can function without ADHD medication.

Grace called the news “disappointing and defeating” but remains cautiously optimistic that it will be a temporary setback. In-ring, Grace’s momentum has been limited recently — her last high-profile appearance was a loss to Tiffany Stratton on SmackDown in April, followed by sporadic bookings including a dark match defeat to Blake Monroe and several Main Event losses, most recently to Kiana James this month.
