Killer Kross Says It Bothered Him Not to Speak with Triple H After WWE Exit
Killer Kross and Triple H developed a working relationship that began when Kross joined WWE in 2020, with Triple H quickly backing him in NXT. Kross was released in 2021, returned to WWE in 2022 after Triple H gained greater creative control as CCO, and ultimately left again in 2025 when his contract expired.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani, Kross admitted it bothered him that he did not speak to Triple H after leaving WWE, acknowledging the complicated nature of their history and his appreciation for the support he received during his runs in the company.
