Lio Rush Captures ROH World Television Championship at Global Wars Cincinnati
At ROH Global Wars Cincinnati, Lio Rush defeated AR Fox and Action Andretti in a triple-threat to win the ROH World Television Championship. The match was taped on June 11 and aired June 18, 2026, with Rush hitting a Blue Thunder Bomb on former CRÜ mate Andretti for the pin; the title marks his first championship in the AEW/ROH landscape and his first ROH TV Title, ending Fox’s 33-day reign during which he made five defenses.
Rush has been gradually evolving into his “Blackheart” persona across AEW and ROH television, and this title win raises questions about how that character will be used on both brands moving forward. Global Wars Cincinnati gives Rush momentum as a featured presence on Honor Club programming and AEW TV as he carries the World TV Title into the summer season.
