Mick Foley Explains What Drew Him to AEW and How He Connected with Tony Khan
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley says he was drawn to All Elite Wrestling by the company’s fresh vision and the opportunity to be part of a promotion that values storytelling and creative collaboration. Foley noted that AEW’s energy and commitment to giving talent room to grow made it an appealing fit for his continued work in the wrestling world.
Foley also described forming a quick rapport with CEO Tony Khan, praising Khan’s enthusiasm and openness to ideas as key to their connection. That mutual respect, Foley explained, made it easy for him to engage with AEW’s projects and contribute to the company’s evolving landscape.
