Maika goes to run, but Skye THROWS Maika down by her hair! Skye runs, Maika ducks the PK, but Skye rolls through the roll-up. Maika runs back in and RUNS Skye over!

The fans fire up as Maika runs corner to corner and LARIATS Skye! Then Maika RUNS Skye over, and SLIDING LARIATS! Cover, TWO! Skye is tougher than that, but Maika brings Skye up. Maika suplexes, but Skye cradle counters, TWO! Skye BOOTS Maika, fires forearms as Maika’s against the ropes, then she runs, only for Maika to drop toehold! Maika runs, but Skye DUMPS her out! Skye goes to the apron, PENALTY KICKS, and down goes Maika! Skye mocks Maika, then runs to RAN- NO! Maika stops that, and she powers up to APRON POWERBOMB! Maika drags Skye up, puts her in the ring, and the fans rally behind Maika as she stalks Skye. Cover, TWO! Skye survives, but is in the ARMBAR! Skye clasps hands to fight it, then kicks her way around. ROPEBREAK! Maika holds until 4, and Skye scrambles to a corner. But Megan trips Rosa to keep her from Olympia! Rosa UP KICKS in return, then dodges Megan’s lariat. Megan runs up again, only for Rosa to DUMP her out! Lena returns, but Olympia dodges her cheap shot! Rosa dodges back, hot tag to Olympia! The fans fire up as Olympia ELBOWS, KICKS, and LARIATS! Lena fights the fireman’s carry, shoves Olympia, but Olympia SHOTGUNS Lena into the corner! Olympia runs up, headstands, then clicks her heels before the BRONCO BUSTER!

The fans fire up as Olympia brings Lena around, fireman’s carries, and shows off her strength by doing squats! The fans count it out, and Olympia gets tres in before a T K O! Cover, TWO! Tag to Rosa, she and Olympia double whip, but Lena crisscrosses them! Tag to Megan, but Rosa gives Lena a CODE BREAKER! Olympia fireman’s carries Megan, then WASTELAND SLAMS her! Olympia then runs, MOONSAULTS off Lena to SPLASH onto Megan! Then Rosa uses Olympia as a boost to DROPKICK Lena! The fans are all fired up as then Olympia springboards to SPLASH! Cover, TWO! Megan survives but Olympia tags Rosa.

Rosa brings Megan up, but Megan RAMS Rosa into the corner. Megan suplexes, GOURD BUSTERS, then tags Lena. Lena hurries to LARIAT Rosa! Cover, but Olympia breaks it! The fans fire up as the Megasus proves she can fly! But then so does Rosa with the MISSILE DROPKICK! Lena runs up, Rosa dodges, and Rosa fires a flurry! Rosa winds up, but Lena ducks under! Megan runs in, Rosa slips free! SHOTGUN BOOT on Lena! The fans fire up as Rosa CHOPS Megan to the corner! And DROPKICKS! Rosa tags Olympia, and “This is Awesome!” as Olympia hoists Megan up. Then Olympia military presses Megan!

The fans fire up as Olympia SLAMS Megan down, then Rosa goes up! DOUBLE STOMPS!! Cover, LENA BREAKS IT! The fans are torn, but Lena BOOTS Olympia! Lena and Rosa brawl, Rosa ROUNDHOUSES Lena down! But Megan CLUBS Rosa, reels her in, and lifts, only for Rosa to RANA! Cover, TWO! Megan escapes, then fireman’s carries! FATE’S DESCENT!! Cover, OLYMPIA BREAKS IT! The fans fire up again, and Lena runs back in! She slips around Olympia, and this time the BOOT GERMAN SUPLEX COMBO hits! Tag to Lena, and they get Rosa up! DIVINE INTERVENTION! Matt & Nick Jackson want to be AEW World Tag Team Champions again, but they’ve gotta fight their way back to the top! But will bringing down El Sky Team, a Rampaging Dragon and El Inmortal be just the thing to propel them forward? Or will someone ruin the Superkick Party?

The fans are already fired up for El Sky Team and “LUCHA! LUCHA!” In this form of Triple Threat, only two teams are legal at any given time, and Mistico starts against Titan. The fans are losing their minds already as the two circle. Mistico offers a handshake, and Titan accepts! The fans cheer as the two circle, then Titan DROPKICKS Mistico! The fans boo as Titan stomps and kicks Mistico around, but Titan wrenches and whips Mistico. Mistico springboards to CROSSBODY! Then he runs, ducks ‘n’ dodges, and RANAS! Titan staggers around but the fans fire up for Mistico. Mistico runs up, Titan puts him on the apron, only for Mistico to GAMANGIRI!

Mistico hurries to springboard and FLYING RANA! The fans fire up while Titan tumbles again! Mistico tags Dorada, but then Matt tags in. The fans fire up as Dorada literally jumps in, and he circles with Nick. They feel things out, Dorada trips Nick, then runs to handspring over the dropdown. Nick dodges, slips outside, but Dorada handsprings through. Nick BACKFLIPS to avoid the Tiger Feint! Dorada jumps out but Nick slides in. Dorada jumps in but Nick ducks under. Dorada ducks a kick, Nick ducks a kick, but dropkicks cancel out! Both men kip up and the fans are thunderous! The two shake hands to show respect, and they circle again.

The two tie up, Nick headlocks, but Dorada powers up, only for Matt to tag in as Dorada powers out. Dorada ducks ‘n’ dodges but Matt RAMS low! Matt then gives Nick the boost to WHEEL KICK! Takagi runs in but into double kicks! Matt gives Nick a boost for the DROPKICK! Nick runs up on Dorada, Dorada puts him on the apron, but Matt reels Dorada in! ENZIGIRI BOMB COMBO! Then Matt CATAPULTS Dorada into Nick’s GAMANGIRI! Nick goes up, DOUBLE STOMP BACKBREAKER! The fans fire up while The Bucks stand tall. The Bucks then double whip Dorada, but he springboards to CROSSBODY, only for The Bucks to catch him!

The Bucks throw Dorada, but Dorada arm-drags Matt away! Then Dorada dodges Nick to wrench and DREAMCAST KICK! The fans fire up as Dorada runs, and he jumps to ARABIAN PRESS DOUBLE ARM-DRAG! The fans are thunderous again, but Takagi tags in! The fans are torn but Takagi shoves Dorada. Dorada shoves back! Takagi runs, Dorada dodges, but Takagi blocks the arm-drag to SLAM Dorada and ELBOW DROP! The fans cheer as Takagi runs, but Dorada ducks ‘n’ dodges to flip and RANA! Dorada stomps away, then runs, but Takagi CLOBBERS Dorada! The fans cheer Dorada and he tags Titan. Titan KICKS Dorada in the side!

Titan stands Dorada up, he and Takagi CHOP away on the ropes, then they double hip. Titan trips Dorada, Takagi reels him in, for a BIG suplex! Titan hits the SPRINGBOARD SPLASH! Cover, TWO! Dorada survives but Takagi keeps him from Mistico. Unbound Company double whips, but Mascara ducks to shove Titan into Takagi! SUPERKICK for Titan, then Dorada dodges Takagi, hot tag to Mistico! FLYING RANA! Mistico then CHOPS away on Titan, then knuckle locks and jumps to the top rope! FLYING ARM-DRAG! The fans fire up, but then The Bucks kick! Matt gives Nick the boost to RANA!

Dorada runs in but he gets kicks. The Bucks whip, BACK DROP, but Dorada RANAS Matt! Nick puts Dorada up top for Matt to SUPERKICK! Matt gives Nick a boost, FLYING RANA! Titan is back, he ducks the kicks to DOUBLE RANA! Forget supericks, this is a Huricanrana Fiesta! Titan goes up, but Dorada UPPERCUTS! Dorada climbs, Titan DECKS him, but Mistico GAMANGIRIS! And another! Mistico gives Dorada the boost, SUPER RANA to everyone on the outside! The fans are thunderous as Dorada stands back up! The fans are thunderous for “LUCHA! Titan is down, Mistico springboards, SWANTON BOMB! Dorada covers, TWO! The fans still fire up as Dorada brings Titan up. Titan JAWBREAKERS free, Matt tags in, but Dorada kicks first. Dorada whips, Matt reverses, but Dorada dodges in the corner. Matt puts Dorada on the apron, but Dorada DECKS Nick! Dorada goes up, up, and TORNILLO- NO! Matt catches him for the NORTHERN LIGHTS! The Polar Express starts up, but Titan runs in! Matt just adds him to a DOUBLE NORTHERN LIGHTS!

The fans fire up, but now Takagi is in! Matt can’t lift Takagi, he gets the ELBOW, JAB, and feint for the DDT! Takagi tags in off Dorada, just to TOSS him! Takagi then scoops Matt, Titan goes up, and they hit the HANGING LEG DROP! Cover, TWO! Matt survives but Unbound Company stays focused. Titan tags in, Takagi JABS Matt, and Titan kicks low. Unbound Company whips corner to corner, but Matt ELBOWS Takagi away! Matt doges Titan, then kicks off Takagi to SLICED BREAD! Then Matt fakes Takagi out to DDT! The fans fire up as Matt and Unbound Company are down! Hot tag to Nick, and he fires off on Titan and Takagi!

Titan ducks, Nick BOOTS Takagi, then SAYANAGI! Nick knuckle locks Titan, SUPERKICKS Takagi, then “LUCHA LIBRE~” FLYING RANA ARM-DRAG COMBO! Mistico tags in off Nick, and he CROSBODIES The Bucks! Then an ARABIAN PRESS DOUBLE ARM-DRAG of his own! The Bucks end up on the ropes, Mistico y Dorada DOUBLE 619! The fans fire up for the 1238, but then Unbound Company is back! El Sky Team DOUBLE SUPERKICK them! The fans are thunderous again as Mistico springboards to CROSSBODY! Then he sets Titan up for Dorada, SUPER DUPER SHOOTING STAR ATTACK! The fans are thunderous again as all six men are down!

Dorada rises, the fans cheer him on, and he puts Titan in the ring. “This is Awesome!” as Dorada RAMS Titan, then slingshots to hop on! But Titan denies Code Red! Nick SUPERKICKS Dorada, then SUPERKICKS Titan! Dorada SUPERKICKS Nick! Nick stays up, he and Dorada DOUBLE SUPERKICK Takagi! But Takagi rebounds to DOUBLE PUMPING BOMBER! Mistico and Matt join in, they DOUBLE SUPERKICK Takagi! But he still DOUBLE PUMPING BOMBERS! The fans are thunderous again, but then The Bucks and El Sky Team all kip up! QUADRUPLE SUPERKICKS!! Everyone falls, but then everyone kips up!

Titan is back, but then he gets QUADRUPLE SUPERKICKS! Matt hits a DESTROYER on Mistico! Dorada hits a DESTROYER on Matt! Nick flips up, out, RAMS Dorada, then slingshots to DESTROYER! Dorada staggers up, but he falls back over! The fans are electric as once again, all six men are down! A standing count starts but The Bucks and El Sky Team go to the corners. Takagi fires up with “OI! OI! OI!” LARIAT on Nick! LARIAT on Matt! LARIAT on Dorada! LARIAT- NO, Mistico dodges to GAMANGIRI! Mistico puts Takagi up, GAMANGIRIS again, then climbs up! They go to the very tup, SUPER SPANISH FLY!! Cover, MACHO ELOBOW from Matt!

Titan hits LA LANZA on Matt! Nick 450 SPLASHES Titan! Dorada SHOOTING ASTAR PRESSES Titan AND Nick! The fans are electric, and this is just the main chard’s opener! Takagi fires boxing elbows with Mistico, but Mistico ducks ‘n’ dodges, to run and LA MYSTICA!! Takagi is caught in the FUJIWARA ARMBAR! But The Bucks and Titan all break it! The fans are torn but Takagi rises. Mistico CHOPS Takagi, but Takagi HEADBUTTS! They go forearm for forearm, but Titan KICKS Mistico’s leg! Titan goes up while Takagi brings Mistico up. They whip Mistico to the corner, LARIAT and feed to a TORNADO DDT! Titan rolls through to hoist Mistico up, and Takagi scoops, to a MICHINOKU DRIVER! Then LA LAZNA!! Cover, but Nick KICKS it! Then SUPERKICKS Takagi! Nick drags Mistico over, tags in, and he fires the fans back up! Nick brings Titan up to throw hands, but Titan hits back! Speaking of fighting back to a title opportunity, The Cleaner has been looking for just the right win to bring him back to the AEW World Championship. He lost to MJF at Dynasty, but will he beat ZSJ at Forbidden Door? Or will The Front Man prove Kenny is no longer the Best Bout Machine?

The bell rings and the fans fire up behind Kenny already. Some even lose their minds already seeing this match happening. Omega and ZSJ feel things out, move around, and Omega facelocks to then waistlock. ZSJ rolls, wrangles Kenny, covers, ONE! ZSJ waistlocks but Omega rolls to a cover, ONE! The two reset and the fans cheer. Omega and ZSJ feel things out, go shoulder to shoulder in a Test of Strength, and ZSJ eggs Omega on. Omega powers up, he bends ZSJ back, but ZSJ bridges! ZSJ shifts, slips Omega into a straitjacket, but Omega endures. Omega turns things around, but ZSJ rolls back to twist the knuckle locks.

Omega powers up again, turns things around and around, but ZSJ kicks an arm. Omega kicks the other, but ZSJ UPPERCUTS! Omega falls back to the corner, and the fans boo ZSJ flexing. ZSJ goes to Omega, snapmares him down, then NECK TWISTS! Omega writhes, the fans boo more, but ZSJ basement DROPKICKS Omega! ZSJ taunts the fans, then runs up to UPPERCUT! ZSJ bends Omega’s fingers, twists the wrist, and then the elbow! The fans boo as ZSJ tortures Omega’s arm, but ZSJ SLAMS the arm against the barriers! Omega staggers away but ZSJ pursues. The ref reprimands, he wants this in the ring. But Omega KICKS ZSJ in the side! Omega clears off the Spanish desk, just to SLAM the hood onto ZSJ! The fans fire up as Kenny gives it one more try, but ZSJ still fights! And he snatches Kenny into a FLYING OCTOPUS! ZSJ flips the fans off, but then they tip over and fall onto the armchairs! The fans cheer as ZSJ stands back up. ZSJ talks trash, but the ref has him move on. ZSJ puts the hood back on the desk! The fans cheer the politeness of ZSJ, and he waits on Kenny in the ring. Kenny slides in but ZSJ stands on him! ZSJ then goes to the apron, and he STOMPS the arm down! Kenny writhes but ZSJ just soaks up heat. ZSJ scuffs Kenny, has him on the ropes, then drags him up to wrench the arm. ZSJ UPPERCUTS the arm, then follows Kenny to the corner. The fans rally for Kenny but ZSJ wraps the arm around ropes! The fans fire up as Kenny lines up a shot, and he KICKS ZSJ in the side! Then the SLAM DUNK! The fans fire up for Kenny as he sees ZSJ bail out. The Terminator Drums start up and Kenny builds speed. Kenny FLIES and down goes ZSJ at the ramp! The fans fire up for Kenny again as he stands back up. Kenny drags ZSJ around, puts him in the ring, but he shakes out his bad arm. ZSJ crawls while Kenny climbs the corner, BLINDSIDE MISSILE DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! ZSJ survives but Kenny keeps cool. Kenny stands ZSJ up, reels him in, and hooks a leg. AOI SHODOU! ZSJ writhes, but he manages to roll away to the ropes.

Kenny has a target, and he says BANG! But ZSJ grabs the fingers and bends them! ZSJ wrenches Kenny for an ELBOW BREAKER! Then he wrenches again, ELBOW BREAKER! But Kenny snatches a full nelson! Kenny teetertotters things but ZSJ stacks! TWO, and ZSJ BUZZSAWS Kenny down! The fans boo but then Kenny eggs ZSJ on! ZSJ PENALTY KICKS! Kenny huffs ‘n’ puffs and rises up! ZSJ tries again but Kenny blocks! Kenny spins ZSJ to SNAP- NO, ZSJ slips through to hit the takedown! FUJIWARA! ZSJ then shifts, traps Kenny to bend the bad arm! Kenny endures the Disarmer, rolls through and finds the ROPEBREAK! The fans cheer this instant classic, and hope they “FIGHT FOREVER!” ZSJ grabs Kenny’s hand, twists the wrist then the arm, and he STOMPS it! The fans boo but ZSJ storms over to Kenny.

The fans are worried again, but ZSJ shifts through to a SLEEPER! The ref reprimands, Kenny claws at the crossbar, but ZSJ squeezes tight! So Kenny SUPER BACKPACK SENTONS!! Both men are down and the fans cheer again! A standing count begins, but both men are still down at 5 of 10. Kenny sits up, he rises to his feet, and the fans cheer as he huffs ‘n’ puffs and goes back to ZSJ. Kenny sits ZSJ up, and V-TRIGGERS! ZSJ is dazed but Kenny brings him back up. V-TRIGGER!! ZSJ flops over as the fans fire up again! Kenny lines up a shot, V- NO! ZSJ blocks the knee, and has an ANKLE LOCK! Kenny flips over to kick, kick, and KICK!

ZSJ returns to PENALTY KICK! Kenny returns to V-TRIGGER!! Then Kenny whips ZSJ, and V-TRIGGERS! Then the POISON-RANA!! ZSJ flops back down, Kenny crawls to a cover, TWO!! ZSJ survives but Kenny vows to end this now. Kenny reloads, BANG! V- NO, ZSJ dodges to O’Conner and BRIDGE, TWO!! Kenny escapes, and he hurries to CHOP! ZSJ drops but Kenny reels him in, STUFF PILEDRIVER! ZSJ sputters and flounders to the ropes, “This is Awesome!” as Kenny reloads. V-TRIGGER!! Then the Electric Chair Lift! ONE- NO, ZSJ slips through, pump handles, EURO CLUTCH!! TWO!!!

Kenny and ZSJ hurry to their feet, Kenny runs in, but into a scoop! ZACK DRIVER!! Cover, TWO!!! The fans are thunderous again as both men are down! Both men go to center, ZSJ grabs the wristlock, and he bends the fingers! Kenny tries to fight free but ZSJ SLAPS him! Kenny SLAPS back! ZSJ SLAPS, Kenny SLAPS, and the fans fire up as it is a SLAP fight! Then Kenny slips around, SNAP DRAGON! V-TRIGGER!! Electric Chair, ONE WINGEED- TRIANGLE HOLD!! Kenny fights but ZSJ keeps his shoulders up! Kenny fights around, even as ZSJ squeezes tight! The fans rally for Kenny as he high stacks, then deadlifts for a POWERBOMB!

Kenny brings ZSJ back up, with both wrists! KAMIGOYE!! A shoutout to Ibushi, and then Kenny tops it off with the Electric Chair! ONE WINGED ANGEL!!! Cover, Kenny wins!

AEW Continental Championship: Jon Moxley VS Bandido!

The Maniac may have helped Will Ospreay rebuild into something stronger and more dangerous, but now he defends his title to prove he still has his own edge. But will he be able to stop The Most Wanted? Or are we about to see the return of #Bandido2Belts?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who’s quicker on the draw!

The bell rings and the fans fire up already. Bandido has San Jose on his side as he circles with Moxley. They tie up, Moxley waistlocks, then he wrangles Bandido to the mat. Moxley floats to the facelock, Bandido trips Moxley to roll and facelock in return. Moxley wrenches free, wristlocks, but Bandido wrenches through. Moxley trips Bandido, but Bandido bridges. Bandido moves around, handsprings, and breaks free to finger gun. The fans cheer as the two reset. They tie up, Bandido wrenches and wristlocks, but Moxley rolls, breaks free, and he aims a finger gun, to then flip Bandido off. The fans boo but Bandido winds it up. The fans all shout, “PUTO~!”

Moxley gets on the corner, he soaks up the heat, then he flips off Bandido. The two tie up, go around, and Bandido trips Moxley to roll him. Bandido headlocks, Moxley powers up and out, but Bandido RAMS Mox! Moxley shakes that off, kicks and whips, but Bandido reverses. Bandido hurdles, Moxley leaps over, but Bandido kips up! The fans cheer the standoff, and Bandido says okay, Moxley’s a luchador or something now. Moxley draws a line in the sand and dares Bandido to hit him. Bandido CHOPS, then he dares Moxley to return it. Moxley CHOPS, the fans boo, but Bandido shakes it off. Bandido CHOPS back and the fans cheer!

Moxley CHOPS again, Bandido is stinging, but Moxley waits. Bandido comes back to CHOP, so Moxley fires a forearm! They go back and forth, Bandido gets the edge, but Moxley fires body shots. Moxley runs, but into a DROPKICK! Moxley bails out, Bandido builds speed, but Moxley rolls into the ring! Bandido goes up and out, but Moxley DROPKICKS Bandido down! Then Moxley DIVES! Direct hit on Bandido and the fans fire up! Moxley puts Bandido back in the ring, but Bandido FLIES! Down goes Moxley now and the fans fire up again! Bandido brings Moxley up, puts him in, and Bandido puts Moxley in a corner.

Bandido whips, runs in, but Moxley BOOTS him down! The fans are torn but Moxley TOSSES Bandido out. Moxley then goes to the steel steps and brings them around. Moxley stands Bandido up, brings him up the steps, and reels him in! The fans boo but Bandido fights the lift! Moxley still hits a FULL METAL PILEDRIVER!! The fans lose their minds while the ref hurries to check Bandido. Moxley goes into the ring and acts like he doesn’t understand the problem. The fans boo while Moxley shadow boxes. Bandido is somehow still conscious, so Moxley goes out to fetch him. Bandido is bloodied, just above the mask! And Moxley BITES the wound!

The fans tell Moxley he’s sick, but then he rips at the mask! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Moxley stops at 4. Moxley brings Bandido around, puts him in the ring, but the fans tell him off even more. Moxley CLAWS at Bandido’s mask again! The eye hole is opened up, exposing more of Bandido’s bloodied face! The fans boo but Moxley doesn’t care, he is the champ! Do something about it! Moxley then stomps Bandido, paces around, and he BOOTS Bandido back down. The fans boo but Moxley eggs Bandido on. Bandido slowly sits up, Moxley taunts him, and Bandido CHOPS! That wasn’t quite enough, and Moxley LARIATS Bandido down!

Moxley rains down fists and forearm shots on the bloody forehead! The fans boo as Moxley HAMMERS away! The ref stops Moxley there, but Bandido’s blood is painting his all white mask. Bandido goes to a corner, the fans rally up, but Moxley is right on him. Moxley climbs up to rain down fists! The fans boo, but some count, and Moxley stops at five just to talk trash. But Bandido lifts Moxley! Moxley throws more hands, and he finishes the TEN! But Bandido still lifts! Moxley throws elbows, but Bandido hits a JACKKNIFE POWERBOMB!! The fans are all fired up for Bandido while he and Moxley are down!

Moxley slowly sits up, as does Bandido. They slowly stand, and Bandido CHOPS! And CHOPS! The CHOPS go back and forth, but then Moxley ELBOW JABS! Bandido CHOPS, but Moxley BITES the forehead! the ref reprimands, but Moxley runs up, into a BOOT! Bandido goes up, up, and TORNILLO! The fans fire up as Bandido keeps moving, and he CLOBBERS Moxley! And CLOBBERS him again! Then he jumps up to rain down fists! The fans count all the way to DIEZ! But Moxley SHOVES Bandido! Bandido backflips through to SHOTGUN! Both men are down again as the fans fire back up! Bandido brings Moxley up and whips, but Moxley reverses.

Bandido pops Moxley up to throw him back, then SHINING WIZARD! Cover, TWO! Moxley survives, and does Moxley have a bloody nose or eyebrow? No, that’s Bandido’s blood painting him now. Bandido storms up on Moxley but Moxley KNEES low! Moxley runs, but Bandido gorilla presses! Then with one arm, he SLAMS Moxley down! The fans fire up as Bandido goes right up top! Bandido gives some Latino Heat for the FROG SPLASH, but onto knees! The fans boo but Moxley turns things back around on Bandido. Moxley fires back up, he and Bandido stand, and Moxley BOOTS! Bandido BOOTS in return!

Moxley BOOTS again, so Bandido BOOTS again! BOOT from Moxley, BOOT from Bandido, and repeat! Bandido roars, but Moxley dodges, only for Bandido to mule kick! Bandido then slips around, SNAP GERMAN! Moxley ends up on the ropes, Bandido deals the cards! BLACKJACK- LARIAT from Moxley! Moxley then underhooks for the DEATH RIDER DRIVER!! Cover, TWO?!? Bandido shocks everyone, and Moxley is pissed off! Moxley storms around but the fans are thunderous! Moxley aims his finger gun, then slashes his throat, vowing to end this. Moxley drags Bandido up, puts him in a corner, then climbs from the outside.

Moxley drags Bandido up to the top rope, and he underhooks! The fans freak out, but Bandido fights the hooks! The fans rally as Bandido fires body shots! Bandido then BITES Moxley’s forehead! Bandido goes to the very top, and he clinches Moxley for the MOONSAULT & BATTERY!! Cover, TWO!!! Moxley survives and Bandido is shocked, but San Jose knows “This is Awesome!” Moxley is on the ropes, Bandido shuffles and deals, BLACKJACK- NO, Moxley slips through and has the SLEEPER in the ropes!! The ref reprimands, but Moxley drags Bandido in! But Bandido rolls it back to a cover, TWO!! And Moxley holds onto the SLEEPER!!

Bandido flails, he reaches out, and fights to his feet. Moxley HAMMERS away with crossface forearms, then he clamps that SLEEPER back on! But Bandido rises, Moxley as his backpack! The fans fire up as Bandido marches his way around, then says a quick Catholic prayer, before the BACKPACK SENTON!! But Moxley holds on!! Now the body scissors are in! Bandido is OUT! Moxley wins!

Winner: Jon Moxley, by submission (still AEW Continental Champion)

Bandido’s Hail Mary did not win him the game, and Brody King hurries out here to check on his amigo. Moxley does push-ups just to prove he still has gas in the tank. But he does show Bandido respect by helping him sit up, setting the belt down, and offering a handshake. Bandido accepts, and even bows in respect. Moxley pats Bandido on the shoulder, then takes his leave. Bandido still won Moxley’s respect, but what is next for each champion as the summer heats up?

 

IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship: Shota Umino VS PAC!

The Roughneck had his Death Rider card revoked by Gabe Kidd, but it’ll be The Bastard that looks to take his title! Will Pac add insult to injury here in San Jose? Or will Shota’s Second Chapter continue to be about redemption?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see who truly embodies that fighting spirit!

The bell rings and Pac BOOTS Shota! Pac stomps a mudhole into Shota, then brings him around to TOSS him out. Shota stumbles to the English desk, but Pac whips him hard into LED barriers! They don’t have those in NJPW so Pac makes sure to whip Shota into more barriers as a proper introduction. Pac stomps Shota, the ring count climbs, but Pac refreshes it at 5. Pac stomps Shota, brings him up, and scoops to SLAM him on the floor! Shota writhes but Pac stalks him. Pac whips Shota into more barriers! Pac stalks Shota while the ring count climbs, and Pac puts Shota in the ring. Pac goes up the corner, aims at Shota, and he MISSILE DROPKICKS!

Pac kips up, the fans are torn, but Pac covers, TWO! Shota is tougher than that, but Pac clamps on a chinlock. Shota endures, the fans rally, but Pac puts on the pressure. Shota still fights up, powers up, and powers out. Pac BOOTS Shota, but Shota just scowls. Shota swings, but Pac dodges to kick and whip. Shota reverses and DROPKICKS Pac! The fans fire up as Pac goes to a corner. Shota rallies the fans, storms up on Pac, and he ROCKS, CHOPS, and repeat! But Pac turns things around to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Shota just stares Pac down! Shota puts Pac back in the corner for more forearms and chops! Shota CLUBS away, but the ref backs him off.

The fans fire up for Shota and he goes back to Pac. Shota whips corner to corner, then runs up, and UPPERCUTS! Shota reels Pac in, FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO! Not quite perfect, but Shota stays focused. Shota brings Pac up, reels Pac in, but Pac BACKDROPS! Shota sunset flips, TWO! Pac runs up, but into a drop toehold! Pac is on the ropes, Shota slingshots, APRON DDT! The fans fire up for Shota and he high-fives the front row. Shota then goes back to Pac, brings him up, but Pac is a ragdoll. The count is 6 of 20 per NJPW rules, but Shota puts Pac in the ring. Pac rolls away to the outside but the fans boo.

Shota is annoyed but he goes in around the way. The fans fire up as Shota runs up, and he SHOTGUNS Pac into barriers! The fans cheer as Shota gets some payback, and he drags Pac back up. Shota suplexes to put Pac on the railing, for a DRAPING DDT to the floor! The fans cheer but the ring count returns. Shota huffs ‘n’ puffs as he paces around, then he goes back to Pac. The fans rally as Shota puts Pac in at 7, then hurries to reel Pac in. POWERBOMB! High stack, TWO! Pac survives and the fans rally up. Shota stays focused, and he rallies the fans with “OI! OI! OI!” Shota aims from a corner, runs up, but into a CORNER BELLY2BELLY!

The fans are torn as Shota hits buckles and tumbles down, but Pac stomps away! The ref reprimands, Pac stops at 4, and Pac goes outside. Pac looks under the ring, and he brings out a TABLE! The fans are torn, they like tables but aren’t sure about this. But Shota CLUBS Pac! The fans are torn again, but the ref says no tables! This isn’t that kind of match! Shota thinks about it, but the fans say do it! Shota says yeah, let’s do it! Shota sets the table up, makes sure it’s nice and sturdy, but then Pac SUPERKICKS Shota! Shota staggers, the ref says win this in the ring, and Pac goes to the apron. Pac mule kicks from the apron, then QUEBRADA! Down goes Shota and the fans fire up!

Pac catches his breath, then brings Shota up. Pac puts Shota in at 4, and he watches Shota crawl to the corner. Pac drags Shota up, puts him on the top rope, then climbs up to the very top. Pac brings Shota up, for a SUPER DUPER OVERHEAD BELLY2BELLY!! Cover, TWO!! Shota survives and the fans rally up, but Pac grows frustrated. Pac talks trash on Shota, then on the fans. Pac taunts the champion to show him something. Shota rises up, and he winds up to fire a forearm, only for Pac to fire right back! Shota fires another but Pac ROCKS Shota! The fans boo but Shota huffs ‘n’ puffs. Shota and Pac trade shots again, and Shota falls!

The fans rally but Pac taunts them while he also scuffs Shota. Shota has a stoic look on his face but Pac pie faces him. Shota stands, the fans rally harder, and Shota fires forearms with Pac again! Shota gives as good as he gets this time, then he throws off his elbow pads! The forearms keep going, and Shota fires a flurry! But Pac SOBATS! Shota blocks a shot to ROCK Pac! Pac staggers, falls, but then Shota has to fall back to the ropes. Both men stand again, and Shota runs up on Pac! Pac dodges to SNAP GERMAN! But Shota’s right up! The fans cheer, but Pac dodges again, SNAP GERMAN! Shota roars, but then he falls back down!

Pac lifts Shota, Canadian Racks, and he hits RAZOR’S EDGE down through the table!! The fans lose their minds as Shota falls so far and so hard! Pac then hurries to get Shota back into the ring, and he climbs up the corner! 450 SPALSH! Cover, TWO!! Shota survives, but Pac puts him in THE BRUTALIZER!! Shota endures and the fans rally up, but Pac puts on the pressure! Shota fights, kicks, pushes back, and makes his way to the ROPEBREAK!! The fans cheer while Pac lets go in frustration. Pac puts Shota in a drop zone, goes back up the corner, but Shota rises! Pac leaps, Shota gest under! Pac rolls, comes back, but Shota spins him to ROLLING ELBOW!

Pac fires up as he stands, but Shota HEADBUTTS! And then from the corner, STRIKE KNEE!! Cover, TWO?!?! Pac survives one of Shota’s best shots, but Shota slaps himself back into this! The fans fire up with Shota and he builds speed, but Pac dodges! POISON-RANA! Shota stands, blocks a shot, but not the SUPERKICK! Pac runs, but into a pop-up, and a ROUGHNECK LARIAT!! Shota covers, TWO!! Pac survives again but Shota storms around! Shota brings Pac up, underhooks, and PARADIGM SHIFT! Then the fisherman and SECOND CHAPTER!! Cover, Shota wins!

Death Rider or not, #Shooter still finds a way! Will the Roughneck be ready for revenge on Gabe Kidd? Wait, Moxley returns, and he steps into the ring! Shota stumbles and backs up into his former mentor. Shota and Moxley stare down, champion to champion, but then HIROSHI TANAHASHI appears?! The fans fire up as President Ace is here! Tanahashi storms down to the ring, so Moxley and Pac take their leave. Tanahashi motions that if Moxley wants after Shota, he can. Tanahashi then personally puts the belt on Shota. The fans cheer, is this Tanahashi passing the torch to this generation’s ace?

 

AEW Women’s World Championship: Thekla VS Starlight Kid!

Once upon a time, The Toxic Spider was “The Idol Killer,” tearing down all the Stardom joshi (female wrestlers) she thought were too cute, too sparkly, and too soft to be in the ring. But the one woman she could not bring down was the Genius Girl Masked Idol. Add to that the animosity for Stardom’s management and her subsequent banishment, and now Thekla vows death to everything Stardom! Will Thekla finally get her win over Starlight Kid? Or will she instead face the consequences of her actions?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and one way or another, a score will be settled!

The bell rings and the fans fire up. The two circle, the fans duel and fire up more, then Thekla swings! Starlight dodges, cartwheels, whips, but Thekla reverses. Starlight DROPKICKS Thekla and Thekla bails out! The fans cheer, Starlight eggs Thekla on, but Thekla says everyone needs to chill out. Thekla storms in, but uses the ref as a shield! Thekla gets a cheap shot in, then stomps away on Starlight! The fans boo but Thekla talks a lot of trash. Thekla squats down to hook Starlight up in a CAMEL CLUTCH, but then she CLAWS at the mask! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but Thekla stops at 4.

Thekla stands Starlight up, but Starlight THROWS her down! Starlight HAMMERS away on Thekla, but Thekla turns things around, just not for long as Starlight turns it back on Thekla! Thekla goes to ropes, the fans rally for Starlight, and she whips. Theknla reverses, Starlight reverses back, but Thekla goes Spider-Woman in the ropes! Starlight runs up, but into a GAMANGIRI! Thekla taunts Starlight, but Starlight SHOTGUNS her to the floor!

The fans fire up for while Thekla staggers to her feet, and Starlight goes to the apron! But Thekla YANKS Starlight off the apron! The fans are torn but Thekla wags her finger at Starlight. Thekla drags Starlight up by her mask, brings her around the way, and then whips her into the railing! Thekla stalks Starlight to the Spanish desk, then rains down fists! The fans count to TEN, then Thekla grins as she pulls Starlight along by her mask. Thekla then THROWS Starlight into more railing, but right in front of Stardom President, Taro Okada! The fans are torn as Thekla gets in his face! The ref reprimands, but Starlight stops Thekla to SLAP her!

Thekla gets mad, and she BOOTS Starlight down! Thekla stomps away, then drags Starlight up by her mask. Thekla puts Starlight in the ring, kneels for a cover, TWO! The fans rally as Starlight toughs it out, but Thekla talks trash on everyone. Thekla drags Starlight up, then THROWS her across the way. Then THROWS her the other way, but Starlight cartwheels through! Only for Thekla to dodge the dropkick! Thekla stomps away on Starlight, then brings her back up. Thekla snapmares and basement SUPERKICKS! Cover, TWO! Okada cheers Starlight, but Thekla pulls on the mask. Starlight pulls on Thekla’s hair and the ref reprimands them both.

Thekla slaps Starlight around, then stalks her to the ropes. Thekla whips but Starlight springboards to CROSSBODY! Down goes Thekla, and Starlight cocky covers, TWO! The fans rally for Starlight, she steps on Thekla to then set up and STANDING MOONSAULT! Cover, TWO! Starlight keeps Thekla down, and LEG DROP KNEE SMASHES! Then Starlight brings the leg through the ropes for a HOTSHOT, then a DRAGON SCREW! The fans rally while Thekla writhes, but Starlight clamps on for a STRETCH MUFFLER! Thekla fights around, but ends up in NUMERO DOS! A shoutout to her mentor, but then Theknla CLAWS Starlight’s eyes!

Thekla hobbles, but Starlight runs up. Thekla BOOTS Starlight, then wraps on the HANGING HEADSCISSORS! The ref counts, the fans are torn, but Thekla lets go at 4. Thekla then goes to a corner, climbs up, but Starlight springs up to SUPER ARM-DRAG! The fans fire up again and Starlight pushes Thekla down. Starlight then goes up the corner herself, but Thekla stands! Thekla SMACKS Starlight, then goes up, up, and drops down into the ropes. Thekla ROCKS Starlight, then SPIDER SUPLEXES! The fans cheer as Thekla sits back up, talks some trash, but Starlight jumps up to DROPKICK! Thekla tumbles to the floor!

The fans fire up again as Starlight hurries after Thekla on the apron. Starlight stands Thekla up, chicken wings, but Thekla drops down to fight the Tiger Suplex! Thekla swings out to ROCK Starlight! Then she runs, but into a KNEE!! No spear for Thekla and the fans fire up! Starlight stands Thekla up, scoops her, and APRON NORTHERN LIGHTS BOMB!! Or rather, “Black Tiger’s Divine Punishment!” The fans fire up while Starlight drags Thekla back up. Starlight puts Thekla in, then brings Thekla in for the hook and FISHERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO!! Thekla survives, but the fans rally with Starlight!

Starlight steps on Thekla as she goes to the corner, then climbs up! OVER THE MOONSAULT FLOPS as Thekla dodges! Thekla then runs up, SPIDER SPEAR!! But that’s not enough, she CURB- NO! Starlight dodges, and comes back to BLINDSIDE DROPKICK! Both women are down, the ref starts a standing count, and the fans rally up. The two rise up at 6 of 10, get face to face, and the fans rally up again. Starlight fire a forearm, but Thekla gives it back. The fans rally and duel as the forearms keep going! Both women stand, and the forearms keep going! Starlight gets the edge but Thekla just eggs her on.

Thekla ROCKS Starlight, but Starlight fires a flurry! Starlight rains down shots, then winds up to SMACK Thekla! Starlight runs, but Thekla DECKS her! Thekla then hobbles, runs, and BOOT WASHES Starlight in the ropes! Then another BOOT sends Starlight back into the ring! Thekla climbs again, and CROSSBODIES! Cover, TWO! Starlight survives and the fans rally again. Thekla roars, the fans fire up, and Thekla spider-walks around. Starlight rises, into a SPIDER- NO, Starlight dropkicks the legs out! Then she gets the STRETCH MUFFLER!! NUMERO DOS!! Thekla endures, even as Starlight lifts her off the mat!

Starlight SWINGS Thekla around in the Muffler! Then the SLAM, and NUMERO DOS!! Theklna still fights with her free arm, but Starlight shifts into the MUFFLER TRIANGLE!! Thekla fights, fights, and manages the ROPEBREAK!! Starlight lets go in frustration while the fans continue to duel. Starlight vows to end this, and she brings Thekla up. Scoop and DIVINE PUNISHMENT!! Cover, TWO?!? Thekla survive and shocks Starlight! But then Starlight drags Thekla to a drop zone, steps on her and goes up top! The fans fire up as Starlight goes OVER THE MOONSAULT!! Cover, TWO?!?!? Thekla survives and Starlight is shocked again!

“This is Awesome!” as Starlight roars! Starlight drags Thekla up, chicken wings, and TIGER- NO, Thekla flails, switches, O’Conner Roll, and BRIDGE! TWO?!?!? Starlight escapes with nanoseconds to spare! Thekla and Starlight DOUBLE ROCK each other! Starlight runs, but Thekla goes Matrix! SPIDER SPEAR!! Cover, TWO?!?!? Thekla has no idea what to make of this, but she’s pissed! Thekla waits on Starlight, runs in, CURB STOMP!! Thekla says it’s NOT over, she wants more! She makes sure President Okada sees this second CURB STOMP!! Cover, Thekla wins!

Winner: Thekla, by pinfall (still AEW Women’s World Champion)

The Toxic Spider put all her poison into that last shot, and she finally overcomes one of her greatest rivals! The Triangle of Madness joins her in the ring, and Thekla sits Starlight up. Julia hands Thekla a pair of scissors?! The fans boo as Thekla threatens to cut up the mask! She starts cutting away, and she SNATCHES the mask! The ref hurries to cover Starlight with a towel, and Thekla hocks up a LOOGY into the mask! The fans boo but Thekla makes sure to SHOVE that mask into Okada’s face! And even SMACK him with it! Thekla continues to add insult to injury, but will anyone ever stop her bad behavior?

 

AEW World Tag Team Championships: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage VS David Finlay & Clark Connors!

The Rated R Superstar & Captain Charisma survived a New York Street Fight with FTR to not only stay a tag team, but to once again be world tag team champions. However, it was out of the fire and into the dog pound as The Rebel & 100 Proof staked their claim. Finlay & Connors have been mocking the team that reeks of awesomeness, but will they regret getting on C&C’s bad side? Or will we truly enter the dog days of summer?

Speaking of mocking C&C, Finlay & Connors strike their five second pose on the stage for the photographers, but then they just beat the photographers up! But the fans in San Jose sing out Metalingus, and Cope is all fired up for it! And then Christian makes his entrance. The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see who the top dogs are in AEW!

The teams sort out, Christian starts against Connors, and the two circle. They tie up, are in a deadlock, then break. They circle again, tie up, and Connors powers Cage back. Christian turns things around, Connors turns them back, but the ref counts. Connors backs off, but Christian dodges the cheap shot. Christian then flips Connors off and the fans cheer. The two reset, tie up, but Connors KNEES low! Connors ROCKS Christian, fires more shots, then CHOPS! And body shots! Connors CLAWS Christian’s face, the ref counts, and Connors stops. Connors whips, but he stays back as Christian goes up and over. Christian mule kicks, then FLYING SUNSET FLIPS! TWO!

The fans cheer as the two stand off, and Christian says it was that close. The two tag to Finlay and Cope and the fans fire up again. Cope and Finlay circle, tie up, and go around. Finlay powers Cope back, Cope turns things around, and the two break. The two reset, tie up, and Cope headlocks. Finlay powers up and out, but Cope RUNS him over! Things keep moving, and Cope drops down for the headlock. The fans cheer while Finlay endures. Finlay rolls to a cover, TWO, and Cope holds on. Finlay fights up, pulls hair, and he headlocks back. Cope powers up and out, but Finlay RUNS him over! But Cope avoids the elbow drop!

The fans cheer as Cope then drop toeholds Finlay, and he drags Finlay over. Tag to Christian, they whip and scoop for the SIDEWALK SLAM DDT! Connors storms in but Christian kicks him first, to then THROW Connors down into Finlay’s pot o’ gold! Christian then puts Connors into a corner, and he rains down fists, going way past TEN, maybe to about TWENTY! The fans cheer, but now Finlay wants mercy? The fans boo that, but Finlay offers a handshake to apologize. But Christian denies Connors’ sneak attack! Christian DECKS Finlay, rushes Connors, but Connors dodges! Christian POSTS himself!

The fans boo as Christian falls to the floor, clutching his arm. Connors stomps away on Christian, then whips him into the POST! Cope hurries over but the ref has him stay back. Finlay fetches Christian into the ring, then covers, TWO! Finlay keeps Christian down with a facelock, then KNEES him in the side! And KNEE DROPS the arm! Finlay wrenches the bad arm, bends the fingers, then isolates the arm for a STOMP! The fans boo while Christian writhes, but Finlay looms over him. Finlay CLAWS Christian’s face, then stands him up. Christian CHOPS, Finlay throat chops Christian, then Finlay stomps away in the corner.

The fans boo but Finlay soaks up that heat. Finlay tags Connors, and they isolate the arm so Connors can STOMP it! Christian writhes but Connors looms over him. Connors clamps on with a top wristlock, but Christian endures and reaches out. The fans rally, Christian fights up, and Christian fires body shots. Christian runs, but Connors grabs the arm, ARMBAR DDT! The fans boo again but Connors looms over Christian. Connors grabs the bad arm, wrenches, then Finlay tags in. Christian gets away, and he BACKDROPS Finlay! Christian crawls for his corner, but Finlay stays in the way! Finlay WRINGS the bad arm!

Finlay steps on the bad arm, mocks Cope being rock ‘n’ roll, then stomps the bad arm. Finlay puts Christian in the corner, ROCKS him with a forearm, then another forearm. Finlay stomps Christian, then argues with the ref, But Connors BURNS Christian with a match! The fans boo but the ref misses it all! Finlay drags Christian up, fires forearms, but Christian fires back! Christian ELBOWS Connors and LARIATS Finlay  down! The fans rally as Christian crawls, but Connors goes around to YANK Cope down! The fans boo again, but then Finlay TOSSES Christian out. Finlay whips Christian into the steel steps!

The fans boo but The Dogs trap Christian’s arm under steel steps! Finlay stands on the steps just enough, then Connors runs up! But Cope BLASTS Connors first! Finlay rushes up but Cope HOTSHOTS Finlay! Cope gets Christian in the ring, then hurries to his corner! Christian crawls, but Finlay grabs legs! Christian hops up, and he pokes Finlay in the eye! Hot tag to Cope! The fans fire up as Cope rallies on The Dogs! BACKDROP for Finlay, BOOT for Connors! Finlay is back but Cope kicks for the IMPALER! Cover, TWO! Finlay survives but the fans rally behind Cope. Cope aims from a corner, runs up, but Finlay hurdles the spear!

Cope hits buckles, Connors is back, The Dogs DOUBLE SHOULDER TACKLE Cope! The fans boo but The Dogs now aim from opposite corners. Cope stands, but Cope trips Connors! Cope BOOTS Finlay, Christian sends Connors into a desk! Christian then stands on Finlay on the ropes! The ref counts, Christian steps off, but Cope SPALSEHS! Christina slingshots, but Connors RAMS him into barriers! Cope hurries out after Connors, Connors plays cat ‘n’ mouse, then ducks ‘n’ dodges, HIGH LOW from The Dogs!! Cover, TWO!! Cope survives and the fans fire up! Finlay staggers to his feet, and he coordinates with Connors.

Connors climbs up a corner while Finlay reels Cope in. Finlay suplexes, but Cope fights it! Cope suplexes Finlay into Connors! The fans fire up while Connors falls! Finlay writhes but Cope takes aim again! SPEAR gets a kick! Finlay runs, but Cope pops Finlay up for Christian’s SPEAR!! Cover, but Connors CLOBBERS Christian onto the ref! The fans boo but everyone is down! Cope goes to a corner, Connors lines up a shot. Connors grins as he and Cope stare down. They dare each other to take a shot, and the fans fire up! Both men load up, and they both run in, DOUBLE SPEAR!!! The fans go nuts as both men fall from that head-on collision!

Wait! Finlay has his shillelagh! The fans boo as Finlay winds up, SHILLELAGH SHOT on Christian!! The fans boo harder but it doesn’t matter, Finlay just reloads. Cope rises, but the lights go out!? And when the lights come back up, it’s THE BANG BANG GANG! Juice Robinson, Ace Austin & The Gunns are on stage, but then the “SHING” sound effect! JAY WHITE IS IN THE RING! Finlay knows it, too, but there’s nothing he can do about it! The Switchblade snatches The Rebel into the BLADERUNNER!! The fans are thunderous as White says go right ahead. Cope smiles and loads up, SPEAR on Finlay!! The ref is back to count the cover, COPE & CAGE WIN!

2026 Women’s Owen Hart Memorial Tournament Finals: Mercedes Mone VS Maya World!

Willow Nightingale went down with injury, The CEO used that moment to return, and now it is The CEO who has the chance to be a TWO-TIME Queen of Harts! On the flipside, Sareee was not medically cleared to compete, giving #ThatGirl the chance to show the world what she’s made of! And while Maya may have seen Mone as a role model once upon a time, this is a very different Cinderella Story. Will Maya derail the Money Train? Or will history be made by dashing her dreams?

The bell rings, San Jose cheers on “C E O!” But then they boo as she pie faces Maya. Maya pie faces back! Maya then catches Mone’s arm to a backslide, TWO! Maya rolls Mone again, TWO! Mone runs up but into a third roll up, ONE!! The fans fire up and Maya eggs Mone on. Mone swings but Maya blocks! Maya kicks but Mone blocks! But Maya blocks the knee to scoop! Mone slips free, shoves, but Maya rolls under the lariat! Maya whips Mone to ropes as the fans duel, but Mone ducks ‘n’ dodges. Mone whips, Maya cartwheels over, and Maya throws up the M. Mone gets mad, she runs up to tilt-o-whirl and RANA, but Maya cartwheels through!

The fans are torn as Maya mocks Mone’s CEO dance! Mone stays cool, but Maya points out the dueling from the fans. Mone runs up, Maya drop toeholds, then she kicks Mone. Maya whips, Mone reverses, but Maya goes up and over. Maya then runs the ropes, Mone follows, but Maya tiger feints through the ropes to dodge! Mone tumbles out of the ring while the fans fire up again! Maya then goes to the apron and CANNONBALLS Mone back down! The fans fire up as Maya stands tall on top of the steps! Maya fetches Mone, puts her on the apron, but then Mone tiger feint kicks in return! Mone says, “OW!” then storms up on Maya.

Mone puts Maya in the ring while the fans duel again. Mone runs up on Maya, but Maya goes Matrix! Maya then runs, springboards, and FLYING ARM-DRAGS into the lateral press, and then she wants the arms! Mone fights off a crossface, slips out the back, only for Maya to avoid the blindside lariat! The fans cheer as the two stand off. Mone is a bit frustrated, but she nods, acknowledging Maya’s skills. Maya needs a moment for her ring gear, but Mone uses that to go after her! Mone TOSSES Maya to the apron, then BOOTS her down! The ref reprimands but Mone just smiles. Mone soaks up the cheers and jeers, then goes out to fetch Maya.

Mone puts Maya in the ring, covers, TWO as Maya goes Matrix again! But Mone THROWS Maya down by her hair! The ref reprimands but the fans cheer. Mone digs her boots into Maya, backs off as the ref counts, and Mone does her CEO Dance. Mone runs back up on Maya, but Maya catches her! The fans duel as Maya runs Mone all the way to the other corner! Then a cradle, roll through, and BRAINBUSTER! The fans fire up while Maya covers, TWO! Mone survives but Maya goes to the corner. Maya climbs, but Mone ROCKS her! Mone climbs up but Maya CLUBS her! Maya brings Mone up but Mone fiers body shots!

Mone HOTSHOTS Maya off the buckle, then goes back up! The fans rally as Mone aims, APRON METEORA! Maya flops to the floor and the fans are torn, but Mone smiles as she aims again. METEORA to the floor! Mone smiles again as she soaks it all up. Mone puts Maya in the ring, goes up the corner again, and METEORAS for a third time! Cover, TWO! Maya survives the trifecta but Mone stays focused. Mone stalks Maya to a corner, digs her boot in, but stops as the ref counts. Mone runs up, DOUBLE KNEES, then snapmares Maya around and around. Mone runs and BASEMENT METEORAS! Cover, TWO! Maya clutches her head but Mone drags her back up.

Mone TOSSES Maya back out, then lets her stay out there. The fans are torn but Mone continues to revel in it. The ref checks on Maya, but Mone talks trash that Maya was not prepared for tonight. Mone waits on Maya, talks some trash, then does her own ring count. The ref says that count doesn’t count! Mone speeds up just to troll Maya and the ref, then goes out to fetch Maya anyway. Mone flips off the fans, she was never letting it get to ten. Mone brings Maya up, wraps her up in a straitjacket, then hits the BACKSTABBER! Mone holds onto Maya but the fans continue to duel. Maya fights up, and she RAMS Mone into the corner!

Mone holds on, and she THROWS Maya into the corner. Mone then digs her boot in, but the ref counts. The fans boo, Mone stops at 4, then Mone goes out to swing in, but into an UP KICK! Mone staggers, Maya runs up, sunset flip! TWO, but Maya kicks low. Maya whips, Mone goes up and over to catch Maya and gut wrench! But Maya kicks and flails to turn things around! Mone slips free, gut wrenches again, but Maya turns it around again! Only for Mone to victory roll and STOMP 182! Mone hurries to cover, TWO! Mone is frustrated again, but she tells Maya is pathetic, and she’ll never beat her! The fans duel harder as Maya stands up!

Maya fires a flurry of forearms and she HAMMERS Mone down! The fans fire, and Maya runs, only for Mone to THROW her down! But Maya UP KICKS, victory rolls, and STOMP 182! Mone sputters and flounders but Maya still has to catch her breath, too. Both women rise as the fans rally up, and Maya runs up to wrench and SOBAT! BOOT! ENZIGIRI! Mone goes to the ropes, Maya runs up, but she has to dodge! SHOTGUN BOOT and down goes Mone! The fans fire up for Maya as she runs back in, springboards and CUTTERS! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives but Maya is not deterred! Her gear is falling apart, though…

Maya runs to SHINING WIZARD! Cover, but Mone already has the ropes! Maya is frustrated, she grabs at Mone, but Mone clings to ropes. Mone UP KICKS, then she YANKS Maya into ropes! Mone hurries to reel Maya in for a BIG suplex! That’s just Una Amiga, and the fans boo as Mone hits Dos Amigas! Mone revels in the mixed reaction as she hits THREE AMIGAS! San Jose cheers “EDDIE! EDDIE!” while Mone brings Maya to a drop zone. Mone steps all over Maya just because, then she goes up the corner. The fans are torn as Mone takes aim, FROG SPLASH but onto knees! Mone flounders away, but Maya scoops her to a cradle! TWO!!

Mone stands, Maya spins, but Mone snatches Maya into the STATEMENT MAKER!! Maya fights around, reaches out, shifts her position just enough, and makes the ROPEBREAK, to then kick off into a jackknife bridge! TWO!! Mone runs up but Maya dodges, and she DECKS Mone! The fans fire up as Mone staggers back to her feet, and Maya scoops to FALL AWAY PLEX! Bridge and roll through, for another FALL AWAY PLEX! But then another roll through! Maya says one more! But Mone flails, so Maya FALL AWAY SLAMS Mone outta the ring! The fans are thunderous as Maya stands tall!

Maya then builds speed and DIVES! Down goes Mone again! The fans fire up with Maya, she gets Mone back in, and she goes up the corner. Maya aims for a SWANTON BOMB! Cover, TWO!! Mone survives, and scrambles away to the corner even! Maya seethes but the fans are still fired up. Maya storms up, but Mone UP KICKS! Mone goes up, catches Maya for DEADLY NIGHTSHADE, then goes back up. Maya blocks the second helping to then tuck Mone in! CHEEKY NANDOS! Then she runs up, jumps up, and FLYING SUNSET- NO, Mone clings to the ropes! Mone rains down fists, then hops down onto Maya to bring her up!

Maya fights the lift, Mone brings her back up, but she just can’t lift! So she THROWS Maya by her hair into the buckles! Then Mone runs to get the speed needed, SUNSET BUCKLE BOMB! The fans fire up as Mone runs back in, METEORA! Mone drags Maya to a cover, TWO!! Maya survives again and Mone is starting to crack. Mone regains her composure, then she drags Maya up. Mone gut wrenches, throws some short knees, then CIPHER- SPIKE RANA from Maya!! Maya gest up, rolls and bridges, TWO! Mone has the arms hooked, they roll and roll, then stand up! Mone Gory Especials for the MONEY MAKER!! Cover, TWO!?!?

The fans are thunderous and Mone is confused as Maya survives! The dueling is as strong as it’s ever been, but Mone tunes it out as she brings Maya up. Mone turns Maya again, Gory Especial, but Maya slips free, rolls and EURO CLUTCH! TWO!! Mone stands, Maya kicks, but Mone blocks! Mone KNEES Maya, then runs up, but Maya clings to ropes! No Backstabber, and Maya DUMPS Mone to the apron! Maya goes to the apron, runs up on Mone, and FLYING SUNSET FLIP BOMB to the floor!! The fans are thunderous again while Mone flounders. Maya goes to the apron again, for the ASAI MOONSAULT!

The fans fire up again as Maya gets another direct hit! Maya puts Mone in the ring, then hurries up the corner! WORLD SAULT! Cover, TWO!!! Mone survives and no one can believe it! Some blame the ref but Mone is just that tough! Maya hurries to the corner, runs up on Mone, but Mone catches her for the roll and bridge! TWO, they roll, roll, and Maya has the STATEMENT MAKER!! Mone flails while the fans go nuts!! Mone still has her arms free, but Maya pulls on that Just Facelock! Mone claws at the mat, drags Maya along, and the fans duel even harder! Maya kicks off the ropes a la Mone! But Mone rolls through! STATEMENT MAKER on Maya!!

The fans freak out as Maya flails and reaches out! Maya claws at the hold, claws at the mat, but Mone traps an arm! Maya endures, reaches out with her legs and free hand, then powers free of the arm trap! The fans are thunderous as Maya is fingertips away! But Mone rolls her to a ghost pin! TWO, and Maya has it! TWO!! Mone stands up, Maya dodges her, and then scoops her! But Mone powers out to switch, and HAMMERLOCK BACKSTABBER!!! STATEMENT MAKER!!! Maya endures, but Mone BENDS her in half! MAYA TAPS, MONE WINS!!

The first TWO-TIME, and BACK-TO-BACK Queen of Harts, and it is none other than The C E O! The pyro goes off as Mone rightfully holds up the belt, and she is now going All In! Will Mone rebuild her treasury as she goes after the AEW Women’s World Championship later this summer?

 

Backstage interview with Athena.

Renee Paquette is with the ROH Women’s World Champion as she discusses the amazing match we just saw from Mone VS Maya, and how Mone is now the historic two-time Queen of Harts. What is her reaction? Athena says clearly, the better woman won. Is Renee dumb? Athena would say she’s surprised, but she’s not. It’s all because of this paradox. Athena is the GREATEST champion of all time, yet her pupils are filled with constant disappointment and regret. AEW World Championship Stakes, 12 Man Steel Cage Tag Match: Team Briscoe VS Team #DCMJF!

The Sussex County Chicken knows he is a Child of God, and we all know he is a good man, but when it comes do dealing with the Scumbag that holds the AEW World Championship, the devil on his shoulder gets a little louder. And because MJF loves making people jump through hoops, Briscoe decided to make MJF step inside the cage! A custom-made 4.5 METRIC TONS of steel for a powerful, circular cage, specially designed to contain all the anger, violence, and hate this dirty dozen can bring! But can Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, Konosuke Takeshita and Darby Allin win Briscoe his title shot? Or will “The Devil” benefit from the deal he made with The Jackal?

The introductions are made, the battlelines have been drawn, and we see who survives stepping through “Death’s Door!”

Don Callis kicks NJPW’s Walker Stewart off commentary just so he can join commentary. The bell rings and the brawl is on! The fans are thunderous as Andrade RAMS Cassidy into a corner, Roddy trades shots with Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher TOSSES Konosuke, Briscoe brawls with Jake Doyle, Kevin Knight goes after Darby, and Kyle O’Reilly throws hands on MJF! Things spill outside, but Andrade keeps Cassidy in one corner while O’Reilly throws hands on MJF in the other. Briscoe and Konosuke turn things around on Doyle and Fletcher. Konosuke sends Fletcher into the steel and the fans fire up!

Fletcher kicks Konosuke in return, and we see Briscoe step back into the ring. Briscoe runs up on MJF but MJF bails out! The fans boo but Briscoe just changes plans and WRECKS Knight with a dropkick! Then Briscoe aims from the apron, only for MJF to LARIAT! The fans boo but MJF just soaks up the heat. Darby CLUBS away on Knight, puts him in the ring, and Andrade fireman’s carries O’Reilly to hit SNAKE EYES off the apron! Doyle APRON POWERBOMBS Darby, then brings him back up to BOMB into the steel! The fans boo as Doyle roars. Doyle lifts Knight onto his shoulder to celebrate already.

MJF stomps Konosuke, Okada whips Roddy into steel, and now they start looking under the ring. Knight brings out a table! The fans are torn because they like tables but despise The Jet. Okada and Fletcher take turns sending Briscoe into the cage, then Fletcher helps Andrade set up some tables. They mug Briscoe, SMACK him off the table, then Knight & Doyle stomp Cassidy. They get another table out, and wait, it’s a golden table with the Team DCMJF poster on it! The fans boo that picture, but Doyle brings the golden table around the way. Doyle stomps and CHOKES Darby, then THROWS Briscoe into the steel!

The fans tell Callis off, but Knight & Doyle set the tables up. MJF soaks up the heat, but then Andrade stands in front of him. The fans cheer El Idolo! Andrade goes to take off the pants, but MJF says stop that! They start arguing, shoving, but the rest of the team hurries in! The fans cheer as the team is already falling apart, and Roddy comes back with a GIANT duffel bag! It’s for hockey equipment, apparently, and Roddy is CHECKING guys left and right with it! Well, this is the “Shark Tank,” after all. But then Okada BOOTS Roddy down! Briscoe & O’Reilly go after Okada, and the UPPERCUT knocks him down!

The Conglomeration brings their backpacks out, and O’Reilly has an old school Super Nintendo! The fans cheer, and Briscoe plays defense as O’Reilly hands out controllers. They use those to SMACK and LASH Team DCMJF! The fans cheer, but then Fletcher KICKS and CHOPS! Fletcher runs, but into a CONTROLLER CLOTHESLINE! The fans cheer as O’Reilly blows on the cartridge before putting it in. Time to play! O’Reilly CLOBBERS Fletcher with the SNES! The fans cheer, and now Briscoe opens his backpack. Briscoe brought… THUMBTACKS! The fans cheer as Briscoe brings it back to that Tacks ‘n’ Tables match!

Fletcher is busted open from that SNES shot, and now O’Reilly & Briscoe bring him over! But Doyle makes the save! The fans boo but Doyle whips Briscoe, only for Briscoe to reverse! Doyle tumbles out of the ring, Roddy WRECKS him with a dropkick! But then Doyle hoists Roddy up! And SWINGS him into the steel again and again! But then Briscoe DIVES! Down goes Doyle and the fans fire up! O’Reilly CHOKES Fletcher with the controller wire, but then Fletcher scoops! LAWN DART into buckles! Fletcher gets the controller off him, he’s too young for a SNES. Briscoe UPPERCUTS Fletcher, then goes up. But Fletcher GAMANGIRIS!

Fletcher RIPS Briscoe’s shirt off, and uses the beard to THROW Briscoe onto the tacks!! The fans go nuts, and then Darby JAMS Fletcher with the skateboard! And then SMACKS him on the back! Darby tosses the board, but MJF CLAWS Darby’s eyes! The fans boo but MJF soaks it up. MJF brings Darby up, whips, but Darby KCIKS! MJF wobbles, Darby fires hands, and MJF flails to avoid the tacks! Darby runs, but MJF BACKDROPS Darby onto the tacks! Cover, TWO! Darby survives, but he has tacks in his hands and face! The fans lose their minds, but then MJF grabs a broom! MJF kicks Darby out, and he sweeps the tacks away.

The fans boo but MJF flips them off. MJF makes sure every last tack is out of the ring, and the fans tell him off. MJF then soaks up that heat, but Cassidy LOW BLOWS him with the broom! The fans cheer as MJF gets what he deserves! Now what’s in Cassidy’s backpack? He brings out… a bag of oranges! And a note that says, “Good luck tonight! – Willow” The Babe with the Power is with The Conglomeration in spirit, and they get a hydration break with the oranges. Even the ref has one! The fans cheer Willow, but Fletcher SLAPS the bag down! The fans boo, but O’Reilly kicks Fletcher! Roddy and Briscoe hold Fletcher’s hands back as Cassidy brings out an orange slice!

Cassidy freshly squeezes the orange juice into Fletcher’s eyes and bloody forehead!! IT BURNS~! The fans tell Cassidy he’s suck but Andrade & Okada go after The Conglomeration! Okada tosses Briscoe, Roddy and O’Reilly while Andrade lifts Cassidy. But Cassidy RANAS Andrade up and out of the ring! Now O’Reilly is busted open, but Konosuke steps to Okada! The fans fire up as Okada takes off that stupid Team DCMJF shirt, and the two start throwing forearms! San Jose is on Konosuke’s side, but then Okada UPPERCUTS! Konosuke fires himself up, then fires boxing elbows on Okada! And the ALPHA ELBOW knocks Okada down!

The fans fire up again, and now Konosuke opens HIS backpack! The Alpha decided to bring… A MIDDLE FINGER! Okada does have to laugh, but then Konosuke dodges the shot to ALPHA ELBOW! Fletcher half nelsons! Konosuke breaks free, runs, but into a BOOT! Fletcher dodges, Konosuke dodges, but Fletcher SNAP HALF ‘N’ HALF SUPLEXES! Then GAMANGIRI in the corner! Fletcher suplexes, Konosuke lands out, but Okada has him! RAIN- NO, Konosuke dodges, and Okada almost hits Fletcher! But then Konosuke SHOVES Okada into Fletcher! And then BLUE- NO, Okada slips free, dragon sleepers for the inverted suplex!

But wait, Konosuke turns that around! Okada turns it back around, but Konosuke ducks, and the SUPERKICK hits Okada! Then Konosuke waistlocks Fletcher, only for Fletcher to switch. Konosuke switches again, Fletcher reaches out to Okada, but ends up grabbing Okada in a waistlock! Konosuke DOUBLE GERMAN SUPLEXES #Protokada! The fans are thunderous and Callis is furious! Knight checks on Fletcher, but then turns around to see Darby! Darby snarls and the fans fire up. Darby and Knight fire fast ‘n’ furious fists and the fans are loving it! Knight CLAWS Darby’s face, stomps away in the corner, and he digs his boot in!

Knight tells the fans don’t boo him, this is his house! Knight runs back in, but Darby BOOTS Knight! And then SHOTGUNS him! Darby runs back up, hops on, CODE RED! Knight is down and the fans fire up for Darby! Darby headbutts buckles to fire up, then climbs the corner, only for Doyle to trip him up! Then Doyle picks up a chair to SMACK Darby! Darby falls into the Tree of Woe, and Doyle tells The Jet to fly! Doyle puts a chair in front of Darby while Knight goes up, and Knight goes FULL METAL COAST2COAST!! The fans go nuts, Knight covers Darby, but Briscoe breaks it! And he WRECKS Doyle with a dropkick!

“This is Awesome!” as Briscoe bobs ‘n’ weaves then UPPERCUTS! Knight rebounds, but into the EXPLODER! The fans fire up with Briscoe, but MJF CHUCKS a chair into Briscoe’s face! The fans boo but MJF just soaks it all up. MJF kicks things out of the way but the fans tell MJF off. MJF mocks the fans, brushes them off, then brings Briscoe up. Briscoe is bloodied, and MJF DIGS his fingers into the forehead wound! Briscoe sputters, and MJF puts the Dynamite Diamond Ring on his finger. MJF has Okada throw Cassidy around, then tells him to open that duffel bag! It’s gotta have some sick kickass weapon inside.

Okada opens the hockey bag, and IT’S LIO RUSH!! The fans are thunderous seeing the Problem Child! And he says, “It’s fine! The rain! The rain~!” Okada IS the Rainmaker… But then Lio BITES Okada’s hand! Lio goes to the ring, HANDSPRING KICKS Okada down, then avoids Knight! And avoids him again, and again, and again! The fans chant “It’s Fine!” as Lio rolls Knight for the DREAMCAST KICK! Fletcher runs up, but Lio dodges him! Andrade storms in, Lio says it’s fine, and Andrade asks, “How you know?!” The fans love this! Andrade whips, but into RUSH HOUR! The fans fire up again as Lio then DIVES onto Knight and into the steel!

Lio then goes back to the ring, and MJF is there. Lio wants the ring! MJF moves his hand, Lio watches it. MJF keeps Lio distracted and Okada gets him! Ripcord and RAINMAKER! MJF is fired up, and now he TOSSES Lio back out! Put him BACK in the bag! Doyle shoves Lio back into the bag, but Lio flails and resists. Knight helps out, and the fans boo as MJF even stomps Lio to get him in the bag! Doyle finds a chain and he wraps the bag up! Cassidy goes to save Lio! But DCMJF mugs Cassidy! They shove Lio under the ring to keep him trapped! Briscoe is up, he eggs DCMJF on, and he rallies with fast hands! The fans fire up as Briscoe DECKS opponent after opponent!

O’Reilly sends a ladder in, and Briscoe equips it! LADDER COPTER! The fans cheer the Terry Funk tribute! Briscoe CLOBBERS Knight, CLOBBERS O’Reilly, and almost gets Andrade, to then CHUCK the ladder at him! The fans are fired up as Briscoe just keeps spinning! Briscoe CHUCKS the ladder, MJF avoids it, but now the team captains step up! MJF takes off the shirt, runs up, and the brawl is in! Briscoe gets the better of MJF with that, then calls his shot. But Doyle CLOBBERS Briscoe! O’Reilly fires off a strike fest, but Doyle blocks a kick to ROCK him! Doyle runs, into a JUMP KNEE! O’Reilly stumbles, Doyle ROCKS him from the apron!

But t hen Roddy has Doyle! O’Reilly BOOTS Doyle into the ANGLE SLAM down through a table! O’Reilly then gives Andrade a kick low, for the AX ‘N- NO! Andrade uses a chair as a shield to block the smash! Andrade BOOTS O’Reilly into a corner, and then he takes off the gloves. Andrade gets a chair, pushes it into O’Reilly’s face, and he runs corner to corner! FULL METAL CIEN KNEES!! O’Reilly flounders away, Andrade soaks up the heat, but Konosuke hits Andrade with a POISON-RANA! Okada is back, he hooks Konosuke to a backslide, then roll through! Konosuke dodges the lariat but not the DROPKICK!

The fans rally up again as Okada stalks Konosuke to the apron. There’s an other table waiting there, and Okada brings Konosuke up. Okada gut wrenches, but Konosuke fights it! Konosuke BACKDROPS Okada onto the apron! The fans fire up as Konosuke then WAGAMAMA KNEES! But Fletcher SUPERKICKS Konosuke! Fletcher reels Konosuke in, suplexes, but Konosuke fights free! Konosuke wrenches, reels, and BLUE THUNDER BOMB down through the table!!! Callis is freaking out but the fans are loving it! Callis checks on Fletcher but the cage is in the way. The fans boo Callis, but then MJF and Briscoe meet again!

Briscoe dodges the diamond ring punch, but MJF fights the underhooks! MJF LOW BLOWS, and the fans boo. MJF winds up, but Cassidy stands in the way! Cassidy puts his hands up, then in his pockets! So MJF DECKS Cassidy with the diamond ring! But Darby has MJF for a SCORPION DEATH DROP! Darby goes up the corner, COFFIN DROP!! But Knight is up top! Darby hurries out of the way, the UFO SPLASH hits MJF! The fans cheer as MJF gets what he deserves there! Darby and Knight circle now, but Knight goes up as he ROCKS Darby! But Darby still climbs after him! Knight fires more shots, then adjusts his position. But Darby is after him! Knight goes from post to cage!

The fans cheer as Darby swipes at Knight! Knight climbs up to the very top of the cage! There’s no winning by escape, and Darby pursues anyway! Knight is has Darby’s backpack, and he decides to open it up! But SPARKS go off! Knight is sent falling down through double decker tables!! The fans go nuts as only the top layer breaks! Darby grins that his booby trap worked. Then SUPER DUPER COFFIN DROP onto everyone else!!! The fans are going nuts all over again as all twelve men are down! But then Briscoe and MJF find their way into the ring. Kick and underhooks, JAY DRILLER!!! Cover, DOYLE BREAKS IT!!

The fans boo as Doyle saves MJF, then HAMMERS and CLAWS away at Briscoe’s face! Doyle SMACKS Briscoe with a chair, then he checks on MJF. MJF is still out of it, so Doyle SMACKS Briscoe again! MJF stirs, Doyle helps him up, and Doyle goes back to Briscoe. Doyle drags Briscoe up, and MJF says hold on. He tells Andrade to help Briscoe. Andrade says MJF should do his own dirty work! The fans cheer Andrade, and also “Take Your Pants Off!” MJF argues with Andrade, reminding him of the paycheck that comes with this. Andrade snarls, but he goes to Briscoe. Andrade stands Briscoe up, MJF winds up, but then Andrade SHADOW ELBOWS MJF!!

The fans are thunderous as Andrade says HE is getting that world title! Doyle has no idea what to do about this, Callis doesn’t either, but Andrade says he doesn’t care about MJF! Doyle shoves Andrade and tells him to think about the family. Andrade LOW BLOWS Doyle!! The fans cheer as Andrade is his own man! He throws off the shirt, rips open his button-up, and reveals his undershirt reads, “F DON, F MJF!” The fans cheer and Callis is pissed! Andrade makes sure everyone sees the shirt, and he lets Briscoe get Doyle! Underhooks and JAY DRILLER!! Cover, TEAM BRISCOE WINS!!

Winners: Team Briscoe, by pinfall (Mark Briscoe earns an AEW World Championship match)

Andrade flipped the script, and now Briscoe gets his shot at MJF’s gold! Oh, and The Conglomeration gets Lio out from under the ring, but they still keep him in the bag just in case. Lexy Nair is there to interview Briscoe, and she says huge congratulations to Team Briscoe! How does it feel to have his teammates, more importantly his friends, help him secure this title match? Briscoe says it’s like he said! MJF ain’t got no friends! But he’ll tell ya, the time is coming! The only friend MJF has that big shiny belt, and it’s going home with Briscoe! Ain’t no wasting time, either! THIS WEDNESDAY, Dynamite, Briscoe gets his title shot!

West coast time, Eastern time, no! It’s Briscoe’s time, baby! LET’S GO! Will MJF’s chickens come home to roost as Briscoe finally reaches the mountaintop? Or can that Scumbag somehow survive with only three days to prepare?

 

2026 Men’s Owen Hart Memorial Tournament Finals: Will Ospreay VS Swerve Strickland!

The loss in last year’s Owen Hart Cup has stuck with the Aerial Assassin for the better part of a year, even through his journey to rebuild his body and rework his fighting style. All In: London isn’t just AEW’s biggest show of the year, it is Ospreay’s chance to live the dream every young man in the UK longs for. But will that dream become a reality? Or will the Most Dangerous Man make all the blood, sweat, and tears be for nothing?

As part of Ospreay’s entrance, Moxley narrates a video about Ospreay’s journey. It isn’t about reaching new heights, but about how deep you can dig to bring that out of yourself. You can’t walk in the light until you know who you are in the dark. And then Ospreay is no longer an assassin, he is BANE! As for Swerve, he doesn’t just walk into the arena, he rides in on a motorcycle, cosplaying The Main Man, LOBO! In a battle of DC villains and AEW heroes, who proves they are THE King of Harts?

The bell rings and the two fire off fists! The fans fire up as the shots go back and forth, then Swerve gets the edge! Ospreay fires in return, then whips, but Swerve grabs ropes. Swerve BOOTS Ospreay, BOOTS again, but Ospreay eggs him on! Ospreay then ducks a shot to ROCK Swerve! Ospreay whips, Swerve goes up and around, but Ospreay goes to the apron! Swerve turns around, Ospreay ROCKS Swerve, then Ospreay springboards, but Swerve dodges! Ospreay ducks the House Call, Swerve avoids the Hidden Blade, and the fans fire up for the stare down! Swerve backs out of the ring to make Ospreay wait.

The fans sing for “Ospreay~! Ospreay, Ospreay, Ospreay~!” while Swerve puts his hair back in a ponytail. Swerve takes his time as the ring count climbs, and he rolls back in at 7, only to slip away again. The fans are torn, but then Ospreay rushes out to push Swerve into the ring! Swerve fires back, then whips Ospreay to ropes. Ospreay ducks ‘n’ dodges to RANA! The fans fire up again while Swerve goes to a corner. Ospreay runs up to CHOP! Ospreay whips, Swerve reverses, and Swerve UPPERCUTS! Swerve snapmares Ospreay, goes up, but Ospreay YANKS Swerve down! Ospreay whips, DROPKICKS, and now Swerve tumbles out of the ring!

The fans fire up for Ospreay and he takes aim, to PLANCHA Swerve down! The fans fire up again while Ospreay brings Swerve up. Ospreay puts Swerve in, the fans duel, and Ospreay ROCKS! Ospreay fires Kawada Kicks, then a CHOP! Swerve slumps against ropes, but Ospreay brings him around. Swerve CHOPS, then CHOPS again! Ospreay CHOPS Swerve down! The fans fire up as Ospreay brings Swerve up. Ospreay scoops, LAWN DARTS, then runs, but into a BOOT! Swerve goes to a corner, somersaults and FLATLINERS! Cover, TWO! The fans applaud but Nana argues with the count. Swerve brings Ospreay up and CLUBS him on the neck.

Ospreay goes to the corner, Swerve stalks him, and Swerve bends Ospreay’s neck against the ropes! The ref counts, Swerve backs off, and he kicks Ospreay around. Swerve steps on Ospreay, then steps off. Swerve stands Ospreay up to NECKBREAKER, then he holds on! Swerve drags Ospreay back up, turns him again, for another NECKBREAKER! And yet, Swerve still holds on! Swerve turns Ospreay again, but Ospreay ELBOWS free! Ospreay fires forearms, then whips, but Swerve wrenches and reels Ospreay in. Swerve Canadian Racks for the NECKBREAKER! The fans are torn but Swerve paces around while Ospreay clutches his neck.

Swerve drags Ospreay around, and he clamps on a chinlock! Swerve bends Ospreay back, but Ospreay endures, fights around, and pries at the hold. The fans rally as Ospreay rises up, fires body shots, but Swerve THROWS Ospreay down, only for Ospreay to kip up and PELE! The fans cheer as Ospreay fires forearms, then whips. Swerve reverses, Ospreay handsprings, RED DOT GAMANGIRI! Swerve flounders, Ospreay goes to the apron, and the fans cheer “BRUV! BRUV! BRUV!” Ospreay springboards, PIP PIP CHEERIO! Cover, TWO! Ospreay is a little frustrated, but he runs up on Swerve in the corner for a BOOT!

Ospreay pushes Swerve out, goes top, and BLINDSIDE CHEERIOS! The fans cheer as Ospreay then powers up the arm and aims again. HIDDEN- NO, Swerve ducks to UP KICK! Then he grabs a leg, slips through, and hits the BACKBREAKER! Swerve hobbles, his own leg taking some damage from that, but he assures Nana he’s fine. Swerve still grimaces as he goes over to Ospreay. The fans cheer “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” as Swerve eggs Ospreay on as “little brother.” Swerve slaps Ospreay around, scuffs him, but the fans boo. Ospreay stands, Swerve says nothing’s changed in ten yeraras, but then Ospreay DECKS Swerve!

Ospreay says Swerve’s the little brother now! And he ROCKS Swerve again! Swerve SOBATS, runs, but into the TIGER WALL KICK and ENZIGIRI! Ospreay whips, Swerve reverses, Ospreay handsprings! Swerve gets under, Ospreay comes back and slips through the lariat to reel Swerve in! But Swerve fights free, and he POWER POWER SLAMS! Cover, TWO! Ospreay survives and the fans are thunderous! Ospreay goes to the outside, Swerve goes to the apron, and Swerve BOOTS Ospreay down! Swerve huffs ‘n’ puffs as he stands over Ospreay, then takes his time formulating a plan. Swerve unwraps a crossbar in the corner.

The fans already don’t like the look of this as Swerve goes to Ospreay. But Ospreay wrenches through to hammerlock and POST Swerve! Ospreay grabs that arm to ELBOW BREAKER! Ospreay then goes up the barriers to DOUBLE STOMP the arm! Swerve hobbles, but Ospreay snatches him into the DEATH GROUND ARMBAR!! Swerve TAPS, but it doesn’t matter because this is outside the ring! Nana protests, the ref reprimands, and Ospreay finally lets go. The ref checks Swerve, but Nana SPLASHES Ospreay with coffee! Ospreay is pissed and he runs Nana off. Ospreay seethes, goes back to Swerve, but Swerve pops Ospreay up! APRON POWERBOMB!!

Swerve says any means necessary! Swerve drags Ospreay up and to the apron. He then puts Ospreay under the corner, CATAPULT GUILLOTINE into the crossbar!! The fans wince and the ref reprimands, but the damage has been done. Swerve “apologizes” as he rolls into the ring, and Nana says that is your next Owen Hart Champion! Swerve paces while he waits on Ospreay and the ring count. Ospreay sits up, he’s busted open! Clearly the bar got him on the eyebrow, maybe the forehead. The ring count climbs but Swerve fetches Ospreay into the ring at 8. The fans rally and duel as Swerve takes his time stepping back in.

Ospreay sits up, the crimson mask already covering his face, and Swerve BOOTS him down! Swerve taunts Ospreay, saying their brotherhood means nothing to him, he only cares about wins. Swerve DECKS Ospreay, then shakes out his hand. Ospreay sputters, but Swerve sits him up. Swerve tells Ospreay that this is on Ospreay, but Ospreay fires fists! The fans fire up, but Swerve deadlifts Ospreay for the BRAINBUSTER! Ospreay sputters again but Swerve covers, TWO! Ospreay refuses to stay down and Swerve mockingly applauds that. Swerve waits on Ospreay to sit back up, then he runs up, but Ospreay catches him to a SPANISH FLY!

The fans fire up again while both men are down! Ospreay sits back up, Swerve follows, and they throw hands! Ospreay ROCKS Swerve, Swerve THROWS Ospreay down, then gator roll to suplex, STUN-DOG MILLIONAIRE! Roll up, stack, TWO, but into the STYLES CLASH! Ospreay flounders to the cover, TWO! Swerve survives from Ospreay being dazed, but the fans rally harder and harder. Ospreay goes to a corner, aims the arm, HIDDEN BLADE! Swerve stays up!? And BACKHANDS in return! Swerve snarls as he stands over Ospreay, and the fans continue to duel. Swerve drags Ospreay to a drop zone, then goes up the corner.

Ospreay sputters as he sits up, and Swerve has him in his sights. But Ospreay hits the ropes to trip Swerve up! The fans cheer, the ref reprimands, but Ospreay ROCKS Swerve! Ospreay stumbles, but he ROCKS Swerve again. Ospreay goes up to the very top, and he brings Swerve up, only for Swerve to throw body shots. Swerve tries to take control now, for a SUPER- STEINER!! Ospreay turns things around on Swerve, then LION’S BARRAGE!! Cover, TWO!! Swerve survives and Ospreay is furious! The fans rally as Ospreay aims again, BUZZSAW! HEEL KICK! Then the springboard and OSC- NO, Swerve catches Ospreay to a DEADEYE!! Cover, TWO!!!

The fans are thunderous as Ospreay survives Swerve using Hangman’s move! Ospreay goes to the apron, but Swerve goes up the corner. Swerve reloads, KILL- NO, Ospreay avoids the stomps on the apron! Then he FLYING SUNSET FLIPS, and then tucks Swerve again! Swerve fights the Clash, so Ospreay SWINGS Swerve into the steel steps!! The fans go nuts as Swerve definitely ate part of the steel! The ref hurries to check both men, especially Ospreay’s bloody forehead. Ospreay is fine, but now SWERVE is bloodied! Swerve is a bit scared seeing his own blood, but Ospreay HAMMERS away on him! Then SMACKS him off the steps again, and again, and again!

Ospreay drags Swerve up, shoves him to the barriers, then paints himself with the blood on his hands. Ospreay then tags the steel steps, drags them over to commentary, and the fans already anticipate what’s coming. Ospreay clears the English desk, then goes back to Swerve. Ospreay drags Swerve over, they go up the steps, and Nana freaks out already! Ospreay tucks Swerve in, the ref says don’t do it, but Nana CLUBS a leg! Ospreay grabs Nana by the neck! Ospreay swings, Nana slips away, and Swerve FLYING HOUSE CALLS!! The fans fire up as both men are down! Swerve drags himself up, and he drags Ospreay to the steel steps!

The fans are going nuts again as Swerve tucks Ospreay in with the Reverse Gory Especial! But Ospreay fights the lift! Ospreay CLUBS Swerve, throws elbows, then REAR HEADBUTTS! Swerve wobbles, Ospreay reels him in, and Ospreay lifts for the tuck! STYLES CLASH on the desk!! The table does not break, but perhaps something inside Swerve did! Ospreay slumps to the floor, a ring count climbs, and Ospreay crawls at 5 of 10. Ospreay rolls in at 6, Swerve crawls at 7, and he has to pass by the puddle of his own blood as he goes for the ring. Swerve lunges in at 9, but Ospreay hits a COAST2COAST! Ospreay gets moving again, and OSCUTTER!! Cover, TWO!!

The fans are thunderous as Swerve survives, sputtering through his own crimson mask as he goes to ropes. Ospreay waits on Swerve, and HOOK KICKS! Swerve staggers around, into another HOOK KICK! And then a third HOOK KICK! Swerve staggers but Ospreay shows no mercy with the ROLLING ELBOW! And then he winds up to DECK Swerve! Ospreay HAMMERS Swerve in the back of the neck! The ref backs Ospreay off but the fans boo. Did Ospreay knock Swerve out? It’s a ten count, and Swerve is stirring at 4 of 10. Swerve pushes up at 6, manages to sit up at 8, and he tells the ref to stop! HIDDEN BLADE!! Cover, TWO!!!

The fans are thunderous as Swerve survives! Ospreay kicks Swerve around, drags him up, and puts him in a corner. Ospreay puts Swerve up top, then ROCKS him again! Ospreay climbs up to drag Swerve onto his shoulders! But Swerve fires elbows, then HAMMERS away on the bad neck! Ospreay ends up in the ropes, dangles there as he tries to sit back up, BLINDSIDE WOE STOMPS!! Swerve knocks Ospreay outta the tree, but he also struggles to rise back up. The fans rally again, and Swerve drags Ospreay up. Swerve has the Reverse Gory, but Ospreay slips free! Ospreay trips Swerve, body scissor and tuck, GEDO CLUTCH! TWO!!

Ospreay sits up, into a HOUSE CALL!! Cover, ONE?!?!?! HIDDEN BLADE!! Cover, ONE?!?!?! DOUBLE LARIATS collide, both men fall, and San Jose erupts! Nana is freaking out, though, as both men are still down. A standing count climbs, Ospreay sits up, but Swerve follows. We pass 5 of 10, then 7! Both men manage to stand at 8, and the fans fire up again! Ospreay and Swerve stare down, bloodied and beaten, but still plenty of fight in their souls. The fans hope these two “FIGHT FOREVER!” but this has to end somehow. Ospreay takes off his wristbands, Swerve takes off his gloves, and now things are serious!

The fans fire up as the two men take their ten paces to go back to the corners, and it’s a shootout! These gunslingers draw, and HIDDEN BLADE hits!!! The fans are thunderous as Ospreay then tucks the arms, lifts Swerve up, STORMBREAKER!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?! Swerve survives again and the fans are electric! Ospreay hurries to go back to a corner, and he aims again, BLINDSIDE- NO, Swerve ducks Hidden Blade! And he ducks the buzzsaw! Swerve shoves Ospreay at the ref, then LOW BLOWS!! The fans boo but Swerve said any means necessary. Swerve has the Reverse Gory again, VERTEBREAKER!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!

The fans are thunderous as Ospreay survives! Swerve is stunned, Ospreay is dazed, but then Swerve steals HIDDEN BLADE!!! Swerve drags Ospreay back up, tucks him in, for BIG PRESSURE!!! Cover, TWO!!!!! Ospreay is defiant as he survives and breaks free!! The fans are electric, Swerve has seen a ghost, and wait! The Death Riders are here to cheer Ospreay on! The fans also cheer Ospreay on, and Swerve is just pissed off. Ospreay sits up, Swerve reloads, HOUSE CALL!!! But Ospreay stays up?!?! Ospreay looks to Moxley, Moxley tells him to dig deep, and Ospreay roars to his feet! San Jose roars with him! HIDDEN BLADE!!

Ospreay then goes to the apron, he sees Swerve stand again, slingshot and BUCKSHOT HIDDEN BLADE!!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!?! Swerve survives, tells Ospreay that he ain’t got it in him! Ospreay says bet! PARADIGM SHIFT!! DEATH RIDER DRIVER!! And then, still with the underhooks, TIGER DRIVER 93!!!! Cover, OSPREAY WINS!!!!

Winner: Will Ospreay, by pinfall (2026 Men’s Owen Hart Tournament Champion)

Moxley says a quick prayer in thanks, because even he wasn’t 100% sure. But Ospreay, emotional for many different reasons, is the 2026 King of Harts! Ospreay does still show respect to Swerve for everything they’ve been through and that they put each other through. When and where will these two run it back once more? The Death Riders then bring Ospreay the belt and the cup to hand them off, and then they hoist Ospreay up in triumph! The fans cheer as we get the pyro for the celebration! Then they let Ospreay have his moment with his wife, Alex Windsor. Now, with MJF and Briscoe fighting for the title this Wednesday, who will go All In with the Aerial Assassin?

My Thoughts:

An awesome night for AEW, though it was perhaps only half Forbidden Door and half just great AEW content. I know I skipped Drilla VS Garcia, but it was thrown on so randomly and didn’t have stakes like the other Buy-In matches. Also, can AEW decide when it’s a “Buy-In” and when it’s a “Zero Hour?” Shouldn’t Buy-In only go for their gambling based PPV names like Double or Nothing and All In? That aside, great match from Skye VS Maika, and I was right in guessing Maika would win her way into Survival of the Fittest. Great tag title match, but I figured Divine Dominion would win out when Rosa had a guest star partner and not someone that’s full-time AEW.

Awesome stuff on the main card, and that Triple Threat Tag was a great opener. It was really fun with how Shingo Takagi was the only guy who was not a high-flyer, but of course The Young Bucks won out to keep their momentum towards the tag titles strong. Omega VS ZSJ was great stuff, but it didn’t feel quite as strong as past ZSJ Forbidden Door matches because the build just wasn’t as hot. Still a great win for Omega so that he also has momentum towards a title opportunity. I have a feeling that with All In spoken for, AEW Redemption in Montreal, aka Canada, is Kenny’s best bet for his opportunity, if at all this summer.

Speaking of titles, it was pretty clear the status quo was going to be kept. Bandido looked great against Moxley, but he still has the ROH World Championship, so he’s not moving to a new singles title until he loses that one. Shota VS Pac was very good, but of course Shota retained to keep the Global title with NJPW. Moxley confronting Shota was also good, and getting Moxley VS Shota would be a pretty good match, too. But it probably won’t be until later this year for like AEW WrestleDream or NJPW WrestleKingdom. And likewise, great Women’s World Championship between Thekla and Starlight Kid, but it made sense for Thekla to retain just so she could stick it to Stardom.

The World Tag Team Championship match was really good, but the highlight of that was Jay White finally returning from injury. Bang Bang Gang were of course going to feud with The Dogs after this, and now things are a bit one-sided given it is 5v2. Will Gabe Kidd be back soon to at least make it 5v3? Or will The Dogs recruit two more guys to help them? For that matter, what happened to Hurt Syndicate recruiting new members? That aside, awesome Women’s Owen Hart Tournament finals, and while Maya did great, she probably should’ve been more careful with her ring gear (and possibly hair? Maybe her weave was falling out). But I figured Mone would win, it was perhaps too easy to go for the historic aspect of Mone going back to back.

A little surprising the steel cage match didn’t go last as the true main event in this “triple main event” they were hyping, but I guess they wouldn’t have time for Briscoe to call out MJF for a title match on Dynamite otherwise. Great gags with all the backpacks, and with Lio Rush in the giant duffel bag. Andrade turning on Don Callis here was also great stuff, and I like the idea that he had the “F DON, F MJF” shirt ready just in case they pushed him to that point. I feel like this should still result in a Don Callis Family Civil War of sorts, Andrade joining Konosuke against Fletcher & Okada in a tag match before we get an International Championship match of some kind.

And of course, Ospreay VS Swerve was an awesome main event that really tore down the house. Getting bloody added a lot to this, as did The Death Riders showing up at the end to cheer Ospreay on. Awesome win for Ospreay, as it was always going to be, but I do appreciate that he did his best to make amends with Swerve afterward. Ospreay is now headed to All In, and whether it is MJF or not (though it probably still will be MJF), I would hope Ospreay wins at All In so all of London/the UK can have their moment.
