Natalya Credits Josh Barnett With Shaping “Nattie” Character
WWE star Natalya has opened up about her “Nattie” persona, discussing the influences behind the character and singling out MMA veteran Josh Barnett for playing a major role in shaping it. She praised Barnett’s contributions as a key factor in the evolution of her on-screen identity.
Barnett’s background in mixed martial arts and his work with performers on intensity and presentation helped Natalya refine aspects of the character that fans now recognize on WWE programming. Natalya said his guidance influenced the demeanor and approach she brings to the ring.
