Octagon Jr Gives Update After Scary Injury at AAA Noche de los Grandes
At the AAA Noche de los Grandes tapings on May 30, Octagon Jr suffered a frightening injury during a five-way match when he took a DDT off the top rope from Joaquin Wilde. The referee immediately appeared to recognize the severity of the situation while the match continued around him as competitors were initially unsure of the extent of the injury.
Octagon Jr later issued an update on his condition following the incident, addressing fans and thanking medical staff for their response. Promoters and the wrestler indicated that further information about his recovery and any expected time away from action will be shared as it becomes available.
