Paul Heyman says he no longer attends the weekly writers’ meetings, instead keeping a macro focus by attending long-term creative sessions in Stamford where he is obsessively planning out “Saudi Mania” and even WrestleMania 2028. Heyman explained he prefers to “write the last page now” so the company can build toward definite end goals and potential marquee matches for stars like Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, Seth Rollins, Jade Cargill, Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.

On TV nights Heyman functions as a creative liaison between talent and the writing team, handling behind-the-scenes business for members of The Vision and top names such as Brock Lesnar while working with Bron Breakker, Logan Paul, Austin Theory and Bronson Reed. Stationed in the Gorilla position, he offers instant feedback and mentorship to performers big and small, and he praised Chief Content Officer Triple H while highlighting emerging talents including Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans and Sol Ruca.
