Plaintiffs Seek Nine-Figure Damages in WWE Shareholder Lawsuit Pre-Trial Briefing
Plaintiffs in the WWE shareholder lawsuit filed a 75-page pre-trial briefing asserting they are entitled to nine-figure damages, arguing WWE was undervalued in the 2023 merger that formed TKO Group Holdings. The filing details the plaintiffs’ valuation analysis and legal theories as they prepare to press their case at trial.
The extensive briefing is the latest escalation in litigation that could carry significant financial and governance implications for WWE and TKO if the plaintiffs’ claims are sustained.
