Sheamus Spotted Training at WWE Performance Center Despite Shoulder Surgery
Sheamus was seen back at the WWE Performance Center training in the ring while still sidelined with a shoulder injury. The former world champion shared photos from the session on social media, captioning them “A fun day,” as he continues his rehab.
Sheamus underwent shoulder surgery in December and has not competed since the November 17 episode of WWE Raw, where he teamed with John Cena. His ring work at the PC suggests WWE and the star are progressing his recovery toward an eventual return.
